Question: Is this a good best man speech? Posted: 05 Dec 2015 06:51 PM PST Is this a good speech? I already posted this but I changed the speech. Thanks! Good Evening everyone, For those who don't know me, my name's Jason, Luke's best friend, and I'm honored to be asked to give this toast tonight. Luke is like a brother to me and we have been through thick and thin together and sharing this special day is just one more experience to be added. On luke's 1st date with Lisa, he called at midnight, startling me awake with the sudden phone call, saying, "I've found the one!"He seemed so excited about this date that I was afraid he would have a heart attack. He was literally hyperventilating. That first phone call was when I knew he had found the one. As they dated more, I realized the striking similarities between them. They continued their great relationship and here we are today, with Lisa and luke getting married. It is truly amazing to see and I'm sure everyone is happy for them. So Luke, I love you my friend, thanks for always being there for me. I wish you much happiness in marriage. Lisa, You're unique, kind and truly hilarious and I have loved getting to know you better. You deserve to be with Luke and live with happiness forever. Nowlets give a toast to the newly weds. Congratulations!! |

Question: Not in my sister in laws wedding because she kicked me out.? Posted: 05 Dec 2015 02:10 PM PST So about 9 months ago my sister in law asked me and my wife which is her sister to be in her wedding and we of course said yes. My wife and her sister the one getting married aren't really super close like hanging out together and stuff but they get along and laugh and enjoy time's together well last summer my wife and her sister got into an argument over a payment of a cell phone bill (her sister didn't pay it when she said she did) because she is on our cell phone plan or was anyway my wife got really upset because now we had to pay 300$ that wasnt ours my wife called her and said it was a shitty thing to do and they both started yelling about who did what and my wife said well if you can't be honest with me and respect me and are dishonest than why do you want me in the wedding maybe I shouldn't be in it and her sister said that's fine then your out this was all in the heat of the moment well 6 months later my sister in law is going wedding dress shopping and for bridesmaid dresses and doesn't invite us because we're not bridesmaids. I am pretty upset about this that one little fight over a bill is causing us not to be in her wedding when she was in ours. Especially because I wasn't involved in this argument and I am not in the wedding anymore either. Now let me say that my sis in law has 7 bridesmaids including her brothers girlfriend that he has only been with for less than a year and they barely know each other. Should I be upset? I am trying to let it go. I should also add that my wife apologized to her and she never apologized back but they are acting fine now but we're still not in the wedding. |
Posted: 05 Dec 2015 09:26 AM PST will dark by 5:30 and a little cold but they got overhead cover for all guests and heaters. I have solid black, gray, blue, gold, red ties, which one will be better? the black suit is for formal events and not business |
Posted: 05 Dec 2015 08:45 AM PST Do you also feel like weddings are a royal pain in the a**, to attend as well as to set up? Do you feel like having your own wedding is a royal pain in the a**? Those suits and ties, gowns, giant a** white cakes that give you diabetes, high heels that just about kill your feet at the end of day and you're not even on a payroll for the long hours of wearing them! Weddings are troublesome, so formal, so rigid, so melodramatic and so boring, not to mention a royal waste of money, time and energy. Do you cringe at the idea that your partner might one day ask you to marry him in a formal wedding? But you would rather drink rat poison first? |

Question: Thoughts on missing cousins wedding? Posted: 05 Dec 2015 03:53 AM PST I have a really big problem in two areas, one is im probably going to miss my cousins wedding and two the one person in my immediate family will destroy me if I don't go. Im a college student and president of a "debate" style club that is catered towards political science and international relations majors, and all throughout the year we travel to large conferences hosted by various universities. To keep it short and simple, we have a travel team of 18 students and im in charge of all of them. If i can't go to a conference that isnt local, no one goes. Its in our bylaws. The president is responsible for everyone, and keeps everything in check. As you can probably guess, my cousins wedding is during a very large conference. Part one is I cannot go, as everything for the conference is already paid for. If I were to not go to the conference no one goes. Im not too bothered on missing it because im not that close, but the bigger problem is part two. My father. He's very close to them and when he finds out im not going hes going to be enraged beyond belief. Its a very "black and white" situation, he doesn't take the club seriously and he probably wont listen to my explanation to why I can't go. He's an extremely verbally abusive and hot tempered person, the slightest imperfection ticks him off. Its a 4 day conference about 600 mile distance between the wedding and conference. Ive tried seeing ways if I can skip a day and fly back and fourth but its too costly for me. Any thoughts? |

Did you know that there are over a hundred different colors in white? Sometime, you even see made up names for different color styles. From pristine white to creamy white, you can choose your ideal colour that best suits your complexion and your wedding dress style.
