So, over the semester, we rekindled our friendship from high school and I got so close to him, and I realized I started developing feelings for him. He always tells me everything and trusts me and all but he straight out friendzoned me...now I'm not sure if it's because I'm unattractive or, he can't commit but he literally said we will be nothing but friends. Now my question is, could I ever get out of the friendzone? Is there a chance of him falling for me in the future maybe? how do i get out? since we're spending this much time together. How do I make him see me as attractive? and there were studies apparently saying women and men can't just be friends cuz they might end up falling for each other...so should I just give up??? For awhile we were doing terrible and getting in fights all the time and have had at least three major ones where our relationship was on the line. Yet, I pulled through because I believe I should never be without someone I truly love. He went on vacation and there was no way of communicating . It gave me so much time to breath and think. Over the week we didn't speak to each other I missed him so much but things would make me feel upset from time to time because we left off at such a bad place. The first time seeing eachother after his return we were speechless. We both had major butterflies and felt just as we first met all over again. but deep down I knew not everything was good b/c we had just gotten into a major fight that left off at us deciding that we need to try to be more considerate of each other and an end might be the best thing to do for us. So, of course not everything was happily ever after when he came back. On top of that I feel like we never see each other because we are always so busy. I've become annoyed with lots of the little things he does to the point where I am in such a hurt and removed mood. Sometimes I feel as though our relationship is not good whatsoever and that i'm a girl who will "do good for now". I'll think about him all day and when I actually see him I have an out of place, unsatisfied mood and i'm sub consciously distant. I'm not sure what to think or do. We've tried talking A LOT (maybe not well enough... i'm not sure) to work out differences and even differences that may be unknown to the other person. When we hangout when things aren't chaotic it's absolutely wonderful and I think "hey this may even be my husband someday" but when he leaves i'm happy! Yet, a part of me feels dissatisfied and wanting more. Only apparently she doesnt seem to agree with that because I saw her and her friends waiting to eat outside of a restaurant on sunday night and as they saw me they all waved, except the girl who I had the history with. I know she was just trying to get away from me, because she left and then didnt come out even though I stayed talking to her friends for almost 10 minutes. Why did she do that? We used to sit next to each other in science for awhile and I really started liking him. We would talk all the time and he would always tease me and yeah. After we switched seats, we still talked a lot, but just recently we started talking alot less. He used to initiate all the conversations, but now if I want to talk to him I have to be the one who starts the conversation. I wanted to tell him I liked him for a long time, but a week or two ago I decided I would just tell him. But then again, I tried backing out. I'm really close with a couple of his friends that he hangs out with all the time, so I figured I would tell one of them I liked him. She was super excited to find out and thought I should tell him. So, I made a deal with her. The next day I tried to tell him, but couldn't find a good time, so I let her do it instead (which I thought would make more sense anyways since they're friends). But then when she told him last period, he didn't say anything and then basically didn't say anything the rest of the time. A day later, when I saw him in science he didn't say a word about it and didn't talk to me until the same friend told him to. I blushed so hard when he came up to me! Posted: 23 Apr 2015 07:33 PM PDT Girl and I have a long, complicated past but to skip to the end, I had to cut her off a year ago because I have really strong feelings for her(she knew from the start how I felt), she doesn't reciprocate those feelings(or is super confused about her feelings b/c she consistently leads me on), and I need space from her to get over her. The first 6 months after cutting her off was her doing her best to not let me go, no matter how hard I denied her. I finally blocked her number in December but texted her on her birthday in February. She responded by asking to hang out, alone, and it ended up in us watching the sunset together over a lake and talking for 4 hours. I only went with her because I was hoping to hear her feelings had changed since that was the ultimatum I gave her when I told her I was cutting her off. Two months passed of nothing then two weeks ago, she texted me thanking me for all the times I have been there for her and how much she appreciates me. Last week, she tried texting me in a group message asking to hang out, and then today she personally texted me congratulating me on getting a football scholarship (we are freshman at a Junior college). I didn't even expect the birthday thing to happen when I texted her but has she changed her mind or did I mess up my texting her on her birthday? Like gave her some kind of hope or something? |

I hate it, barely anyone likes me, hard classes, no sports etc. So last week a girl was being rude, and I flicked her off. The school counselor talked to me, and threatened me. Well, today, my teacher told me that the counselor wanted to speak to me again. As I walk into the room, I see the counselor AND the main principal. They tell me that several students confront them with reports that I cuss. They said not at anyone, but just in general. They also said that they've heard rumors of me talking about drugs. I got a bit defensive because I'm tired of everyone thinking I'm a terrible person, and I just said "Look, I'm tired of these goody goody, bratty kids trying to get me in trouble and snitching". So then the counselor yelled at me, told me it isn't my place to be defensive against anyone, and told me they're doing the right thing. They told me that several of the students at the school are only there because their parents want to protect them, and the minute the school hears students cussing and crap, they punish them. Basically, they were making me feel like crap. They said "we know you're going to public school next year, you don't fit in well here, and you hate this place, but control yourself." I spent literally the entire period getting yelled at and treated like crap. I went back to class for the last 3 minutes, and when I opened the door everyone stared at me, and then I was very pissed off. |

Anyway he sent two messages to me and then seemed to be flying away somewhere. So right now he s 2000 miles away., and he wasn t logged on since (yes call me creeper). Firstly, it seems odd he would message me if he was about to get on a plane. People always tell me that this is desirable, but I feel like my boobs are so gross, I can't see why anyone would like them. |

She touches me a lot, I even catch her staring at me in class; she smiles at me a lot, and always laughs and listens when I talk. But I forget sometimes, that she has a boyfriend that she never talks about with me. And she still flirts with me like crazy. I really like her, and want to ask her out. As a test, I asked her about problems I had "with a girl", and went on to describe my exact situation with her, without saying it was her. She said, "Why don't you ask her out?" And she has still been the same level of flirty ever since. However, today we had this ongoing joke about how I'm "ruining her life", and she said I never make her day. After that, I said that I might, and asked if she ever tried to make mine. She said "yes, when we chat in school, you seem to like it" and I said do you enjoy it? She said yes, and that would solidify me winning that argument right? Not exactly...After that, I said "I control your happiness." She replied with, "You're not my only entertainment." After that she said, " a nice chat once in a while is nice" (again, we talk every day several times a day and she really flirts with me), and then made some dumb joke about a rhyme. I kind of jokingly, kind of seriously asked, "Is all I am cheap talk to you? :)" and she answered with, "It's called friendship brutha." I left. What the hell is going on? Does she like me, or am I in the friend zone? If not, what the hell do I do about this? |

| Question: Why do guys "need space?"? Posted: 23 Apr 2015 07:25 PM PDT I know the question sounds silly but me and this guy I've been talking to says he's "introverted, anti social, and a man of few words," and that sometimes he needs to be left alone for awhile. He said it doesn't mean he doesn't care it's just that sometimes he doesn't know what to say or doesn't feel like talking. It's been about 3 weeks and I didn't know all the above info at the time so I sent a message confronting him because my ex ignored me for weeks before dumping me so I thought it was happening again with a new guy. He finally responded and told me all that. Should I be concerned? What do I do in times like that? Any help? I understand people need space sometimes and he's busy with work most of the time, but he never told me he needed space so I freaked out and over thought it. Please be mature and respectful. I'm scared of messing this relationship up so I want to know how to deal with guy like this, like what to do and what not to do in times like this. Is this normal behavior among men? Keep in mind too that we do love each other. He's in the Navy so his work takes up a lot of his time. Please don't jump to conclusion that he's not interested when he's acted like it from day one |

He's open minded and understanding, but for me, sex is emotional and even spiritual... Not just physical.. And not being sure that my partner feels the same, that's just a turn off. So how do I tell him this? Just casually saying "hey, I don't wanna have sex anymore" he'll ask; "why?"And I'll say "because it's confusingn me emotionally." Is it okay to do this? This isn't me.. I've sat next to this boy in math for a couple of months and I really like him! It's so insane. I can't tell if he likes me though? He's a really shy boy, but I'm always talking to him and making him laugh, and I see him around school and he always glances towards me but then looks away when I try to catch his eye. What do I do? | Question: Why does he look me straight in they eyes without saying anything? Posted: 23 Apr 2015 07:25 PM PDT Sometimes he will just start staring at me directly into my eyes and he won't look away for at least 15 seconds. Even if I have made eye contact with him 4 times, he will do this. This happens maybe once every 3 weeks. We aren't very close but we talk frequently and we play cards in class. |

| Posted: 23 Apr 2015 07:22 PM PDT So me and this guy met online we went out a couple times we really hit it off he got offered a job in Texas needless to say that he took so he decided we shouldn't persue a relationship but for the few week he had left here to just have a no strings attached kinda thing just something casual so we did have sex a week later I asked for sex from him and he got all weird and wouldn't really answer me am I missing something or should I have not asked him what could of made him act like that? |
