Question: Why don't men respect girls anymore? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:49 PM PST I'm sick of seeing men just expecting girls to take off their clothes for them when they don't even know them and when a girl says no she gets called boring or uptight. The way girls are treated is horrendous its like they only want sex from a girl. It is awful as we are not objects, yet asking a girl for a naked picture and sleeping around seems to be a normal thing to do these days. Why doesn't anyone have any respect or dignity any more? Please note - I don't mean all men, but the majority. Also I'm 19, I'm not 'frigid' I just have self respect and feel that nobody appreciates that. |

Question: Does my childhood crush now have interest in ME? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:48 PM PST I'll be 26 this week, my friend is turning 28 this year. We've known each other about 14-15 years. He started off as my brother's best friend when they were in 8th grade and I had a serious crush on him. They drifted apart in high school after hanging with different crowds and we moved away, but we moved back to the area about 5 years ago and they reconnected a couple years ago. We've all hung out a couple times in the past few months (they hang out more frequently, but sometimes I get invited along) and our friend has been pretty flirty lately. The last time we hung out was the weekend after Thanksgiving. We all went to a bar/restaurant. Throughout the night, he sat next to me, had his leg against mine under the table. We talked about books, he laid his head on my shoulder at one point. When my brother and his other friends went out to smoke, he stayed with me. He had actually planned on leaving earlier, but I drunkenly asked him to stay and he did. When I got too drunk, he had the server cut me off on drinks. Do you think my childhood crush has interest in me? I am having a birthday party this week and I invited him and he personally messaged me to let me know he'll be there (my brother has to work the next day, so he's not going). What do you think? |

Question: Afraid to make eye contact? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:45 PM PST So here's the deal. I think this kid at my school has a crush on me and has since the beginning of the year. But lately I have been getting mixed/ confusing messages. Keep in mind we have only ever really talked a few times also. So today we had to work in a group together and he turned around to me and started talking so I did what I usually do when someone is talking to me, look into his eyes (I am a really big eye lover and I like to look at everyone's eyes don't ask). But when I looked into his eyes he kept eye contact for a second and then looked away quickly and kept talking while looking in the other direction. I was just wondering if you know the possible reasons why he did this. I would really appreciate your input. Thank you for your answers! |

Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:42 PM PST I am 16. A sophomore. Finals are this week and I have terrible grades. I'm trying to study to get them up but it's so hard. I have one of the worst flu's i have ever had, I still have a fever. One of my best friends is in the hospital and I can't see him. My parents have grounded me without my phone for a long time. They also have taken away my driving privledges for the past month and I still have a week before I get them back. I'm fat, trying to lose weight, and it just isn't working. Is it alright to kill myself now? I think it's better for everyone, I'm a dispapointment compared to my honor student, atheltic, involved, sisters. I'm not going to college and I'm definently not going to fall in love, get married, or have children. No one could love a fat, stupid, girl like me. This is my last cry for help. I'm sick of trying. |
Question: What do i when a girl knows you like her? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:42 PM PST Ok so, ive been knowing this girl for about 3 years now, im a freshman in highschool btw, and for some reason i started liking her A LOT so she eventually found that i liked her. Ive been knowing her for a while now so i cant talk to her and ask the normal questions you would ask to start knowing them. I know everything about her she knows everything about me. I told one of my friends if she was intrested in me or liked me and she said she didnt know which idk if she actually likes me or she is thinking about it. We talk rarely, not like before i liked her but she says hi and she shakes my hand, so here is the real question should i risk and ask her out? Plz help me i really love her alot |
Question: Is there an attraction or just a good friendship? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:41 PM PST So I've always considered myself straight. Then I met a woman. My former professor. She has me questioning myself and her sexual orientation. She then started making eye contact with me in the classroom and it felt like she was only teaching me. Then she started winking at me. My friend kept telling me it was strange that she always winked at me. She is a former OB nurse and told the class about how her and the other nurses would admire the perkiness of a young mothers breast. She would call many women beautiful. Stating she does not discriminate. She was my end of life Professor and lost her daughter years prior. However, she always talked about her. Well at the end of the semester I bought her a bouquet of flowers and it had a flower that meant something between her and her daughter. She then looked at me and asked if she could hug me. I left the class. I woke to an email the next morning about how she loved the flowers and she signed the email love Professor so and so. Well we begun exchanging emails. I found myself telling her that I thought she was amazing and that I loved her, etc. etc. She occasionally replies and says something like you're so sweet. My best encouragement. I appreciate you. Her emails are very simple. However, in person. She's more brave than I. She makes eye contact, initiates hugs all the time, smiles big. But her eye contact makes me feel strange. And I swear she watches my body language and was looking at my breast. She's 61 and married. I'm 25. |
Question: She is coming back after completely screwing me over for 8 months? Should I take her back? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:41 PM PST Long story short gave everything to a girl who never respected me. She never appreciated anything I did for her. We were together for 8 months she compared me to her ex she talked to other people she would yell at me for no reason. Best example I have I took her on a romantic date took off work took her to the drive ins her favorite food place when we got back her only comment was my ex would've done this to make it better. She emotionally abused me throughout the relationship. Today she calls me asks what she could have done differently? She says she misses me she still hasn't fully apologized But I think that's coming soon. She said out of nowhere it hit her that I was who she needed and she felt sick to her stomach for how she did me . Do I take her back ? |

Question: Does he like me? (long sorry)? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:40 PM PST okay im new to dating and idk how to tell if someone likes me so we hung out and talked a lot and he took me to my first bar and we talked more. it was a lot of fun and when we watched a movie together he asked to sit next to me and we were touching but not cuddling and then we fell asleep on the couch (not touching but across from eachother) MY main concern is sure maybe he had a nice time but he's not really attrected to me or maybe he really likes me and just doesnt want to scare me away or maybe hes just feeling the water out if he does or doesnt like me. all 3 answers have different responces... if he likes me but doesnt want to come off as clingy then he wont text me first or talk a whole lot to distance himself if he doesnt like me he's probably letting my down easy by ignoring me (although we have been talking just not as much as before... honestly it almost feels awkward now... but it could be because now im nervous and cant think of anything to talk about) or maybe hes testing the waters and he isnt sure if he likes me...should i let him dissapear or continue to persue him by sending texts or snapchats? |
Question: Is it not that big of a deal for someone in a relationship to watch porn? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:40 PM PST I have been in a relationship with this guy off and on for 4 years now, we have a joint bank account 2 kids together and live together so I d say it s pretty committed. A while back I found out that he is into porn , I don t really understand it especially when we are doing it 3 xs a day. It makes me feel inadequate. I mean I don t think there is anything wrong with watching it as long as the person is single but I think it s kind of disrespectful to watch it when In a relationship bc your fantasizing about someone else while getting off! Idk it s just wrong to me. I feel like it affects our sex life bc it s always in the back of my mind that he gets off on fantasizing about screwing someone else . I try to talk to him about it but he just makes me feel like a control freak and an idiot for bringing it up. Am I over reacting? Should I be ok with this ?i feel like a complete moron for being upset about it but I can t help how I feel |

Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:35 PM PST I have this girl that I've known since I was eleven and I just met her again on the day of thanksgiving 2015 which was also my birthday and we didn't meet face to face again till Valentine's Day 2016 and we hung out a couple of times but the thing is she had a boyfriend I fell for her and I somewhat believe she fell for me..and everytime I try to leave and tell her this ain't right she got a boyfriend she gets mad at me and says "**** you" and "I can't be happy right"? Question: Why is my ex texting me? What his motive? Or is it really just harmless? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:30 PM PST So I dated this guy for a few months 3or 4 to be exact and in the process before we started. Ring intimate we became really good friends which is why I think we attracted to each other. A LOT of drama happened in that short time from baby mama drama and me and her constantly getting into it and me and him constantly getting into it. Basically it ended with me pouring my heart out to him and him telling me I act just like his ex I'm always blaming him and having and attitude. After the breakup we hooked up a couple of times on and off. Recently he texted me randomly out of the blue about the playoff games I'm a huge Giants fan and he's a huge cowboys fan we had a brief few hour conversation about that making jokes to each other and stuff he was saying things like he was going to blow up my phone when the Giants lose since I'm talking a whole bunch of crap and stuff like that then I went to bed and didn't text him back a couple days go by and come today Sunday he's texting me again and it's just been normal conversations that you would have with a friend but I'm confused because I never really considered after everything that's happen that we'd be friends I mean it's been like a month since the last time we talked and it's been like 3-4 months since we broke up so why does he keep texting me out of the blue like this and the conversation doesn't go anywhere besides sports and a few little jokes towards each other then nothing. I don't want him back I'm just confused... |

Question: Should I send him a friend request? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:26 PM PST About 4 or 5 years ago I met a guy in school (I'll call him Ken) and we talked/texted a little bit but I was already interested in someone else. Ken asked me out and I was honest and told him I liked someone else at the time. He said he understood and I didn't hear anything else from him. Almost two years ago Ken texted me randomly and we texted some, just catching up on school and work. He then asked me if I had a boy friend and I did. He said okay he just wanted to catch up with me and see if I was seeing someone and how I was doing. Since then I haven't seen or heard from Ken. I haven't been in a relationship in about a year and a half. I think about Ken often even though I never knew him very well and keep wishing I had gotten to know him better. We have mutual friends on FB and he seems to be doing really well. He seems to have matured a lot and have good goals in life. I dont think he is dating anyone. Anyway, I've been wanting to send him a friend request for months now to just see how he's doing and keep in touch and possibly reconnect. I can never bring myself to hitting the send request button though. I want honest opinions on if this seems too strange or forward? Especially since I haven't seen him or talked to him in almost 2 years and I have never dated or hung out with him. Thanks! |

Question: How can I move on? Why is he acting like this? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:23 PM PST We meet in political science and were just friends nothing else for about 4 months. Everything between was casual but we hung out a lot until last month thats when I started noticing I really like this dude. We dated and then we broke up because "he wasn't ready" we stayed friends and then ended up dating. Winter break happened and hes been home the entire break. We've probably only talked maybe a couple days for about a month. He's a farm boy and works a lot and hangs with his friends. He came back to visit me and told me he loved me and he wants our relationship to work and everything. But then he went back home and now he doesnt even want to talk to me. He says its not just me just when he's home he doesn't like to be on his phone and stuff and now questioning whether he wants to date me or not. He even said so himself that when he's with me everything feels great and he loves me and likes being with me but its when he goes back home that's when he starts questioning our relationship. (I asked if it's because of other girls? and he said no that he doesn't even care about other girls) (he's never been in a serious relationship. Only friends with benefits. and he fell in-love with one of them but she wasn't interested.) what's really going on? How can I stop thinking about him. I tried going out and working out and doing stuff that makes me haooy but he is always on my mind. |

Question: A little confused about my relationship with this girl?? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:16 PM PST I just met this girl in high and I guess we really hit it off. Question: How can I get my ex-girlfriend back? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:15 PM PST I talked to this girl online for about 2 weeks, I'm 17 and she's 16, but those 2 weeks felt like 2 years. This girl means the world to me; she's gorgeous, funny, and super caring. We'd Skype all night every day, from comical to sexual talking. I finally got the courage to ask her out and she says yes. A week passes by, and she tells me that she wants to break up. She says that distance is killing her and she wants physically now. I tried to convince her that "good things take time" but my lack of presence, my lack of kisses and hugs that I couldn't physically provide her now just seemed to hurt her so much to the point where she can't handle it. She then follows her reason with that she also does not want to be dependent on me for her happiness, that she wants to make herself happy on her own. At first I was emotionally distraught, but then I realized that I should give her some space. We left on mutual terms and 2 days later, she replies to one of my snapchat stories and begins talking to me. Since then, we started talking again, but her replies are getting very, very slow and less flirtatious than usual. I miss this girl so much, and she doesn't understand how much she means to me. I really want to get her back, but I don't know what to do. Should I tell her that I miss her but I need space to find myself again? Should I just cut her off without notice for a couple of days? Help me please. |

Question: Does he have feelings for me? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:13 PM PST When I laid my head on his chest he put his arm around me. Then when we went to bed he kept putting his leg on top of mine but never put his arms around me. I told this guy I had feelings for him last summer and he responded with "in all honesty I do think of you every now and then" so idk what to think. He hasn't texted me since and this happened New Year's Eve. We've been friends since 8th grade and we've liked each other on and off throughout the years. |
Question: Rejected someone//like someone else? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:12 PM PST alright so heres the deal. I got asked out and rejected the guy. Basically I like someone else. I led the guy on though and I feel awful about it. However, I really like this other guy. I dont know how to approach it or even if he likes me back. We facetimed for about an hour and a half but my other friend was with us but she barley talked. |

Question: Why does my brain keep repeating a question when I know the answer? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:11 PM PST My brain keeps asking do you love her? And I know that I am hundred percent sure I love her and would do almost anything for her. But why does it keep repeating the question "do you love her?" |
Question: Why do women have different priorities when flirting vs. in a relationship? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:11 PM PST Why is it that guys who aren't the 'nice guy' and don't show much interest are desired before a relationship starts, yet after the relationship, girls want the nice guy who adores them and goes out of their way to do them favors, which would otherwise be a major turn off? |
Question: Does he have a crush on me? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:10 PM PST We have never really talked until today. We were put in a group together and he asked me if I was going to take the math test after school. I said no, and it was kind of awkward. We then started to joke around and teased each other. It was really fun to talk with him. After class he asked me again if I am taking the test (he was taking the test), and I said no. He said I should, and was trying to convince me on the way to his locker. I said no again. However, I still went. When he saw me he looked happy. He kept looking back at me, but I am not sure if that meant anything. After he was done with his test, I was done a little after him. Instead of leaving, he was waiting in the doorway. I didn't know why he was waiting around, and neither did the teacher. The guy said that he was waiting for me and gestured for me to come over to him. I did, and he was talking to me about if I finished my test. It was really awkward at this point, and I was talking about a difficult question I couldn't get past. On the way out, he said "talk to you tomorrow". |

Question: GUYS, what's his DEAL? Need HONESTY! ;)? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:10 PM PST So went out on a date two nights ago with a guy, in his early 30s. I'm in my late 20s. Got drinks, which ended up lasting several hours. He complimented me several times throughout the date, and when saying bye told me he had a really nice time. Yesterday he reached out through text around noon to let me know he had a great time and that he hoped I was enjoying my day. I replied, telling him I had a great time too. He replied once after that, to which I replied. ....then silence. Today he randomly texts me saying he hopes I'm having a great day and that we should get together again sometime. I reply that we should, and that would be fun. He doesn't text back again. Do you think he's just being polite/not interested? Why no texting back? |
Question: How do I make her attracted to me again? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:08 PM PST So I've been talking to this girl for a few months now and when we first met we were very flirty and always saying how we were going to be together when I came to see her (we met online) but I became insecure. I just didn't think I was good enough and I would get jealous over guys commenting on her photos even though she never replied to them. Now she said we should just stay friends and that she doesn't want a relationship right now. I've already realized my faults and now moved on to fixing them but now that we're only friends it's kind of hard to show her that I've made the effort to resolve my clingyness/insecurity. She has told me that when I come see her she might feel differently and may want to be in a relationship with me but she nust doesn't know yet. My goal is to push and become close friends with her and slowly be more flirty as time goes on and then really make her want to be with me when we meet in person. I'm going to see her this upcoming september so I have time. Can someone maybe make a list or steps to gradually make her realize that she should be with me? I know it's kind of hard to make a list but I mean like things I shouldn't do and things I should do to make her become attracted to me again so I can really impress her when we meet. |
Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:08 PM PST He knows you don't like the other guy but keeps teasing and tells the whole class about it. When the girl got upset, then he stopped |
Question: If you knew you were getting played but are already in too deep, what would you do? Posted: 09 Jan 2017 07:07 PM PST We talk all day everyday. We're "just friends" but clearly there's more to it. Im with the guy every weekend, but he talks to his ex. She's in the marines, so she's not here. Once she comes back. I know it's basically over for us. I love him honestly. I've wanted to say goodbye. But can't. I don't know what to do ? Advice or what would you guys do in this situation? |
