Is it fair to my girlfriend if I share my insecurities? I've dealt with depression since I was a little kid & I want to get help but don't know the first step. I told him it was selfish and wrong of me to try and get him to change his mind about something he clearly didn't want, and that I acted out on emotion, and told him I'm not going to be bothering him anymore and hope things go well for him and I knew he wasn't going to reply back, but a part of me was hoping he would just cause I put my heart into what I said and meant it. And thought he would at least think i was mature enough to apologize.. and respect that. My sister always wants to hang out with me. I cant seem to be able to do anything without my sis wanting to tag along all the time, she gets upset and sad if I don't offer to include her. I'm a 17 year old girl and only 4'8. EVERYONE seems so obsessed with my height. Like it's the ONLY thing they notice about me. My dance teacher is 35 years old and she's 4'9", only one inch taller than me and SHE even calls me short all the time. Meanwhile she's only one inch taller! And when I was trying on shoes for my new dance class, the lady who was helping me said "well you aren't going to grow at all anymore so lets get you a small size shoe". So I am currently living in a house with 4 people. Two of them are a couple and they have 2 Cats and one dog. I have 1 cat. The other roommate is my brother and he has a dog and a ferret. He has been talking about getting another dog for a while and everytime he brings it up I tell him not to. So today I came home and found that he went and adopted another dog anyway. He doesn t really even take care of the dog he has now. And the house smells terrible. One of the other roommate is mad that he got the dog too. I m going to ask him to get rid of the dog and if he doesn t I m going to talk to the landlord and see if the landlord will make him get rid of it. He actually bought the ferrite without asking too but I just looked the other way. There s this girl that s hated me since gr 8 (we re gr 10 now) and so we have a course called planning, where we plan ahead for our future. I've babysat for this family before and I've never heard the house make these noises. It started about a half hour ago. There was some knocking against the side of the house, something that sounded like maybe a garage door opener (they live in a combined house, so not too weird, but I've heard it 3 times now...) and what I can only describe as...like...pressurized air.... So today I noticed ( I'm a freshman in highschool), that everyone seems to act like highschool is like 6th grade or something. No one seems to care, just goes about their day like its no different. She is a friend he's known for 6 years or so, they are genuinely just good friends, I trust him with her, but our relationship is in marriage counseling right now. We are getting better because of it. We've been married for 9 years. I came home one day to hear him on speaker phone with her, I didn't think much of it.
