Apologies for long backstory. So I am a freshman in high school. I should be a sophomore but I had to be held back for another year in middle school (I won't go into detail I just goofed around all year). And there is the most amazing girl I've met in my entire life who is a sophomore right now because she passed her year. I really, really, REALLY want to talk to her and ask if she wants to hang out sometime or something. We used to talk a little in middle school like in group work or projects you know? There is a bunch of other stuff I want to say but don't have the space to. School has just started for me for a week now and the only time I see her is at lunch, which is the highlight of my day. I'm very worried she has forgotten about me and probably won't even remember my name. I am embarrassed to ask anyone for help and I desperately need help of what to say if I go up to her. I m really confused. What is going on? So, me and this girl just started get to know each other. The first week she would text me everyday and our conversation would last at least an hour. The weekend of, we met up and had our first date and it went really well. However the day after (Monday) she started to seem more distant and through out the week she wouldn t text me any more. So me and this guy sit kind of on opposite sides of the room but we always catch eye contact. Like today I tried to be secretive and look over at him but he was already looking at me so we both tried to play it off and look away. This guy texts me like 2 twice a week, he seems to talk to everyone else in the rook in person, and seems to be like shy when he talks to me? Does he like me? Does he think I'm weird? I'm shy as well could that be an explanation for doing this?

When I walk into class, these 2 girls in class just stare at me. It stops when I look back but when I look at them, they avoid eye contact. I would catch them looking than they would immediately look away. When I get near them, they would look at me and smile, but when I talk to them, they would look away or down or straight ahead while avoiding eye contact and not talking. Usually when they respond, it is either short or they just giggle without saying anything. So there is this guy I have been texting for awhile now. I feel very attracted to him and I like him. this has literally been one of my most lonelyest week of my life...I just started college in a town far away from anyone I know and it seems like people here are mean......I went to the students information and activities room where your supposed to ask about clubs because I haven't met anyone and I though being in a club would help me..well I did and let me tell you ... So I walk in there and I'm the only one and there are where two twenty somethings sitting at theses desk in front of me. so I go up to the guy and ask him if they have any like singing club...he then quickly runs thru this paper and says nope and goes back to playing on his computer so I ask him about a like dorm room activity club I hear about...he then rolls his eyes and looks at the paper and tells me when it is and where all a while this girl behind him is looking at me like who is this b*txh...I said thanks and left as quickly as I could...I don't even remember where he said it was all I wanted was to leave that room as fast as I could...I'm sure as heck not going back to that place but now I'm suck being alone....no one comes and sits with me at lunch everyone litterally has one of there bffs from high school here including my roommates....I don't know what to do?

There is a boy I have been talking to for a few weeks. He asked me to the movies and we held hands. At the football games he put his arm around me and held my hand and tried to kiss me but I kinda rejected it. He is pretty shy. He never texts me first and he is usually really boring when he texts me. But I like him. I just don't know if he likes me because he never texts me or really seems like he cares. Had some classes with a guy last year. This year we hung out once (he was drunk) and we watched a Miyazaki film. He enjoys going out/drinking, but I am not really into that. We both like movies; I love anime and he watches it sometimes. He likes to skateboard but I do not. I like to walk around and play pokemon. We discussed maybe going for a walk/hike or something last semester. He has a lot of other friends so I worry about seeming clingy making an initiative to hang out. It is not like I want to hang out every day, but he is the only person I talk to here, so I was hoping I could get him to do something with me on my birthday tomorrow.

I invited a girl I work (friends for a couple of years) with to a dinner (date watever you call it). She said she couldnt not go. Soo next day I asked if she wanted too get a cup of coffe instead, witch she said sure. Soo I go there and my phone dies soo I just wait there because I know she is working soo she could be late and I wait 20 min. She comes in and says "Holy **** how long have you been here?" I asked her what she means, she says she sent a message saying it was off because she couldnt come... in my mind I think "then why the **** are you here? you cleally could have come". I say to her that my phone died and that i could not get her message and ask if she can show me the message. I see the message her phone and say "Oh then its canceled" and leave. Now she is mad, and Im mad. Was i too harsh?

So me and my boyfriend text each other the app Kik sometimes. We had somewhat of an argument today. (Felt that way to me) I thought he was trying to make me feel guilty or maybe he s really insecure, I wouldn t say immature b/c he acts mature for his age I think. He got upset over me not responding right away, I accidently clicked on his message and it shows that you read it. So here is the story, a girl pretended to be my friend and lied to me constantly for over a year every time i tried to arrange to hang out. She clams that she wanted to protect my feelings, but i rather she be direct and have told me outright that she wasn't interested.

I'm a senior in high school and I've never had a girlfriend, the closest thing I had to that was making out with a girl. So I've never had sex. And I'm thinking of starting to look for a girlfriend, I'm only 5'2" and I've asked out 5 girls and they'd always say no. I know 3 girl friends but 2 of them have boyfriends, and the other only sees me as a friend. I'm the cuddling type of boyfriend, also one the will shower her with gifts, watch movies together, stuff like that, not have sex though (I'm not ready yet) mostly just kissing and hugging. I also have a lot of medical issues (I have to catheterize, bladder, kidney, asthma, and spine problems), but not a lot of people know that about me. Everyone says I look mean (it's my normal face). So I don't know if I can get a girlfriend or not. So do you think I can get a girlfriend?

Edit We haven't talked for years but we became friends again back in Feb of this year. She liked me again and I earned her trust as well. I felt so good about it, maybe we are going to recapture those magic moments we once had. However, couple months later she put on her FB "in a relationship status but yet has not post any pictures of her BF at all. However, she keeps on asking for my help. So I keep going with the flow of things.a month later, I bought her a nice gift, she was very happy about it. In return, she gave me her number. But then out of the blue, she changed her relationship status from "In a relationship" to Married. Was I confused as hell? she never once mentions to me beforehand or anybody else on her FB wall. She didn't even post any wedding pictures at all I finally confronted her about it and she said it true I really got married but she really blunt and not being that open with me. Is she lying or is this test to make me jealous?

There is this girl I have a crush that goes to my college. I had one class with her my freshman year in my second semester. We never said anything to each other and the reason I didn't was because I was in a relationship at the time. I've been single for about 4 months now and I'm ready to date again. If I saw my crush I actually would go up to her and talk to her. The thing is, my college is pretty big (15,000 people) and I haven't seen her at all (or at least not yet).I go to popular places around my college(library, main building on campus and gym) but I still haven't seen her. I started thinking maybe she has Facebook. I looked her up and her name popped up. I looked at her pictures to make sure it was her (I actually started to forget what she looked like kind of) and it definitely was her. I would have added her but we have no mutual friends and on Facebook it shows that I go to the same college as her. My question is, would it be weird/creepy to add her even though we have no mutual friends or should I just run into her by chance around my school. P.S - The only reason I think she still goes to the same school as me still is because I didn't know she existed until my second semester and I didn't know my ex existed until my junior year of high school and she was there since freshman year. (This world is both big and small lol)

It just makes me kinda upset because if I go anywhere I always atleast ask her if I'm getting something does she want something because that would be rude of me if we didn't cook I came home with something for me but nothing for her I think that's selfish tell me if I'm thinking to hard or Is this a bad sign of character

She spends 5 days a week at my house and I drop her off on the weekends so I can work 14 hour shifts on Sat/Sun. Honestly I haven't had time to "do me" in terms of listen to the music I like (even if she'll tolerate my music, she'll instantly criticize it and make fun of it when it's something I know she's into, as a result I only play music I know she likes as well as me), play video games, listen to narrated scary stories, practice computer programming, paint, basically a lot of stuff. She's ridiculously attached, so attached she has to get furious anytime I have to be away from her longer than 30 minutes. Even if I want to go up to the dollar store on foot to get something simple no matter how I lay it out, she argues and whines with me longer than it would've taken me to go to the store and come back. When I point out "you could've just went on your phone and looked at stuff and I would've been back by now but I haven't even left yet" she gets mad and puts down my errands. We ultimately have to wait until she's done getting ready (sometimes 50 minutes, other times 1.5 hours) for a ridiculously quick errand. She wants me to sleep over at her house on the nights I have work but with her over-attachedness I need some days to BREATHE. My work isn't year around, on the months I don't have work, i'm pretty much with her everyday for however many weeks I'm out of work. I begin to long for her to fall asleep so I can stay on the computer and chill. There's so many details to this relationship and let's just say she's been through A LOT. But she's so mad at the world and consistently worried about everything that she can't even focus on getting a job/going to school. She doesn't see ANY of what I say and when she does she'll point herself out but then not really do anything about it and then says it's not a good time in her life. I'd never want to tell her personal stuff on here but I can't decide if i'm being the bad guy. I know I'm supposed to be there for her through bad times but this has been going on longer than the crisis I was going through when I first met her. Yeah she stayed with me through that time but it's been over for a while and i'm at this place where i'm full of ambition, energy and life while she's in stagnant depression. She's been getting progressively worse and has told me it's not going to get better anytime soon the way her life is set up (I agree). I love what we have to pieces and wanna hold her every night, watch movies with her, just LIVE with her. She's not letting it happen to the point where she consistently takes interactions with other people personally to the point where she needs to rant for hours at a time, multiple times a week, and get angry beyond reason (or at least more than what most people get like). There's never a day where someone could've been more respectful or was inconsiderate.... isn't that just life? aren't you supposed to be resilient?

I've been hooking up with guy. And it's been going great. However he always had talked about not wanting anything serious. Or children and that's fine. I was okay with just hooking up. Then he decided he liked me and told me. And so we started talking on a serious level. Then it turned into "I don't have time for you". I brushed it off showed him I didn't care. Then he asked to come over. Mind you we never kissed. But this wasn't just a hook up. He meant it so much more. Should I be worried? Or just I give in.

So my crush and I hung out a lot in 6th grade like every day and I thought that we liked each other. In seventh grade we weren't in classes together and he started hanging out with this other girl and said he doesn't like me after I had said I liked him. Later on in the year he would say hi to me or something sometimes like he wanted to talk to me but then felt too awkward and nervous to continue. I now started eighth grade and found out he got held back, he doesn't even bother to really look at me anymore when I walk by him every day ( since he comes out of a math support class).
