Posted: 22 Nov 2019 08:21 PM PST We started talking few months, I told her i am interested but she said i want to know you first, my exams were gonna start next week. so we decided to get to know each other and then after my exams we will decide if we want to together or not. so now exams are overs and I propose her, we are also good friend, And she declined my proposal. saying she doesn't want to commit right now and that they move around alot (military family) and long distance relationships can be hard. She said she want to stay friends with me, close friends, be each other support and be there for each other and listen to each other and all that and we agreed. Its kinda hard getting over the proposal thingy but hey I do respect every choice that she makes and i don't want to ruin what we still have and I will be her support and always be there for her. Now tell me if this isn't the right thing to do? |

He then had said that he doesn't want to date until highschool or like sophomore year(we're in 8th grade) and I'm like yeah I agree middle school relationships are stupid. We became slightly better friends and then he said i was his #1 and he knew he liked me. I guess I felt prideful or it just felt good to finally be liked by him since i've liked him on and off for 5 years. I'm friends with one of his friends so I know some of the things he's said about me. It's usually just that he doesn't want to date until highschool but he likes me. As of Sunday even he said that he'd date me. I'm not sure if it's just anxiety or something but he did say something like it's a little much for 8th grade(i don't want to go off and say that he said i'm being too much since he didn't actually say that and it's mostly just too much interaction i guess or sitting knee to knee) to that friend and I'm pretty sure if i understood correctly that's why he would sometimes not take the chance to sit by me. I've just been kind of stressed about this and I feel like I'm annoying him. It's friday so I cant do much atm but like i'll try not to be so social with him? This sounds like bull to me , and I'm not sure what to do. I love him a lot. I want to be with him. But I don't know what he wants.
