Question: Is it letting myself go or just a stage of life? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 09:01 PM PDT In the last two years I've had a few kids and am now a stay at home mom. I've moved to a new place to be with by husband as he was transferred to a new job. My family is far away I'm tired emotionally and pyshically. I like being home with the kids but I miss my old self any advice. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:59 PM PDT i had to give custody of my daughter to my uncle and his wife 3 years ago due to my ex hurting her. everyone knows he did it but it cant be proven. he went to jail for a short while over it but was let out because of lack of evidence. at the time i was a stay at home mom since he just got out the army and was in school to be a firefighter.after everything happen, my daughter was placed with my uncle and his wife until we finished our case plan.i did everything i was supposed to do, i even got a job and my own apartment after leaving him. csb still was saying that i wasnt showing any improvement.well come to find out my uncle and his wife were trying so hard to have a baby before all this happen..and for some reason i was doing everything i was asked, showing up to all my visits (with just his wife and my daughter), the case plan, and even went beyond what they were asking by getting a job and moving into my own place..but something wasnt right.i believe that she was telling lies about our visits because the way i was being treated. it was really hard to get my place together and a car in the amount of time i had and working min wage with no help from anyone. so when it was getting close to the court date i agreed to give them custody.i wanted better for my girl. but now they have her calling them mom and dad and they wont let me have alone time. i didnt give her up for adoption, i wanted to get my life right so she could be with me and they are pushing me away! what can i do? |

Question: Wife suddenly insecure 24/7? Thinks I m cheating with every woman in my life? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:36 PM PDT Over the past 6 months to a year. My wife has turned into a totally different person. Now to be fair, my wife has been caught a few times in flirty online affairs with men. After the third time we broke up for almost a year before getting back together. In away I kinda blamed myself for not giving her enough attention. Skip forward 3 years since reuniting. My wife has turned into a paranoid, ultra insecure clingy maniac. Shes suddenly accusing me of having affairs with every woman in my wife. Out of the blue one day my wife comes into my office and loses her mind in front of my Female boss Terry of 5 years, accusing me of cheating with Terry. She had such a meltdown. Human Resources Transferred me to another location. My wife to this day has never apologized only stated she was justified for doing what she was doing because she " Doesn t know what goes on in my office". A female friend of mine I ve known since before meeting my wife, has lately been the center of controversy. Its like she s losing her mind. On top of this, my wife wants me to be with her 24/7. I m really starting to fear for my own and her own safety. She monitors my call logs, emails, facebook. And its not stopping, or slowing down. Shes now having a full blown meltdown about once every 2 weeks with screaming and crying. What can I do?? |
Question: How to keep your spouse from cheating? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:26 PM PDT My biggest fear in a relationship/marriage, is getting cheated on. I don't think I could handle that whether it's like an emotional affair, an online affair, or a physical affair. Posted: 24 Apr 2015 07:46 PM PDT My husband has been caught numerous times talking to women online, I hear all the excuses and for some stupid reason I believe him or want to and we try and for some time we are ok, until I catch him again. I just seen that he was recently online at Match.com. I feel its reached such a point where I need to decide some serious things. We have three young children, so that adds to the difficulty of it all. I am a full time student and stressed beyond words lately. I don't know where to start on making final decisions to seperate. Anything helpful or any advice at all would be great. |

Question: I haven't talked to my dad in 3 years. Advice? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 06:58 PM PDT So my parents divorced about 3 years ago. It was a very very shocking surprise that my dad cheated on my mom. I was/have been angry with him ever since. He said/did some really mean things. He never really tried that hard to get in contact with me and even got remarried to the woman he cheated on my mom with and didn't tell me. I have been so angry for 3 years and have had this huge weight on my shoulders. I got a call tonight that he had a heart attack and is in bad health. Of course I texted him because I care, but I don't know what to do. I couldn't live with myself if something happened to him. I need advice from people who aren't biased. |
Question: How do I explain to my wife how a snorkel works? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 06:47 PM PDT I am planning on taking my wife to hawaii for our first anniversary and I am thinking about taking her to go snorkeling. She has no idea of how snorkeling works. How do I explain to her how it works ? |
Question: What should I do? should I break up after 10 years??!!? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 06:36 PM PDT Ive been with my bf for 10 years and we got engaged 2 years ago. during our first year I found out he smokes cigarettes, even though this isn't a big deal to most people to me its extremely important. I dont have a problem with drinking or anything else but smoking cigarettes is so important to me that when I found out during the first year, I simply said I know this is something you do and I dont want u to change or tell you not to do it, but instead I no longer want to be in this relationship. He said that he doesnt want to loose me and if all it takes is for him to stop to save the relationship he will. From then on he said he will never do it again and i trusted him. yesterday I went by his work to surprise him when I get there, the next thing I know he walks out of his work and starts smoking a cigarette. We met this morning and I told him about it, he admitted and when I said how long its been, he said just a week and half. At this point I trusted him to keep one promise for 10 years, but now I'm not sure if he ever stopped. I feel like a fool because I simply believe him because i thought he cared. What do I do at this point? Now I feel like if he is so good at hiding it and keeping the truth from me for this long, then he doesn't even care about anything that I care about. I have been crying, not because of him smoking but because of being lied to for this long. and now i feel like I dont even know him and he probably lied about so many other things. What do I do? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 06:20 PM PDT NOW HE SAID "PERSUADE ME" what do you think i can do. ill do anything since i am submissive but i dont know what to say. he is not here right now he texted me that. |
Question: Can my wife change our divorce agreements? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 05:52 PM PDT Try to make this short as possible. We both lived in one state for 4 years married. she decides she misses her family and moves back to her home state and leaves me September of this past year. she wait 6 months, gains residency in her home state again, and files for divorce. She files uncontested, i pay this, she pays that, yada yada, $300 and now is 60 day waiting period before they will sign off on it since it is submitted. Lately, she has been using her debit card to pay bills, which is fine, i told her i would help her out until she gets on her feet. Problem is, she does not even attempt to get on her feet, and is spending upwards of $600 a week from my account. shes never worked a day in her life. which was fine. i talked to her and told her shes killing me, and needs to be reasonable, to which i get cussed out and screamed at and told that she deserves more than what shes even taking already, cause "we lived so far from her family which is why she has mental issues". shes going insane. now shes been diagnosed with some mental disorder or some crap. Anyways, im kind of freaked out that i might not make it the 60 days without her going and rewriting her agreement and doing contested and taking alimony and my truck or some stupid crap like that. SO, since were already into the 60 day wait, and papers are signed and filed, can she just lose it one day and go redo it and do contested? How possible is it that she could take my rear to the cleaners? never been thru this.. |

Question: What to expect when you are already married? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 05:31 PM PDT Well, I was thinking, when we get married, will everything be change? Like the personality of your partner? 'coz, having a bf/gf, all things are well, he/she is nice, sweet, honest, caring, lovable, loyal, faithful, etc. - all the good things you can say is absolutely he/she has. But when you get married, is there a time that those personalities changed? |
Question: Should I call child services on this woman? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 05:24 PM PDT She's a friend of mine. She's 31,has five kids with a husband who she doesn't love and she's a drug addict. She doesn't take actual drugs, but medication that she obtains from doctors just to get high off of. She is currently unemployed and has been relying off of unemployment benefits for almost 3 years now while her husband recently just got fired from his job. They've been kicked out of their house that they couldn't even afford in the first place which resulted in them living in hotels, WITH 5 KIDS! She's depressed due to her poor choices and began committing promiscuity with random men, even with her doctor. Recently, they just moved into a home in another state to get more for their money, which is better than living out of hotels. Although at times, she would leave her husband and the kids because things would not go her way, leaving him with that much responsibility. She is still getting high off of medications (later on she'll experience a withdrawal from all the drugs which isn't a really good sight in front of the kids). It is against my religion to break family ties, but I honestly think that she needs to mature in order to be a mother of 5 kids. I thought of calling child services on her, should I do it or not?? |
Question: I thought my wife was the love of my life.? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 04:47 PM PDT I thought my wife was the love of my life, but almost fives our marriage has gotten worse and it's not fixable. We say we're going to work it out and we still sleep together pretty regular. We use it as something that will hopefully make us reconnect. Yesterday a place I visited before I headed home has this girl working there that automatically I felt that I'm gonna make her mine and after the flirting I was leaving I looked back and she was staring. I know I messed up by flirting but I couldnt stop looking at her face. I was gonna go back and ask her if she had a boyfriend and give her my number. I literally would not have done that before yesterday. I have not stopped thinking about her sincre. I guess my question is do i pursue her ? Am I cheating myself on a great opportunity? Or do I continue on with my marriage unhappy? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 04:16 PM PDT I need to talk to him to get the house we own together straightened out. I texted him either get my name off the loan and get a new loan (which no bank will do, he doesn't make enough) or, give the house to me and come get your stuff out of here. No response. I also told him I need to give him all his account passwords (I paid all his bills) and I wanted to meet in a public place and discuss next steps and give him his passwords (no response). Why isn't he responding? when I said "next steps" I meant what to do with the house. and, that is a mistake, he is not husband (typo) he is my fiance. and, that is a mistake, he is not husband (typo) he is my fiance. He left after the assault because we think a neighbor saw the whole thing, and, I told him to get out and the extent of my injuries. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 04:15 PM PDT I have been married for 5 years and have one adorable baby girl who is almost 2.. My wife and I don't agree on anything.. She refuses to go to counseling for years.. So I filed for separation and moved out to a hotel. She got served and freaked out. I thought by filing , I would be able to convince her to go to therapy, but it backfired.. I have moved back in as I thought maybe since we were talking that it would get better. Now that I have been back for a few weeks, she wants me to file for dismissal.. I did call my lawyer a couple of weeks ago to file for dismissal but she said she hasn't gotten to it and will do it this coming Monday. My wife and I are having a battle of our lives and she called her lawyer who told her she needs to respond to my petition or it looks bad on her part. Before I moved out we tried to get pregnant and I think she might be but since our last fight things got a little out of hand(nothing major) and she feels because of that she might have a miscarriage which she claims she will never forgive me for. |
Question: What's the point in getting a divorce after age 50? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 03:03 PM PDT Odds are, by the time you are 50, you have been married for 20+ years. You have been together long enough to know whether or not you are in love with your spouse for the long hall. Why didn't you make this decision earlier? More importantly, by the time you cross 50, you're old. Your best years are far behind you, and you are definitely on the back 9. You aren't young anymore, and there will be very few eligible singles your age. Do you really want to spend your last years alone?? If you have been abused: This doesn't apply to you If you were cheated on: This doesn't apply to you If this isn't your first marriage: You still haven't learned your lesson. You sound like a character... If your spouse is gravely ill or lost their job: Do you remember your vows?? You're going to leave your spouse because times got tough and you are having a mid-live crisis?? If my earlier statement that you've been married 20+ years: If you got married in your 30s, shouldn't you have known yourself better? I can SORT OF understand men getting divorced at this age, because they sometimes marry younger women, but women are old and withered! Men get better with age |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 02:51 PM PDT First my wife complains about the lack of perfect driving on her way into work with everyone cutting her off and slamming on their brakes and inappropriately driving according to drivers training. Next my wife complains about how other people don't understand how to do their job and if they just read the instruction manual that she created for them to follow since she is the supervisor then they wouldn't have made any mistakes. Then she complained about how there's no chairs in the trunk to take to the soccer game that she's going to because that's where they belong is in the trunk at all times and if people just did what they were supposed to do then they would still be in the trunk... My wife has no empathy for anybody except for herself, which I think would be more like self pity than anything else. To further illustrate this my wife was very upset with me when I did not demand a refund when a pizza place cancelled our internet order because they didn't believe it was real, she expected me to rage on them and tell them they were idiots and that we shouldn't have to have waited since we gave them ample time to make the original order that they did not want to fill. Of course I didn't rage on them and this only made my wife more upset with me because I was too caring and a pushover. My wife seems to have high expectations for everybody, well everybody but herself, how do I handle this kind of person? Can she be helped? My wife seems to be a perfectionist with high expectations that the obstacles in her life must adhere to but when it comes to her self identity she doesn't value one or seem to have one. She knows her superficial and materialistic likes, but she doesn't seem to value her own emotions or others. Her Dad was an emotional abuser, and at times she abuses me calling me a baby. She also sees other people as nothing more than a robot, what can I do to help her? |

Question: How to get my wife to open up and experiment? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 12:40 PM PDT I think I am a bit more adventurous in bed then my wife. I am always having to take the lead and have to Di the creative thinking . I tell her most of what gets me excited but then she says it's too kinky for her. She does not open up about what she likes. We tried watching an adult movie together and she said she found it gross and the women in it gross as well. I just don't know what I can do. There are more things I want to try and experiment with her with but I just don't think she wants to do them. What can I do? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 12:02 PM PDT This morning, before my wife got distracted with her road rage of drivers who aren't orderly and doing as they were told (by staying in their own lane, driving the speed limit, and using blinkers when they change lanes), I was talking to my wife about our connections. We agreed that we connect on some key moral level (marriage = forever), and some superficial/shallow level (shows we like for an example), but that is pretty much it. I wanted to improve this and I was trying to figure out ways we can do it. The subject came up about attraction and I asked her why she doesn't find me attractive. She said she does but then she admitted that she just doesn't approach me. Convincing her that this was an oxymoron was hard but she said I am handsome but she still doesn't want to approach me. So I popped the vulnerable question "What do you feel changed in me that made me unapproachable since we first met?" and she couldn't answer me. She didn't know. I asked if I was more confident, courageous, and charismatic would it help and she said no. I said, then what? She didn't know. I don't think she was protecting me either, she just didn't know. She eventually said "Sometimes you're grumpy". When I asked her why she doesn't approach me when I'm not grumpy she just says she doesn't want to... I can't help but feel there's some kind of perfectionist problem here. Because I sometimes have emotions I can't be approached? Is this even fair? More in updates (ran out of space). My wife is a person who believes in controlling ALL of her emotions. The only time you will know her emotions is when she is laughing or when she is yelling. All other emotions she keeps to herself. I don't know why she does this, but my guess is because of her condescending Dad. I've witnessed her Dad tease her sister when she was crying and telling her to man up. So having any emotions in her family was unsafe and lead to him emotionally abusing her. But that was 14 years ago! As far as me being grumpy, I am not a raise your voice, violent, or physical guy. As a matter of fact, I'm the "pout and feel hurt" kind of guy who shows his anger/frustration by needing to just "let it out". She has teased me and called me a "whiner baby" in the past. And we both value peace too much to let the argument get out of hand. I think we both have only been physical with each other twice in our relationship. Light pushing and her slapping me. But being grumpy once and a while because I'm stressed or frustrated or just cranky shouldn't be a valid excuse for her to not approach me. She is those things on a daily basis almost and I still approach her. I don't make sexual advances any more, but I do approach her for discussion and for spending time together........ So after I explained it to her that being grumpy once in a long while isn't a good enough answer, I asked her what I could do differently then to encourage her to approach me more. She said "stop being grumpy".... Idealistic. If a person isn't upset then they will never know true happiness. People who are happy 100% of the day 24/7 a week are faking it. I have no interest in shallow face service. Real people have emotions. I asked her what else. What else can I do to make myself more approachable so we can try to get connected again and have some close moments again. She didn't know. She has no clue what personality traits or qualities she likes about other people. In fact, I think she's so stuck on herself, making sure she has everyone else's social acceptance, that she doesn't even realize that she has the OPTION to not be friends with people who have bad qualities.... She's a people pleaser (everyone but me). So what do I do? I can't know how to improve myself if she doesn't give me constructive criticism. And to tell me to never be grumpy is a bit ridiculous. I'm not abusive, I just get in negative moods; moods that I feel like if we were better connected then she would care about and help me through them (like I try to do for her through backrubs and scratches)... I told her that the lack of connection makes me feel insecure. I need more than just a legal bond (marriage certificate). I actually feel like (at this moment) that I shouldn't worry about attracting her because it will just happen when I *take* her. She's only here for the ride. And if I'm not giving her the "ride of her life" then she doesn't want to be with me (conditional love like her parents); but if I do give her the "ride of her life" then she will become addicted to me like a drug & follow me like she did 14 yrs ago. She is just after the next high and she doesn't care what gives it as long as it is safe. So if Update 7 is true, and she is just waiting for me to be "entertaining"/"amusing", then essentially she is a person who just wants to be lead and do as she's told... In other words, her parents raised the perfect "do as you're told" drone and all this time I've given her more credit as an individual able to think for herself than she really is. Yes, she'll stand her ground on things, but I think she actually WANTS me to do ALL the work and she'll just cooperate like she was trained to do... I don't know what to think really. I want a relationship with her, and I want to have more connections, but when talking to her about our lack of connectedness doesn't work, I don't know what to do. She's not saying she wants disconnection, but she is giving me NOTHING to work with here. When asking her what will help doesn't work, and when asking all of you what to do doesn't work (I have tried SOME of your advice), I just don't know what else to do but take charge... |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 11:51 AM PDT I'm not talking about SEX, no, you can have sex without getting married together. No, I'm talking about the REASONS to get married. You love a girl, yes, that's nice, but are you going to risk your future earnings for the next 30 years (divorce court awarded alimony) just because you have 'feelings' for a woman? Nope, sane men don't do that. - Kids: yes, that's a reason for the man to take the risk. Having a family to pass on his genetics is something he wants to do, so it improves his life. - A man's income is high enough to support the kids: yes, that's a reason for the woman to take the risk. his high income will help improve her life. - A woman is intelligent and she looks beautiful: Is that enough of a reason for a man to risk marriage, when she says she doesn't want kids with you, and no sex either? So really, if there is no benefits for the guy, will he go and marry her and risk his financial future over her in today's divorce crazy society? Lets look at the side of the lady: If she's rich, earns over $2 Million per year, is she going to marry the pool-boy just because they had a nice summer romance together? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 11:20 AM PDT Here's the situation: You are a man. You already have kids from a previous relationship but you and your new wife try to have kids but fail. She gets an in vitro fertilization grant for $10,000 and selects a sperm donor. Then she has the procedure done by a doctor and gets pregnant. You find out she's pregnant by reading her text messages in her phone. She had the procedure because she's running out of time to have children and needed to get pregnant right away. How would you react? Would you: a. Break up with her immediately. b. Ask if she was going to tell you that you are not the father of the in vitro conceived baby. c. Ask her to have an abortion. d. Stay with her. |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 10:57 AM PDT she wouldn't give me an answer, she said she doesn't know what she wants and said for me to live at my sisters house for a while, I did leave for 5 days and came back because I missed her and people were telling me not to leave my house if she was thinking about divorce, but when I came back that is exactly what she did she said she filed for divorce about three weeks ago I have yet to been served paper, but now the thingredients is even time she calls me she asks me why I didn't stay away for a longer period of time, every time she says igor just one question why didn't you stay longer and I ask her why she keeps on asking me tha. I said I will do anything to fix our marriage she says it's too late for ththat. Why is she playing these head games with me it's.tearing me apart |
Question: Uncontested, contested divorces, or sherrif issues the papers? What should i do? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 10:56 AM PDT Here's the deal. My husband (have been separated for 7 years) is a drunk. I don't have money for lawyers and we don't have any shared properties or cars to fight about. Our children are both over 18. So no child support needed. Here's the deal. I know I can file for an uncontested divorce if he tells me he's ok with just signing the papers... But he's manipulative so I'm scare that what if he says he will sign the papers but then during court shows up with a lawyer? What if I do a contested divorce? Does that mean we need lawyers? If he says no to a divorce does that mean we'll have to battle over basically nothing and waste money? Or should I do the thing where the sherrif issues that papers and court date? |
Question: Husband generally unhappy no matter what or does he have a point? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 10:45 AM PDT For the last couple years same thing has happened, depression looms in on him hardcore for months and he feels empty, like hes not doing anything with his life, has nothing to show for it, very unfullfilled. Last year, we switched roles and i became bread winner and i let him pretty much work part time and covering only two bills. He spent plenty of time at home. I worked for myself, part time, so we could ALL spend more time together. While we were tight on money, i paid almost ALL the bills and more, spending lots of time with them. After a year,he started to feel useless, broke, and wanted to go back full time. Now he works full time again,i barely work five hours a week and i STILL have to pay a HALF the bills(not two bills like he did). He just fell into that depression again, feels like hes doing nothing with his life, wants more free time to just live his.life ("not slave away for me and my daughter to have fun all day" as he put it.) he wants me to work FULL time now again, so he can be at home. I have compassion for him as he doesnt get to spens much time with daughter. ive been helping him through his depression, picking up bills throughout the years. But what makes this situation ridiculous to me, is through the years, my effors have not been enough. "You could of worked more, so i didnt have to go back full time", i am lazy b/c i dont want to work fourty hours like him. Not ONCD has he thanked me for covering us. Only complained, and still does to this day. |
Question: Would you let your friend borrow your husband? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 10:19 AM PDT My friend loves to hike. She asked my husband to hike with her on several occassions. She's married and has kids. However her husband and her are in a rocky situation and they don't necessarily share the same interest. Would this be okay? She's pretty and she can flirt. My problem is she thinks that cheating occurs only on a physical level. Would you let your husband do activities with your friend? |
Question: At what age is best to marry? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 10:16 AM PDT When should one worry if not married? |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 09:54 AM PDT i am married and have 2 kids. I loved someone 17 yrs ago. he was my first love. he loved me too, but never proposed me and we never talked. in these 17 years, we never talked or see each other. one year ago, somehow he found my number and text me that he used to love me and is still in love with me. I did not have any feelings for him one year back because I thought he never loved me as I used to love him. so I told him that I am very happy with my husband and kids. he said that is ok, but can we friends now? I said ok.. however, after I was talking to him… I found out that he used to love me a lot and he was searching for all these 16 years. in these 16 years, I thought that he forgot me ane I never remembered him. as I knew that there was a misunderstanding between us before 16 years back that we both do not love each other eventhough we did love each other. I started to feel like I am falling in love with him again. I started to miss him a lot If he does not text me. we have not seen each other since 17 years, but still i remember everything and now I feel that I love him a lot. I have a very nice and cute family.. I feel guilty now that my husband is a very nice man and if I talked to my boyfriend, I think it is not fare with my husband. I thought that I should stop talking to my Bf, so things do not get worse. I have sent a text messageto my BF a week ago regarding that I can not talk to him anymore and I feel gulty to my husband. he never got back to me. now again I feel bad for my BF because he feels that I am his friend but I can not feel the same way as he feels. I am in trouble now beause If I talked to my BF, I feel guilty to my husband and if I do not talk to him than I feel guilty to my BF. the most worst part is if I do not talk to him.. I feel nervous and think about the past that why my first love is unfinished and why the misunderstanding happen? I really love him a lot, but I can not tell him and can not tell my husband either. please guide me. I really need your guidance. Please reply me. |

Question: My husband says he's unhappy with things at home? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:35 AM PDT My husband tells me this morning that he spoke to a therapist and he told her that he was unhappy at home because I don't do the things he ask me to do. Says he don't feel special. But he fails to mention that I pamper him when he comes home after work, cook dinner even though I just got off work myself and even draw him a bath. But apparently he's upset that I don't eat lingerie around the house everyday and I don't things that he likes. Thing Is I don't do it daily because I get cold very easily and he gets annoyed when I try to wrap myself in throw to keep warm. When it comes to the bedroom he uses toys that he knows I don't like and gets upset when I tell him I'm not enjoying myself. When I tell him what toys I do like he don't buy them. When I do he don't use them. I'm getting frustrated because I'm trying to work with him but he's acting like I'm totally against him. What can I do? |
Question: How do I seduce husband, to get hi in seconds? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:27 AM PDT SO, my husband had an addiction problem and went to rehab for drug abuse, after he got clean he seems to have lots of sex drive. Its been a week now and we had sex at least 3 times , before it was just flat out dead and I always initiate, and its either cant perform or he wont ***..its because of the pills he was abusing, he then told me he was not attracted to me and doesn't feel the same love as before. I feel rejected and the fact that im very sexual to him... I feel so unlove but still remained faithful...But now, its seems very odd, he touched me passionately and I had a good love making this time for a long time... so I wanted to know... I wanna get him back.... hjk; |
Question: Is this relationship over and he just keeps it to himself? !? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 08:02 AM PDT Hi everyone. I have been dating, in committed relationship with my boyfriend for 7 months or so. After two months not even, he asked me if i would consider marrying him...and I said yes. He didn't want to tell anything to his parents because they are too conservative. We agreed to get married at a city hall and don't tell anything to his parents until we have a wedding with all of the relatives being invited. Months passed by and he didn't propose, he offered me to move in...I told him i was concerned of giving up my current place and i would move in with him if we were engaged. No proposal. I never brought up marriage until he did. I offered him to purchase a house and move in together. ..he agreed. A few months passed by and we don't talk about marriage any longer, I asked him about moving in together and he doesn't want to leave his place, the one he owns. I have asked him if he still wanted to live together and his response was that his place isn't big enough. ....but I know his ex used to live with him. I feel hurt deep down...and don't know how to handle it because it causes friction between two of us. I asked him why we stopped talking about all the things we used to and he said we needed to slow down and that he still wants to all of these things but not now...I feel like he is laughing at me. Am I being too naive? |
Question: Letter to my husband...? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 07:43 AM PDT You told me that I was the most important person in your life. You sat and watched me cry my heart out over you as I walked out the door. You didn't stop me, instead your last words to me were "don't forget your charger." I guess in your eyes, the phone charger is worth more than our marriage and my broken heart. I'm trying to write a letter to my soon to be ex husband. Please let me know if grammer is okay. I'm not fluent in English. Thank you. |

Question: Is it possible to love and hate your husband? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 07:18 AM PDT |
Posted: 24 Apr 2015 07:05 AM PDT Today my wife and I drove separately in to work. Normally I do all the driving because she "hates driving" and even then I have to tell her to close her eyes because she panics whenever people don't drive in accordance to the way her driver's training taught her 15 years ago (she's 33). So anyways, she drove separately but I was on the phone with her. In mid-conversation she starts to flip out about her driving experience! Apparently she was upset that drivers can't just stay in their lane and do the speed limit; instead they have to change lanes and slam on their breaks... Common city problem really, but she has 3650 less days on the road than me, so she hasn't grown tolerant of imperfection (real life) yet... This got me to thinking, is this a factor in my marriage too? My wife actually has a very low tolerance for "things not going her way". This would explain why when I changed, she did everything in her power to make me the way she wanted me to be and less like myself. As a matter of fact, it could be argued that my imperfect self was "unacceptable" to her, and the only "acceptable" behavior was what she wanted... Come to think of it, she has said those words to me before "UV, this is unacceptable. A good husband would never do that"... This would explain my problem with boxes (see link). How do I put an end to my wife's perfectionism since she WON'T get therapy? https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20150422135352AAgG7r2 FACTS --- I've been with my wife for 13.5 years; I am going NO WHERE and neither is she... She grew up with nothing and she was rarely rewarded; the only time she was rewarded was when she WAS perfect and did things EXACTLY AS SHE WAS TOLD. Her parents taught her obedience, character, work before play, and how to be self sacrificing. Madoka and I have established she seems to be egocentric in a paranoid way (everyone is watching me syndrome) but I don't know how perfectionism plays into that. |

Am I paranoid, or are there a lot of women who will dumb you in a New York second because they are bore--taking half your resources. What do you guys think. I hope to hear from you guys soon. |

Ever since I lived with him , I had the feeling that I should move out and live on my own and get to experience reality on my own : living on my own , paying bills , working , going to school , taking care of myself . Then I got married and kept avoiding it because I was in love deeply . Now I'm just love my hubby but we got problems like no sex and and stuff like that . I feel I got married too early in life . I'm 24 and hubby 25. If I do nothing about this feeling Im afraid it might haunt me forever . Posted: 24 Apr 2015 04:51 AM PDT We have been married for 7 years. I very much love her but I am fed up with her not taking care of herself and our marriage. Mother has Alzheimer's and Dementia & her sister is blind and living with Mother. This situation has been going on for 2 years since just before her Father passed away. My wife lives with them 40 miles away from our home. I work close to our home and do not want to live with them due to her Mothers nasty disposition and verbal abuse of the girls. My wife is not in good health herself with Lupus & Fibromyalgia. Our sex life is nonexistent. I have been there for her from the start. I take care of the maintenance and upkeep of 2 households. I have felt deserted and on the back burner for a year now. When I bring this up, she says Deal with it. What do I do?? HELP. I have brought up counselling and she wont commit. |
Question: Wife won't go out with me.....,? Posted: 24 Apr 2015 04:36 AM PDT hello everyone, My wife and I have been married for almost 10 years. And recently we have begun fighting. We have 3 children and I recently got us reservations up at the Casino and also have the kids taken care of for the night by grandma. Now the first night I had it planned on she tells me me that she already has plans to go to a sex toy party that she has no interest in. After I found that out I said so you would rather go to that than a night away with your husband? I said fine I will move it to the next weekend. Then she got upset and says that I try too hard and I am too persistent. The last time her and I have done anything together was at least 6 months ago. I was very upset and hurt by this and it has been the root of all our fights. She says we have no money and have bills, who doesn't? We both work and as a matter of fact my mother has paid for our hotel. I am just really hurt that my wife does not want to go out for a night away with me and makes excuses. I told her that i bet a lot of married women would be ecstatic that their husband tried to surprise her with a night out without the kids! Am I wrong? Did I try too hard? I feel like everyone else is first, Her friend took her to the casino when our daughter and myself were both really sick and she left right after work and her and her friend knew we were really sick and at the time we needed her the most she just left! Opinions please. |

Posted: 24 Apr 2015 03:43 AM PDT 27f, I am in a love with a guy from 5-6 years. We love each other but our relationship was long distance. Now that guy is my husband also. Everything was going smoothly. But 2 years ago I made a mistake. In my office I attracted towards my colleague, he was married and have 2 children also. He was always flirting with me. In beginning I didnot respond him but in inner side I like it.. he told me to sleep with her. Actually me and my bf both are virgin. We try sometimes but couldn't do the stuff.. my physical attraction was increased day by day towards my collegue and one day I give my self to him. And lost my virginity. We decided to do these thing secretly. Then I started to find chance when I get to do the fun. After the 1st tym i became horny and get addicted and started spending nights with him. Though I was virgin he taught me all the stuff. I spent so many night with him. It happened for almost 1 and half year. Even some days before my marriage we do farewelI one night stand. We decided to continue after marriage in the absence of my husband. I think we did intercourse more than 40 times. Now I regret it. when I do intercourse with my husband he get doubt because before marriage when we try for that his penis was not entered easily but now he can do easily.he read some chat also with my colleague. Ask me so many questions. I am loyal to him After marriage. Dont want to loose him. He loves me alot. Should I tell him truth? |
