Question: Mil steals dream wedding? Posted: 27 Dec 2015 05:41 PM PST Help! My future mother in law is engaged and has decided to steal my dream wedding, small gathering on the beach, party afterwards honeymooning trip out west! Don't get me wrong I'm happy for her but this is her third marriage, date set before mine, does she have to have my dream wedding? I know lots of people get married on the beach and I'm not the president of it but did she really have to steal mine? Right down to the planned honeymoon? No one is looking forward to it. It's thanksgiving week. Her date is on her other daughter in law's birthday, who's not happy about the date. The kids will all be in school and she expects us to just pull them out for the week for her wedding. It's during hunting season so none of the guys want to go. Hell, even her fiancé doesn't like to go to the beach in the summer. Help! It's not fair to anyone. She's being so inconsiderate. What can I do? I tried talking to her son but he just took it as me being jealous. I just can't stand it anymore and hate the thought of this woman being my mother in law. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! |

I planned on telling my family next Saturday during my brother's wedding. I planned on grabbing the microphone from the dj during the wedding reception before the first dance and announcing it then. I thought this would be a wonderful day to tell everyone that I'm pregnant! What do you think of my wonderful idea? |
