I don't fit in here and I've fallen into a deep DEEP depression. I go to school with so many nerds and really really white people. Every time I see someone who is extremely overweight and playing league of legends or some **** I just get so depressed. I've gone through so much. I had a really terrible roommate and all the stress from that made me loose 40 pounds in the first 3 weeks. I had to fight with housing and they gave me another room after 3 months i got a different roommate who had asbergers and was also just as bad. So I lost some more weight. He moved out after winter break. My parents don't get it. They also don't care because I have a 3.8 gpa. I tried to transfer and I got back my last acceptence letter today. All denied. And you can sit there and tell me it will be better next year. But I can guarantee you its not. Next year I didn't get ANY on campus living I applied for so I have to live far away off campus ALONE in a city I hate. I have no friends. I try to get involved in clubs on campus and I never meet anyone I like. I was such a happy mentally stable kid before I came here and now look at me. And if life is just gonna go on like this whats the point? Honestly, this isn't a life lesson this is death sentence. Since I have a single now I think I'm just going to write a letter to family and leave it on my desk. I don't really know how I'll do it yet but maybe I'll OD. |

I was very kind, considerate and went way out of my way to help this person while all I received in return was selfish and rude behavior. She would mess up the kitchen and bathroom (which I had to clean up all the time), and was rude to me and my friends on more than one occasion. I ignored all of this, kept my mouth shut and just went on with my work to maintain peace in the house. I very rarely used the kitchen as I used to eat out but since I liked living in a clean space I would clean up her mess in the kitchen(she cooked everyday) all the time. She helped clean the house just Once during winter holidays. When it was time to move out, I cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed the living room and cleared the patio. She asked me to clean two of the stoves in the kitchen that were very dirty thanks to her cooking. I did that and left. Next day, I realized that she was mad with me as she expected me to help her clean the kitchen fully. She went on and on about how bathroom, living room etc are easy to clean but kitchen is hard. I finally lost my patience and pulled her up for her misbehavior and shirking off her responsibilities. She denied everything and accused me of lying. I finally kept the phone down saying I don't want to speak to a human like you. However, I am racked with guilt. I regret losing my temper and wish I could have been more patient. Any suggestions on how to move on from this? |

If he does get what he wants, he will abuse and annoy my cousin.He has been known to be violent, trying to choke her once, and punching her on the nose/lip area, while she was lying down. He is scary. He does not give my cousin space, respect or peace and can be abusive, pushing her, calling her names, and more, when he claims to be angry. He says that he loves her but when he is angry tells her to drop dead, or that he how that something bad happens to her. He used to be her high school befriend, and she let him go years ago but somehow she got involved with him again. I want her to safely leave him. I know that this sort of unstable person isn't good to be around, and is not husband material. She shares an apt with him currently. There are days that he constantly assays ' I love you' and claims that she is the woman he wants, but there are days that he pounds his chest and yells, scaring her, or bangs his head on a concrete wall, or dents the living room wall, with his fist. |

| Posted: 18 Apr 2015 06:14 AM PDT me and my bf have been together for 3.5 years. i really love him and we have had a stable relationship. had our ups and downs. but we are both stubborn/headstrong. we've had arguments and disagreements. minor ones mostly. but now for the last few months, it's like he's no longer trying. he even jokingly suggested we break up a number of times now, and so have i(much less though because i'm actually giving this relationship chances it deserve). but even though we're still "together", having sex from time to time. we don't even remember the last time we both said the "i love you's" to each other. or spent quality time like we used to. the problems we have is really disagreements(i'm crazy about hygiene, he's crazy laidback, i like to be organised and plan ahead but he's the type to go with the flow and deal with things when they happen), we argue over transport because i don't have a driver's license just yet and yes, most of the time i have to rely on him as a source of transport, and it's kind of a hassle for both of us. and other things like, i want him to further his tertiary education, maybe study part-time. but he insists on not studying any more because now he's financially secure and would rather work. also i wanna be a mother sooner than later, but he says he won't be completely ready until 5 years later. so we disagree on these things and it's putting a strain in our relationship lately i've been having the urge to experience something new and just a break from the stress of my bf and i's relationship. i feel like finding another man and just have sex with them. no i'm not thinking of grabbing any man i see and just go for it. i mean like, just feel good about something new once again. feel completely alive. feel good of a change. who knows, a change may be good. no doubt, i'm always gonna love my bf. i know i'll be scared if we split up, i will cry. but i wanna be certain it's the right thing to do first. does it sound like it's the right thing to do? i have been clinging on to hope that our relationship will get better. is it time to let go? |

Eventually was told after small incident with costumer id be hosting for 2 weeks. 5 months later I'm still hosting. I quit tonight and drunk bf tells me that they brought him into their office and told him BEFORE I even knew that I was being demoted... And I'm just finding this out now. She's aware of two students, who are both my friends, who have been in their relationship for half a year. Recently, the boy in that relationship has had his grade in her class drop by a few points. And so, the teacher unreasonably assumed it had something to do with the girl, and told him to basically stay away from her or else she would inform their parents (and their parents already know they're dating, but it's more about the grades). Now, she told the girl to stay away from him, to stop talking to him during the breaks they have in her class, to stop walking out of the classroom with him on her side, to basically stop interacting with each other and to break up. This really pisses me off. I know I don't have much to do with the situation, but the two students dating are two of my greatest friends and I can't let them bring this teacher, who thinks she knows all there is to know about them, down. In all honesty, his grades aren't going down because of her. And if they were to do what she said, his grades would go even lower. And so would hers. It's completely ridiculous how she would assume something like this. And even more how she would think she would "fix" things by forcing two students to stop interacting with one another. I'm a student in the school myself, and am completely outraged by the behavior she chooses to display in front of us. (continued) She wants to get his grades up? Then she would sacrifice her own time to actually teach the student rather than make him give up something that has only been making his life better and making him happier and giving him another reason to do his best in school. What ever happened to the teachers who are supposed to be an advocate for their students? It's disappointing. Again, I know I don't have much to do with the situation. But I want to know what I could do help at least. |

If somebody showed you attraction wouldn't you not have an answer or try to find ways to "divorce" them in turn If somebody can not read others feelings only thinks "they want something out of me" but there's no feeling attached.. Cuz you don't "feel empathy" or that childlike excitement about socializing and "playing" that others seem to If you hold a lot of feelings inside but people rarely if ever sees that (or even Cares??) do they think you Don't have feelings for them, just like they appear to you? |

I honestly really didn't care because I know that the way I speak is beautiful and as well as my beautiful face. Those kids were just hating. I didn't take it very personal at all. Maybe a little but no more that 5/100 of it. However, my girlfriend took it personal for me. She started to insult the kids and then one of the kids decided to put their finger in my face. "I'm talking about HER", he pointed fiercely. My girlfriend punched him in the face an gave him a black eye. He is also complaining about having breathing complications ( I highly doubt that ). She was suspended for God knows how long and this is the first time she's gotten suspended, but not the first time she has harassed someone over me. My best friend (fake) who did this to me.Soon after that I ran to my room ..Shut the door.and I was crying like hell.I knew that it was badly spreaded everywhere.Horrible! I left the school n flied to my country.I had to repeat my 9th grade but it didn't bother me at all cus I just needed a change. But unfortunately the same thing happened there and I had to discontinue there too. I was treated very badly by my relatives then.I was already suffering from a disease called eczema disorder which even got worse due to my mental depressions.I used to have sleepless nights which once lead me to run away from my home at midnight but ended up being caught. Since i don't work my mum just insults me,she's been doing this since i was 6 her insults keep getting worst. When I was first introduced to him, he came off as an arrogant jerk and disregarded me during my first few weeks (acting like a jerk, rude, etc). I was left with no choice & had to suck it up by being brief and to the point when it came to work-related things. Few months later, his tone toward me started to change & was somewhat surprised (he's known to treat certain female coworkers in his and my depts with disrespect & rudeness). The more I noticed him "trying" to be nice, the more I started to question. Btw, he's married with kids. He asked a bit about my personal life (he already figured that I'm single with no kids) and was very brief in my answers w/o saying too much (I don't fully trust him). He doesn't mention his wife or kids although I overhear him mention them to others (obviously the wedding band is there). He offered me to travel in the same vehicle with him for business; I turned it down. He asked me to get him lunch (with his cash) and told me to buy me lunch and keep the change; I gave back his change. He wants me to teach him some basics of my profession; I found that so unusual. With things going on at my job, he didn't want me to be discouraged and said he doesn't want to lose me by going back to the state I last resided. I question whether this guy has a crush on me. I get uncomfortable sometimes whe he acts "weird" toward me. Would like feedback, please. |

Posted: 17 Apr 2015 06:42 PM PDT I'm dealing with some bullies in the workplace.I have no idea where its coming from, I have always been cordial and friendly, but for some reason these group of girls, lie on me, sabotage my work, try and embarrass me in front of my superiors, and I notice the hostility, when this guy-very handsome guy who is a contractor started helping me with my computer.This guy comes in every Friday and assists with IT issues, and a few months ago, i was having some problems with my computer, and he would spend hours in my office, and now he will come into my office and sit at the other desk..and so I guess I got my confirmation last Friday that he the hostility I am getting from the other girls REALLY is about him.So he comes in last Friday as usual, and he comes and sit at the other desk for HOURS,and so as soon as that happened they start making complaints against me, so I go up to the guy and ask him straight out..Does he know anyone personally and he said not really, he went to one of the girls birthday party a while ago..and I said ok, because I get alot of slack.from these women, and Im not sure why, and I told him..I think one of them like him or something..and he laughed and said 'well they are cowards" ..and I just told him Im not one to gossip, but its getting out of hand, and I will be leaving very soon..so he then asks me when am I leaving, I said in a few weeks, and then he asks me'Well would you like to go out with sometime" and I just stood there shocked. : and last Friday and again today the usual day the guy comes into the office and as soon as he comes in and like clockwork the girls start complaining about me ..about misspelling words and out of nowhere the lead comes in and tells me u can leave for the day I'm like wtf ...like right after he comes into the office ..it was weird its like they are really trying to get me to NOT be around him AND get me fired or removed because of this guy which I don't know why And today again he comes in for the day and sits I'm the conference room next to my office, and the girls in the front start emailing and calling me at my desk for trivial stuff ...and changing my work to make me look incompetent I'm not sure why I'm being bullied and harrassed |

So i asked Mike whether he was going anywhere. He said, you mean this weekend, or the weekend after? I said, either. He said, no. (long pause), I don't have any plans. There was something about the way he said it, like in a lower voice. Then the conversation got interrupted. He did NOT ask me what i was doing (even though i was eager to tell them if they had asked). then today i was minding my own business, when Mike saw me and said hi, and we chatted very briefly because i had to go do something. Anyways, since i asked Mike the specific question of if he was going on a trip and he said, no he has no plans does that EVER mean anything? He also was trying to be funny the whole time and making me laugh. My point is -- he could've just answered the questions, no i am not going on a trip. but he was more gratuitous in the information provided. |

Posted: 17 Apr 2015 05:10 PM PDT For my parents' anniversary, I was going to get them a gift card to a salon and spa, but even at the cheapest spa in the city the prices are still really high. They always have back aches, etc. so I thought a message would be perfect, but I don't have a lot of money right now, as I work a minimum wage job and im paying for my college. I'm totally broke, which is why Im debating whether I can financially afford even a $50 gift card. I was getting them an $80 card, as my goal, but I honestly can't afford that because of my bills. For an hour long message, its $70-$80, which isn't too bad, but for someone broke its a lot. A 30 minute message is only $40-47, and I also have a promo for $20 off 40 when you buy a gift card, so would this be a waste you think? I'm afraid 30 minutes isn't long enough to really enjoy it, and it'll just be a waste of money because its not that long. Would I be better off spending my money on something else, or is $40 worth a 30 minute message? Is it worth it or no? If not, any ideas for something else I could get them, besides movie or dinner gift cards? I want something that's not so "basic", more creative for them, because its there 25th. Ideas? |
