Question: What do you think of this situation? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 02:29 PM PST Ok so when I was coming home today my neighbor saw me coming behind her because there was a glass mirror on the door we use to go inside the house. I was entering the same house as her because we both live in the same house. I felt like I looked weird or creepy when I saw my reflection on the the glass mirror. She then asked me to open her mailbox for her and i was thinking that the reason why she told me to do it was because I looked a certain way to her. I was having a hard time opening it too beecause I didn't know which way to turn the key so it took me a long time to get it to open. I could tell she was angry too or pissed based on the look she gave me when we were going up the stairs. I'm 15 turning 16. What do you think of this situation and what does it mean? |
Question: Why did she change her mind? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 02:17 PM PST I used to like a girl who was a close friend of mine. she knew I liked her so our friendship changed., she wouldn't text me much anymore she kinda kicked me out of her life. for a few months but she began talking to me again yesterday. and she said " I knew things wouldn't go past being friends soo I didn't want to Fu*k things up. what does she mean by that |
Question: Is it weird to get this gift for him? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 01:20 PM PST So I have been dating this guy for a couple months and we are perfect together. Completely infatuated still. For Christmas this year I am getting him this really pretty men's Marc Jacob watch. I wanted to get him something a little more that hit home for a present because he didn't really ask for a watch but he doesn't know what he wants. So I was thinking a bracelet that has his friends name engraved on it. Let me explain this, he lost his BEST friend in the marines. He used to wear those live strong or something bracelets in his honor but he hated when people asked what they were for so now he wears plain elastic bands on each wrist in replacement of them. This has been going on for four years. Our first date was actually to a benefit in his friends honor that his family still throws every year. It meant a lot for him to even invite me to that. Do you think that this gift is good or is it not my place to buy this.. Let me know |
Posted: 07 Dec 2015 11:46 AM PST Me and my son's father hasn't been together since I found I was pregnant he's in a new relationship which I'm fine with. Idc about that. But me and him try too co-parent it goes good for a week then he's down the drain. He wants me too be on good terms with everyone. Meaning his fiancé and his mom( or sons biology grandmother). His fiancé never talks too me and it's like a force interaction. He asked me when am I going to show some effort into meeting her so when I ask him too give her my number so we can talk and he never does but always talk about we don't talk. So I've been trying to change that because he asked and it's for son. I wanna at least meet the girl that's around my child since she always there. And is supposedly doing stuff for him. His mom on the other hand like single handedly try too make me feel like an outcast. I will take my son too drop him off so his dad wouldn't have too come all the way across town after work too get him. Some of his friends where there and instead of her introducing as Josiah's mom she said "oh, this is Joel's baby momma". then when i reach out too my sons sisters mom (my sons dad ex wife) I get the same treatment . I try too check on his sister because that's my sons blood regardless but her mom is really short with me and never really replies back too my messages but she'll talk too my sons dad fiancé and she doesn't have no kids by him. I'm just trying to blend my family for the sake of my son but nothing works. Feel like out |
Posted: 07 Dec 2015 10:53 AM PST Was I bad to give him this advice? I'm not rich either I've got lots of college debt but I'm gonna pay it all off and then work uber hard at getting at least middle class and I'll buy stock to do it if I must I told him that 'cuz no respectable people wanna be married to broke fools like us who either are forced to live with our parents or have to have tons of roommates in a crappy apartment so we have to work on making more money and plus since divorce is worst amongst the low classes and good paying jobs are fewer and far between, marrying or cooping up or having kids is a huge risk and a giant price tag |
Question: Why does my ex move on so quick? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 10:21 AM PST I have been with him for 7 years, in which he had broken up with me over 200 times. I've never left him but he says I push him to break up by fighting and nagging. I know I sometimes have an attitude when I feel I'm being talked down to but I love this guy to death and it drives me insane everytime he goes. He broke up with me yesterday, on my bday, and today he is already talking to other girls on social media. He missed my bday dinner and showed up the next day with flowers and a cake. I was upset so I told him I didn't want to accept anything from him since he missed my bday. He got mad and threw the cake all over my driveway. How is it that he can move on so fast after claiming to love me just a few days ago? He has talked about marrying me, even gave me a ring at one point. |
Question: Why would my ex mother in law be shocked that I was getting married again? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 10:10 AM PST When my ex mother in law found out I was getting married again she was kinda shocked. Her son and I have been apart for 6 years. My dad said he thinks that she was hoping that we'd get back together with her son again. Thoughts? And i just ended it with my fiancé, it just wasn'T working Her son and I have kids together. I care because I still really love him |
Posted: 07 Dec 2015 09:22 AM PST up until about age 12, I used to get spanked until I bruised with a hardwood paddle. my mother used to have me strip from the waist down and me lie flat on the bed. now I am 17 and I have an unquenchable thirst to be spanked nude my until I turn purple. my galpal is not into spanking and I cannot ask the rents, nor can I afford a dominatrix. what do I do? |
Question: Should I bring up potential lies or let them go? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 09:19 AM PST There's a young woman who recently began attending the same church as me. I have not yet had the opportunity to get to know her very well, but there are some things about her that strike me as odd. She claims to be pregnant, and from the looks of her, she is pretty far along. However, I recently noticed that her belly appears fake (she was wearing a non-maternity shirt that was riding up). She hasn't been asking for handouts or anything, but if she needs to be seeing a mental health professional, wouldn't it be better to say something now? Maybe I've been watching too many Lifetime movies, but something just doesn't seem right. Should I say something to my pastor or just mind my own business? |

Question: I have a friend that is suicidal and self-harms, advice please? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 08:17 AM PST At first I was understanding and took it upon myself to help him. I've been there and know how hard it is and only recently managed to pull myself out after over two years and the burden he is placing on me is making it very difficult for me to stay clean and happy. He has latched onto me and messages me minimum twice a day. Even if I spend a whole day with him or see him at school the minute I leave/ school ends he messages me. I understand, I really do but it is very difficult for me to do this. We recently had exams and I had my phone confiscated for the duration and we are in different grades so I didn't see or hear from him for quite a while and the first message he sends me says that he thought I was ignoring him and that I wouldn't want to see his wrist because of what he's done because he thought I didn't want to speak to him. And to be honest I find it more and more difficult to bring myself to respond every time he messages me. There has been times were every single night in a row I've had to talk him down and there have been times where I sit crying because I feel so stressed at the fact that someone's life depends on what I do or don't say/do. There've been so many times when I honestly thought I would relapse trying to help him and I've had to sit there with his address and the number for an ambulance countless times. He refuses help and Said that if I tell anyone, even my parents, he will do something drastic. I can't do this anymore, any advice is welcome. |

Question: Hoping for some thoughts here....? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 06:16 AM PST Been with partner for almost 8 years we have a daughter and one on the way. We live in his house and I rent mine out, he earns just under 60,000 per year and I work pt and earn 13000. I'm at my wits end as I feel he's so damn greedy with money. He constantly says he has no money and won't set up a joint account. I left him in aug this year as I was fed up with his greed. He promised to open a joint account but he still hasn't even though I've mentioned it a few times. As I'm currently on maternity he kept saying to me "I had to make sure I saved for maternity leave!!". Thankfully I do have 2000 in savings but I feel I'm constantly scrimping and saving, I was even giving him £200 towards bills which now I don't due to maternity. I also do all the housework and look after our daughter, he does no D.I.Y and he's always moaning about the cost of bills, petrol etc even tho he gets a car allowance....he hasn't even proposed to me, what's bothering me the most is he was engaged before and she set up a joint account as he was on a lower wage than her. I'm really going off him as I feel he's greedy!! Am I right?? |
Question: Why do you love your significant other? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 05:54 AM PST I love my husband so much because he makes me feel special. He makes me laugh,we could talk about anything, and we have fun together. We dated for 4 months before we married and are still going strong 9 years later. My ex bf and I dated 10 years and he treated me like crap ending with cheating. My husband shows me respect and treats me like his queen. What I really love about my husband is he has a huge heart. Last week he drove me to work on his day off and there was an older homeless man across from my work. My husband bought him Mc D s and gave him $10. Another time he bought a homeless woman who sleeps in a local park McD s. A few weeks ago a man was trying to get home but someone stole his bus ticket and he even had a receipt they wouldn t give him another so my husband paid for another ticket plus gave him $10 for food. My husband is a great man. I couldn t ask for anyone better. |

Question: Renting a living room/couch for 7 months? Posted: 07 Dec 2015 01:12 AM PST I have been renting a couch from Craigslist for 7 months. We have since become good friends. Im paying 400 a month because it's an expensive city. I can finally afford my own place, and he hasn't dropped any hits that he wants me to move out. Should I just stay here for the cheap rent? I don't feel like he wants me to move out. He will probably rent the couch out to someone else. Plus I feel like a jerk if I move out because he has a lot of bills? Help?! I really don't mind living on a couch. |

Question: I am grumpy all the time? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 11:04 PM PST I hide my grumpiness when I'm outside. People say that I'm really bright. But when I come home, I immediately feel grumpy and act like an *** toward my family. Why am I like this? |
Question: What should I do this holiday for my significant other? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 10:55 PM PST So basically my other half has zero family her dad died when she was 4 her brother died when she was 14 her olderbrother when she was 19 as well as her mom and no grandparents to speak of I know it's a hRd time for her since she has no family but I need help |
Question: I'm in love with a married guy? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 10:52 PM PST I'm pretty sure he has real feelings for me too and I just don't know what to do anymore. Please nobody judge me too hard, I've already done that. This guy and his now husband had a rocky long term relationship. I met him when they were broken up before they got married, at first we just hooked up but then started dating. We got really close actually, unit his now husband decided to forgive him for whatever they broke up over. He told me he loved me and blah blah blah but they've known each other for so long and put so much work into things working out between them that he had to go back. So we never stopped seeing each other. The sex stopped, honestly, but we still hang out. His husband understandably doesn't want us together especially alone, even for little things, so we started kinda lying about it. He'll say hes going out with 4 people including me and really sometimes it's just me. We have more in common than he does with his husband, honestly. He and I are sort of outgoing party people, his husband wants him home by 11 and wants him to be this domestic gentleman. I mean I don't blame him for wanting what he wants, but it's just not what my ex boyfriend wants. So every time we hang out, I see this weight lifted when he leaves his husband. Ill see him on the phone with his husband, all strained, and when he hangs up and gets back to talking to me there's literally a sigh and he seems more relaxed. I know I sound arrogant, but this all just makes me feel like he has feelings for me too and sticks with his husband cause it's "the right thing to do". Sometimes I feel like we are dating, minus the sex. Advice would be awesome. Also I should probably note that I'm 20 and both these other guys are 28. I think there's a mini generation gap there. Husband wants him to be a middle adult and he's not ready, that sort of thing. Lolno. HIS husband. Damn queers are everywhere. |

Question: Is it okay to quit being the marketing officer of a club at the end of semester? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 10:05 PM PST I'm the marketing officer for the film making club at my university. I am always depended on by the other officers to carry out all of the marketing for the club, such as designing flyers and spreading the word for events, and planning social events. This is my 3rd year in the club, second as a officer, so I've put a lot of time into it. I'm a senior this year and am really busy with school work, a job and personal art projects, and never have any night that I can just chill out and relax. I feel like I have no "me-time" and I know something's gotta give because I'm not happy. I don't feel like I'm appreciated by all of the officers, except for the president who really depends on me and would be heartbroken if I quit. I take my duty as an officer very seriously, while others do not. I'd rather quit than be a shitty officer, though. But I don't want to let the club down.. Would it be terrible to quit the club at the end of this semester? (I'm supposed to be officer in the spring as well) I don't want everyone in the club to hate me for it.. and they could be great connections in the future (I'm pursuing career in production design). However I'm sick of sacrificing my own happiness for work. Help??? I have so much trouble with decision making and always feel guilty if I let people down :( Unsure if quitting is okay. Need help making decision |

Question: Why does everyone hate me? Even my family? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 07:55 PM PST My whole life people have always said I m awkward and weird ect, but people always tell me I m georgeous and pretty all the time. I can never make friends easily because everywhere I go people are intimated by me and I can never connect with them, even when I m being myself. I can t try and be nice to people because they either judge me before I get the chance, or shun me whenever I open my mouth. Loke for example I was just minding my own business shopping at the local grocery when people start staring at me and giving me sour looks for no reason! I try so hard to be nice but people always act like they hate me!! I can t even go to a sit down restaurant in peace without some woman snarling at me behind my back, or giggle to her friend about me. Sometimes even my family will cut me off when I speak like I m being annoying, or even don t want to hang out with me. |

Question: Help! I'm in trouble!? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 06:31 PM PST So today I was eating a sandwich and hanging out in my sisters room, but a big blob of mayo fell and stained her bedsheets, I was panicking and thought alcohol would clean it so I grabbed my sis' most expensive perfume but since I was panicking I accidentally dropped the almost full perfume bottle and the whole container broke. My sister isn't home yet and I don't want to get in trouble or make her mad. I honestly feel terrible and sick. I don't want to ruin our relationship. I don't want to ruin our relationship, we've been getting more apart lately since she got a boyfriend. My mom said she'll cover it for me, but I don't want to get anyone in trouble yet I don't want to get in trouble either. What should I do? Her perfume was really expensive and it was almost full, I feel stupid. My dad wants to tell the truth but I told him not to since I know her and she'll hold a grudge against me forever. I don't want her to hate me. I want to add that my sister is so nice to me, she lets me borrow everything and always shares with me. I FEEL TERRIBLE I WANT TO DIE. I hate myself, I feel like dying. I'm trying my best not to have a panic attack, usually in these situations I start shivering and I can't stop, and I breath alot faster. I honestly feel sick. |
Question: I hate my brother so freaking much. What the heck do I do? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 06:22 PM PST I despise him with passion. He does nothing but torment me, embarrass me, and turn my dad against me. When we fight I end up in trouble for "not ignoring him". It's basically my fault that he torments me every single day and every moment he can because I "provoke" him. I don't do anything to him--literally! I'm locked in my damn room just to avoid him. And the second I peek out he jumps right in to bother me until I'm seething. Don't say "oh just ignore him". I can't. If I do, then his "pranks" get worse. Why does he do this? He's a ******* adult!!! I'm the youngest and I have to deal with an idiot of a brother. I can't do anything to him. I tried and I ended up embarrassed, crying, angry and with broken glasses. Why is he like this? Why can't he respect my space? Why can't he just not pester me? Why the hell doesn't he know the meaning of personal space? Why does he so badly want to break into my room and break my stuff? Is he demented?? My parents are aware of his behavior. They just don't care. Like I said, he broke my glasses. This is pretty much what my dad said: It was your own fault. |

Question: I feel really guilty.? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 05:50 PM PST A year ago, I really liked this guy. And I now figured out he liked me back during that time, since my friend finally told me. Then I remembered that year, my annoying friend decided to run around and tell people I liked them. She even said it to the guy she knew I liked. But I ran up to her and said "ew no!" And what I didn t notice was the look on his face when I said that. The guilt is eating me alive and it sent me a certain memory of our school chrismas concert where everyone would dress up to sing holiday carols in front of everyone. That day, I smelled mens cologne and I asked him if he was the one wearing it. He looked really flustered and denies it. I remembered a bunch of other memories that dropped small hints that he liked me back. Not anymore since THAT incident. I feel really guilty and I don t know what to do. |

Posted: 06 Dec 2015 12:23 PM PST I started a new nanny job not too long ago for parents that I was told work out of the home. But each week the dad has stayed home the whole time. it's a small house with only a couple areas to go-the family room where the dad was the entire day-also where the kids I are supposed to hang out. Then the baby's room which is tiny. The dad does work on his laptop, takes business calls on his cell phone and talks to us throughout the day here and there. It's uncomfortable for me. If it was a big house and he was in a different area...maybe I'd be okay with that but to be in a room with a married man for most of the day while his wife is at work...is odd to me. I don't like it. He hasn't done anything wrong-he hasn't done anything creepy but still... any advice from moms or other nannies out there? oops typo I was told they worked outside of the home at the interview. |
Question: Why would my ex brother-in-law sent me this letter? Posted: 06 Dec 2015 02:18 AM PST The message: "If u don't love my bro anymore I suggest u should move on with ur life and don't keep in contact with him anymore but don't u ever forget that without him u wouldn't be the woman u are today" My ex-spouse and I separate one month ago. We have kids together. I believe it's really no one business or by telling another person what they can or cannot do. My ex and I hasn't talked on the phone since he left, but only in message, to see how the kids are doing. I don't bother him like what the letter said. I'm confused. This is the first message I received from his family. I'm speechless. What should I say? |
