Question: Is it okay for me to be upset? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 05:14 PM PST So it was my 16th birthday yesterday, and I was excited for a time, let's just say by the end of the night I was sobbing in my room. I felt it wasn't exciting and I guess my expectations for the day were kind of ruined. My parents gave me a shoe box which they wrapped in a blanket. In the shoe box was a pair of shorts I already owned, a pair of soccer shorts and a shirt that I already owned as well. I said thank you but I told they could return them. The next day my mom asked why I was sad and I said well it didn't seem as though you put much effort into my birthday. She called me a brat and told her the meal took her an hour to make. She also made the kind of brownies I like and also I was upset because it's the big 16, where you can drive. I couldn't because of a medical condition I just got diagnosed with, and she said I shouldn't be mad. I feel like crying all the time and I don't know what to think |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 04:37 PM PST Earlier today while i was in my history class, my friend was walking down the aisle, so i moved my foot as a joke pretending to try to trip him, and he didn t even touch my foot and almost tripped. So my teacher called me up and threatened me with a referral acting like she had PTSD or something. She literally spoke to me in a tone as if she was going to murder me. He didn t even touch my foot... BTW this question is fake. My friend dared me. |
Question: My best friend is getting really annoying what should I do? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 04:30 PM PST We've known each other for a while since kids now were late teens. I remember as a kid I was annoyed bc she would copy me like my hairstyles, likes, idk childish things i guess, but later in middle school as we got together more we clicked more and all that was forgotten. Now, however, I'm getting reaaaaally annoyed. Like it's just she seems she may have changed her personality a bit. She's a nice person but she seems self-centered lately and like a poser. For ex, we were talking about pot & once she said she was against it then out of no where she's all "omg when I have my car I'm gonna hotbox do you know what hotbox is?!" & she knows nothing about it bc we were talking once & she was like "oh does it kill you I don't even know haha?" And i know we're bff's but would it kill her to give me gas $ once in while or something? (I only have my license) And I feel like she acts so desperate on social media bc she posts things about needing/wanting a guy and the next moment she's all "I'm back bitches, i'm into my old hoe ways" LIKE WHAT? WHEN WERE U EVER? and then she's all acting like she needs guy's love again. Another thing is that she knows I'm shy whatever she's not that shy but she's no party animal either and sometimes when given the situation where I have to interact or something she's always like "omg you're so awkward!!" LIKE STOP she says it way too much when I don't even feel awkward. Am I wrong to be annoyed? What should I do I? |
Question: Stuck in classes with my bullies? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 04:28 PM PST Ok so here's the thing. Our new semester just started so that means new classes. There's been these three girls that have been bullying me, harassing me, talking bad about me, everything, the whole year. I walked to my new class today first period and saw one of them was in it. I immediately walked out and switched classes. (Bad idea on my part) my counselor then put me in another class but this class is with TWO of them, I literally told her who was bothering me and she still put me in classes with them. What should I do? Should I suck it up in class and move on? That's what I've been telling myself but these girls have made this year hell. I want to focus on my academics but it's kind of hard when you're worried about people harassing you everyday, 24/7 |

Question: Why is my roommate such a loser? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 04:27 PM PST Time and time again, it's surprised me how much of a loser my roommate is. Not the merdy, never-gets-invited-to-parties kind of a loner. When we first became roommates, he was invited to a lot of parties (believe it or not, you'll actually get kicked out of you crash a party), because he's pretty good looking and well dressed. However, he never comes to parties and prefers to stay at the dorm and read. He's so boring, isn't he? |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 03:33 PM PST One of my roommates invited me and some other friends to go to the mountains for her birthday weekend. I said I can most likely go because I'm bad at saying no and felt bad. The thing is, I HATE snow and don't even have proper clothes for the activities up there here at school with me. So I already wasn't looking forward to going. Then today, a guy that I have been wanting to see since October told me that he's going to be visiting my college that weekend. I have feelings for him and have been wanting to see him for SO long and last time he was here I wasn't able to. He does not come often (his school is 1.5 hrs away). I don't want to ditch my girls for a boy who I don't even know what he sees me as. But I also am not looking forward to the mountains anyway. Advice? |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 03:06 PM PST He is older than me by 2 grades. But I am much bigger and stronger than this kid. Again he was fine just shooken up cuz he landed on a assisted pull up machine. He might be a little special tho but not 2 bad just neardy. I felt bad and purfuesly apologized and asked if he was ok. He said yeah and that it was his fault. But i still feel bad cuz it wasnt fair 2 him. But again he did chuck a yoga ball at my face and had 2 block it. |

Question: Should I let my roommate use this in her senior portfolio? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 02:52 PM PST I'm 21 & a college student. My roommate/best friend (almost a sister) is an art & film double major. A year ago she approached me because she knew I was really good at controlled breathing, & wanted to use me for a conceptual art/film piece of 2 women sitting on a couch in interesting light, topless, breathing in unison for about 4 minutes, w/ the sounds of birds outside. She was broke and could only afford 1 model, knew I could do controlled breathing, & after being promised that the only people to see it would be her, her peer evaluation partner, & the professor, I agreed. While the whole thing was a bit avant garde/conceptual for my taste, it WAS artistic, & I knew no one would really see it, & it helped her out. She got a really good grade. Now she is putting together her senior portfolio, which is a BIG (& difficult) deal & necessary for graduation. Her advisor is begging her to use the film piece because it is one of her best. I want to help out, I do. But it'd mean a lot more people seeing it. It would even be on display in the gallery in the art department. That's a whole lot more than I knew I was signing on for. I play sports, so I'm used to being nude around women, and this was/is art, so I was more comfortable than normal. But I'm pretty modest overall, never even been nude in front of a boy before. So this is freaking me out. But I also don't want to leave her in the lurch. She can't afford to reshoot it, and it is one of her best grades. Ideas? |
Question: Should I still be friends with one of my "best" friends? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 02:52 PM PST I have been best friends with this girl for a little over 4 years now and for the past 6 months I have been questioning whether I actually want to be friends with her. We both care for each other, but at this point I feel like that's only because we've been close for so long. Lately everything she does annoys me, just who she is is annoying and it used to not bother me, but now I can't stop thinking about it. Also I've realized she's just not a nice person, and I think she's always been like that I just never realized it. Every time we hang out is pretty boring, and repetitive, I don't find joy in talking to her or being with her. I know the answer seems pretty straight forward, but I really do care about her and I know she cares deeply for me as well which is why I don't know what to do. If I shouldn't be friends with her, how should I break it off? |
Question: What to do when your guy friend falls for you? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 02:50 PM PST i don't want to lose him i like him as a friend we are close but i don't want it to be become awkward between us |
Question: I'm losing two of my best friends and I don't know what to do? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 02:01 PM PST Two of my best friends a girl and a guy are all in the same friend group and they are good friends too. Me and my girl best friend I'll call P met last year and we were completely joined at the hip. We talked everyday and just did everything together I told her everything she told me everything. Now this year we still talk but she's different. She's hanging out more with all our guy friends all the time. She barely texts me anymore I always have to text her first and the only time she texts me is for help with homework. Anytime we're walking in the hallway and I'm talking to her if someone else comes up she'll cut me off and start talking to them and just leave me behind. My best guy friend is doing the same thing, we never talk anymore. And I feel like a ***** because I hate everyone who is taking them away from meal much. I just freaking despise them with every part of my body. I tell them everything and it's really hard for me to open up to people and I finally did and now their leaving me. When I first started middle school my previous best friend left me for the popular kids and now I'm going into high school and the same thing is happening to me and I don't know what to do. |
Question: Friends make fun of me being in special ed? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 01:38 PM PST Right now im a 18 years old and in special ed and its junior year, but today i was eating lunch and one kid i know in my auto mechanic class told my best friend (i dont really see him as a friend anymore) about how my truck almost fell off the lift. the reason it almost fell off is because i replaced my whole suspension it just need to be aligned and it was hard to steer with the wheel sideways and getting to the alignment machine which is in front of another lift. My friend told me that im a dumbass and dont know how to drive so i said hes a idiot for thinking it is easy to drive over 2 lift with the truck not aligned, then he said thats why you are in those special ed classes in front of all my friends at my table that didnt know i was in only 2 special classes. I looked at my my friend angry and embarrassed then left to the bath room almost crying. What can i do to get out of the classes i now get good grades in these classes, but they wont put me in actuall classes also i have thought about moving somewhere else, because almost everyone knows im in these classes. |
Question: Popular girl next to my locker? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:52 PM PST Of course I couldn't pick my locker and I got assigned one in between one nice popular girl and one rude one! Today she said "can you move?" really rude and it really bothered me. I just wanted to say "do you realize how disgusting you are? You're making me sick". But of course I didn't. She stands right in front of my locker sometimes and doesn't move even when I say "excuse me". That's me being at least polite. When she drops something by me, she just picks it up. But when I drop something or accidently close her locker door, and i say "sorry" she just glares at me and doesn't do anything. Sometimes she just stares at me and it's creepy. Of course I'm not popular so I have to deal with people like this everyday. Any advice? |
Question: Strange Shana person is texting me? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:51 PM PST She said something about a kid with down syndrome having a birthday and telling me to come over. |
Question: Had a fight recently? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:14 PM PST I had a fight with my bestfriend recently, and now she is using my weaknesses which are the fear I have of losing my other friends and being totally alone. Like literally she is trying to take all of my friends and she insults me a lot. What should I do?! I don't want to solve the problem because she hates me but I want to do something that would make her silent and like leave me alone. |
Question: Former coworkers hate me? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:10 PM PST My former coworkers have been giving me attitude lately. I don't know what I did or what they might have heard to cause any misunderstandings. Is not the first time something like this happened. Last time, someone told them I complained about them being loud and unprofessional - which I never did. That is over now but I still never found out who said that about me, They did not tell me cause they don't want to spread any rumors, which I feel it doesn't make any sense. But again, that is over. This time, I don't know what it is about, I might never know either. I just feel if they heard something I supposedly said about them, at least come confront me instead of giving me attitudes, meanwhile I am clueless of what I did. Like give me a chance to explain/hear me out first. Everyone is telling me to just ignore them especially since I don't work with them anymore. I don't work with them directly anymore but I'm still in the same department and I do see them everyday. I just can't help but feel uncomfortable and upset - I don't really know how to describe my feelings right now. I also feel like I just can't trust anyone at work, no matter how nice they seem. What should I do? |
Question: Am I doing something wrong? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:07 PM PST im a guy and my best friends is a girl. ive got a new job where im making more money, Soo I like buying my friend really nice expensive things. So today she said she feels kinda wrong because we are only friends. Is there something wrong with me buying her nice things??? |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:03 PM PST Yahoo I have a friend I knew since the 8th grade. We are both 21 now with one year olds. She has always been that friend that I could be myself around, and she's reallyyy cool. People used to think I had a thing for her and she had a thing for me our sophomore year in high school, but no! I liked men and still do. She was a Stud, but once she got pregnant she changed back to dressing womaningly but still acts and talk manly. Lol . when ever I see her I can tell she has a sorta thing for me. I believe she always did. Her daughter's father is long time on and off again boyfriend since middle school. We all were cool, But in 9th grade I fount out he was my cousin!! His grandma and my grandma are FULL SISTERS. I never knew. We are not and never have been close like me and most of my family are. I haven't spoken to him since her baby shower in 2015. He's actually incarcerated right now. Would I be wrong to have a little curious sex with my friend?? I think she's back dating girls since my cousin is in jail, but I don't want to date her just sex. Maybe just once |
Question: Should I loose my friend ive known since 6th grade other then the one I've know since 7th? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:01 PM PST My 2 friends they are both boys and they have dated Im in 8th grade and I've known the 7th graders since he was in 5th grade and I've know the 6th grader since last year Me and the 6th grader do guard and all 3 of us do drama club together and well me and the seventh grader talk so much together and have a silly goofy friendship but me and the sixth grader don't goof around to much and it's kinda just a serious friendship and only hang out during school i don't know who I wanna side with on the break up |
Question: How do you deal with flaky people? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 11:53 AM PST I've got a co worker friend who I've come to realize is really flaky. She flaked on me once and it caused turbulence in our friendship. We got past it and now all is forgiven, but I see how she really is flaky also in her behavior patterns. I guess I just let those things pass since we were good friends then, but after the flaking episode, which still irritates me when I think about it, her flaws seem amplified. There are days I do get irritated because flaking is rude and disrespectful so I typically just keep my mouth shut and maintain a good working relationship, but there are times that it is hard to keep my comments to myself. I do keep my mouth shut so I don't upset the working relationship any more. I should also mention that I know I'm not perfect either. |
Question: Why doesn't anyone want anything to do with me? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 11:15 AM PST Every person I have ever come into contact with, even if we got along good at first, it eventually faded, and after a while they wanted nothing to do with me. It's always been that way! After a while it really starts to hurt. Every human being on earth has need to feel wanted, and to belong. But nobody seems to want to accept me, or want me. And I can't figure out why nobody likes me. I try to be the best person I can be, yet nobody wants anything to do with me. I'm tired of it! I'm tired of being rejected by everyone. So what's the deal? |

Question: Do I let my best friend use this in her senior portfolio? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 10:24 AM PST I'm 21 & a college student. Drip---she did shoot it first with a leotard, but you didn't get the bright reflection from the window light the same way you do off skin, which made the breathing less pronounced/clear. |
Question: Is this man abusive? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 10:22 AM PST Marvin is 21 and his boyfriend Shawn is 22. One day during a college class Shawn noticed that Marvin had to use the bathroom. Shawn stood up than announced it in front of thr whole classroom. Marvin did have to use the bathroom but he wanted to wait until class ended. But he got up and went anyway because Shawn wanted him too. When Marvin finished using the bathroom Shawn told Marvin he looked a hot mess and started playing with his hair in the mirror. Marvin blushed and said stop. But Shawn kept going. he hugged Marvin from behind and started to unbutton his shirt. Marvin said no stop you Idiot but Shawn smiled and said. See, look at your nipples! I know you want it! Shawn grabs Marvin's nipples and fondles them. Marvin pushes Shawn Away, kicks him in the balls and leaves the bathroom. Do you think Shawn is abusive? Okay |
Question: Does anyone else ever want to disconnect from their friends? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 09:15 AM PST Let me start off by saying I have AMAZING friends. Giving, loving people- definitely not toxic what so ever, but its ME who has the problem. Sometimes, like today, I just want to disconnect from my friends. One comment can make me angry and its like I want nothing to do with the person no matter if we have been friends for 20 years. I sometimes don t text my friends simply because I just don t want to talk to them. Does anyone else get this way? What emotion is this? Depression, anger? |
Question: It's totally not cool to go out with someone just to do someone else a favour, is it? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 08:43 AM PST Complicated. There s this coffee shop in town. Me and a coworker go there for our lunch break. Two girls work there, one of them is the owner of that place. Her coworker has a crush on my coworker, which is mutual. She herself likes me, for some strange reason. She kind of asked me out, and I said no, I hardly know her. The fact that she spoils me should not get her any favours (free tea, biscuits etc). She said it would be a group outing with her, me, her coworker and my coworker. Of course, when my coworker heard this, he went nuts and asked me to please go out with that girl so he could go out with her coworker. It s totally not cool to go out with someone to do someone else a favour, is it? |
Question: Where can we go???? Easy question!!!? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 08:35 AM PST Starting a new friendship with a new female friend this will be the first time hanging out where can we go to hang out besides bars clubs and stuff like that? where else can we go??? Somewhere fun or an activity we can do? Where do u go with your friends? |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 08:10 AM PST I m currently a student in HS, and I don t have any friends, mainly because I know friendships tend not to last, especially when I plan to leave the state to pursue my career. I have a classmate who I m not friends with, but it s weird. We don t talk when there is someone else he wants to hang out with, but if he knows no one else in a place but me, he ll hang out with me. Should I stay away from this person since they only associate with me when they have no other option, or should I act as if we re friends also? I don t like the idea of being used for false companionship, but I always have people tell me to be more "social" and "friendly". |
Question: I caught my friend sucking my best friends dick:/? I may have screwed one of their sisters but that was years ago but i've never told him, do i confront them and tell them the truth or should i just let them be gay and tell them im happy for them. what if they rape me |
Question: My friend s fiance is Snap Chatting me. Is that weird? Question: Why is he acting like this? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 07:04 AM PST I became good friends with a man twice my age early last year at the gym. We ve known each other for years before that, but we became closer through talking about fun 5k runs. He made is obvious that he liked me, but i told him I did not see him that way and only wanted to be friends. We worked out together and would hang out outside the gym as well. We d go out to eat and split the bill. He never paid for me. As I got to know him, I discovered many things about him that I did not like. Every time I had a different opinion, he would overpower me and tell my why his opinion is better. He s also had numerous falling outs with other people at the gym because he s offended them. He refuses to apologize to them, saying it s not his fault they were offended. He s also made me uncomfortable numerous times. He touches me (not inappropriately) but more than I would like. His actions are creepy too. As a result, I ve started distancing myself from him. He noticed, and I told him why. We could still be friends if he stopped the behavior. He said it was a matter of time and bound to happen, and that we could be friends from a distance. But he blocked me on facebook, and started posting statuses indirectly about me, "workout buddies have a lifespan of 6 months. Sticking solo from now on." "Delete and block. It s that easy" That annoyed me a bit. I feel like he s acting like a baby, and he s twice my age. We re both doing a Spartan Race next week. That ll be awkward. |
Question: Should I go to this wedding or not? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 07:02 AM PST Hi!! A friend invited me to her wedding and honestly I don't know what to do. We were close about ten years ago, but as she got in a relationship with her now fiancé, our friendship slowly faded away. However, we have seen each other about once a year and so we remain on "amicable terms". I do find her boyfriend really likable so it's not a matter of me hating him or anything. The thing is, I don't know what to do because I'm unemployed and money is tight, the wedding is five hours away from my hometown so I'd have to spend a lot on transport, accommodation, etc. I know a couple of people that are going to attend the wedding, but I'd go ultimately on my own, so I'm almost sure I'll feel awkward. On the one hand, I think it could be fun and this friend has been in the past a very good friend, but on the other, I may get bored. Don't really know what to do?! |
Question: How to stop being friends with someone after they ve done bad things? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 06:52 AM PST So there is an online theme park community in which everyone kind of knows each other, and good friends in the community hang out in theme parks together all the time. I go to the same park almost every week, and so does my friend. But I just found out that my friend has done some unforgivable things in the past and still does so. I don t want to be friends with them anymore. What should I do when we will inevitably run into each other at the park? Should I be honest with them? Or is there a better solution? Keep in mind that this person is kind of unstable and extremely sensitive as well. Thanks! |
Question: My best friend is a slut, and I live in her shadow.? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 06:42 AM PST I m in 8th grade, and I feel like I live in my best friend s shadow. She would flip her hair on my face to embarass me, and would flirt with all the boys. Boys always say she s hot, but stupid and not beautiful. I had a crush on this guy, and when I told her she immediatly got closer to him and talked about private parts. WTF? AM I right??? A day after, she posted a picture of her *** (she s ONLY THIRTEEN) in really tight adidas shorts (if you know what I mean) and she knows my ex and my crush is following her. WTF. also, she cuddled with my ex (when we just broke up) at a sleepover I HOSTED. Well, she s an attention seeker. ( always "accidently shows her *** and boobs in public too ) and each time I get in the limelight, she brings me down. |

Question: Why does he behave so differently at times ????????????? HELPPPPP? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 06:25 AM PST So there is a guy from college who I used to see at times And he used to be quiet around me when I used to talk to him or other times he would be talkative and come to me on his own. He also used to seem like he was avoiding me and other times he would come say hi and sit with me on the bus on his own. Well I just saw him after a year - I was waiting for my train and he came with a group of friends. We looked at each other and he seem shocked and put his head down. In the train I noticed initially he was facing me then he turned his back. I sat down after a while and couldn't see him as a lot of people were in the train. After it cleared I could see he was standing and facing me againn. I felt he maybe have been looking at me but I didn't want to stare and make it awkwrd. When we exited and we waited for our cars he stood to the side with his friend and I felt he was glancing at me. Now the weird thing is when his car came he didn't quickly run to it as he usually did. He waited for the car to come right infront of us before he got in I saw saw him recently in a store and when I looked up he was already smiling at my first and said hi and we had a brief conversation as he was working there I didn't want him to get him in trouble so I kept it short. So why does he act like this like didn't talk the first time but was smiling the next time I saw him ??? |
Posted: 24 Jan 2017 04:29 AM PST Besides coping with a whole new environment, I've faced some problems. I think my old friends stopped contacting me. I know they're busy with their studies but 10 days straight without a call or text. Is it really that hard to take few seconds of your life to send text to your friend? I only tell myself that maybe they don't know what to say but now I really feel disconnected and I should start to totally forget about them I mean TOTALLY. And maker rally good friends from now on in my new school. I really want your opinion guys. PS I go back to island once in two weeks and they seemed reluctant to meet me. |
Question: Is my acquaintance interested in more than friendship? Posted: 24 Jan 2017 12:47 AM PST I've been texting back and forth with this acquaintance I met through a mutual friend. We lost touch for a bit and ran into each other recently. I've been out of the game for a while, so it's hard for me to read intrapersonal cues. He seemed to be put off by me when we ran into each other, but when I cleared the air regarding how we lost touch, we started chatting again as if nothing happened. We chat about all kinds of things- life, goals, work, hobbies, etc. I like talking to him, but I'm scared that if we hang out in person (one on one) that he might want our current friendship to progress into something more since this has happened before to me in the past with other guy friends. |

Question: Am I a bad friend for discouraging my BFF from marrying someone? (10 pts best answers)? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 10:59 PM PST I've been best friends with this girl (we're both girls) since we were 8 years old. We're 25 now. She met a guy online and they video chat and message on FB everyday for the past four months and they're already talking about marriage. He's from the other side of the world. We live in Florida. He lives in Moracco. He's already convinced her to save money to go in the summer to meet him and marry him and she's all for it. Talking about how she's even willing to stay over there. She also has a 3 year old daughter from a previous relationship that she was in for 6 years. This is the part where I go in and have discouraged her about it. She's already talking about quitting college since her degree won't count in that other country. (Which is a shame since she worked so hard for it) she also can't work in that other country since she doesn't even speak the language over there. Neither can her daughter. So her daughter can't go to school until she learns the language. She would also be depriving her daughter of her own father. (Who is actually really involved in his daughters life and has also discouraged my friend about moving out of the country). She puts her fingers in her ears and pretends she can't hear me whenever I try to talk sense into her. She falls for guys too quickly and moves too fast. What can I tell her? Or should I be supportive even if I feel this is a bad idea? |
Question: Is it okay for a 14 year old to date a 17 year old? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 10:29 PM PST My 14 year old friend confessed to me that she's been dating an older guy and they talk about sex sometimes, sometimes on social media and sometimes in person. They never actually did it and they're seeing each other one on one. Her parents seemed to have began trusting him because he offered to start tutoring her after school but in fact all they do is go on dates and they've even talked about going to this beach that allows nudity near my college! I'm only 19 but something tells me that this isn't right. I haven't met him but from what I've heard he's obsessed with girls dressing provocatively, encouraged my friend to look hot, and he has bought wine underage once. |

Question: Coworker didn't watch the movies I lent them. Should I be offended? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 10:11 PM PST First off I should add that this person was SUPER pumped to watch them. "All I do is watch movies so yea!". When I lent them I asked if they wanted to go out with me to eat pie and discuss. They said yes. The next day I found out they had a boyfriend. I told them that I felt foolish because I had asked them on a date. They said sorry, but could we be friends because you seem super cool. I said perhaps when some time had passed. The last time I tried to be friends with someone I liked they burned me really bad. This coworker kept the movies for a month. We had pretty much been awkwardly ignoring eachother at work. They put the movies in my locker. I tried to extend an olive branch and asked what they thought of them. They told me that they didn't get a chance to watch my copies because they had been busy and didn't want to lose them, but they would buy them on our next paycheck... I am at a loss for words and don't know how to respond. I am a lesbian. Do you think they think that if they watched them I would curse them with my lesbian witchcraft? I am a lesbian. Question: Why is he acting like a baby? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 10:09 PM PST I became good friends with a man twice my age early last year at the gym. What do I do now? |
Posted: 23 Jan 2017 09:51 PM PST A friend of mine who I have known for over two years, from being around her and hearing her say things, she is a compulsive liar. Anyways, today she said that she had one wisdom tooth taken out on Saturday and this morning in class she was eating a bagel. Wouldn't a bagel be pretty tough and be painful to eat. I would think the gums would have to heal. What do you think? Is she lying? |
Question: What can I do for my 17th birthday with only one friend? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 09:38 PM PST I want to do something fun and memorable, versus just a cake and pizza or something like that, but as the title implies, I only have one friend...any ideas? I'm not on good terms with my family either, so that's out of the question. |

Question: How to deal with intolerable teen? Single parent drama? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 09:08 PM PST I live with my 17 year old daughter. I let her have the bedroom for the first two years we lived in this condo. She moved and lived with friends when things got tense between us, now she is back I am not giving up the bedroom. So she is torturing me. She yells at me and I don't feel I can use my own kitchen. She is living in the den adjacent to the living room/kitchen. It is small and has no door(where I slept for two years). I have tried to accommodate by getting a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave in my room. Am I over accommodating her? I feel she is going to be a horrible roommate to others in the future. or is it just because I am her mother she feels she can walk all over? How do I change these dynamics? or is she just not going to appreciate me until she has more life experience? Sometimes i feel this is just a lesson for me to learn to be a better roommate, cause in the future I will need to a much better roommate than I have been in the past. Crap I think the Karma runs even deeper and I will get to learn how my parents feel about me. Single Mom counting the days |

Question: Do I sound super lame? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 08:17 PM PST So I'm in grade 9. I generally go home for lunch, sometimes I stay. I have 8 friends (girls. A couple of them are a bit odd the rest seem normal/cool) who I talk to during classes. I get good grades. I'm not in any clubs. I still get together with friends from my old school and horseback ride on the weekends. During class I'm quiet and don't say anything (a couple people told me I was quiet. As if I didn't know that). I just kinda go on my phone and do t really care. I am considered pretty or Abbie average looking but not the prettiest. Only like two guys have ever tried to talk to me. On Instagram I just follow my close friends and have 350 followers and some random pics. I think I dress decent. I feel like I am really lame. |
Question: Should I give my ungrateful friend a ride to school? Posted: 23 Jan 2017 07:55 PM PST My "buddy" has been treating me unkindly lately and fails to appreciate my many acts of favor given to him. He takes advantage of me and today he struck another chord of mine when he lied about where he was with some of my friends because he apparently did not want me to be there. Tomorrow there are finals at school and he wants a ride to the 7 am study session. I have my liscence and he cannot get there because he does not have one and his parents work. Should I give him a ride? Should I ignore his text asking for one? Should I confront him for the millionth time about being ungrateful? Do I pick him up and be passive aggressive about it? Any answer is helpful! |
