She has been living with us since 2010. We've been really close since then and we spend more time together then we do apart. My parents went to Florida for the week and we stayed at home. Not the tallest or most attractive but I make up for it with humour and a friendly personality. I'm not being cocky but people do like being around me, when you dig deep and speak to me we have great conversation but cause I look like a typical pale nerd no one initially speaks to me. And it's frustrating cause I'm so much more than the stereotype. I flirt with girls perfectly well, I just can't put my heart into it cause I don't know if they'll find me attractive. Anyhow my school offers accommodations for people with disabilities. Like more time on test and stuff like that. So I have to get signatures from all my instructors before I can officially receive them. So I'm getting these signatures left and right when suddenly I approach my math teacher. She tells me she can't sign it because she will not be administering the test to me. She tells me where to go to get it signed, so I go to that location. Upon entering I'm very confused because it's just an office with three women in it. So in my mind I'm like going crazy because I hate when things are like this and I don't know what to say. So I say is the woman that helps with disability services in here, I was told to come here. So I guess it was a little awkward or even a little rude for me to say that. Also I was kinda dressed like I was homeless, I have long hair (I am a male), I carry around a guitar with me, and my ears are pierced, So yea I do admit that I probably didn't make the best impression to these outstanding, flawless, studious women. But aside from that, the woman that I was looking for gives me a nasty look and doesn't say anything just holds out her hand to grab the paper. She grabs it and signs it. She asks me to sign some stuff so she's handing me papers to sign. She's still giving me a nasty look. After I'm done I say thank you and I'm about to leave. He's 24 and I'm 21 and we've been together for a year and a half. He's never been depressed as from what I could tell and what he's told me and has never had any mental breaks or issues. He doesn't do drugs or drink heavily besides getting drunk at parties or whatever. He's very attractive and athletic and plays football and has a large friend base with little to no problems. His family life was a little rickety but not serious. When I walked in he was sitting on the edge of the bed and biting on the barrel hard with his teeth with his fist clenched and his eyes pretty red like he'd been upset or crying, the room was a mess and he had some bruises on his arms. I screamed and when he heard me he took it out as fast as he could and jumped up over to me saying he wasn't doing anything and he was just seeing what it felt like. He blamed the rough eyes on allergies, which he does have, and that he was just curious is all. He seemed completely normal when he was calming me down. When I told him I was going to call 911 he said that would be stupid and pointless because he was fine. Should I take him to the hospital? I haven't told anyone yet and I'm still shook up but he insists he's fine. I don't know what to do. |

She was the first girl I had ever done anything sober with. Long story short, when I was a teenager my girlfriend died from Leukemia. Our families hadn't known we were in a relationship and I decided not to disclose this information to anyone close to me because we weren't "official" and I felt like it wasn't my place to grieve. However, after that I developed a huge guilt (possibly some form of Survivor's Guilt) about making a move on a girl I really liked. Oftentimes, this guilt has cost me countless could-be relationships causing me to turn to alcohol in order to make moves on girls guilt free. So this girl I was doing stuff with was really the first girl to ever seem to care and really the first girl where there was a mutual interest in the other. Eventually I made a move on her and I was in a brief fling with her, ending because we wanted different things. While I wanted a relationship she wanted to just "have fun" as she put it. Since then though, while I'm guilt free about making moves on girls I don't feel any sort of connection with anyone. While I've accepted that things with this girl are over (we haven't spoke in several months, I've deleted her number, deleted her off social media, done everything to burn that bridge) I can't get past her. I find myself thinking about her everyday, even on dates with other girls. I literally just want to move on. Why can't I? |
| Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:00 PM PDT I've been dating my boyfriend for about three years now. Lately if I take a while to respond to his text message's he seems to get really upset. He will text me something like "have fun with whatever your doing " or "looks like your busy have a goodnight". We used to work together so he tells me that now that we not working together (I'm not currently working nor do we live together) he has no idea what I'm doing. And there has been a couple times where I'll be texting friends and he will yank the phone Out of my hands to check who I'm texting... sometimes he will take hours to reply to my messages too. So why is it okay for him to take hours but not me? Should I be concerned ? **these past two days he has been telling me he wants to fix our relationship...What concerns me is that i did find flirt message to a girl in the past** What are your thoughts ? |

I had been talking to her on facebook for 6 weeks, and long story short, I told her I liked her on Friday, and said I m interested in getting to know her better, "but if you re not interested it s fine". (I wanted to make it sound very casual, but that part may have been a mistake) Her response was "No I am, but idk." She didn't really say anything after, so I took it as a soft rejection. I went on to say some awkward things, and I ended the conversation by saying "I ll leave it up to you if you ever want to meet in person." (because she actually brought up the idea of meeting in person *before me, a few weeks ago). Her response was "Yeah, I do" meaning she would like to meet in person. In addition, last week I asked her if she still wanted to hangout at some point, and she said yes. Well, I attempted talking to her on Monday, but she never responded. I sent a sticker of a little astronaut saying "sup" on facebook messenger. She sent a sticker back that said hi, then I asked how she was doing, but I never got a response after that. I have seen her online multiple times since then, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to give up just yet (but I'm very close). I THINK if I had the opportunity to meet her in person she may like me. After all, she doesn't live too far away. |

Posted: 01 Sep 2016 06:59 PM PDT Ok so about a week ago we broke up and the crazy thing is she told my family everything about our relationship but she only tells the negative parts she said she wasn't happy and that she didn't want to be with me after that they told her not to talk to me but she still did and told me she wanted to work things out. But when everyone got together she switched it again and said she didn't so I got pissed and said don't contact me anymore but I didn't mean it but she sticking to that and every time I try to talk to her she calls my family saying I don't want him etc. But in a private message to someone online she was saying she love me but it's complicated and she don't want to talk but it's always something with her now she did cheat earlier this year with a guy who is nothing but trouble he blasted pics of her online everywhere and calls her out of her name and would hit her but he also wants her to have his kid he is in the military almost got kicked out got expelled from school when they were in school been in jail and everything and she thinks he is changed when clearly not so he made a new Facebook and messaged her again and now I really think she giving him another chance but this dude has a trophy list of girls he has sex with and she was on it... He also already has a kid but will deny it when she ask ...but she likes bad guys but why get with him again after he did u wrong.. she said she felt like she could move past that and try again.We were together 8 years |
