Question: What is up with so many 21 yr olds getting engaged? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 10:07 PM PST It is happening everywhere while I am 22 and never even kissed a guy. I wish that I was engaged to the right person right now. I have a big forehead and all engaged or pregnant women my age have a small one. |
Question: Wedding Hashtag for Last Name "Anderson"?!? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 08:39 PM PST Looking for a wedding hashtag for the last name "Anderson" (his name). My name is Becca and his is Alex if that helps. I love the idea of word play in the name of a song, lyrics, common wedding phrases, or a good pun! Alliteration could be great as well! Wanting something more unique than #HappilyEverAnderson. Thanks! |
Posted: 05 Jan 2017 07:42 PM PST Imagine, for a moment, you're engaged. (Just bear with me here, okay,) you're engaged to someone you really like, and you're going to get married soon. But what you don't know is that your bride/husband-to-be is an ex-assassin. Now, you have a best friend, and you two have been through a lot together. Your best friend accidentally finds out that your bride/husband to be is actually an assassin, and as a result they shoot your best friend to make sure nobody finds out about it, especially you. Your best friend is rushed to the ER and lives. But, if they hadn't lived, if they had died from the wound, then your bride/husband-to-be would never have told you that they had killed them. Do you think that they're a psychopath? Would you forgive them and agree to get married anyway? |
Question: I want to sell the engagement ring I got back? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 07:23 PM PST I have been engaged for two years and we finally called off the wedding. I got the engagement ring back and want to sell it. What is the best way to go about it. I bought it from a family friend ( her family) who is a diamond cutter and sells direct to jewelers. I believe I got a good deal on it. Obviously I want to get the most I can. Any suggestions |
Posted: 05 Jan 2017 07:20 PM PST I want to marry only once in life and never get divorced. I like to stay faithful to that one person who truly loves me. I am now in love with a beautiful girl who says that she loves me. She has agreed to marry me but I want to ensure that she won't leave me especially when we have a baby. I hear a lot about divorce in the media and it has become a part of life. I guess divorcing is wrong unless there is adultery, extreme harassment and abuse. People now divorce because they get bored of each other or are not able to adjust their differences. I am making a promise that I will be there for her and I expect the same from her. How do I know if she will never leave but become a faithful wife and a loving mother |
Question: Delete this friend or not? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 05:14 PM PST I have a friend who recently got married. We had been friends for a while and she asked me to be her bridesmaid (she said at first maid of honor) but I guessed she changed her mind?? We're supposedly best friends. Anyway, she basically never discussed with me and one other bridesmaid about costs of dresses. She changed the dress color three times on me and I noticed she was not corresponding with me about the wedding at all. Finally after she brushed me off so many times and changed the dress color so many times, I decided to tell her mother I would be unable to attend. Her mother threatened me to pay 200 dollars if I did not attend her wedding (which she never bothered me about or received from me). She kept telling me how would you feel if you cancelled last minute? Without understanding a word I had to say. Considering the friendship is pretty much over and the mom hates me now, should I delete her off Facebook. I'm trying to start a year off fresh and she never wants to see me anyways. What should I do? |

Question: OMG I can't believe this is happening, my fiance robbed me!? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 03:08 PM PST I met a man on New Years Eve on Face Book (he sent me a friend request), his name is Emmanuel Olaoye an he is minister of finance for the bank of England. We chatted all night an fell in love pretty quickly, I was feeling depressed an suisideal because my fiance Tim was stuck in Nigeria until Easter or until he could pay his BTA (that's basic travel allowence) but I couldn't help him so I was thinking about ending are engagement when I met Emmanuel. On New Years Day Emmanuel asked me to marry him an I said yes. Their has been a BUNCH of men in love with me on the internet an most all of them has needed money for something (usual its for a BTA) an Emmanuel was the first to ever not ask me for money. Not only that, but Tim an I was engaged for 23 months an he never told me his last name or showed me a pict other then the one on his Face Book. Emmanuel was open with me about everything. He said he wanted to give me $250,000.00 for are engagement gift an I was stunned, I sent him my bank account information January 2. Well, he not only didn't put the money in my account but he took out the $75.32 that I had in my checking account an overdrawed it by $250! All that on top of the $35 fee for it being overdrawed! OMG I called Bank Of America an explained to them that my fiance was going to put $250,000 in their but they wouldn't believe me! So I asked them to like undo the transaction an they couldn't do that, something about it being overseas an I told them (CONT) my fiance works as minister of finance for the bank of England an they acted like they never herd of such a thing before! OMG I got so upset my tummy was turning flip flops an I throwed up in a bucket I had beside my chair. I can not believe that Emmanuel would do this to me, he is a million air, why would he want to take $250 an my last $75 out of my bank account? We was soul mates, had already planned are wedding an I was so happy. I wish I was dead now. my fiance works as minister of finance for the bank of England an they acted like they never herd of such a thing before! Question: My mom loves this dress but I hate it! Thoughts? Too old fashioned? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 02:32 PM PST OK, "hate" was a little strong. I'm just not sure about it because it seems old fashioned. I want to know what other people think. Also, the row of light colored dots all the way down the front is just light coming through the window weird. |
Question: My maid of honor isn't doing her job? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 02:21 PM PST 6 months ago, I asked my close friend to be my maid of honor in my wedding. Since then she hasn't really done much to help me out. She came with me to try on and choose my gown, but as far as planning goes she hasn't done a thing. It is really starting to upset and bother me. What should I say to her? I'm just not sure how to go about it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |

Question: Best way to write out a wedding scene in a story? Posted: 05 Jan 2017 08:33 AM PST So, my two male main characters are getting married quite soon in my story. I have vows and everything out of the way, but I want this to be an elaborate scene, and being as all the weddings I've been to have been when I was really little, and I'm not quite clear as to the exact sequence of a wedding and how best to write it.
