At my college, I am in the ROTC program and have developed feelings for one of my tacs. He has helped me a lot since day one. He runs with me during the long runs, he helps me learn, and would meet me regularly for one on one talks about life in general. Aside from that I would always catch him looking at me. I started thinking he liked me because others along with myself think it is obvious but I am confused because he has a girlfriend. When we all came back to school from break I noticed he was not at PT and later found out it is because he is out getting surgery for an injury from ROTC a few years ago. When I found this out I was crushed because him not being here made me realize how much I like him. It feels different without him here because I would talk to him about a lot of things. I have been asking the other cadets if they know if he is coming back but none of them know. So, I was thinking, since I have his number, I could text him and ask him if he is coming back. At the same time I dont know exactly what to say to him and if I should say anything at all because it may not be my business. The entire situation is different for me because a) I dont have much experience with guys b) I have never talked with any guy the way I talk with him c) He has a girlfriend and d) I dont know if its my place to ask him. I just want him to know i am concerned and find out whats going on. Should I say something to him? If yes, what should I say without sounding weird? Thank you.

We have about 10 or more garbage bags full of trash in the laundry room & its right next to our kitchen. So now we have massive gnat infestation. My husband is the one who takes to trash to the dump because he was the truck & it's a stick. Yet without going into it too much, him & my son got a thing where he was supposed to take the trash to the truck. It did happen for awhile, now he refuses to take the trash out & part of his thing now is it snowing. I am getting totally fed up with the bugs. I kill like 40+ a day & their right back. Theres not much use in arguing with him. Do I just take the trash myself? Wait for him? I think I am going to go crazy if I have to share my house with these bugs anymore!!!!!

Currently, a family member is attempting to "pressure" me into going into the military. They're an advocate of this because it would pay for school and I would be able to leave my hometown (Detroit) sooner that I would like to. I've expressed my disinterest in the military to this individual. I've never EVER been interested in the military. Plus after speaking to a few men/women who have served this country I was informed that, in most cases, it would take me a lot longer (maybe 8-10 years) to earn my bachelors degree in the military. Once I told this family member what I had learned, she says that "realistically, earning your bachelors in 4 years is an anomaly." And that "it takes most people at least 5-7 years to earn their bachelors." And that "honestly, I wouldn't care how long it took me to get my bachelors in the military. It could take me 100 years. As long as they're paying for it." My plan is to go to a community college for 2 years, then transfer to Wayne State and attend for another 2 years. I will be living off campus in my apartment and working. That's what I want to do. Hell, that's what I believe I need to do. I know it wont be easy. Does my goal sound unrealistic? I don't think so. This family member thinks that I will attain more success faster if I join the military.

I m unsure, but I signed up for a freelancer site so I can ghost write for people if they wanted. I m a student (at uni0, so pretty young to be a freelancer. A client moved out coversation over to skype because it would make payment and policies easier because the site took a percentage etc, which I know I m trying to make the payment as secure as possible. We were discussing the job and position when he asked for my job profile on the site and I sent the link, and then he massaged me saying This whole time I thought you were a man or something like that and then moved on to complimenting me on how humble and skilled I am, and started sending me smiley faces on it s own and at the end of all his messages out of nowhere. Idk it just randomly got weird, although I m still really interested in the job ($500 for the 150 max page novel when I m done).

When my neice(17) and nephew(19) were 10 and 12, I started telling them it doesn't matter what they eat, or if they eat the right amount, if they eat anything they will become overweight one day. Vorrei scappare di casa, anche solo per pochi giorni. Mi serve una pausa. Mia madre è da 1 mese che si trova in un ospedale psichiatrico (ha tenato il suicidio tagliandosi le vene) e io sono a casa con mio padre e mio fratello di 15 anni. Io ho 17 anni, fine febbraio 18, mio padre mi fa fare le faccende domestiche. Non mi ringrazia, non mi dice brava, mi dà la colpa per tutto. Ieri, per esempio, ero a casa col mio ragazzo; lui per sbaglio ha rovesciato la sprite e io ho iniziato a pulire. In quel momento entra mio padre e mi sgrida perché mi ero dimenticata di appendere i vestiti (io e il mio ragazzo facevamo 6 mesi e ho cucinato, abbiamo mangiato e dopo mi sono dimenticata dei vestiti di mio padre), dopo mi sgrida perchè si è rovesciata la sprite. Il mio ragazzo si era scusato e aveva detto a mio padre che era colpa sua e che avrebbe pulito tutto, ma mio padre ha risposto che dovevo ripulire solo io. Se devo essere sincera mi sento un po' schiavizzata. Poi mio padre si lamenta che non vado mai a trovare mio nonno, ma nel poco tempo libero che ho posso passarlo col ragazzo e con amici? È una settimana e mezza che sono in vacanza da scuola e io mi sento comunque molto stressata e molto in ansia. I haven't heard anymore out of her since he was born, though she would probably would have liked to cause me to lose him before he was born.

He's never met this girl in his life. We got in a fight and he added a bunch of hot girls that he's never seen in real life and said that he said he added them as potential girls he could date. I'm currently in a class where I don't know anyone, and it seems like most other people know someone else, so I feel kind of alone. I like being around people, I like making friends, but when I'm in a situation like this I sometimes am a little scared to start a conversation with someone randomly during class because I'm scared of what they might think...for example, they aren't interested in talking to me, etc. I know it's kind of stupid but I tend to overthink and I care about what other people think about me. Part of this class is us traveling together, which is why I want to get to know some people. I noticed a couple other people in the class who don't seem to really know anyone else (they don't talk to anyone in the class really, they come and leave by themselves...) and I want to talk to them because it seems like they're in the same boat, but again I'm nervous to approach them/start a conversation because I don't want them to think it's weird...I just want to get to know some people in my class so I can stop feeling nervous and just enjoy!

When I got married I was just out of college and had a $51,000 dollar student loan debt. My husband Jack worked a lot of overtime hours to payoff that student loan debt. That was several years ago. Jack is now my ex husband. We remained on friendly terms after our divorce. I recently received an inheritance and I think I have a moral obligation to pay back Jack some or all of the money he used to pay off my student loan debt. My friends and family tell me I am crazy to do this. They say I don't owe him anything. It is a husband's duty to pay off his wife's debts. I am confused.
