Question: Doesn't this mean he's been thinking about cheating? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 09:35 PM PDT Husband respected me & loved me to death 6+ yrs. He was never satisfied w/my low sex drive. Last 2 nights he went over to a friend's bc hes bored in our new city. Tonight he asks me how I would feel if he were to ask me if I cared if he has a mistress. Doesn't this mean he's been thinking about cheating? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 09:26 PM PDT My husband and I have been married for 7 years but have been together for 13years he's 1 yrs older than I am. Since June my husband and I have not had sex. I've been trying to be intimate but every time I try he tells me he's tired we have 2 kids together one is 7 and the other is 8 months he works nights I work days and he stays with the kids during the day. What is the matter with him!! I talk to him and he tells me he's tired or that is TOO HOT! Really!! This whole issue is making me so bitchy to the point that I'm not in a happy marriage. What can I do! |
Question: Relationship with my husband's female friend and others, any advice? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 08:37 PM PDT My husband's female friend and I occassionally bump heads. At first, she was very passionate about telling me how well she knows him and everything he likes and would do for her and her family. She touched him a lot, once leaned over him and put her hand between his legs. She calls him hunny and baby and makes kissing faces. I felt jealous, tbh. During my pregnancy I asked him to talk with her and ask her to stop the kisses and pets, she was hurt by this and talked with me about it and told me she misses the old him. She was talking with my husband and looked me in the eye when he said plastic. She is always referencing how I'm buying materials and brushing my hair when I'm using the bathroom (not pampering) and only buying food for myself because I'm pregnant- buying clothes and shoes is not who I am. I'm a regular person, I own only what I need. And save every penny for my baby. Sometimes I have difficulty with making conversation because I don't trust the person, or I think they will judge me because there is large age difference between my husband and i- no he's not rich. How can I build a healthy relationship with my husband's friends, our friends, and not get discouraged about what people are assuming or measuring me up to be? Any advice or experience here? |

Question: Why has divorce laws not been rewritten for todays world? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 08:21 PM PDT I have recently witnessed several people go through divorce, and can't help but notice the unfairness of the legal system in the situation. It almost seems as if there is a way it is written in the book that must be followed, and regardless of arguments, or who did what, it will only follow that way. Most of the time this benefits the women. My uncle set up an entire life a long time ago with a lady, nice house, new car, ect, only to have her sleep around. He treated her well. She filed for divorce, and told the courts she wanted nothing. none of his money, just sign the paper and leave to be with her new man. The judge said this is not the way it works, he owes you this amount of money for the next 8 years whether ya'll like it or not. Thats one example, but most cases seem very similar, usually pointed toward screwing the man over. Now back in the old fashion days, when majority of women were housewives, this system might make sense. I woman could have no means of supporting herself, and the man could kick her to the curb, and she would be screwed. No work exp, no money, no skill, ect. It could be bad. Todays world is not the same, many women easily have jobs and abilities as most men. It stumps me as of to why the system still has not been adjusted. If somebody like lawyers or huge political people were benefiting from this, i could see why they would refuse to change it, but this is not the case. They are married men under the same divorce risks as anybody. |
Question: Army wife advice please? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 08:05 PM PDT My husband and I just got married a few weeks before he arrived to his first duty station. He just got his bah to pay rent for our apartment off post. We made an agreement that we'd set up a joint account just for bills so we can have them drafted out of that account each month. Now that he's received the bah he told me he wasn't transferring any money into our savings account and that he's the head of the house hold and I'm his dependent so he'll handle the bills since he signed a contact that it was HIS money and that he's taking care of me. He demanded that I stop asking him or talking to him about money and that it's HIS bah and he did his part by putting a roof over my head. He also stated that I pay the fee on my own for my pet, my car and handle paying for the groceries. I'm fine with me paying my own bills but I feel like he's being plain rude about everything. I'm currently in another state until it's time for us to move into the apartment. I just don't think it's fair that he went completely against what we agreed on being that he's awful with money and there will be extra left out of our bah after rent is paid. I planned on saving and building but I can't when he's acting this way. How should I cope with this? Advice army wives! Any wives! Help! |
Question: For married women who say no to sex: What's your reason for saying no if you have? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:58 PM PDT Is it because you're too tired and want alone time when you're free, or because you have a low sex drive or you feel like a sex object when you have sex or because you have negative pent up emotions against your spouse that haven't been resolved yet? Also what can your spouse do to make you wanna have sex with them again? Men can also answer this question. |
Question: Was this married guy friendly or interested? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:52 PM PDT He rushes after our graduate course. He walks with me until we get to our cars. He got very annoyed bc i wanted to take the elevator which would give us less time to speak to eachother. I told him I used to write for a newspaper and he said he would look up my work. He said on the last day of class that he would keep it touch via email. |
Question: Am I selfish for being mad he had a child? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:40 PM PDT I knew this guy and it didn't work out because we lived in different states and I was trying to finish college and he wanted kids right away and I didn't. We ended up not talking and he had a child now is begging me to get back with him and its babymama drama and I just feel hurt inside because I thought we'd get married and have kids. Now it makes me unattracted to him. He's telling me he wants kids and tk get married but I have a resentment. Not against his child just him and the thought. Even though I shouldnt be mad because we aren't together. |
Question: Why do shy people get married? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:39 PM PDT Like tf? How did that even happen? I can't see how anyone could enjoy spending time with them enough to marry them. They never say anything. |
Question: What to do when you have feelings for a married man? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 07:11 PM PDT He's having marital problems, but he's been married for 20 years. I know he's trying to work things out. I know he just thinks of me as a semi-friend. But he always manages to see me at work and talks to me for about 15 minutes. I don't know if he's just bored or what. Sometimes though he just says hi and passes me by. So it's back and forth. I would never go out with a married man. He also has a 16 year old daughter that he seems to adore and be the light of his life! How do I get over these feelings? I don't want to feel this way it's not good for me and I'm just going to get hurt. Especially when he stops talking to me. |
Question: Husband brings womans shoes home that he buys from other woman in person through apps? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 06:55 PM PDT |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 06:08 PM PDT So things aren't working all too well with my wife. I plan to tell her that I want a divorce, and all of that jazz. But I have a problem: Her dad; her dad is nuts. He's been in prison a couple of times, and I'm definitely sure he has access to firearms. He's threatened to "take care of me" if I ever hurt or left his daughter. I don't plan on seeing him any time soon, but he also knows where I live. Is there any legal approaches I could take if he ever tried anything? What are my rights in this situation? |

Question: Relationship advice please? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:49 PM PDT Okay so I ve been on a off and on relationship with my boyfriend up until we found out I was pregnant. So now that we know I m pregnant we got pretty serious, he was treating me so good. He even bought me an engagement ring. Well I finally got ahold of his phone password and decided to look through it. I found old messages of him talking nasty with other girls & even sent nudes to a few off them while me and him were off and on. It hurt me and even gave me trust issues with him because when we weren t together I was opposite. I was sad not to be with him even tho I was the one to break up with him most of the time. Anyway, so ever since I found out... Our relationship hasn t been the same. I have resentment towards him and I really believe that if I wasn t pregnant I would just leave him. But I know I have a baby coming to I have been trying to make the best of this. We keep arguing because he s frustrated from me getting mad but he doesn t see that I keep getting mad because he never fully fixed the problem. I do love him but it s just so hard now. I just don t know what to do and I need advice. I would love to take couples counseling but we don t have the money for that right now. We re also only 19 years old |
Question: Why is it wrong for a 30 year old woman to date a 16 year old? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:44 PM PDT I am talking if he is not her student or in any way dependent on her authority. If the reationship is not abusive or predatory and predatory people prey on their adult dates as well. Why it needs to be a bad thing, assuming that the age of consent is 16 and yes, I do mean it's OK if you reverse the sexes to, but I had se'x with my husband when he was 16 and I was 33 and it was not traumatic for either of us it was the best thing that ever happened to me.. I did not know, for all of you haters, he saif he was 22, he was 6 foot 1 already and very well built, very smart and had a start up that was taking off nicely, I had no doubt he's 22... I imagined 16 year old men to not be full developed yet, let's jsut say my husband was very ahem developed man, I laughed when i was told he was 16... My exact words were, are you out of your mind, I had sex with John, he is not 16. Which is silly coz why would se'x with a 16 year old man be any less amazing then with a 20 year old man... I know most of you would lock your son in the basement to stop him from seeing his 33 year old lover, and i used to think like that, now my husband taught me otherwise... By the time I found out i was already in love with him...So... |
Question: Younger brothers room smells? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:41 PM PDT is that because of his masturbating? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:36 PM PDT Haha, I don't feel so ******* old and I don't feel 17 year older than you haha Come back let me watch Bosnians die of envy when i marry my gorgeous 20 year old hubby... |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:14 PM PDT We have known each other for 10 years and have been together for 6 years. We are both financially stable but we do not have much left over after payday. Also we do not own our house, we rent. I am so scared money will be too tight until I get my raise next year. Also I m not sure its in the best interest of our future child to be pregnant before the wedding. We have a wonderful support system and I know we d have help but financially we would be alone and I am so worried it won t be enough. I m not asking for a yes or no answer, I wouldn t leave it up to strangers to decide our fate but what are your opinions and advice? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 05:13 PM PDT His 2nd wife was never married before him. He was widowed by his first wife in his 50's (cancer). I know when two widows marry they are buried with their 1st spouses but what about when one's 2nd spouse has no previous spouse like in this relative of mine's case? |
Question: Can my ex wife refuse visitation of our kid? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 04:53 PM PDT My ex wife has always been really good about letting me see our son, but I have a new gf now and my wife says that our son can't stay the night when my gf stays with me, until she meets her and stuff. Whenever I tell her she will be thee, my ex always always suggests a different day. If my gf is staying Saturday night, my ex will say well our son can stay Friday instead of Saturday. The thing is I don't believe my ex has a right to meet my new gf. Can I take this to court and get some type of mandatory visitation? I'm not letting her meet my new gf. That's stupid. My ex has full custody of our son. But I feel like she is refusing visitation and she can't do that. Thoughts? She doesn't care if our son is around this person like just to visit or hang out. So idk what the difference is. |
Question: How many of you are into your second marriage ? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 04:47 PM PDT Do you find that your second marriage is working out better than the first ? What did you learn about yourself this second time around ? What made you take the plunge a second time ? |
Question: What's wrong with loving my husband? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 04:22 PM PDT For some reason other women won't leave me alone about this. Particularly women who self-identify as feminists. My dear, sweet hubby is the love of my life, and I'm MORE than happy to put effort into making him happy. Just yesterday, though, a girl-friend of mine tells me I need to make him work for my love. I don't think she realizes, he's already an incredibly hard working man and earns my love everyday. She actually criticized me for keeping my hair long and wearing dresses. I LIKE my hair long, and I LIKE dressing feminine, and yes, it's partially because I love my husband and know he likes it. And I wear makeup, happily, for him. He's masculine, but has a certain innocence about him as well. Strong, but romantic. He writes me love letters and and love songs and works harder than I could imagine. He's a sweeter, kinder, gentler man than most of the women I know. What's wrong with people? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 04:19 PM PDT What does it mean when an young employee uses your phone all the time to take selfies of herself without asking? I am married .She has met my husband several times.I am 42 she is 20 . Selfies are always taken with a fish face or a half drunk looking side view. She does not do anything else on the phone. I am trying to lock the camera on the iPhone now Thanks She has only met my husband she has never talked to him for all those wondering..My husband is 50. She is dating a very handsome young guy |
Question: Could you be a step parent to a child who is rude to his mother? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 04:08 PM PDT I'm in a relationship with a woman I love very much. She has children from her previous marriage as do I. One of her children, her 6 yr old son, is very rude to her and does not have manners. In a lot of ways he is in charge and bosses her around with no please or thank you. He does not know his boundaries. I have real issues with his behavior but know it is not my place to step in. Could you marry someone whose child was rude and spoiled who misbehaves yet nothing is done? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 03:45 PM PDT One Saturday morning, my friend showed up unexpectedly while my husband was on his way to the DMV. She said she was going to accompany him because she also had to renew her license. They were gone for 5 hours! I didn't think much of it at the time, but now I'm wondering if something did happen because she's been very distant with me. She also has had affairs with married/engaged men in the past. Opinions please! I asked my husband if he slept with her and he said "no", but he's been dishonest with me before regarding other matters. Did he cheat? |
Question: I've been cheating on my wife for a long time now? should I tell her? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 03:23 PM PDT she gave me no other choice, she barely had sex with me, every time I was affectionate she'd say stop touching me, and I didn't go to marriage counseling because that does nothing and when I suggested it all she said was stop. So I had no other choice, I've found a fwb who I see a couple of times a week, during the evening usually after my wife goes to sleep. Does this make me a bad person? |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 03:17 PM PDT He tells me that he was cheating on me but has stopped seeing this women now, he tells me that he wants us to start over fresh & that he's sorry, I told him that I had nothing else to say to him & we haven't spoken again since yesterday. I am fully intending on going ahead with this divorce, however I am now wondering why he decided to now come clean, why not just keep lying like he had been? Whenever I would accuse him he would call me crazy & now I feel as though he was purposely trying to hurt me by telling me now while were separated. Your thoughts? Opinion? |
Question: How long did it take you to get engaged? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 02:57 PM PDT Just curious and how much was spent on a ring? |

Question: Why does my dad try to make me jealous? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 02:23 PM PDT when he kisses my mom he smiles at me, or when he comes down for breakfast he lets me get a good look at his erection and laughs. |
Posted: 01 Sep 2016 02:20 PM PDT Okay so I'll keep it short.. There's this girl I'm really good friends with (just friends), and she's kind of my only close friend soo.. anyway; her dad is successful, has his own business and is certainly quite wealthy. It's currently based in Cyprus, although it used to be Iran. Right, now he wants to take his ex wife and their child with him; I'm thinking though.. even if he could move his business abroad, surely his ex-wife and their child couldn't go with him? I was under the impression they had to be married. |

Question: Question for women with depression? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 01:55 PM PDT Can a woman still be depressed if if the boyfriend/husband gives her money and all the jewelry in the world? I gave my wife $305 dollars to spend, but her mood hasn't change :( I beg your pardon, Rebecca? Why would I joke about my situation? |
Question: Working with your wife and being her boss what do you think your thoughts ? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 01:22 PM PDT Well my fiancé is not working at the moment , she's 19 and isn't in college either she stays home and does the whole house wife thing. I thought it's time I move on from working for someone and become my own boss , so I'm thinking of quitting my job soon and leasing a place to open my own private clinic and privately practice I found a nice place for a good leading price. I'll need an office assistant/ secretary. I was planning on hiring someone for 15 an hr. But my finance insists that she takes the position instead since we'll be married anyways , and that it would be fun to work together. Also she can keep an eye on me at work so that I don't fool around with any secretary or patient . I don't know though , the idea of working with your wife and being her boss paying her an hourly wage is just weird to me . Well literally be around each other 24/7 At work at home on the way back home and to work seperates by only a hallway. But she does bring up a good point if we're married our money is shared anyways so whatever I pay her goes back to us not someone else. So we are able to save on startup costs. What do you think of doing business and working with your wife being her boss and paying her an hourly wage / salary ? |

Question: How do I tell my wife to get a job? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 11:18 AM PDT So my wife and I have been married 3 years. We have a young son together who is 2. My wife is a sahm. She has never had a job. When we got together she lived at home and went to school. Now that we are living together she doesn t want to work. Yes I make decent money. I d like my wife to work and help contribute to our living expenses. I even offered to pay childcare expenses for our son. Isn t that why she spent 75k on school? Every time the subject comes up she ignores it or we fight. I want to better our situation for not only is but our child and future children. We talked about all this before marriage. Now we are married we aren t on the same page any more. What can I do? My parents and her parents offered to keep our son full or part time. Yes being a sahm is important. You can also work just part time and still give the little guy all the love and care he desires. Yes she did say she would try a year after he was born. I'm not asking for full time just something at all....anything. |
Question: Whats womens opinion on divorced women? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 10:38 AM PDT Is it just bad luck ? or is it their husbands fault ? Trisha: men take the whole package; women are those with the cute idea of being able to shape an adult man's character. Thanks snack dad for sharing honestly your experience. |
Question: Should I trust my husband? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 09:30 AM PDT Long before my husband and I met, he had a big close group of friends (he s from a small town), and one of the friends he had asked out on a date to see if something could arise from them, she was dating or interested in someone else, but they remained friends still. Then I came into the picture and we dated and are now married. While we were dating, my husband moved to my hometown before we became serious, and now we just moved back to his hometown where the other girl he asked out a long time ago lives, and all his other friends. My husband and I want to throw a housewarming party, but out here since everyone is friends with everyone, he thinks it s right to invite her too, which kind of makes me uncomfortable but I can see his point. He has promised me he has no feelings for her and never will, and that his interest in her stopped when she declined his offer for a date a long time ago. I m kind of a jealous person, so I get a little afraid that him seeing her might bring back feelings because they haven t seen each other in a long time, but he promises that s not the case. My husband has never given me a reason not to trust him, but do you think I should trust him on this? |
Question: Is my husband cheating on me? Posted: 01 Sep 2016 08:43 AM PDT My husband works 3rd shift. He's been leaving work early and drinking with a co worker. I found out he's been saying he wants to have sex with a woman they work with. In his exact words "tell --- I want to beat it up. " he swears all men talk like that. I'm disgusted. We have been together for 11 years and have 4 kids. He swears its all a joke but I'm not sure. |

I am a lucky man/woman." I've only had three relationships but they all failed. Question: My parents are divorcing ? Posted: 31 Aug 2016 10:16 PM PDT If a couple who has been married for 25 years decides to get a divorce. Will the man have to give her child support and help her pay bills if SHE HAS A PART TIME JOB? what usually happens in these cases??? My parents are divorcing. My sisters and I are past 18 but my younger sibling is 16. And they been married for 25 years. My mother has a part time job since my dad is a truck driver and she has to constantly be with him alot since he needs care due to having a heart attack. My dad is a truck driver and makes decent money. My question is will he still have to pay the bills ? Hes determined in leaving he claims he is going to leave which means hes going to ABANDONATE HIS HOME WITHOUT DIVORCE |
