Question: Thoughts on this dress as a wedding guest? Posted: 07 Sep 2016 12:33 PM PDT http://www.jcpenney.com/scarlett-short-sleeve-mesh-neck-sheath-dress-plus/prod.jump?ppId=pp5007390276&catId=cat100210008&deptId=dept20000013&&_dyncharset=UTF-8&colorizedImg=DP0503201617033780M.TIF&urlState=/g/plus-size-womens-dresses-black/N-bwo3xD1nnujcZ12zZ1dcZ1by I already have the dress and it fits fine but now I'm having second thoughts just based on the color because it's all black. I wanted it in blue, but they don't have it in blue. It's a semi-formal traditional wedding. Wedding at 1 and reception at 6. Nordstrom has a similar blue dress but well it costs twice as much and it's a navy blue dress and looks black. http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/maggy-london-illusion-yoke-crepe-sheath-dress-plus-size/4196422?origin=category-personalizedsort&fashioncolor=BLACK Nordstrom has is in a lighter shade of blue but well I just had a baby and "outgrew" a size 6 that they have it in lol.

Question: Do english people decorate their house before their wedding? Posted: 07 Sep 2016 06:21 AM PDT I know in some cultures its a tradion for the bride and groom to decorate their house before the wedding. Do English people do this?:)
Question: Thoughts on combination surnames rather than one of us taking the others.? Posted: 07 Sep 2016 04:46 AM PDT Neither of us like the thought of me changing my surname to his, and we both love the idea of us both changing ours into a combination of both our surnames. Has anyone else done this or similar like choosing a new name together or the combo of last names, what did friends and family think, and was it hard finding the right name :)
Question: Should my unreliable friend be my maid of honour at my wedding? *please read*? Posted: 07 Sep 2016 04:17 AM PDT Hi, I am planning my wedding next year and have asked one of my closest friends to be my maid of honour. My other close friend and sister in law are my bridesmaids. My maid of honour is now really unreliable and doesn't get on that well with my friends or bridesmaids. Over the past year, she says she wants to go to wedding fares with me but then doesn't do it or mention it again. Although I have already asked her to be my maid of honour, I'm now having second doubts as I can't deal with unreliability or lame excuses. Has anyone experienced this before? I don't know wether to tell her not to be my maid of honour anymore but obviously still have her as a guest. Thanks
