There's this new guy at my job. He's actually a Principal Analyst (which means he's a manager) of the Investigation unit. Since he started working at our officer, from day one I'll catch him looking at me. For example today. All of HR met for a beginning of the year conference meeting. I'm listing to the speaker talk, I look over to my right and he's staring straight at me and looks away quickly. I wasn't doing anything unusual. I was just listing to the speaker talk. I noticed he held his stare too. Yesterday I went to the snack bar, I'm about to go inside and I look forward there he is. He looks away fast. As I said from day one he did this. Another time, I was getting some snacks near his desk, I look up and he looks away super fast. His head kind of jerked. I have noticed that when he sees me in the elevator or hall, he'll say hi and start looking at his phone. He doesn't say anything. But with other people, he talks to them, asks them what they're plans are for the weekend. With me, he'll say a nervous "hey." He's not a bad looking man either. I feel like he might know something about me. Why does he do that? Is he intimidated by me? I'm not trying to be full of myself, but I do get compliments on my looks all the time. I am tall (5'8), caramel skin tone, blonde hair, curvy and sweet. I love to wear heels.

My mom has M.S., an auto- immune neurology disease. My mom has not been able to get her medication changed for 4 months. I have been unable to get help or hired on, & now with that no hiring below $ 50,000 income or below. I have been looking for work far too long, & I am tired of my peers frmcollege, spreading lies, abashing me over my past, basically proving they hate God, hate their country, & "fake love" their community at my depression, the strain on my personal relationships & family's outrageous expectations for me compared to my peers. My Millennial Peers have not been helpful at all, they want you to have a college degree to do billing & to clean the floors, which is simply insane! I find myself crying 3x times /week now. People assume her diease ia genetic, it is not, it is from a bad MMR vaccine in the 1970's. Then all the lack of help, from govrnt., companies, & family friends. Then all the comparison between my peers & myself. I am ready to burn down companies, & make them clean houses & go to the gym. Let's see how well that theory from ignorant college graduates as a family care- taker of a disabled person, & smash their legs in. It upsets me so bad, & all these business & states have unfair & unrealistic standards for people in my position. I am tired of my mom posting our personal business on Facebook. I don't post it on my profile websites. How can I get help, a social life, the laws changed, & a desperately NEEDED JOB? How can I get someone to help me?

Ever since I've known my fiance he's been homeless. Which wasn't too long before we started dating then I became homeless with him. His daughter is now in foster care (due to her mothers issues) and he wants to settle down and get a place so we can get custody of her. But I always thought wed travel every state at least before wed settle down. But the foster care is only a recent development. Ok, so we were at a Lebanese resteraunt. My sibling and I speak fluent Arabic and we were with our friend who doesnt speak arabic. His race is Asian. We went to the Lebanese resteraunt, we read about it online. A family owned business. They looked riendly on the website and flyer, and we looove middle eastern food. So we went and ordered chicken shawerma. After we ordered, he started to go off in Arabic yelling at some woman in the back kichen. I leaned over and noticed it was his wife.I knew it because on his website in the "about me" section he mentioned her and his 3 kids. She looked distressed/tired and worn out. TO MY SHOCK! he called her a disgusting deragatory word and told her to get back in the kitchen! the whole time we were there he was cussing at her in Arabic and calling her filthy names. He even at several points threatened to slap her! IN ARABIC! so my sister and friend awkwardly started talking about random things to muffle the noise,but it got louder. And what ticked me off is he came over with a fake smile asking if we liked everything! than he told her to come out. He made her introduce herself.She was silent and tired. Hello, I am a 22 year old male and I have been in a homosexual relationship for the past year with my 27 year old boyfriend. Our relationship is pretty much strained all around and while he is content with the way things are, I want us to be closer and have a more loving relationship. Basically, we only really got together because of his best friend pushing us to and everything has mostly been about sex and intimacy, than being an actual couple. Like, he says he enjoys our relationship and that he is content with it, but when I try to tell him I would like to be closer, he brushes it off. I don't know much about him and he doesn't know much about me, and when I try to ask him if we could go on dates or talk about ourselves to each other, all he says is that he "only needs to know the way my body works" and that "doing things like dates is stupid and pointless because it always just leads back to sex". I'm usually a pretty progressive person, but there's something about tattoos that I just don't like. I understand that tattoos are a way of expressing individuality, but sometimes I feel like they can be a replacement for personality at the same time (flame me if I'm wrong). I think that each tattoo individually might mean something to you, but on your body as a canvas, they form a jumble of unrelated marks on your body (again, just my opinion, tear me apart for it if you want). Although I may sound like some old fart (I'm 19 but a lot of people call me an old soul), I'd like to lay out some reasons beyond the aesthetic that influence my disdain towards the idea: Her dog only died 3 weeks ago and I'm afraid that she's making a snap decision that she'll regret later. She's also undergoing a very stressful period in her life right now (outside of her dog dying in a very brutal and visceral way) and she's very fragile. I try and support her, but when she suddenly starts wanting tattoos and body piercings I get nervous for her. I'm afraid that getting a tattoo to honor her dog will just start an endless cycle of her dealing with emotional pain by getting more tattoos. I've told her that I think that there are other, healthier ways to honor those we love like enshrinement, a funeral (I would do a pet funeral for her), and just plain remembrance. Essentially, I don't believe she's the right frame of mind to be making a decision that will be on her body forever. Character limit update: Obviously it's her body, but I feel like it's my job (with her parents so far away) to help her deal with this grief in a better way. Maybe I haven't been doing enough. She just got a nose piercing without telling me about it before. I know, IT'S HER BODY, but we're in a relationship, shouldn't she be communicating these kinds of things to me?

My handy man had me order a wrong sick for the bath at a plumbing supply place and a faucet. He said the sink would work and then come to find out it did not work. They charge me a restocking fee of 15 %because it was a specialorder and they had to send it back. That was almost $30 there. Then he put up a towel bar that was the wrong size in the master bath and I had to go buy another one and he threw he box away so I couldn't take the wrong one back. I also told him I wanted Bali off white blinds and he got a different brand that cost more and he got white. He did not get what I ask him. Have known him a few years & has done work for me before. He seems to do what he wants to do andnot do what I ask him to get. Would you deduct it from his bill that he gave me or just blow it off.
