He proposed with a $30 and I acepted it till I found out it was fake & I was showing it off to everyone I told him to tell me the truth of how much he payed he said A LOT We'll eventually he took it away from me.. Idk where it's at. On Christmas Eve he propose to me again (2nd time BC we had broke up bc of problems) and he gave me another cheap ring /: he got it at Khols for 300 it's a cubic Zorconia with sterling silver & he made a huge story about how he was charged 100 to re size it. I told him I don't like anything flashy and big yet he got me something flashy and huge & plus it looks FAKE. Ok you nought think I care about how much it was bc I honsetly done care I'll wear my 30 dollar ring everyday if he would give it backBut he spends SO MUCH MONEY on cars!He buys himself the BEST named brand stuff like clothes and shoes I want something real with at least a diamond.. Something that's not fake. I don't care if it's 200 dollar gold of silver with a small diamond I don't care I just want it to be REAL. I've never had a real ring and all he cares of is if being flashy and huge when in reality he gets me something flashy and FAKE . I've talked about this with him he just gets mad & he took this other ring away.. Bc he says I don't appreciate.. I love that I'm engaged but he buys me rings that I don't like! It's ugly.. I've been invited to a formal winter wedding and was hoping I could wear the same dress I wore to a black tie wedding earlier this fall. The dress is navy with a nude lace overlay on the bodice and is knee length. The color is appropriate I'm fairly certain, but wasn't sure about the length for the time of year. The wedding is in Houston and indoor so temperature won't be an issue. Thanks in advance!

I'm getting married in June 2018. I wanted to go to Paris, but I don't want it to be all under construction from the attack and not at the height of its beauty. I like beaches, foodie (I'm a cook), very romantic, calm and relaxing, no big cities. He like cars, relaxing, he's a mechanic. But he said doesn't care where we go. Thank You for the help. Where's a good place to go on a honeymoon in June 2018? I guess when I say big cities, I mean like New York and Orlando. I love French culture and France is such a romantic place. But the price is concerning so looking for different choices.

He feels that a liscence and ring is a man made law, and not required according to the holy bible? Is this true, or is he making this a excuse? He says a ceremony is fine but no liscence or ring? Also, he is in a wedding as a groomsman, doesn't this make him look like a hypocrite?

We ve been together a little under 8 years so I have compiled a lot of footage I ve taken of us into this super sappy tear jerkimg video for her to watch. At the end however, it says to listen carefully. At this point a little song plays that i wrote on piano. If you took the notes to this song and layed them against an alphabet it would spell "will you marry me". As the video goes on it will be deciphered for her and close to the end when she realizes what the message says, I will l, in person, ask the famous question and propose. All the while this will be being taped, so I can them complete the video! Just wanted to know if this sounds awesome or not. For some reason I can t tell. Thanks!

Calling off a wedding vs Calling off engagement? Thanks

Currently i am active duty in the military so it makes it difficult to plan things. The reason why i feel i should tell her that i plan on proposing is so that we can get legally married while i m on leave so that i can take her with me to wherever i m stationed and get a place while planning to have the actual wedding later on in the future. I want it to be a surprise but then she would not be able to get a dress in time for the ceremony. Any ideas of what i could do?
