hey guys I'm dealing with a situation that is stressing me out     I've been seeing this girl Melanie for the past 2 months me and Melanie work together,    and we've been friends for a while.    but later on we decided to go out everything was great .  she would always kiss me hug me and always want to cuddle with me.   On Monday I noticed she was acting a little weird with me,    but on Tuesday we hungout and said everything seemed normal and we had a lot of fun.   but she's been acting really weird with me,   she hasn't been messaging me much she's been really distant with me.   last night I sent her a text message and she didn't reply until today,    she told me that I have  NOT done anything to her,   but she explained she is in a tough spot in her life  Today my best friend Thomas called her because we are all good friends.    Thomas asked her how she's doing.  all she said was life is hard but it will get better eventually,   she didn't really say anything to Thomas but you could tell that she seemed really down.   my best friend Tom is told me that sometimes she suffers from depression,   so this could probably be one of the stages of depression.    Sometimes i feel she doesn't tell me things because she doesn't want to push me away or something. But I don't understand why she avoids me.   she takes forever to reply to me or she doesn't reply to me at all.   I began thinking her problem was about  me but at this point  dont know what to think about this.   What should i dooo??????    I really like and care for this girl.   Any advice pleaae 

I organized and own a meetup group 6 mos. ago for women from my country to reconnect with our culture and socialize.I only have 9 members which is a great thing because it's easy to get to know one another. One of my members is Marie who is friendly but I sensed that she wants have more authority in the group.I had recently organized  dinner at a Latin restaurant.There were 7 members who attended including Marie.Marie texted me 15 mins before arrival saying she was bringing a gal pal.I assumed the gal pal was our nationality but instead of 1 gal there were two gals and not our nationality.I think it was deceitful of Marie not to tell me ahead of time. Marie's friends were loud and boisterous, not much chance to converse with other members. Her friends were nice and funny but there should have been some courtesy especially from Marie because she knew what our group was all about.We took group photos and normally I post them in our group's page.I feel like removing Marie's friends in the photos via Photoshop. What do you think? Marie's friends had a great time. They repeatedly told us that they want to be members and that they want to join us in the next event. While I appreciate their friendliness, I still want to preserve this group for what it's original purpose was for which is to create a close knit group of women from our country.Should I talk to her; or state in the next event that it's for members only or remove Marie altogether because she's trouble? 

Six weeks ago my best friend was 160 and she asked me how much I was. I said 141. She said really? That is all that you weigh? Then immediately she went on a diet and I supported her in her weight loss efforts but when she got down to what I am I never heard her say another word about it. I asked her today how is the diet coming along and she said I am still 141 but I have been really busy so haven't had time to do it right now. She is very competitive with me. Could this be her reason for losing weight as crazy as it sounds?

Ok so i have a friend Lily, she started excluding me, and I started playing with another friend Ava, Lily is kinda jealous and she doesn't want to be friends anymore and she HATES Ava even though she is a really good friend, Lily thinks that Ava is the reason why we aren't friends and I told her that i was excluded and she isnt doing anything about it. What do i do?

I just moved from the east  to the Midwest for college. I was always a little bit of a loner in highschool and I really just wanted like a close group of friends. I found these two girls in my dorm and the first couple of weeks we were really hitting it off I thought we were going to become really close. And idk why, maybe because I'm a guy and they're girls distance  or just differences in schedules but they kinda started to move away from me and started having exactly what I wanted with other people. I had no support system I miss home, I felt super alone, and like these were the people I thought I was going to be able to talk to about this stuff but they essentially ghosted me. Anyways I got drunk at a party and texted one of the girls essential saying like I thought we were going to be really good friends and you like ghosted me for no reason and are like explicitly excluding me from your (once our) friend group and not talking to me at all and that really sucks. No response no talks no nothing just further exclusion. And recently I again came home from a party drunk (tipsy I wasn't that drunk) and like just wanted to hang out and talked so I knocked on their door. And rather than say like sorry don't wanna talk they locked the door. So I kept knocking because that really hurt and they just kept ignoring me. Like children. Was that a good thing to do no and I felt bad but that hurt. Anyways am I in the wrong? Now finally they want to talk what should I say? 

Im very confused on this situation im having with this girl.   We have been talking and seeing eachother for maybe 2 months.   Everything seemed perfect,  she would even talk about me to everyone.   but since Wednesday she wasn't talking to me much and she was not opening my texts.     Yesterday i came to the conclusion something has to be wrong.    She was replying to my besfriend John but john even noticed she was acting weird.    She said she feels upset,  but i sent her a few texts and she never replied    Today she finally replied.   " She said thank you for asking how I've been doing but I apologize for being off lately.   I just been going through some personal things.  Your amazing and  You  have treated me great,   so I don't want you thinking that you've done something wrong because you haven't,  im just in a weird spot  " Is she ending things with me???  Or am i overreacting?????? Please help

I am a singer and i have always had a private life. People only know what i show and i am complete my fine with that! Only the people i keep close know me at a personal level.. My significant others twitter account is private but they follow two people they know.. they post everything online, somethings that aren't true painting me out as a monster.. they like to play victim and always point at me no matter the case.. idk what to do..  I tried to explain to them that it is wrong and bad for my career to post false things about me which may follow me.

my best friend and i dont talk often anymore bc of our busy lives but everytime when he gets drunk he calls me and i would like to know what that means.

So me and my partner have been together for 8 months and sometimes I'll start to feel sad because of their past. My first time was with my partner but their first time wasn't with me. The thing is I know exactly what happened in their first time because we were really good friends at first and our group of friends started talking about their first time and we'll my partner who was my friend at the time explained their experience. To this day there will be times were I remember what was said and it would put me in a low place. My partner knows about the problem and they do so much to make me feel better…yet a couple days later I'll feel bad again. And I've tried many times to let go of those memories yet they always come back. What are your options? But the things is, we have a really great relationship. We love each and we have plans and everything but I still manage to hurt myself because of that

It's been a weird year so far. I graduated high school, got married to my best friend, moved in with him, and eventually broke up. During that time most of my friends have decided they no longer wanted to be friends because I wasn't making any time to hang out with them. I've moved back home now, and I'm startled to see that I have no friends. I don't have job. I don't have an outlet to meet new people. How do I make friends, when I have absolutely no way to meet new people? 

While on a school trip, I'm 95% sure that my best friend read my diary. She knows that this is very off limits. I don't want to confront her about it, partly because of the uncertainty but mostly because nothing productive could come from it and she doesn't handle confrontation well. So how do I get over it? I feel so intruded on. I haven't written in the past week and half, or even opened my diary, since the incident a week ago, just because I feel so embarrassed. Should I buy a new diary and start over? How do I mentally overcome this? Please help!!

I'm tired of people saying I'm quiet. In social situations, I never have anything to say that's on topic to what everyone is talking about. Or I can't get a word in because everyone else is talking and  they change the subject and I didn't get a chance to say anything.  Even if it's just me and one other person, especially a stranger, it's always awkward because I never know what to do or say. I love company and having a lot of friends is something I've always wanted; but after being around me for a while, they'll say I'm quiet. It makes it harder to make friends because no one wants to hang around a boring , quiet person. I wish I could have better interactions/conversations with people. 

i'm balding but not bald ,to be honest , and i have a friend who constantly reminds me that i'm bald indirectly in some conversations . i don't really get it , i want to analyze this behaviour of him scientifically . i'm ok with me getting a little thin on top . i accept who i am and what i am but i don't get this behaviour of him

So me and this girl have been talking and going out for more than a month.   We both work together and everything has been great.   She always kisses me,  me hold hands and everything else.  On Tuesday we hangout and everything was great.   But im stressed,   because lately she hasn't been talking to me much.   I dont know if i did anything but she's been acting distant with me.    She been taking sooo long to reply to me or she doesn't bother opening my messages.   We hungout on Tuesday and eveything semeed great. She replied to my besfriend Kevin,   she told him the she hasn't been feeling the greatest and wants to talk about it with him.   Kevin said that she seems really stressed about something and she really needs a hug from him..... But im starting to think its definitely about me.    I sent her 2 long messages yesterday and she never saw them yet.   Can i please have some advice????  Whats happening with her??  Is she done with me??? Noooooo she doesn't like my besfriend Kevin.    we all been close friends for years

So I have a friend group we're I'm not really close to anyone and it gets boring and when I try to have fun it just makes me look like a fool. They just aren't funny and I have to put up with annoying people when I'm trying to have a conversation with my good friends. I just hate the people near me. I started to make myself look weird in front of everyone but that just made them want to talk to me more 

She's 13 but she's super childish and annoying and super dirty and stinks (she washes her hair only 2 times a week🤮) she always keep poking me, hit me and speak like a kindergartener. (Extremely childish)I've had enough of this since a very long time but I don't wanna hurt her feelings cuz she looks so innocent. What should I do? 😫

I've always been a loner. I don't know how to interact with people. In fact, I find it tiring to talk to people. I guess I don't enjoy being with anyone and because of that, I have never had a friend other than my mom. I have never dated and I can't imagine having sex. I just can't imagine opening myself up that much to another person. I guess I'll have to marry a silicone doll. 

I'm pretty sure I'm not my crush's type. He's white and I don't think he likes white girls because every girl he's implied attraction to, has not been white. Race is irrelevant, but he obviously has a type. I get so jealous when I hear him talk about other girls, especially when he says sexual things about them. My crush on him is mostly sexual attraction so you can see why I'm jealous. How do I subtly show him I like him? I don't want it super obvious because we work together 3 days a week, but I want him to consider the fact that I do like him. I'm almost 29, he's almost 31. He's a smart guy, but the two trusted people at work that I told, both had no idea that I like him, so I'm assuming he's clueless too lol.  He's divorced, so definitely not inexperienced at dating. He's dated quite a few people at least. I don't want to date him, I don't see him as dating material, but I'd like a FWB situation with him that maybe includes kissing and cuddling. Okay, so I don't how to word this. I'm going to try to explain the best I can. My friend (Hannah) used to be friends with this 18 year old senior boy in our school. My friend told me that he used to send her dick pics and vids of him jacking off to her "for fun" like he says. Mind you, he's 18 years old. They recently stopped being friends over him threatening to hurt her and "beat her a*s." When Monday comes around, should I report his activities to a counselor or a staff member? Because I've been her friend ever since this year of school started and it makes me uncomfortable knowing she was getting sent lewd videos from a senior boy. She also told me that she found it kind of nasty herself.

So let me get this straight, I'm a girl and my ex- best friend is a girl. We got along the first couple years of us being friends but then she changed. It's been two years since I've stopped being friends with her yet I still have nightmares about her and feel as if I can never fully get over this. My parents don't understand how severe I feel about this and try to talk me out of seeing a counselor. I need hel
