This lady came in with her "son" to order a cake. I told the lady that she has a cute daughter because she had pigtails and sounded like a girl. The lady got all mad and said that "He's my son". I gave her a weird look and told her that she should not put her son in pigtails because it makes him look like a girl. She told me that it's none of my business but i was just trying go help. He really got my hopes up. On the date he was a gentleman, we had a good time, we slept together again and hung out the next day...then he ghosted. I'm not interested in judgement about having sex - if he was genuine he'd stick around. He contacted me again three weeks later like nothing happened, guessing he just wanted to hookup. My self-esteem isn't too great...I worry I was too old for him, I didn't dress nicely enough for our first date, he was put off that I wasn't as ambitious as him, I'm a little shy at first so maybe that was it...I know if he was the right guy then these things wouldn't have been an issue, but I still struggle to accept rejection. She thinks my mom is judgmental and secretly hate her she thinks her mom is the only one that accepts her without her having to put up a front like she's something better than she really is. Problem is Im not moving out of my mom's house because it's comfortable for me I don't pay rent I can have friends over until whenever I want I eat free food and free alcohol but how can I make this work if my gf has this problem, when my buddies come over they don't hide from my family but when my gf is over I have to hide with her in the room and I also hide from her parents so we do this to each other we don't like that uncomfortable feeling of being around in laws or what you call it so we just keep to our own families. But we don't have enough money to move out on our own. But this is rather uncomfortable having to sneak her in and out when no one is looking. But wirh my buddies they don't hide but I admit I do the same with her family. She says she hides and not my friends hide is because there's more pressure on her to perform better in front of my relatives than just guy buddies of mine help? |
