Posted: 10 Nov 2019 07:36 PM PST so me and my boyfriend dated for about six months last year. he broke up with me and then hooked up with a long time friend of ours a week later. we've gotten back together since. in our time apart he'd been with a few girls physically and i tried to date but never got anywhere. and did nothing physical. i'm still super hurt by his actions and it's almost a year late. should i still feel this awful about myself? should i feel like he owes me somehow? how do i get over this? |

Anyway, on the weekend he invited me down to see him so i drove 2 hours to where his university is. once it got to the time i was supposed to see him he stopped answering his phone and didn't text me back for hours, i was far away from home and unsure what to do. so i just turned up at his house anyway and knocked on the door! he refused to come out the house and see me? my dad ended up getting me a hotel in the area for the night so i could drive home in the morning as i was very tired and the weather was terrible. i don't know what i've done to deserve this , since then we haven't spoken , he messaged me once sayinf that i took it too far and shouldn't of just turned up to his house? even though we had plans! he's been my boyfriend for 4 years and we've spoken everyday for 4 years. Times of long distances between one another and a few people who tried stepping between us but we are still together. We have fights here and there but very few linger. This isn't something that is happening right now but something that likely will in a few short months. I have a job. He is starting a job soon that will help him get us an apartment with lowered rent (he will work for the complex and they help with rent for their employees) he will be starting full time day shifts. I work 31 hours a week but will be getting a full time job when the time comes but I have been saving quite a bit. I am getting my license this week and getting my first car in a couple of months. I am almost 19, he is 19. I feel like this will be a good step forward for us to see how adulthood will be for us. We both have supportive families so if worst comes to worst they will help us out if we really need it. We are both very similar with money, we are both good with saving amd budgeting. We are both stable with sticking with a job when we get one. I'll only be getting a new one because my current job won't give me the option of full time when I will be needing it. I am on birth control. Have for a couple of years now so no worries there. No risk of having a baby to early or any of that. A lot of guys I've talked to around 28-35 say that they like girls 18-20, because girls that age are adults but they're really young and under 21 so they're young and fresh. She didn't. Found out she might be in love with her new guy friend -I cut it off contact cuz it hurt too much. Told her I needed space to get over her before we talked again. -It's been almost 2 months since we last talked Should I contact her? Does the day I hit her up tell my ex that it's taken X amount of months to get over her? -I'm not completely over her and knwo it will take longer than a couple months. | Question: Are all long term relationships difficult and stressful? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 02:25 PM PST Long term boyfriend who is living in another country since a month now( i am supossed to go there in few weeks) says i lack in confidence because it bothers me that he posts nude sex magazine pics and other women sexy pics on his Instagram( he says he loves erotic art) and he follows bunch of instagram models, do i have the right to be upset? I told him that it bothered me and his reaction is that it's my problem and my narrowness and confidence and that i have no right to be upset. He took one of the photos down but then proceesed to be angry at me and somehow it turned out that it's my fault and that i'm trying to control him. I just told him that it was disrespectful towards me to have it so publicly and that i deserve more then a boyfriend not caring how i feel when he posts pictures like that or checks out other women... and he started to get more angry and wrote me to find another guy then...keep in mind we are 4 years together and every time i say anything negative to him, he keeps on saying he is this way and i shouldn't change him and if i don't like it i can leave...just like that, every time. Or he says we are over and then we are not. It's never a normal discussion, he is always very emotional and angry then he starts shouting and for some reason no matter what he did, he makes it like it's my fault...so i guess i just want to see what to do here? He is the longest relationship i had so i wonder if all long term relationsips make people anxious and cause stress? |

I used to work at a fast food restaurant and while I was there, met a guy (lets call him Henry). Henry and I didn't talk to each other at first, but as I worked there longer, we started talking more and more. Eventually he gave me his phone number and wr started texting outside work. My fiance wasn't a fan and could obviously see Henry flirting with me at work. Eventually Henry and I hung out outside of work, and fiance came with. Henry and I spent a lot of time talking and he was flirting harcore all night. After that, fiance asked me to stop talking to him and I did for a little bit, but eventually changed Henrys name in my phone and we kept talking. Anyways, last night, I told my fiance I was going to go watch a movie with my friend, and instead went over to Henry's apt. I had a little bit to drink and got tipsy. Henry stayed sober. Henry and I were laying in his bed watching TV when we started to make out. Then we did "it". Ngl, it felt amazing, I never wanted it to end. Afterwards, he drove me home and my finance wanted to do "it" after he got off. We did, but all I could think about was how it's more enjoyable with Henry. I want to do it again, but I also feel sick to my stomach about cheating on my fiance. |

We met on bumble and have gone out frequently throughout the month of October. He takes me out to dinner, movies, and even a family event with his cousins. He talks about the future and seems very into me and hopeful. However, the past week or so I've been getting suspicious. I caught him in a lie 3 weeks ago where he ended up hanging out with a girl telling me he had to work that day. Now he keeps telling me these next two weeks he's going to be really busy with work. He hasn't texted me in over 24 hours and when I've texted him the past 2 weeks or so I've been the one to reach out to him, not vice versa. Does it sound like he's losing interest in me? |
