My boss and I didn't interact much...we had no reason to during this time, aside from running into each other occssionally and having small talk. When an opening came up, he basically gave me a heads up on how to be successful in the interview process and sabatoged the other interviewees (he asked them bizarre, ridiculously hard questions and fed me easy ones). He told me when I was hired that if I ever needed anything I could count on him. He was very supportive, because I was only 24 and new to the company. I didn't need much help though. I've been working full time for the company for about a year. He is still friendly, but sort of busy and diatracted like me. Again, we dont work alongside each other. When I do get a chance to talk to him, he seems a little quiet or nervous and talks about himself and his accomplishments a lot. He emphasized that he works hard for the company and the flaws aren't his fault. He shared feelings toward his bosses and ideas for the future. Sometimes I'll see him in the building and he'll say hi or tease me, joke around. But others, he seems a little aloof and uncomfortable, maybe ignoring me a little or acting like he doesn't see me. Why is he inconsistent? I saw him today on my way out and I said hey how's it going? And he asked the same and I said okay and said have a good night. But it seemed a little awkward. My fiance and I have been together for about 3 years now and everything was fantastic in the beginning. She was fun and exciting and it was enjoyable to be around her. She would constantly tell me I'm being to controlling and that I'm going to ruin my relationship. When she started realizing more and more that I wouldn't be changing to fit her view, she started to complain about me to my fiance. He obviously doesn't want to hear it because he loves me. I stumbled across a text conversation that they had recently about me. Long story short she accused me of being a backstabbing little ***** and also said that I was tearing her family apart. I honestly don't know what I did to cause this but it's putting a huge strain on my relationship with my fiance. I have anxiety and depression issues and it has come down to I may have to leave my fiance in order to stop the pain that she causes me with her actions. My fiance and I will be spending all of the holidays separated from here on out and I will no longer be going over to her house when she invites "everyone" over. What should I do??? He doesn't typically stick up for me due to fear that she will manipulate him to feel bad that he's attacking her (she is known to do this) so I'm pretty much all alone in that aspect. |

I broke up with my bf of five weeks because he wouldn't say I love you for two weeks and I didn't understand why. Today he told me it was because he was jealous of a story I told him about my ex. The day I told him the story I asked if he was okay and I let him know I loved him, he told me he was fine but he started acting passive aggressive. And before all of this he would say I love you, but then stopped saying it cuz he was jealous. Even if I was mad or jealous I would still him I love him. I didn't know he was feeling this way because he was lying about his feelings even though I told him I would listen to anything he said. What do you guys think? He always suggests I should do this or do that and whenever I voice my opinion he thinks I'm attacking him or something. Some days I will not even acknowledge his presence and I know that's pretty messed up but that is how I feel about him.
