My bridesmaids are taking me to Savannah for my bachelorette weekend...what are some fun things to do while there? Also, one of my bridesmaids is only 19, is there any clubs or anything that allow 18 or older?

Lets say I want to get married but I only want it to be me and my husband. So no friends or family members . But I still want to have it a venue no courthouse.

So my boyfriend invited me to his uncle's which is about a month away and I have no idea what to wear. I've never been to a wedding and I don't know if this would be too sexy. This is not me in the picture, it is the girl I want to buy the dress from but we are about the same height. What do you think?

Why does the universe work this way?! Either the guy is amazingly gorgeous but has a terrible personality or im not attracted to him but we connect on a deep level. Listen... Looks matter to an extent. I'm not even gonna pretend like it doesn't matter. But the thing is that I don't care if other people don't find him attractive. He just needs to be attractive in MY eyes. If I'm not attracted to a dude but we get along great that makes him a FRIEND. But I can't have sex with someone I'm not attracted to so that would be doing a disservice to us both. I'm pretty and slim I'm successful. I want to date guys that are equally as good looking and successful as men but those guys are always taken or simply not interested. Meanwhile the heavy set guys love me. There's nothing wrong with a heavy set guy .. I'm friends with lots of them. But I would not date them because like I said physical attraction is important. It seems like fit guys aren't into fit girls. I only get large men approaching men. And there's a larger guy they actually likes me at this very moment. He's very kind caring and respectable but I still can't do it.

Okay so my older brother is getting married. He is 23 and I'm 15. His fiancé is great. She's really nice so when she asked me to be one of her brides maid I was ecstatic. My brother and I are very close. He's like my bestfriend. He asked me to say something and I said I would. But I'm awful at talking infront of people, I never know what to say. Does anyone have any ideas?

My fiance and I have been together a little over a year & recently engaged. I believed we had the perfect relationship, He is so attractive, Treats me great but at the same time he can be grumpy and i've seen him get short fused with friends, I tought our communication lines were on point, Our relationship is very intense, last weekend I realised that image I had was too good to be true. At a friends b'day party last weekend a friend of his slipped up while he was talking to me, he asked am I ever afraid of my fiancé getting locked up again, This threw me completely off, Long story short, It turns out my fiancé was in prison for armed robbery and got out a few days before I met him. I confronted him about it that night which was a mistake because we were drinking, he was shocked I knew about it and was demanding to know who told me about it, What's worse is he told me that he is still in contact with the people and that lifestyle but never wanted me to know because "he didn't want to risk losing me, because he loves me so much & without me his life would be meaningless". We had a huge fight when we got home, Im now staying at a friends place and although he keeps trying to talk to me & said he is angry that his past might cause him to lose you. I went home today to get clothes and noticed that he smashed the bathroom mirror. I feel betrayed and like an idiot for thinking our relationship was 'perfect'. Is there a way past this or are we done, Please help me?

My hubby and I have been married six years together ten. We have two children 4 n 1.He has two from previous 23n 20 year old is getting married and we are not invited. We have offered to pay for things and when we did her response was "if that is all you are going to do then why come". I am so tired of hearing that! She has said that she does not want children at her wedding just hers. We were told that it would be our responsibility to watch her at the wedding and also the following week while they honeymooned. We both work so that was not possible. Besides if I cant bring my own children (her sisters) why would I want to watch hers!? It became a never ending battle that ended in them changing venue and not telling us after we had already booked and paid another one they had wanted. To us it has come down to we wont pay for everything so now we are excluded. Is it horrible that I really just dont care anymor? Our youngest has special needs yes we spend a lot of time and focus on her...she is 1. We have been told by her future MIL that this is no excuse for not paying for things. It is the brides parents responsibility to pay for her wedding.(the brides mother is not invited either) I am also to throw her bridal shower. I refused because they live with his parents. .I was told to grow up and stop being childish. So I guess I need to know if I should feel bad because I have stopped trying to play peace maker and have put all thoughts of her and her wedding away.?

It seems like people usually only date for about 2 years, then are engaged for like 6 months to a year before they're married. Plenty of people I know have dated for a lot longer, and whether or not they got married after that long dating period varied from couple to couple. There's always those outliers.

I am planning my engagement party and obviously want it to be fun and for everyone to remember it as a great night.

I was just asked to give a speech at my dads wedding. I want something over the top funny appropriate or not i dont care. Just nothing about his past relationsips. Any suggestions?
