Fiancé told me that he wants to go and give dinner to the poor and people at the hospital than make a little family celebration (not a huge party obviously). It got me so sad that he said that, told me I wasn't humble. I told him that it's the one day you are getting married, and that we can take food to the poo any other day. But this wedding is special, by the way I'm not even asking for a big wedding, it's just 50 people or less, he doesn't want to even do that. He also told me he prefers to just get married and go to dinner just the parents and brothers and that's it. That there's no need to celebrate. Do you guys think this is ok?
