Ok, to clarify...this preceptor really threw me for a loop and caused my preceptorship to be put on hold for 3 weeks while another nursing preceptor was found for me. I had to do loads of extra work and she brow-beat me every day, insulted me in front of other nurses, and had an unprofessional attitude each shift. I stuck it out as long as I could and then she calls the college and says she doesn't want to have me as a student any longer. Long story short, I can't stand her. Do i go? Thank you for responding! I am looking for a place to have my wedding and reception. I would like to hire an outside caterer because I feel it would fit my budget more than to have the venue cater for me. I would like an indoor space but an outdoor option for cocktail hour is a plus! approx 150 guests. I am planning from out of state so a website helps a lot. My grandmother lives in Lees Summit, Mom in Belton and Dad in Kansas City so I would prefer a place somewhat close to them but I am not ruling out places from Harrisonville, to Overland Park or Independence. At this point I am willing to travel about 45 min to find the perfect place. No churches please.

So what are your opinions on the odds of success of the marriage if it does happen? Will he be faithful? Do men just stop cheating if they are never caught, and he works with the woman he cheats with. The woman he's engaged to has no idea. She believes he is committed. He seems to feel some guilt and says they shouldn't but when he sees the other woman he initiates sex or sometimes he just calls the other woman and ends up having sex with her from time to time. I'm not sure why he would get married when he desires to have sex and spend time with the other woman other than feeling obligated to the fiance. Okay, so, here's the deal. I am getting my hair and makeup professionally done for the wedding. I have seven bridesmaids, and I'm probably not going to be able to cover all of them for both services. I want their hair to be all the way down and curly (loose curls). I feel like they could probably all do that on their own, but this was what I was thinking: I could have the hairdresser available to do their hair for a set price if they want to pay for it to be done and I'd pay for their makeup. OR I'd do the opposite: pay for their hair and make the makeup an option. What would you rather have? Thanks! I'm surprised at the amount of people who are so offended! I never stated in this that this was their "gift". I actually have really nice, thoughtful gifts for them that has nothing to do with this. So here's more: 1. should there be someone outside who tells the guests where to go for the wedding ceremony so they don't go in the wrong door? 2. What are wedding toasts? 3. Is the person who plays the walking down the aisle song, the same person who plays the songs at the reception? 4. How many months before the wedding should you send out the save the date and invitations? 5. If the wedding is at a church, is it the bride's responsibility to make sure the guests (specifically the kids) don't go in any rooms that aren't being used for the wedding? 6. Does the dancing start while people are still eating, or after everyone is finished eating?

1. If you have glass plates and glass cups instead of paper, do the guests leave them on their table and someone cleans it all up after or do the guests clean up after themselves? 2. Would it be weird to have 6 bridesmaids? 3. Do the groomsmen stand at the front with the groom or do they walk down the aisle like the bridesmaids do? 4. Can you get a dance floor to have dancing at your reception if the reception is at a church or do you have to have the dancing at a place that already has a dance floor? And do you even need a dance floor? 5. Is there only a father daughter dance for the bride, or is there a father daughter dance sometime after that for everyone else as well? 6. do the guests go to the reception and start eating while the people who were in the wedding get their pictures taken? And if you wanted family members who weren't in the wedding but were at it to be in some of the pictures, would you put that on their invitation or just tell them?
