Question: Interrupting Husband? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 06:58 PM PST I'm really beginning to resent my husband interrupting me when I'm talking. He is normally a quiet person so it seems intentional or compulsive. I've tried telling him many times. When I'm in a good mood, I've tried asking him to hold on and let me finish but to no avail. It's like he's 6 years old even though he's normally very mature. When I'm more annoyed I just stop talking altogether and when he eventually notices I will say, "you interrupted me twice and I'm not going to tell you the end of what I was talking about ever. Once, he and his daughter both interrupted me and talked down to me (on a topic that was MY JOB for 18 years) while I was trying to tell them something very important. I shut my mouth that day and I will never tell them what I was saying even though the lack of information has impacted her life negatively. I know it's awful but I laugh silently when I see the giant and very preventable mistake that she made because of her ignorance that day, and I realize that means I'm becoming very ugly in my resentment. I have called it to his attention countless times, told him that it bothers me and he doesn't seem in control of the habit or even sometimes realize that he's done it. It seems like a lack of respect and I've brought that up with him and he denies that vehemently, but still the behavior continues. I don't know what else I can do to straighten this out. Other than this habit he's usually a great husband but I'm starting to really get fed up. |

Question: Do I make my wife mad, or my child's mother? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 04:04 PM PST Recently, my 12 year old child has been quite the handful and has been acting out for his mother, my ex. She has decided to make him skip a basketball practice as discipline for his actions. She feels that if he can't behave then he doesn't get to play. My wife disagrees and says that he should be disciplined another way instead. I am now stuck between a rock and a hard place. Do I make my wife mad by going along with my ex's punishment for our child, or do I make my ex mad by allowing my son to go to practice anyway? The whole situation seems petty to me to begin with, but it's not so cut and dry. My ex can be childish at times and has been known to cause lots of problems and headaches over stupid stuff, but I have to live with (and love) my wife. The ultimate male dilemma of which woman do I want to piss off, and get pissed off by.... |
Question: Did my brother want me to bang his wife? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 04:03 PM PST Years ago I was in their house and we went upstairs to get something I can't remember what but he said we should have a threesome, and she went quiet and I didn't know what to say and then the subject got changed. |

Question: Christian Marriage advice.? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 11:32 AM PST I am very upset and I would like to know if I am wrong. I recently found out my husband kissed and did I don't know what with one of our friends. We are both married. I became friends with her through him. However, I am most troubled because I am upset my husband didn't tell me. She would pretend to be my friend and warn me if she knew one of husbands ex would be at the same gathering. I would tell her, don't worry we are married I have no concern. And honestly I am hurt because my husband didn't tell me and I feel they kept a secret together. This might seem small to some, but the reason I even asked about his past is because I noticed how they would act with one another. And to be quite honest I am just hurt. I need help pin pointing the reason. |

Question: My wife's dad keeps asking for money, idk what to do.? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 10:05 AM PST So my wife's dad is always asking for money like every other week and the money he ask is always from $80-$200. He always says he'll pay back but mostly never does, my issue is he ask all the time knowing that I only work while my wife is home with our kids. Also since he has always been asking plus all the bills we have with the kids, rent, utilities, groceries and such I have had to take a second job. Both jobs honestly dont pay that well and we living okay maybe with a few dollars left over each check, but we never get to save it cause my father in law will ask for whatever we have and then the next week ask for more. I sometimes have Bill's I just dont pay or pay way later to compensate. I tried telling my wife to stop agreeing to help her dad but to no avail since we are married I believe the money I make is for my wife and kids and only them and i have no issue how my wife spends the money it's just i feel like since my wife has been constantly helping out her dad every time he ask he has taken advantage of the situation and its stressing me out. Ps my father in law has no Bill's and gets SSI of 770 a month and has food stamps and lives with his sister who also gets SSI food stamps and housing yet always burns through his money then ask for more |
Question: My dream is to get married and have a daughter but I can't afford that ? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 08:41 AM PST I'm 26 years old. Back in high school, I was studying so hard and had 2 tutors and still failed. 5 years ago my dad said that he see me getting nowhere in life so he just opened a small grocery store for me and I make $1500 to $2000 a month from me and I can barely afford anything and only having 30-50$ extra a month. I been wishing to have a wife and a daughter for years now but I can't afford that which makes me cry everyday. Last year I attempted suicide cause I couldn't live like that and now I'm thinking of actually doing it I couldn't mind a son too but just extremely depressed over not being able to have my dreams true all due to money, it's the devil. I'm not asking for much, all I wanted is a good average life and a family, am I asking for too much? |
Question: What is the best way to Communicate with my partner? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 06:51 AM PST Sometimes when I try to talk with my partner about our intimacy it gets aqard and we drop the subject. Please help. |
Posted: 14 Nov 2019 06:47 AM PST I recently found out that I am pregnant with our 3rd child. I was already set on filing for divorce. He has been cheating for a while now and I believe it's the same woman. He has implicitly expressed the want to part ways and is pushing me to do it. he also got to a point where he stopped helping with the expenses of childcare and everything else. i am at a point where I don't know if I should keep the child or not. i really want to keep this child, but at the same time i will not be able to take care of one more child. Financially, emotionally etc... I do not want this decision to haunt me for the rest of my life but right now it is the best thing to do. I brought up adoption to him. He said no was upset and all. But I don't want to be stuck caring for 3 kids by myself. It is emotionally exhausting right now with two kids and a job. And it is not even enough for them why bring a third child in the equation. What do you think I should do. You know I'm a believer and I don't want it to be one of those decisions that I would regret later on because I can't conceive anymore or some problem happened. it is the right choice now but is it in the long run? He only cares about having a child at this point not the repercussions of having a child. what should I do? Someone please say something coherent |
