Question: Is it rude to not RSVP for a wedding? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 10:11 PM PDT So here's the thing ever since I first met my brother's soon to be wife I have not like her at all. She is a snob who thinks she is entitled to everything. I don't know what my brother sees in her because nobody in our family likes her, in fact her own sister does not like her. All she cares about is herself and nobody else, not even her soon to be husband. Their wedding date is March 4, 2017. So I'm thinking of not sending an RSVP when I get the card. Normally I want marriages to last but this is one I hope ends in divorce. My brother deserves so much better than her. So would it be rude of me to not RSVP? |
Posted: 27 Sep 2016 10:02 PM PDT For some reason the house is in his name even though i paid for most of it. I've tried everything to get him to sell it. He is seriously mentally crazy my kids even said they were never going to talk to him again unless he agrees to sell it. And he just said ok thats there choice. How do i get him to agree to sell it!!!! |

Question: I messed up what do I tell my wife? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 09:46 PM PDT I love my wife. Let me say that first, she and I have been married for a year and a half. So we live in Provo Utah but I have been dealing with some stuff and so I took up very heavy drinking. When I was drinking I would pass out drunk and wake up hung over the next day, shower brush my teeth use mouth wash and go to classes/work. One night when drinking I fell and hit my head and broke both my legs, I fell down the stairs. Anyway I was given some pain medicine and started taking it with alcohol and was rushed to the ER. I guess the final straw was when my wife tried to take my vodka away and I pushed her....I hate to admit that that happened. I do not like to think about what that does to her. I am experiencing night terrors from being abused as a child, was homeless for four years until a family from my church took me in. I am a damaged man wanting to get help but I don't want to deal with these feelings alone how do I get her back? I need her to be there with me when I go to counseling and I need her to be there when I get back. As you can tell from the question my wife left me and went to stay with her sister at her place. She said I need to think about us. How do I apologize and show I want to get better. |
Question: Is he REALLY still in Love with me? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 09:19 PM PDT So my husband and I have been married for almost 3 years...and we have 2 kiddos with 1 on the way. Yup, I know its been crazy. We were not counting on becoming parents so soon, but we loved it and decided for another. Anywho, I ve felt that I am always the iniciator when it comes to any kind of intimacy. I talked with him about how live has been pretty crazy lately and he began to open up about how he didnt expect marriage to be this hard. I asked him when he knew he wanted to get married and he said it was till he met me. I then kinda confirmed in my mind that he fell out of love with me after the kids(since we got pregnant during our honeymoon) and we didnt really have time to live in that "fantacy" he calls it. The newly wed feeling... like all over you you all over me. I feel terrible because of that. Believe it or not, I am as in love with him as in when he purposed! And I feel it is so unfair for me to iniciate everything! But at the same time I feel guilty for not being able to keep up with that "new wife" deal. I feel like a complete failure. Frankly, idk what to do anymore. Im tired and embarrased to keep throwing myself at him. He says he loves me, doesnt want a divorce, wants to grow old with me and that maybe our time will come when he are just that... old. Im 24, hes 31.... we should be enjoying eachother as best we can. Im sure me expecting his baby may not be a turn on for him, but im carring his child! Why wont he at least wanna kiss and hold me? Guys?? |

Posted: 27 Sep 2016 08:59 PM PDT I have a good friend- who is going through divorce. I know that her ex-husband didn't start getting abusive until after a couple years. I think he is Schizotypal. Do you think he could have hid his abusive nature or just flipped at some point |
Question: How do I get over him then? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 08:58 PM PDT I have a hopeless infatuation with one of my managers. We are both 25, but he's been married since his late teens. I respect his marriage and trust me, I'd never tempt him for an affair. Not to mention, he makes it obvious how in love with her he is. I didn't mean to develop feelings for him, it just happened. I am going through a bad break-up and I see my manager almost every day so he became a great distraction. Unfortunately now, he seems to be all I think about. I dream of him. We're even friends on Facebook now. This infatuation is pretty much consuming my life. I know I can't have him, so how do I get over him? I've thought about finding another job, though I wonder how miserable I'd be without him in my life anymore. It's so difficult. Help? |

Question: Why Do Women Purposely Marry men They Aren't Attracted to Physically and Think Are Boring? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 07:19 PM PDT I see so many woman who marry these loser guys who are fat, boring, drug addicts, poor, never shave or shower, etc. And these women willingly marry them. Question: I asked my husband for divorce and he ignores me? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 06:17 PM PDT a year and a half ago I have been asking my husband for divorce because I have grounds to get divorced and because I am not happy in my marriage anymore, no matter how much I prove that to my husbands he refuses to talk about marriage and let's not even mention custody, so I have thought about gathering money not bring the divorce subject again and when I have money enough move out with my son and send my husband the divorce papers or any other way I can handle it? please I need opinions |
Question: Am I being too overzealous in safeguarding my marriage? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 06:15 PM PDT My husband appreciates, yet sometimes chuckles when I get offended by a guy who declares his interest in me. My husband says, "I'm not surprised that he's attracted to you." I, on the other hand, do not find it funny at all. I immediately cut contact with the guy and clearly state that I find it disrespectful that he should even try to be friends with me. I feel that he is disrespecting my husband. The only true friends I have are other women. I do have some male acquaintances, but would never just have lunch with them outside of a group setting. It's not that I don't trust myself, but I just want my husband to always feel confident that I am doing my part to respect our marriage. Some of my female friends do think I need to lighten up, but the way I see it, marriage is hardly valued in our society and I don't want to be a part of that culture. Any thoughts? Should I ease up? |
Question: Should we keep it a secret? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 05:43 PM PDT I've been sleeping with the neighbor's wife for two years. Eventually I got her pregnant and later got divorced. Her ex husband doesn't know any of this and we're not sure if we should tell this to our kid. The reason for the affair was due to being ignored and I know it was wrong when she could have divorced earlier. Should we tell her ex everything? Is it bad if our kid knows nothing of this when she gets old enough? Definitely not his. He never even wanted to sleep with her. Her ex husband was always out hanging with his friends and never made time for her. Here's the thing. They are divorced now. He has no idea. Does he still have the right to know? |
Question: I knew I wasn't getting good sex from husband? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 05:40 PM PDT Now I found a man who makes me feel like a woman, I AM addicted to him. We work in same building but different departments. W e meet at hotel twice a week ( I wish more ) but I am thinking of longer term with him. He has a nice car and big home. I have a husband who I guess I love but he is boring and lousy at sex now that I know what it should feel like. Is this is enough to divorce? would you? @ JAy--get real |
Question: I have a wife and a son. I work alone. If I lose my job, what is my option to survive? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 05:38 PM PDT I live in Queens, NYC. I earn about $4000 per month after tax. I pay rent $1400 per month. I pay $700 for my car lease and insurance. I pay $700 for my wife and a kind for health insurance. My health insurance is paid from the company. With no cost for food or anything lease, I pay $2800 to live a month for this 3 people family. I think I will lose my job in next 3 months. What is my option to survive? Question: My husband rather jerk off..? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 05:34 PM PDT Okay so this is really embarrassing for me. It hurts. I feel disgusting and ugly and I don't know what to think anymore...we used to have sex a lot. Like everyday. Then it turned into every other day then to whenever I mentioned it. I used to mention it like every 2 or 3 days. But this month I decided to let him make a move. And he didnt. He hasn't. I'm not fat. I have a nice body. Not the best but not ugly either. We used to always had sex. We still do a lot of different positions. When I confronted him again today about jerk ing off recently and not having sex with me. He was embarrassed and angry. But he never really gave me a reason. He just said im so sorry for making you feel unwanted. But he always tells me that. I've confronted him about jerk ing off at least 4 times. Other times I just don't even bother. It's gotten to the point where he deletes his history. And I just don't know what to do. I always just let it go. I need someone to give me some adice. Please. |

Question: As a woman, the only thing I want in life is to be married and taken care of? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 03:34 PM PDT Now before you go ape **** on me hear me out. I am a 26 yo woman and growing up it was ENGRAINED in me to have a traditional life, get married, have kids, and be a house wife. My whole life that is all I have ever wanted, I have always felt lost having to do other things like go to college and work. As you can tell, its never happened. I have had to work ect, and FINALLY when I was completely independent I finally felt proud of myself for doing it on my own. One week after I move in, I get laid off from work, and I am right back to thinking "Why haven't I gotten married yet? Why am I all alone in this? Whats WRONG with me?" I just feel frustrated with myself and with life. I have tried so hard in terms of being successful, staying in shape, and just overall trying to be a better person so that in some weird way I could earn a mate. And it just feels like the universe or god or whatever you want to call it is SO resistant to me finding a good man who wants to be with me. To be honest with you, I feel like an absolute failure. Whenever I see my female friends staying at home not having to struggle or work I feel so jealous, then I hate myself for not being as good as they are, then I feel this deep profound sadness and that I should maybe just accept that I am not good enough to find to somebody. Is there something wrong with me? What am I doing wrong? |

Posted: 27 Sep 2016 02:42 PM PDT My sister has been married 12 years and I have become good friends with her husband. She and her husband are now getting divorced and I don't think she is too excited by the idea that I am friends with her soon to be ex-husband (I didn't know him before they were married). On one hand their problems are their problems and of course I will still love my sister on the other hand I wonder if out of family loyalty I should end any friendship with her ex other then being cordial if I see him through their kids. The divorce is due to incompatible personalities as my sister is a strong willed personality which can be for good and bad and in her marriage for bad. The husband is not honest she says and wouldn't work like he said he was. @???-----He is not going to try to get back at her by sleeping with me, I am a guy and not gay, that would be same-sex rape. I am not concerned with that, |
Question: Guys, could you take one look at a girl and tell if you would leave your wife for her? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 01:25 PM PDT just on looks and how she dresses? Way back what? I'm talking today, and if you saw me then you would leave your wife just like my co worker at the office is leaving his wife for me, he said as soon as he saw me that he was going to divorce his wife, and that is what is going on. |

Question: Why is my ex mad at me when he cheated? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 10:02 AM PDT Me and my husband are getting a divorce. He had an affair, we separated, I let him go. He moved in with her and ever since it has been a non stop ballet over everything. All he has been trying to do is get me on something.... Anything. He even stopped so low as to almost having me arrested at pick up for bumping into him. I don't understand it. This is what he wanted why won't he leave me alone and go be with the other woman. |

Question: Should I say Goodbye? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 07:14 AM PDT I caught my husband cheating twice that I know of. I also caught him covertly terrorizing me for 4 years pretending to be my old boyfriends from high school. Not only that he pretended to be my old classmates harassing me through email and text messages. He also pretended he was losing his job because my old boyfriends from high school and that he had been to counseling had an illness just so many lies. Oh yeah, he was also spending nights with his old high school flame while pretending to be working.Well, I moved out of the bed into another room. Told him acknowledgement and counseling but I have been sleeping on the sofa for 5 years with him not taking responsibility for anything. Married 25 years we are 49 have teenage kids now. |
Posted: 27 Sep 2016 06:14 AM PDT My boyfriend and I are both 18 and we've been dating for 2 years and we are in love. Some adults said we no nothing about love and don't know **** about the world. Anyways my boyfriend just proposed to me yesterday and I said yes. We told our parents but they weren't thrilled and they say we're too young to get married. My mom said I'm making a big mistake and don't expect her or dad to help pay for the wedding and hung up on me. Rude. Even my best friend told me I'm too young to me tied down. She said, "Not this lady. I can't help with with money on your wedding. As your best friend, I'm telling you the truth. Do you seriously wanna ruin your life? We're in freshman year in college and you're not going to like what I'm going to say but, for once, I agree with your parents. You're too young to be tied down. Are you ready to say yea to the rest of your life? Don't expect me to help." I was like, "Fine I won't." Thay wasn't the answer I was hoping for. My other friend agreed with her and said don't make a huge mistake and we have our whole lives. We're all 18 and I was hoping they would stick by me but they refuse to. Some couples got married this young. Its not like we're going to get married next year. Probably...3 or 4 years by now. My grandma was 18 and my grandfather was 19 when they got married. I told my best friend I love him and she said nobody is stopping us but don't expect her to help. I thought best friends stock together. |
Question: IS she a homewrecker in your opinion? Posted: 27 Sep 2016 04:15 AM PDT Alright, now I was married to a woman who I had never loved. The marriage wasn't arranged exactly but the only reason I ever married her was because I was 23 & had never fallen in love in my entire life despite the many women I have dated, and my family was very displeased that at my age, with my career standings I was unmarried. They pushed for me to date our business partner's daughter, and eventually marry her. She has had many, many affairs since we became married, and I honestly never cared. Not one single bit. I'm not sure what changed but at 34 years old I suddenly realized that I didn't want to be in a loveless marriage, and I wanted to find a woman I was in love with. I didn't want to be uncaring, I no longer wanted to do every little thing my parents asked of me. So my wife & I began to discuss divorce. When my parents found out they forbade me from it, divorce is a big no-no in our family. I eventually began to come to terms with the fact that I had to stay married to her, up until I met a woman whom we will call Lacey. Lacey is a good deal younger than me, and at first I thought I was possibly just in lust with her. However, I began to accept the fact that I was in love with her. I ended up confiding in her, and found her to be a close friend. After five months of being in love with her, I went to my mother & told her my dilemma. She told me that I was being selfish, and I had to save my marriage. She also told my father about it, and he had Lacey fired. -- She was an intern, by the way. I once again caved in to my parents, and didn't communicate with her for 3 weeks. Then I came home to my wife with another man, and I realized I couldn't do this anymore. I told my parents that they could cut me off, they could fire me from the company because if they were really going to put business ahead of my happiness, I didn't want them in my life any longer, and I had enough money to start a company on my own 10x over. I filed for divorce from my wife & -- after some digging, I found out Lacey's address. She was very confused to see me, and when I told her everything about what happened with my parents & my desire to divorce she was sympathetic. I eventually told her of my feelings for her, but made it very clear I didn't divorce my wife for her. I divorced her because I refused to settle. She told me she too had feelings for me but up until the divorce was finalized she refused to date me. We could hang out, hug, and at most hold hands but that - was it until I was a fully single man. The divorce should be finalized in 1-2 weeks but my entire family is harassing her calling her a home wrecker, and a slut, and they are begging me to go back to my soon to be ex-wife. I refuse to go back, and I don't see Lacey as a homewrecker but what do other people think? Sorry for all the updates btw. |

Posted: 27 Sep 2016 03:50 AM PDT My husband is unemployed yet his dad owns his own privite company so they are rich.
