I have many chronic illnesses, which I won t get into the details and turn this into a novel-length post, however I am curious if anyone has advice that can help me, when dealing with people who are convinced that anything but biological pregnancy is evil... lol. I regularly have flare ups that leave me bedridden and unable to take care of myself, let alone anyone or anything else, and I am in alot of pain and illness on a daily basis... Should I one day reach a point where I m able to find a medication or herbal combination/remedy that helps me get all of this under control, my husband and I would love to have a family. However, I am straight up panic-stricken over the idea of pregnancy and I do not ever want to be pregnant. I ve been told too many horror stories from various doctors and advised against pregnancy due to my conditions (by more than one doctor). How can I make certain well-meaning but very not-understanding family members understand this? I ve been told that there would be very direct and big risk to my life and the baby s life should I get pregnant, and even telling people that doesn t seem to help. I ve been told to "just do it", "tough it out", "oh you ll be fine, you re overreacting" and, my personal favorite: "the doctor wouldn t really tell you that", and other things that make me exhausted trying to make my family understand where I am coming from. I could use some advice from somebody who has been there/ been in a similar situation. Thank you! :)

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and half we are both 20 and our families accept us being together my whole family including extended family love him and same with his. I have a free Christmas cads coupon and don't wanna let it go to waste my friend is a photographer and will take our pictures even if I just give it to our parents and our close friends and family is that ok or two early and weird ? Is just taking couple pictures ok then and posting them on Facebook or something or giving it to my parents for a gift they love my boyfriend like another son

I've been with my girlfriend for a little over 2 years now and she's great, everything I could hope for out of a girl. But I recently went on a trip to with my friends and you know the rest. There's no explanation I could offer to justify what I did, but I did it. She doesn't deserve this, she's so sweet and kind and has been perfect. How should I proceed? I know she deserves the truth but I don't want to hurt her. Should I just break it off or just let her know the truth? I really don't want to tell her but it's been eating at me. I literally can't even look at her without thinking about what I did. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

So my mom lets my stepdad decide everything for everyone. I am not allowed to work, go out after 5pm, or have a boyfriend until I graduate college. But I do have a boyfriend that only my mom knows about. Hes not allowed over because its such a secret. And talking to my parents is nearly impossible. As soon as I say something they dont agree with, they yell and yell and yell and call me a slut for whatever i might be saying or asking for. I just feel like this is too much for me and I want to live peacefully, which I know I wont get here. I dont wanna fight with them, I dont want them to hate me, I just want to be understood because Im about to be 19! I know people will say its on me and Im letting them do this to me, but youd have to be in my shoes to fully understand how bad my parents get. They would stop at nothing to make my life a living hell. As soon as I move out, I would be getting a job and splitting the bills with my boyfriend. I need advice because idk how much more bs i can take.

She was diagnosed with colon cancer and had surgery Friday. Today, she found it had spread. I want to send her a care package. I have lip balm, lotion, a shawl, funny movie (give me me suggestions!). Any other suggestions? Much appreciated. I wanted to get her a head cover I found but don't know if that is too personal.

So this guy I went on a date with Friday, well he took me out to eat and the movies which guys don t do much anymore and he was really sweet he s a good guy. But then he asked me to stay over so I did and we ended up having really great sex. He s texted me ever since but the only problem is that today we were supposed to hang and then I accidentally texted him saying I was coming n he goes "was dat relly for me or no" n I said it was for my sis. Then I called him an old man cuz he said he had to go to bed early and he got upset and said "don t call me no old guy I m 28 that ain t old" wtf?? And he hasn t texted me since and I texted him last lol. Why is he mad I m 22 it s not that big of a deal over a joke??

I have known my boss since I was 17 and I've always had a crush on him and he has known this for a long time. I turned 18 a couple months ago and that's when we started seeing each other and I didn't have a problem with him being married because I thought all we were doing was hooking up until he said he wanted an actual relationship with me. I told him I would love that if he weren't married. After I told him that he went and told his wife he wanted a divorce and he told her why and mentioned me and said I was the main reason. I have met his wife before and she's very protective of him and I was afraid that she would come after me or something. So far it has been 4 weeks and this lady will not leave me alone! She calls my job asking to speak with "the skank who stole my husband" and she has shown up a few times making a scene. She has even tried contacting my parents and a lot of other psychotic stuff. I do plan on having a relationship with him and I know that'll make her even more mad. How can I get this lady to leave me alone??

Is that something guys try to avoid when talking to girls- like do they avoid girls who had a rough family life when they were young?
