I've been getting eaten alive by my guilt for a long time. I saw her yesterday TWICE and she smiled at me both times. It's not like the time before where she hated my guts for 4 months. I can't stop thinking about her and it's kinda ruining me. I don't usually talk to people outside of school unless they're one of my really good friends. I've never had a gf, no kiss either. I'm 17 and decently attractive, just have no friend groups with girls which makes it hard to meet girls to date. This would be the only time I've ever been with a girl just the two of us, obviously in a public place during the day, but IDK if what I'm picturing happening would happen. Ok so I have been using this same teamspeak server for almost 2 years. I have many friends there that I have gamed with and it gives me people to hang out with when my irl friends are busy. I am a socially awkward person. And there is someone in my class that I really want to befriend. There is this guy that seems kind of weird, but he seems really nice, and I have been trying to say hi for literally over two weeks... I have two periods with him, but I don't sit neat him. So there s this girl (let s call her Ann) and she was best friends with my sister. My sister (I ll call her Belle) was so nice to her. She would give her cookies when she s nervous or scared, helped her through her (many) break ups and she would talk with her all the time. So of course Belle would think Ann is her best friend. So I have these 2 best friends and one is her birthday this weekend so we decided to go to the club cause her favorite group will be there and one of my friend wants to get a vip section and wants us all to pitch in so $100 each and that's not including the entrance fee of $50. I told my friend I can't afford that just for one night I have responsiblity I'm a single mother and I have bills and I don't get any help from no one I pay everything from my own pocket. And besides that my mom got eye surgery these past 2 weeks so she can't work. So me and my 2 sisters gave my mom $200 each to help her out. My friend that wants to get the vip section it's not even her birthday it's my other friend and I told my other friend the same thing and she understood and said she doesn't even care that she doesn't want the vip section. Ok so at school today the people in my class were passing notes. I was sitting with 2 girls and one was fat and had acne and ugly. Then a boy I like passed a note to me and told me to open it. Then the girl with the acne that's fat said that we don't belong together and to not get with him and that she feels bad for me. This got on my nerves and made me want to fight her that she said that because it made me feel like she was trying to say that I'm too ugly for him. Ok so I am president of a charity organizational club at my high school that I started. It's been working out well and many people who aren't from wealthy families who come from bad neighborhoods ec. come and want to help out in my club. I am not a very judge mental person and talk and hang out with people no matter what they look like or what they believe in unless I don't agree with it. I am a person who takes my future very seriously and cares about my education unlike some people who don't. But I don't judge them, all they are doing is figuring out what they want to do and might not have as big goals as I do. But does that mean that I can't hang out with them? They are nice people who entertain me and I enjoy their company! They are funny, lovable and good people. So one day I wanted to go to the dollar store to get some snacks and said that they can come with me cuz I was talking to them, and one of my friends offered to pay. I said sure and we left to the dollar store, I told my dad that I'm at the dollar store, so I'll text you when I'm done and you can pick me up. After we bought the stuff my dad called saying he's picking me up even though I told him to wait. He said no and came to pick me up. The whole ride home he started yelling at me because I had a bad choice in friends and that I am stupid and a terrible daughter because I can't prove myself in anything. He said my grades are bad (I've had straight A's in ALL AP CLASSES maybe one or two HIGH B's, but my grades have been increasing as the years went on in REALLY HARD CLASSES! I ALWAYS CHALLENGE MYSELF!) he said that I have a lower score on my ACT than everyone else even though I only took it once and got a 26 on my first try. I studied for the ACT the week before and I worked hard. But I know I'm going to take it more than once, but he doesnt care! AND DONT GET ME WRONG! I am have so many intelligent friends who are so sweet and are on the same mindset as me. But he sees me once with people who look different than me and thinks that I'm going in the wrong direction in life. He constantly tells me I'm dumber than everyone else and says that the people I hang out with are stupid. It's unfair. My dad almost always says ok when I stay after school because I'm either working on the club or doing some hw ec. This time I was about to talk to them about the club because we are setting up an event, so we went to the dollar store to get some snacks cuz it's right across school. When I told my dad this time he got mad and picked me up for some reason. He almost always is busy and actually tells me to either walk home or a get a ride. He thinks that I'm goofing off with them, and since I have been friends with people like them since I was young he said that "I always goof off and never care about my future unlike everyone else." Even though that is the complete opposite. I bet if I were with some other people from my classes he would say the complete opposite. It's crazy, and his words really hurt. Do I rely on her for support too much when I should be doing my own things? Should I try to become more confident in myself?

My roommate is a dear friend of mine with a 9 year old son. Her old roommate was moving out, I was currently looking for a place, and asked if I wanted to move in. I obviously said yes. We agreed to split everything down the middle but over the last 5 months have been nothing but me ending up frustrated. She doesn t clean, ever (let s her dishes mold in the sink). Her kid is out of control, constinatly making messes that she doesn t clean up. She also has 2 cats and 1 dog that she does not clean up after. The cats litter boxes don t get clean for 1-2 weeks. The house is a bungalow and I have the upstairs loft with no bathroom to myself. It s my only get away. There is a downstairs with the kitchen, the only bathroom, and both of there own bedrooms. It s her stuff in the house and in the basement that s stored away. I never go downstairs because her son always has friends over or he s watching tv, video games. I m getting frustrated and I don t think I should be paying half of everything. I think I should be paying 1/3 of all bills. What do you think?

I have a shithead "friend" who makes duplicate YouTube accounts and mass dislikes my videos for no reason. I mean I'm not popular or anything, but for the little attention my videos do get I don't want it to be unnecessary hate from an asshole who thinks he's funny ruining my reputation. It's hard to make him angry or trigger him, I thought about constantly spamming annoying messages to him non-stop for a few hours and driving him crazy...I don't feel like what he did is enough to report him on the site, although I might try that too...I also thought about really seriously ignoring him irl, but I don't think I'm able to do that, especially now that my best friend is on a trip and this shithead is the only person with the same interests as me, although I am thinking of doing that as a last resort. Do you have any advice on more stuff I could do? Or maybe which one of these that I thought about is the most effective towards people?

So I'm 21 and awhile back on the first day of 10th grade I met this girl in my class and our best friend chemistry was just amazing, like she was looking forward to talk to me and I was looking forward to talk to her, like our friend ship lasted about a year, then after that school year during the time I first met her, the summer came and then school before you knew it started again in September and I remember saying hi to her in the hall all excited and she just ignored me, and the next time I saw her somewhere else in the school a few days later I said Hey omg!! Girls and boys that are like 1 or 2 years older than me think I'm cute! Even boys that are my age now think I'm cute and talk to me as if I'm a baby, and they smile at me and hug me, and whenever I say something everyone (especially the guys) always go awwww... I asked some people why do they treat me like this and they said: "Its nothing bad, you've just got a cute little baby face" I tried wearing make-up to make myself look older but I just looked like a ten year old with eyeshadow and lipgloss on. Is it a bad thing people find me cute? Is it bad I have a babyface? Why do I have a baby face when everyone looks older?

Today in my one class, these 2 kids kept making fun of me, they would pick on me because I didn't know who a dirt biker is, and when I watched an NHL fail I laughed they made fun of me again and mocked me laugh... I just put both my head phones in and ignored them. They said something and I ignored them. They ripped my head phones out and repeated what they said I just said I don't care stop talking to me and ignored them. They turned off my computer and got in my face. I wanted to ******* punch them. Should I? They would pick on me and call me a ****y if I did tell on them and tell everyone and make more fun. Please help they're assholes thank you

Ok so my friend has always been a shy person in public. We have been friends since high school and he never talked to anyone. I remember my teacher thought he couldn't speak. Anyways, back in high school he added me on facebook and I was really happy because i never had any friends. I was a really depressed teen. I'm still depressed now but it wasn't as bad as it was then. So I noticed he started talking vulgar to me. He asked me vulgar questions and told inappropriate stories. I was disgusted because rumors were going around about him talking dirty to other girls online. I didn't believe it because in person he wasn't like that but when he started talking dirty to me i believed it. He always asked me out and I keep saying no but he won't stop. Still to this day, it has been 4 years since i've graduated and he still constantly asks me out and talks dirty to me. My parents all tell me to unfriend him. My mom actually blames me because I won't unfriend him. I have no friends and I just want someone to talk to so that's why I have been his friend all these years. I just wanted a friend. He claims to be a Christian but he doesn't act it online. So what do you think? Is he a psycho? I don't know much about mental illnesses by the way. Could he be a pervert? Thanks

i dont like the girls at my university in my class and unfortunately i ve become their friend just four days ago and i feel like they are rude, arrogant, cheap and abusive with everyone.. and i m a medical student so i ve to spend 5 years with them.. so how should i avoid them without being rude and i wanna leave them.

So recently I moved from groups into a new English group and this new teacher called mr green seems to always pick on me and embarrass me but I have no idea why. He s only ever done it about my appearance, for example I have this large white coat and he said why do you always carry that around your not santa and I believed he was just a jokey person so I faked a laugh. Then it started to get worse and he started to make comments on how much makeup I wear when I barely wear any, the other girls in my class wear around the same amount yet he still picks on me. The other day he said your wearing so much makeup it covers half your eyebrow and started laughing and so did the class . Then another time he was discussing an atom to someone who doesn t understand and he said for example if Lauren (me) was to wear less makeup it wouldn t make any difference because she wears loads anyway. And it s gotten so bad I don t want to go to form. So today I didn t go but I saw him when I was walking out with another English teacher and he stopped me and said why weren t you in form today and I said I was in art and he said you need to turn up so I can tell you off again and I was so shocked I completely ignored him and walked off I wanted to cry I feel like I m the victim of all his jokes it s making me not want to go to school because of it, what should I do

I recently switched friend groups in the beginning of the school year. I don't know most of the people in this new group and the people I do know talk to me rarely. I'm really shy and I don't know how to include myself in the conversation because they usually talk about the previous years of their friendship. Sometimes they talk about things I know about, but they're really loud and I can't insert myself into the conversation. Help!
