His harassment began on September as he began kicking me on the leg multiple times thinking that he was being funny. On late September, I pushed him down in front of the whole class causing him so much humiliation and causing him to cry. I thought maybe then he'd learned what he did wrong. He came back early January, in which he didn't seem to know what he did wrong. I told him, he completely understood, and has been nice to me till early March,as if he completely forgotten what i've told him. Now,he's just flat out harasses me and patronize me whenever we interact in some form of communication. I don't know what to do. I've tried ignoring him for the past month, but he doesn't seem to be backing off. Now, I think that my only options is to get this kid off me by the uses of violence and humiliation. |

In the past I had crushes on both of them at some time. I would do anything for them. Everybody though says that they are really mean to me and recently I realized it was true. When I confronted them about it they were really angry and started to pull things from my past. We didn't talk for a couple of days. In the past month they have also slowly started to "replace" me with another guy who has a crush on them. Then some rumors started to go around and I got blamed for some things that I never did. Now my two friends got really mad and didn't want to talk to me. Then recently they apologized. Today I went to talk to them and it ended up being super awkward. I know that out friendship isnt the same anymore but I still want to be friends with them. How can I do that though? |

He is kind of a jerk a lot of the time in a romantic sense but a really good friend. We all kind of lost connection with him because they were mad because one liked him and he didn't like them back, and the other had a weird dating thing. Lately we had been face timing almost every night and he was helping out with me and guys and it was really great, and completely platonic. My friends found out (it wasn't a secret) and got mad. I respected my friends weren't comfortable and let it go, but he keeps wanting to FaceTime and I am out of excuses. She went to the principle with a gang of friends saying that I was sexually and racially abusing her, and her friends "confirmed" this. So the principle believed them and I was placed in in school suspension for two days, even though they had no proof. I don't know what happened; her birthday was conveniently a week before, and I got her a present that she wasted with my own money, and then she goes and does this. When I confronted her, she just up and lied to my face, in front of her friends saying that I did all of those things. Speechless, I left the room and cried for the next few days. Rumors were spread around, and a few of my other friends left me, my others, just staying quiet about it, and being a little distant. Keep in mind, he was my best friend. I had nobody else I could confide in (parents would smack me even under suspicion) and my other best friend moved far away. Today, I was told by one of my other friends to stay away from his girlfriend after I shot her with a small nerf gun, and honestly, I don't know how to feel about myself. I'm nobody's favorite, I'm not especially popular or good looking, and now almost nobody wants to be friends with me. I really just want to die. |

Now Im not trying to judge her. But the truth is my mom didn't need too be one. She was married to my dad well she still is. My mom was housewife she never had a job. She was spoiled and she didn't went to college. My dad drop out of college and got married with my mom after getting a good job. But when I was 5 my dad was unemployed and he had trouble finding a job. So my mom friend told her to become a stripper. My mom could have get another job but she got comfortable in becoming a stripper. And my father didn't do nothing to stop her. In that time my mom was bringing lots of money to the house. She did more of a greed thing than a need thing and that's what bothers me. My parents talk about respect yet they did that. One day I remember a thug beat up my dad for no reason when I was 7. Turns out the guy was mad that my mom teased him. My mom slept with the guy to leave her and our family alone and my dad did nothing to stop him. I am so ashamed on both of them. I dont remember the guy just know that he was big, black, and was bald. I found out because I went to a strip joint for the first time. The owner said he kmew me but I never seen him in my life. We're graduating high school soon and both have jobs, but neither of us drive. We have an ok online apparel/jewelry business together so we get maybe $200 extra apiece each month. We also enjoy being in each others company a lot, so we just find it would be convenient to live together. We're also gonna attend the same college in the fall. It's REALLY NEAR where the studio apartment will be instead of taking public transportation 30mins away from where we live now to go to college. Does anyone have any personal experiences of moving out so early? Is it a smart move? I live currently in a house with like 9 people so I would like to get out of here as soon as possible....... |

My friend had her money saved and ready to buy the ticket (we planned to go together with aunt who is my guardian). We've stalking ticket prices for ages now and today my aunt tells me we cant go anymore because she cannot afford it. She has been hinting at it, telling me to do something more simple for my birthday but I never took her seriously. Is it superficial for me to be upset because I cannot go? She mentioned me and my friend to go on maybe a cruise instead but since forever we've agreed on a trip of my choice for my birthday if I didnt have a big 18th birthday party. A veces chateamos por facebook. El chico es lindo y me llama la atencion, pero yo no se si yo a el le llamo la atencion, ya q ni antes ni despues de conocerme me ha insinuado nada.. When we hang our alone its awesome but in a group sometimes its different. She is growing closer with this girl who likes to drink and smoke a lot and she is doing that too, I don't do that. Its her life and she can do what she wants, but I'm still important. So I talked to her.. I said we can't really be friends anymore and she looked sad..she was like "wait what?" And I said look let me explain and I said this is not the friendship we used to have we don't run up and hug each other like we used to, she's like well we don't hang out as much anymore I said yes but its also keeping in contact, I said i love you so much and care about you so much but do you? She said I know I don't always act like I care but I do and I said yeah I know you do but I also don't. You need to text me "hey how are ya?" Check up on me see how I'm doing. I said I do miss you a lot, and she said yeah a felt kind of a difference like I'm change I said if we want to keep this friendship from growing apart then we need to act like it. One of the store clerks was suspicious of her and caught her trying to sneak something into her backpack, to which I just ignored and kept looking for what I wanted. I was going to buy my dad his favorite candy since i had some money leftover, and I had found it and was holding it while waiting for my other friend. I was standing next to my friend who was shoplifting, but I wasn't really looking at her. Basically the whole staff had their eyes on us, and they saw my friend put something in her backpack. they asked her to empty it and sure enough, she dumped her backpack and she had a bunch of stuff in there. one of the ladies that worked at the store asked us all to leave, and my friend who was stealing stuff straight up gave me everything that she took and ditched me. i was so angry and i put everything back with the help of another girl who worked there, and then i had to apologize to the store clerks while walking out of the store in shame. i couldnt even get the thing for my dad. im really angry because i wanted to work there over the summer, and since its such a small town word gets around. im also angry because they probably think i tried to take stuff too, and plus my friend literally ditched me and made me clean up her mess! i feel obligated to go back to the store and tell them her name, but then again i dont want to be a bad friend and a snitch |

I saw her post a picture of a scene from this Netflix show called Bloodline a day or two ago and I text her and ask her what it was and she replies back "it's a show on Netflix" which wasn't the answer I wanted. So I go over to her house a few days later to hang out and discover she had recommended it to her sister which kind of upset me and i get kind of an attitude with her. I understand it's her sister but why couldn't she do the same for me. Me and her got into a conflict today over this. She says she wants us to be different. We have the same tastes in movies, music etc. and she says she feels like she doesn't have many more things that makes her different from me sometimes. Which I tell her all the time there are many things that make us different. which you all know best friends are as similar as they are different. She feels like i'm copying her. I'm not I mean it's just a show geez all was asking if she would recommend it or something but she just doesn't want to recommend me anything. She gets annoyed by it. I tell her all time there are going to be some of the same shows we both watch and some we don't. We are different in many other ways. We always have fun talking about movies, and jamming to music. Even when we hung out we had fun. We kept each other company for 10 hours and talked and everything and had tons of laughs. I don't get it when we are together we have a blast but when we are apart we are butting heads. |

Posted: 20 Apr 2015 03:42 PM PDT For most of my teenage years I suffered from severe depression and I was very introverted and kept to myself. I had one or two close friends, really only one, and we knew each other like best buds, but that was it. I was sent to a preppy city school that was an hour away from my neighborhood and I hated it. All the kids were extremely outgoing and it but a load of pressure and anxiety on my social life. I was never into social media, and I was never invited to parties or events. I had several guys around school that I could say hi to and knew me by name, but to everyone else I was just some kid in class. I really didn't interact much. To an extent I regret this because high school is "supposed" to be the best years of your life, but also to an extent I feel that i had no other choice and this was who I was. I am very mentally different than everyone else, and I hated being forced into the high school scene, it was disgusting to me. I went to an all boys school too which I hated, because it never gave me the opportunity to talk to one of the opposite sex. So, now that I am off to a college on the other side of the country (going to Cali from NY), do you think I can sorta start over with my social life. Will I still be able to make some close friends, meet some girls, and hang out and all. I am going to a top notch university (Stanford) so I am hoping I will be with more people of my type, at least a bit more, who are more introverted and intellectual. What do you think? |

I think it could have a lot to do with us still living at home, not working and stress from our home lives and from College. It's been wearing us out emotionally. We even talked about how it could be too the stress of living in the same places for far too long and we need to move to a place both of us will be happy at. I believe it's been affecting our wonderful friendship. I also know some of it has to do with me and how I have a strong personality and what not and it's some on her part which we have been trying to fix things which I believe is working. We've even been trying communication to help as well which it is. She is getting better at texting which sometimes she'll just read a text and not reply sometimes. Days are better than others, but we are making progress. I believe once we start making these changes we plain on, I believe the friendship will be back to almost what it was. We even agreed to not talk so much outside of class since we see each other a lot of the time. We have the same classes, we hang out, watching movies, going to movies and etc. We decided to save our craziness and goofiness for when we're together and just have natural conversation outside of all that, if that makes sense. When we hang out we always have a blast. It's like we forget everything and always have fun and a good time with each other. what do you all think? |

My teachers have caught him bullying me before and he did get in trouble. He called me a snitch even though I said nothing. It was the loudest part of the song with the highest note and I'm an alto not a soprano so I sounded like a wet rat dying. I heard a car door shut so I turned around and it was her mom!!!! Most people describe me as a super nice person and I just made a mistake. Long story short: I was at my friends house with a bunch of other girls. One of my other friends who wasn't there called me because something happened and she wanted to talk about it with me. I was at my friends house with my friend Amy. She asked me what what the call was about and I didn't tell her because it seemed wrong to share. Then my friend Ellie asked me what it was about and I told her because she gives really good advice. Amy is super mad at me now because I didn't tell her but I told Ellie. I totally get that and I'm trying to be the bigger person and I apologized several times to Amy. At school the next day she seemed fine with me and everything was going okay but then people kept coming up to me and asking what I did to Amy because she kept telling people I was a *****. She told so many people I'm a ***** after I apologized several times. Do I be the bigger person and let it slide or should I say something? Does she have the right to say this about me after what I did? Should she feel bad or should I? Anything helps, thanks!!! |

| Question: Stuck in the middle of fighting friends? Posted: 20 Apr 2015 02:32 PM PDT So recently my two closest friends got into a fight and now one won't speak to the other. The fight started a couple days ago and for these past couple days I've been trying to talk to both of them about it to see if we can find a solution. Seeing how the three of us are so close, I thought it would blow over but I came back to school today and the one friend still wouldn't talk to the other, but she ignored me too. I really don't know what I did to make her not talk to me or respond to my texts. She pretty much cut off all connection between us. My other friend is trying her best to try and fix the situation (bc she partly caused it by going too far with a joke) and she feels terrible for what she did. I want to be able to help them fix it and also stay friends with them both. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you so much. |

I'm 13 years old and so is she (we're in the same class) and we're best friends. But recently I've been asking myself: is there something more? Why I am asking that to myself, you might think? Well, a couple of weeks ago I had a dream (you can see where this is going) where we were... kissing. And I liked that dream. My dreams aren't that often a part of my mind, but everytime they are, I like it. The thing is: when I'm close to her, I don't really feel the need to kiss her. Ok, I would enjoy hugging or holding hands with her, but isn't that normal with best friends? But when I forget those dreams and I think I'm over it, a new one comes around. I think I love her. But even if I do, I'm 99% sure she doesn't love me back. And I don't think she has, for even one moment, thought about me in a romantic kind of way. Yes, she has told me that she feels jealous when I hang out with other people than her and she doesn't like it that much, but that's just best friend stuff. She's also much closer to me than to other people and she tells me everything, but again, that's just best friend stuff. Right...? My friends didn t say anything about it so I just assumed none of them wanted to go. I asked them if they wanted to come over on friday but they all said they were busy with different things. So I stayed home alone. (working on a school project that we were all part of) Today I found out that all of them went to the game together and then went back to one of the girl s house for a sleepover. The first girl lies to me all the time. I don t want to be friends with her anymore but I know that if I stop being her friend, then all the other girls will ditch me and take her side. I asked them who was going to the game and they said they didn t know. I told one girl about how the first girl told me that she had youth. She said "Ya I wish I wasn t going out of town." They knew that I was going to be home alone so it s not like they can say: I thought you were busy. At school, they still all smile at me and act fake like I have no clue what they did. I really want to confront them about this but I don t know how or what to say. Whenever I confront the girl who always lies, she always turns it on me and makes it so everything is my fault. Posted: 20 Apr 2015 02:01 PM PDT Our house is garbage and when my friends want to come over to my house it's so embrassing because they all have fancy houses which makes me so very jealous.Our basement is a horror movie place with mice, I am too afraid to go down there. Their basement however is like a second home.Our living room floor is dirty....if you are a middle class person you might want to wear shoes. Our car is noisy...When you turn on the car you can hear it inside the house it's form 2000 the neighbours hate us because the car wakes up their babies and they become so very upset. I can't walk to school (too far),the school has no buses.Just picture going to school in that broken car with every starring at you and calling you names. The girls wear outfits that are 200$ I know because they brag and brag.While I wear the same clothes everyday which I don't mind and apparently it's not cool to wear clothes 2 days in a row.WTF I know I shouldn't complain, I am soo soo soo thankful for having a roof over my head.I know it could be a lot worse.At first I didn't mind, but now it's starting to get to me, the people who can't understand that poor doesn't define me.My 2 friends stand up but sometimes the class overpowers them.I had used to have 5 "friends" but they all left me and now call me garbage.The 2 friends became my friend because they see something more than they do.I am so lucky to have them. She's tried to convince me to go back to the look. However, as of now I look more like a member of Duck Dynasty than I do in any of the pictures I've shown her. If I didn't have a thing for her I would've taken the complement and moved on. If things were only that easy. A couple of notes: - She's been with the same guy for two and a half years. I'm single. - She started about 7 months after I did. - I was one of the first people she hung out with at work. - Last Thursday, she wanted me to promise that I'd get a haircut and shave before we worked together again (Monday). Found Friday she switch shifts. - To no avail, told her a few times, I'd shave and get a hair cut if I got something out of her. - Shaved the beard to a five o'clock shadow and she wants to see pics. Now my group of friends...let's say L, K, and H.So anyways back to Friday, the three girls, D, A, and C were all talking about my group and I. They were calling us two faced and fake and other things. This was all during 6th and 7th period. But me and H were at orchestra 6th period so we didn't know this was happening until 7th. That same day, L told her mother and her mom called the school and flipped out on them. She freaked out because D has done SOOO many things to L and her mom was over it and wanted it fixed. after L's mom called, Deanna reported L and said that she was threatening her, which she wasn't. And this isn't the first time D has done something like this. So today, L, K, And D were called down to guidance to talk it out. Afterwards, D and K told me everything. They said my name was brought up by D A LOT and that the guidance councelor asked D to tell her everything mean I have ever said to her. She completely lied and said that I called her a two faced b*tch (ironic,right) and other things THAT I DIDNT DO. SHe said I left a note in her locker saying no one would care if she died. I want to tell my mom and make her call the school, but my friends will get suspended for talking about D and telling me what happened. She just lies and gets away with everything. What do I do bc now I'm thought of as a bully by a teacher and she's a victim! |

Through this, my crush found out because that friend had told her what my friend said. So my crush then tells all of her close friends about me having a crush on her, one of which, aren't every trustworthy (she previously spread round a secret about my friend having a crush on someone). So anyway, my crushes untrustworthy friend began to tease me about it in classes and then went on to tell my friend about my crush on her friend. She almost spread it round even more but my friend stopped her. Anyway, I got pretty pissed off with a number of people as my secret was getting out and slowly spreading. Im mostly pissed of with my crushes untrustworthy friend as she is beginning to spread it and making my life a nightmare. my crushes un trustworthy friend has an unstable friendship with my crush so if it was ever found out that if that friend spread my crushes secret then their friendship will be over. She also texted my friend telling him to make sure that i don't tell my crush that she betrayed her trust. Now. I really want to tell my crush that her friend is spreading the secret - this will demolish their friendship. But I'm not sure if i should do it or not? Is that dick move?
