Posted: 07 Apr 2015 05:09 PM PDT Me and my bestfriend love sleepovers, but whenever we have one its always at my house, shes always like "i really want a sleepover tonight" and i'm like "same" but then she says "but will your mom let us" like her house was never in the equation, and i'm getting bored of it now because she sleeps at my house nearly every weekend but i never sleep at hers, and its not very fair on my parents either, as most of the time she has dinner and breakfast at mine and my parents have to buy extra food, i dont want to be rude and confront her about it because i dont want to seem like i'm inviting myself over, what should i do? (btw i'm 14) |

She became friends with my two closest friends (and speaks with them), so I befriended her too. It's not like she doesn't like me- we chat online all the time. She just won't speak to me. When I tried confronting her on the matter, she said that the more people press on her to speak, the less likely she'll do it. I've sat with her every day at lunch for about 5 months now, and she's showing no signs of speaking a word to me. Any advice? |

Posted: 07 Apr 2015 05:02 PM PDT I usually find it hard to make friends, as i hate talking to people unless i really know them and i say all the wrong things at the wrong time, so everyone thinks im a really ignorant wierdo. But my current best (and only) friend says that she likes me for bieng wierd, but i've kind of changed and im not as strange as i used to be, but evidently she still likes me. We only see each other about every 6 months as we met at a caravan site which is far away from both of our homes. She blocked me on skype and stopped texting me and everything, but when she sees me she just says she forgets to text and her dad blocked me cos i swore, but when we go away she still doesn't talk to me. Shes recently joined a new school and has become more popular than before, and she seems not to like me anymore, but maybe thats because she jokes in a nice way about me bieng young and naive beside a massive world full of scary people and stuff. We haven't seen each other since last summer, and recently told me she sold her caravan and shes moving to york. She didn't seem to want to meet up when i mentioned it. It seems as if i'm too young and wierd to be her friend now, as now on the rare occasion that we video chat she is usually surrounded by tons of friends that seem way cooler than me and her boyfriend. I can never tell if i say anything wrong, or if i have hurt someones feelings. And before you call me ignorant, im diagnosed with aspergers so naturally its going to be hard. |

He gave us fat free milk and a cheese sandwich so i screamed at him and threw the milk in the sink and threw the cheese sandwich in the garbage because i wanted whole milk and chips so than he gave me apple juice and a salad with oil and viniger dressing so i screamed at him and threw the food and apple juice on the floor and demanded something good because i wanted coca cola and fries. So than he gave me mac and cheese and organic apples so i screamed at him and threw the food at him and hit him because i wanted nonorganic so it taste good and i wanted coca cola still so i left the house and broke smashed their window with a stick for giving me disgusting food. so i went home but now they wont invite me anymore! how do i fix this! |

In another word I will act as it's nothing wrong with what happened and deal with it. Example 1: people get upset that wedding cake cannot delivered on time. Should I say it's healthier to eat something else such as strawberry or apple because cake has too much fat in it. Example 2: when I say hi to group of classmate. They yell F word to me. Should I say oh welcome, nice meeting you and then sit next act as if they are my best friend to them even those they will move to different seat or leave classroom or get even angier. I know my idea dealing with things go wrong is unrealistic but I'm trying enjoy my life at any situation that I'm gotten into. I just thought people will stop being angry at me if they learned that nothing stop me being unhappy. |

After a fight with his best friend he left the group and hangs out with a really mean guy who, with Patrick, came near to beating up my friend. After that I vowed to never go near him again but he's in my drama class and I accidentally thought he was someone else one day and texted him. Then he started talking to me outside of drama class which can't look good to my friends, though he runs away if he sees any of them. So this morning he texted me, asking if he's nice to me in school. I don't know what to say. He is nice, but he's absolutely terrible to all of my friends, but I feel bad because I'm the last scrap of his past life and the only one who hasn't given up on him so I feel the need to hold on to whatever this half hearted friendship is. I'm 5'8, and thats realllyyy tall for my grade and age, well at least at my school it is (I'm 12). I've never flunked or anything like that, I just got the tall genes from my dad. Boys at school call me, "giant" and stuff like that. They usually play around and I call them names back(still playing around). A boy who is 17, and 2 young girls. I babysit just the girls. The parents always say they want me to marry their son and idk if they're kidding or not tbh but he barely even talks. I remember him saying I'm gorgeous 1 time yet other than that he seems to hate me.a month ago I was babysitting overnight. Like from 3pm-next morning. I was in the basement with the girls and we were on a couch watching Netflix movies. They fell asleep on me so I was playing on my phone around 11pm when all of a sudden I heard footsteps that then came down the basement stairs. Turns out it was the son and he came close by and just stared at me. I said "oh hey you scared me" and he said "oh". then I said "when did you get here?" And he said "I've been here". Weird thing is he never even left his room the entire day then.Then he said "did you make food?" I then told him about the leftovers from the pasta I made. He left. About 4 minutes later he came back down and said "Its cold". I said "You can heat it up in the microwave". He went back upstairs. About 20 minutes later I went up to the restroom. As soon as I opened the door he was standing there with his fists balled and he said "I hate your macaroni". I said "oh" and quickly went downstairs. No other incidents. From then on I always ask the girls if he's home 1st if he is I ask him if he wants to join us in activities he always says no. |

I noticed so much times her lies. Few times I tried to tell her about that, but she instantly started talk about something other. But she lies about everything - boyfriend (she obviously don't have one), her 'cool' mom (I saw her mom, she isn't cool actually), she even every Monday create fake stories from her weekend. Also, she is such a braggart. 'Oh I got this, I got that..' yeah, yeah.. lies. And mostly she's proud of her fake grades, she everything does with internet's help and gets good grades. I suppose it just frustrates me that someone who should understand, being a lesbian herself, that people love who they love regardless of age, race, or gender is being so mean and hypocritical. It's very offensive and hurtful to both me and him. Especially when I've done nothing but support her. I've tried confronting her a few times but to no prevail. What would you do in this situation? I'm always angry and sad and depressed. This guy that I really like had recently just hurt me so bad. I wasted a year of my time trying to better him and keep him lifted up when he was down and out. I almost gave him my Virginity and I just loved him so much. He loved me. Or at least I thought he did . So much time wasted and he just let me go like he ain't care at all. My two "bestfriends" aren't even my friends . They never invite me to anything and whenever I look at their snapchat , their always together and don't even think about inviting me to hang out with them. They even talked about leaving school and going somewhere right in front of my face and didn't even ask if I wanted to go. They always skipping school and smoking weed and having the greatest time and don't even think twice about my feelings. I recently just told one of them how I felt and when I just got on snapchat, I seen them together again and nobody ever invited me. I just feel down and out and I just wanna end my life. It's not worth living anymore. I'll never be in love and I'll never have good friends. Never. |

He just got outta prison maybe a week now..and pretty Much everything she promised us when he was in jail has been broken. She said she wouldn't go back to him. But she did. She's been sleeping the night at his mom's house with him. He has no job. He has no DR license.. no nothing.. she said I can't drive her car.. but her bf has drove it 2 times drunk and has gotten it taken.. I had to sign up for collage but she took him out to eat.. so I went by myself... Late cause she said she was going to the drs but lied.. I've been having to take care of my brothers and sisters cause she's been at his .. and apparently I'm "Grown" when she's with him. I'm not even allowed to have a bf... Or be out pass 10:30 and I'm 20.. I can't afford to move out plus she told me I wasn't allowed to, until I finished college.. l can't work because I have hip problems and might need surgery soon... The thought of suicide and ending my life have been growing overwhelmingly over the past months but my main reason for quitting school was the major I was doing I never wanted to,I just did It because it was the only available major since I wanted to go to a school near home or atleast thats what my folks wanted.I do value Education but the majors I would wanna do my family would never support them in a million years namely film making or becoming a coach.These are the things that Have kept me alive in the past few months,The thought of somehow becoming one of the greatest In my field something I love,the millions of script that I keep dreaming up,the love of the game. But I know that being in this family that values Education And money over passion I wouldn't be able to make it.So am at a crossroads,End it right here right now or deal with the backlash of quitting school from my family.Please help. |

I have friends but seems like I always have to make an effort of them. I can be happy and the happiest but I can be the saddest. I'm sick of the people having a lot of friends no matter even if they say they're fake they're still friends. I don't know what to do I try to be so positive and everything I talk to people about my problems I feel like I'm too serious. I hate myself for being like this. Can someone be a friend and listen to me or are there any sites I can talk my issues. I try to do a lot of things with my family to keep myself busy, but they have their other interests and when I'm alone it really sucks. It's spring break I wish I'm having fun as what I envision myself to be having. Not these moments of sadness. |
