I feel like I can know someone for like a week or a month and be like "Oh, that person is really cool, I like them." In like a non-romantic way. I feel like I always like everyone, but there's like one or two people who I just don't like. Even though, if they talk to me, I'm not going to ignore them. My boyfriend And I are 19, been dating for 5 months, and are long distance but I came to visit him across America before he goes back to Brazil. For the last month he's treated me horribly. Disrespectful when we'd argue, always threatening to break up during arguments, losing control, breaking promises, and lying. I tell him how I feel that I'm so sick of being treated like that and I keep giving him chances and he keeps screwing them up. The last few days he's been so good to me. But then yesterday he lied to me WHILE saying sorry and wasn't even going to tell me the truth. He was just going to act like everything was okay until I called him out on it. I'm leaving in 2 days. i need help im having a moral delimma and need answers fast! i was in a reationship for 3 years and we split for a couple months due to some temporary issues that we should have just worked through. but anyways in the time that we split i started seeing another man & i became pregnant pretty quickly & he is more than likely the father of this child. but at about 2 months pregnant i found out he used heavy drugs & has a history of viloence & then he cheated on me. i left him & then me & my ex worked things out even with him knowing he probably isnt the biological father. That was made very clear. but he was with me throughout the whole pregnancy and never once seemed to care. he signed the birthcertificate and everything i even asked him if he was sure he wanted to do that. well when bio dads fling ended he was very insitent on being apart of the childs life (mostly i think he wanted\wants to be in my life) well now he wants a dna test and i have agreed bc we had the intent of faking the dna test (not going to go into how) to get rid of him. i do not want his child support and i dont want him in mine or my childs life bc of his history of drug use & viloence. am i wrong for denying him or my child the right to have a relationship. bc he says he has kicked the drugs & has started getting his ife together bc he realized the mistakes he had made & realized he lost the best thing in his life (me) i am a hopeful person when it comes to ppl changing but dont want make a bad choice

Hello, i've recently created a profile on okc (pics included). There i started chatting with a guy. He seemed nice and we were thinking of meeting (actually i didn't intend to meet; i was just bored and spending time online :P). We had exchanged about 200 messages before i told him i'm not interested in meeting (as i don't think we have anything in common and i prefer hanging out with more educated and intellectual people). There the guy started flinging but he wasn't offensive at the beginning. But when i asked him where he studied and i told him this is a joke; he started sending the most offensive and rude messages to me.. He finally told me he only wanted to have sex with me. What? Are people on dating sites usually so creepy and unstable?

We have a blended family of his, mine and ours. He has two teenagers ages 16 and 15 from his first marriage and I have one teenager who is 13 from my ex and we have one together. We get his kids every other week and my daughter lives with us full time and has no contact with her dad. We've been married two years and together more than five. Things were good at first and we seemed to have everything under control, until we got married. It's like all of a sudden, my stepkids didn't want to be part of the family. My husband makes sure he spends time with them whenever they're here and he has always been a good and active father. But when it comes to family time which is normally going swimming together, going on a hike or watching a movie together, they would rather take a punishment. My husband has told them we do something as a family once a week. Once or twice, things went okay. Now they dig their heels in every time and refuse. My stepson told us bluntly he and his sister want nothing to do with the rest of us, just their dad and they don't care about their little brother, me or my daughter. It's frustrating and upsetting. The kids mom is now going back to court, per their request, and is trying to get the custody arrangement changed so they won't have to come to our house. Any advice? I also want to add that doing different things makes no difference whatsoever. The kids just don't want to do anything as a family. I'm starting to agree with maybe loosening things. But it was how we were brought up, though not in a blended situation, so we had hoped to do it with our kids, too. The eating together is even a battle. It's very hard to get the kids to talk. They'll talk to each other and their dad, but if I were to ask or say something, the response is very cold and short. He does spend time with them individually and together when they're here. They like and want that, but flat out refuse to do anything with everyone. Their mom might not be wrong. I've heard of a few cases where are courts have sided with the mom and kids, which is unfortunate and worrying.

I work with this girl. Its a very big environment so we see each other only on our breaks. So last week i caught her looking at me smiling and i smiled back. Then the next day i seen her she smiled again and waved and i did the same. So i told my friend that im interested in her and i think she likes me because shes always looking and smiling. I m a junior in highschool and one day shopping I met a really nice young woman who complimented my boots. We got to talking and idk why but I impulsively lied and said I was a senior and highschool and the whole applying for colleges thing (I really don t know why I said this:( maybe just wanted to impress her and thought I would never see her again). Anyways eventually she told me about a place where she interned and offered to find out if I could intern there. Anyways she connected me with the owner of this company and I m now in a group email with both of them. She introduced me as a sweet ambitious senior in highschool. I don t want to keep this up at all but I don t want to come accross as crazy I would love to actually intern there. How do I bring this up? I would just say it s a mistake but the college part:/

random question, but please let me know what you think! i work in a clinic as a nurse, and we do many teen circumcisions. i'm the person who injects the anesthesia into their penis (it's like a shot, but down there). many of the guys are typical in the sense that they act tough/macho when they arrive, but when i pull out the needle and reach for their penis, they all act the same way: their eyes bug out, their mouth drops open, and they act like they're ready to run. i comfort them and treat each one with respect, but two things: (1) is it awful if i find their reactions a little amusing? I met this guy online and he told me that his roommate is crazy and has been off his meds for a while and wants to kill him so he needs a place to crash. I talked on the phone with him and he seems pretty decent. I still live with my family and so he would come when they are asleep. I'm a 17 year old male. I'm a senior in high school. I seriously can't stand anyone my age. There's very few I actually like. All they want to talk about is sports, drugs, drinking, and causing trouble. They have no respect for others or property. Someone got arrested for having marajuana on them. Others have been caught by teachers doing drugs. They love disrupting class and arguing with teachers. They'll jokingly say "Fight me" then be scared when I stand up. I don't take things like that as a joke. I take it seriously. How can I get along with these people?

Ok they're not my roommates yet but they could be. My friends at college asked me to room with them in an apartment next year, and I want to but my racist parents would be against it. I've already told my parents about these friends, describing them as good people, but they're too stubborn to persuade. There's no point in asking for their permission to room with them, they wouldn't give it. So I could just room with them secretly and lie to my parents that my roommates are different people, people of a racial background that they'd like. But what should I do during their visits? If they visit during a weekday, my friends might be in class so they wouldn't see them. But if they visit during a weekend, which is more likely since they have work on weekdays, what should I do? Should I tell my friends the truth about my parents being racist and ask them to go out during my parents' stay? What if my parents sleep over?

im 16 and have alot of history with this ex and very long, complicated story short, were not on good terms at all and we havent talked in months. anyway my insta is on private and i got a request from apparently his mom.
