I am a non US citizen and I want to get married in Vegas. Do I need a birth certificate or just my passport?

Okay so we are thinking about September or October wedding. But we don't wanna do the orange or red like I've seen most people do for those months. Instead we like two. 1 is coral or light ish pink, gold, and navy blue. 2 is teal blue, gold, and grey. Which do you think? I honestly don't care about what they say about matching it to the season. I like what I like. So tell me what you think and what you did for your wedding!? Also no hate. Just trying to get opinions and see what else I could do. I don't really match things so this is hard for me trying to match them.

Assuming we find a decently priced flight from Salt Lake City, roughly how much do you think it would be to have a Disneyland honeymoon? Not over the top nice and extravagant, but I don't want to skimp either. I'm not sure how much the Disney hotels are, but if they're ridiculously priced, then I'd like to avoid them. But it's always been a dream of mine to stay in one. So yeah, say we stay for....4 days. 4 or 5. Park hopper passes. What would you estimate? :)

My cousin is getting married on NYE, and I am attending as a guest. She lives in Pennsylvania, so it'll be cold. The wedding is inside, so it should be fine if I don't wear tights with my dress. I've never been to a wedding before, so I have no idea how formal I should dress, especially on New Years. I am an 18 y/o female. Please help me with hair, makeup, and outfit! I am 5'1 with long brown hair.

So while planning a destination wedding we choose Cayman Island as our destination thinking it wouldn't be a tough choice to pick a venue, but it is indeed a tough call.
