I asked my brother who is 51 yrs old and single to watch over the care taker after I died. I set up my trust and my brother didn't give me his SSN that was asked by my attorney and said I will take care of your son after you die. Last week I asked my brother if my son can text him sometimes, but my brother said no because your son might call me when he is in trouble! Well, what do you think about my brother? he is a sociopath or what? He does not let anyone in his house. Does not trust anyone. Wants to see people outside in restaurants or bars or other people's houses. I've never seen his house. He makes good money and paranoid. |

Then he snatched me up by my arm and my leg and carried me down the hallway. About three feel from my bedroom door he knocked me into the wall and I said "ouch". Then he threw me on my bed and told me to stay in my room until I learn how to respect adults. The 46 year old says...all I could hear was her and Heather arguing over the Wii. I went in the room and asked what was going on and she gave me a smart *ss answer. I picked her up and walked her to her room and placed her on her bed. I tripped in the hall is how she got hit. I didn't do it on purpose. I apologized but I just don't think she gets it. I just don't have the patience to deal with them. If they would have put the games back where they belong the last time they used it they wouldn't have to look for it and argue. I need to create a chart of Dads pet peeves so the next time something like this happens or they ask me a question I can just say "look at the chart". I know there is a question in here somewhere. I just don't know what it is right now. But any input would help. |

I was supposed to get like 15 dollars for the entire day and she just went off and gave me nothing and I am so incredibly angry. How can I make her give me the money I worked for? |

I'm at his house right now an I am really regretting it. I am 13 and my parents got divorced when I was about 8 or 9. Whenever I go to my dad's house, he always ends up getting drunk. He is a major alcoholic. My mom says it's harmless, but to tell you the truth, I feel extremely unsafe. I also just can't stand my father in general, and neither can my mom. I've tried to tell my mom that I hate being here, but she says "my dad will feel bad if I ask her to pick me up" and "it's not that long, you can stick it out". Please help me as soon as possible. Also, I'm growing hair that I do not want my family to see. Yes I know it's natural, but i still do not want them to see. We are going to the beach this summer. My mom knows I hate the beach, but she makes me go. Then she yells at me when I complain. I just want to enjoy my summer this year. I don't want to be embarrassed at the beach. And when I say I dont wanna go, my mom goes "Are you embarrassed about something"? In front of my entire family and grandma. I say no, even though I just want to cry and run away. Her first, she was only 13. I'm her father, by the way. Her mom got full custody until she was 12. Her mom was abusive, and eventually CPS let me have full custody. Her stepdad would try to touch her, her mom wouldn't do anything. I don't know if it went as far as to raping, I sure hope not, but she was definitely touched inappropriately. Then, my daughter found her stepdad hanging from the ceiling fan when he realized the cops had caught him. My ex also forced our daughter into all of these acting gigs, that messed her up too. My daughter is the head cheerleader, and gets straight As. We're very wealthy, and can provide well, yet she still steals our money. She's stolen hundreds of dollars from us. She's used cocaine, molly, weed, pills, and is an alcoholic. She's a beautiful girl, by looking at her you wouldn't assume anything's wrong.When she was 13, her boyfriend took her virginity, and raped her. She ended up getting pregnant, I support her decision to have an abortion, and he went to juvie. She's extremely violent, too. She smokes about everything. She's incredibly rude to my wife, cusses people out, and thinks she's above everyone. She treats everyone like a slave. She's very sexual. For instance, I heard her talking on the phone, and she said, "My poor baby's so backed up all I'd have to do is show him a side boob, and the zealot would **** his pants." We have been close ever since I could remember. From age 3-13 we just kept getting closer and closer. In late 2011 his parents got into a huge fight with the rest of the family and I couldnt talk to him anymore. I have seen him only a couple of times and he would just tell me hi and end the convo at that like we are complete strangers. But over the past few years, he's begun to think of me as a loser. He's said so to my face, he straight up called me an embarrassment and a loser. The worst part is is that my parents never make him apologize for hurting me; instead, they patronize him and always look at him as the blessed child. Mom: My mom is one of the most negative people you could ever know. She always goes on about how no one loves or helps her. Her negative treatment isn't solely concentrated on me, though, because she also gives my dad the business for things that are often beyond his control. And despite her always getting to have her emotional rampages, whenever I speak up or break down, she insists that I cause all of the family's problems. Dad: I once thought he was the only one I could depend on because he tried to show me understanding. But he puts me down for having emotional issues and loses his patience over really stupid things. He tries to convince himself he's better, that he's not an emotional disaster like me and my mom. I can tell he sometimes wishes he could leave us behind. Let me finish by saying that I don't really think I'm the loser that they make me out to be. I currently have a part-time job and am attending a local university (I commute). But on the really bad days, I sometimes feel like killing myself. I don't know what I need, so I'm hoping someone can offer me some kind of advice. Thank you. I also wanted to mention that my relationship with them has caused me depression and that I have been for therapy as a result. While the therapy can help me, it doesn't do anything about their behavior. |

I tried by best to fix it by uninstalling all the bad programs and cleaning it up using a trusty cleaner ive been using for years.... the computer isnt fixed.. the viruses in it are too bad.... Instead of pinning the blame on who's responsible.. my mom blames me for messing it up.... I got into a huge argument with her and she didn't listen to a word i have to say!! i just said ill talk to dad about it and she flipped out saying that i consider her an enemy and that i bad talk about her behind her back!!! She wouldnt even consider the fact that ive been cleaning my computer like this for years.. and saying that i consider her my enemy!!! What type of son would do that!! Any advice!! Last year he has this woman who started texting him all the time like teenagers and started hanging around us. About 6 months later my dad was living at her house when I wasn't there (my parents have half and half custody of me, so I'm only there half the time) and we had no food at our house or anything anymore because no one lived. Flash forward, and we have been living in her house for five months. I love her to death, she is sweet and caring. But it's all about her and my dad. I'm not even part of the family anymore. When they are together they won't talk to me. She comes everywhere with us on things that just me and my dad used to do, for example we visit Arizona about 8 time per year and she started coming with us. Even before she moved in she would get jealous of it was just my dad and I. She doesn't understand that I had my father on and off single for 15 years and it's just really hard for me to deal with. They are going to California in two weeks without me and they get mad if I ask if I can go. Because there is no reason I can't. I wasn't even invited. It just hurts really hard and I don't know what to do. |

But as time went by, it seems now she wants little to do with me. She makes me clean while she sits on the couch and watches TV, yet she says she does everything (which is completely untrue) I'm happy to help her out, but don't say you do everything when I do half of it as well. She wants to put me in some camp pretty much all summer, and then she wants me in public school. She says I'm 'hard to work with' and she can't handle me anymore. I swear, I do nothing to her. I don't know where she's getting this???? I speak multiple languages, and she thinks that I should only know English and Spanish and it's stupid to know anymore, but I enjoy learning languages. She also snaps at me and gets angry at me everytime I talk to her. She hates me, she's said it before. She even told me she wants to get rid of me. I cry every night because of the things she's said to me. She calls me names and pushes me out of the room. I don't understand what I did to make her not even look at me. What do I do? I can't drive yet. And I have nowhere else to go. And I don't think I should have to leave the house because of it. Any advice is appreciated. |

I'm not even asking for expensive kind, I just want a 10,000 or less car so I can drive around and go places. All the junior have a car, I'm the only one have to ride the bus home. I go online to cancel it and the history shows all the money spent at places I've never been but are in my sister's neighborhood. I put two and two together by the time I called customer service. Posted: 19 Apr 2015 11:33 AM PDT Hi, I've been dealing with a nagging/lecturing mom for quite a while now and I feel like I'm going crazy. All of my mom's nagging and lecturing are usually about: - me not doing enough house work: I have told her many times that since I'm an IB student, I have a lot to do after school and I'm very tired. So I'll do minor things like dish-washing, folding clothes and cleaning the table after dinner (and other small works around the house). I also told her that I will clean the whole house (vacuum, mop, clean the bathroom and sometimes clean the mirrors) on the WEEKENDS because that's when I have time. But she finds faults in everything and says that I don't do this proper or that not good enough. I think I'm doing quite a good job on cleaning because I take my time and make sure to make the house cleaner (ofc...). But no, my mom keeps saying that I'm lazy compared to before. I don't understand, I do what I'm told to? - I'm rude and don't show respect: I don't raise my voice against her, I don't swear and I always wait for her to finish when she's nagging at me for having attitude. Again, I'm always wondering what is her problem? I tell her that I can have bad days sometimes, which is why I could be moody or look annoyed. She always replies: you're always happy when you're with your friends and when you're outside, so you have to be the same way when you're home. She usually yells at me after work to vent... I've tried all possible methods, nothing works. Please help. |

I don't need or want the attention but it does bother me sometimes. My sister is rude, spoiled, pampered, has a sence of entitlement, states she's better then everyone, tryst to convert everyone into an atheist and gets bad if you don't want to hear it, trys to aslo convert everyone to a liberal and says people who are not are uneducated and need to die off so they'll stop holding back the intelligent. There's much more but I think I've listed enough. Me and her are not talking and she's banned from seeing my son till she changes. She who is not a parent and wouldn't have anything if she broke up withherboyfriend right now has more then once tried to tell me how to raise my child. She's gotten to where she yelled at me last we spoke and tore everything she could think of into me. She dosnt even work besides going to the shop her boyfriend owns and biasing people around. She's even flipped out on customers and employees. She believes you should always dress like your trying to impress someone weither your in a relationship or not. Now im not perfect. I'm an introvert, work in the ER at the hospital and when I'm not working I'm either with my kid or playing video games. So my mother has always hung out out and she's rude to her, calls her by her name and even tells her to shut up. I don't even swear in front of my mother. She even blew me off for her before. Well I heard from a family friend that a family member had said " I'm gonna make sure she(my mother) don't get any of his benefits ." And to be completely clear , me, my brother, or my mom will never get his benefits. He died of an overdose. And my mom is not even worried about the benefits , neither my brother or me. We work and take care of everything we need to . But I guess the point was my mom did my dad wrong so she doesn't deserve the money according to the family member. But they were separate at the time of his death and done their own thing. But I'm just confused why my cousin was talking about my dad's benefits when it has nothing to do with her and when we clearly know no one is getting it . And he's passed away .... Why is his money an issue? |

However, the lady doesn't look after us at all! She comes late in the evening, doesn't cook and doesn't help clean. She's broken and damaged some of the property in our house and still expects to be paid £100 at the end of each week! How can I tell her that I can't pay her??? I'm not a very confrontational person but I think it's really unfair that me and my younger sister have to take care of our selves whilst she gets paid for doing nothing! She punished me today for not doing some stupid homework i dont even need, she tols me i cant get out of house, and i went out on about 30 mins to my friend bcs it was important about our friendship, once i returned i drink glass of water and looked at her by side of my eye, and tried to go upstairs, she stopped me and i was listening to what was she talking and out of nowhere she slapped me, that made me mad i just moved out of her way and went upstairs, while i was going upstairs in rage kicked flowers and they fell down, that made her crazy and stopped me in hallway and tried to hit me again, i grabbed her hands and holding so hard she cant move them to slap me, and i didnt let it go she was yelling and punched me with knee, and went to talk with dad on skype, she was lying how i was saying bad thinga to her and i looked her and maked weird faces, i told her to stop talking bullshit and she was yelling and i gone mad after that i tols her i hope you will never sleep peacefull and cry every night |

At their house they have my mom and brother living there too so it's the four of them and only two rooms. I would have to share a room with my mom or sleep in the living room with my brother on the couch. There is no personal space there at all but knowing my mom and grandparents they will want me to pay rent there if I'm working. I am not paying rent in a house where I'll have to sleep on a couch in a room with my brother or in a sleeping bag on the damn floor. Someone said they can't legally make me since I won't have my own room and that I can refuse. Is this true? What are the laws regarding this situation? It's in Georgia btw. |

I've never had to deal with anything like this and short to say I'm scared for many reasons: my mom won't believe me if I tell her, how should I even tell her, etc I guess the reason for this is because my dad is sexually frustrated. Sometimes I hear whispers about my dad asking my mom why she won't 'you know' and my mom says some lame excuse. But that gives him no reason to just turn around and do the deed with my mom's mom, aka my grandma. I know. It's nasty. And I nearly threw up when I found out. I felt like crying and I didn't know what to do. The thing is, I have proof. My dad hooked up all these cameras in the bedrooms to keep track of me (to see if im actually studying or not) and one day I heard noises. that happened about 3 years ago, so I was basically oblivious for the first year. about a while ago I went onto the bedroom cameras and watched everything. it was horrible. im sorry if this is grossing you out, and im not a perv or anything I just had to know the truth. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm 13 almost 14 and a girl btw, if that helps. I don't know if there's a different reason for this. I'm scared that my parents are gonna seperate/divorce. But both of them have never given me an opportunity to be an independent woman. Even at 27 years old, they seem offended that I'm happy to be moving out. But my mother has never shown any affection to me! She has never said "I love you" or hugged me or said she's proud of me. All she does is complain and gossip about everyone. My dad is overprotective and he and I have had our problems but at least he's a father to me!!! I would happily have him live with me later down the road if I ever settle down and get married to anyone. He has ALWAYS been a great person despite his controlling ways. But I can't see myself taking care of my mother in the same way. I would love to believe she does love me but I feel like she just pretends to so my father won't leave her. I think she's jealous of me and hates me. If only you knew the horrible things she has said about me and done around me. This woman does not love me. Should I still show love to her? |

I've seen all of the texts between them, two. My dad's in jail, so it's easy for her to do it. It's been going on for maybe 3 years. Posted: 19 Apr 2015 09:57 AM PDT I've been struggling to make friends since I got held back which was about 4 years ago, and I've finally started making a couple of close friends(thank god) but every time they ask me to hang out I always ask him and sometimes he says yes but for example if I want to hang out with them again in the next 2 weeks he'll be like no you went last time. I'm 15 years old I consider myself a really good kid. Even though I got held back, it doesn't make me stupid. Since that year I've been able to maintain my grades no lower than an A- . The only times he actually lets me "hang out" is if I have to work on a group project, but I'm usually the one doing all the work and being completely drained and begging to go home. Sure I'm lazy at times but I get things done. And compared to other girls he finally let my paint my nails like not even 2 months ago. I don't know if I'm being over dramatic, I just want to know if this the usual amount of time on average a girl gets of freedom. |

I would say I am fairly well. I used to enjoy playing because it was fun and made me happy but now I realize I only play because my parents force me. I play to make them happy. I have told my mom and sister I no longer wish to play and they didn't really care. my parents put huge amounts of pressure on me when it comes to sports and I have had enough of it. I don't have the commitment or deteimation to play varsity basketball and that's it. I don't like playing just to make them happy. I know I will not miss it. Basically, in the summer time (the last prob two summers) I just wear pretty much the same two pairs of shorts and the same four or five t-shirts which I have had for as long as five years, and the same two sports bras. I feel like my neighbors who are frieds with my parents look at me like I don't have good hygiene "didnt she just wear that a couple days ago.." I have other clothes the again I have had for several years (actually I have about two pairs of jeans that fit me comfortably, maybe three pairs of shorts and a handful of shirts that came from yard sales or from my big sister. Honestly, looking in my closet, I have very few things that were bought new from a store for me. I don't mind, I'm great full to have them no doubt, but shouldn't I have stuff for special occasions? The reason I wear that in the summer is because I don't wanna get my few nice things dirty (I hang out with my dad and help him whenever needed). I haven't really gone shopping for clothes for myself the last few years even though I would like to. Am I being a bad daughter for wanting my own clothes? I don't mind buying my own stuff but I don't want to buy everything. Shouldn't my parents provide me this stuff? Today is my sisters birthday and I am contemplating going home and seeing her. But I feel like it will be impossible to leave my home and be back at school in a decent time because my mom will want to spend time with me. But I have hw and things to do school and I really didn't want to get back to school later than 5. I'm currently in college but after high school graduation I took some time off from school to work and cope with the loss of my brother. I was also his caregiver because he was ill. Hence I started college late. Well, much of my life my mom has hated me for some reason and treats me differently from my sister who is only a year younger. She married at 18 and depends on her husband. I DONT want to follow in her footsteps. I want to get an education and a career I enjoy without having to depend on a man or anyone for that matter. Problem is I am living why my parents for now until I finish school, and I am grateful, my mom has been treating me horribly. She yells and attacks me just for little things like eating. She tries to turn my dad against me and she threatens to cut me off. I don't ask for anything from her. She's very religious and often calls me the devil and evil. She especially does not want me to finish my education, which I so badly want. I love school. How can I get away and move out? What should I do? I feel lost. We've got no car and the nanny job I do is not enough for me to get an apartment. But I know I need to get away and experience independence. I just don't know how. As a result, I have multiple scratches down my arms, neck and a possible bruise on my face. She also never respects me. When I turned vegetarian, she tricked me into eating meat. All the time. My dad is egotistical, narcissistic and will not hesitate to blame everything on other people. He stresses his importance when it is honestly nothing special. My grandma walks around discreetly telling everyone that oh her arm hurts or her head hurts or she's so tired. My brother is likely the worst after my mom. During arguments, he will join my parents and often these experiences end up with me sporting new bruises and cuts. Whenever I am trapped in a small space with all of them, like in a car, he will verbally attack me and then my parents and grandma will join in on the onslaught. I live pretty wealthily, I live in a good place, go to a good school, and have never been hungry. I have amazing friends and my grandpa is my anchor to safety at home. However, I am 13. Before you claim that I am just a snobby teenager, please stop because I have considered the fact myself. |

When we try to help to do things around the house she just yells and when we leave her to do the same things she told us not to do she yells. If you ask her what's wrong she says nothing and then stares off in space. If I try not to upset her it upsets her even more and she will follow me around yelling and if I ask her nicely to stop she yells until I get upset and then feels satisfied and tells my dad I pick fights with her. I won't lie and say I'm a perfect teenager. I have regular fights with my parents but I want to understand it better. |
