Okay so im a beginner photographer and i just got a gig. This person wants engagement photos which i charged 80$ for a session. Problem is she wants wedding inviations, i dont know the first thing!. She says she wants 120 invitations with a photo of them. My question is how much does 120 invitations cost? On average? And how much should i charge?

My family is in Kentuxky and Florida, and his family is in Wyoming where we both currently live. Both sides of our family hate traveling long distances but may sacrifice a little for us. I want the ceremony indoors and the reception outdoors and we also have a very small budget. Any ideas on how to meet in the middle for all the family? And I'm open to having the wedding in a different state entirely, but any good wedding venues? Evening wedding, southern/ rustic style.

I don't understand the concept of registering 6 months before a wedding. Won't the product in the store be turned over and the items you wanted be unavailable? Somebody please explain!! How early should you register for wedding gifts? Won't product be turned over in stores if you register too early?

How much money are you suppose to give for a out of state wedding? My best friend is getting married in Canada and I live in Michigan. I m standing up as a bridesmaid and had to buy my own dress. I will have to pay for 3 nights in a hotel since the bachelorette party, wedding rehearsal and wedding are all back to back. I did buy a lot for her wedding shower gift, close to $100. I heard $50 would be good. Any advice? Thanks!

So I ve been planning to propose to my girlfriend for some time now. I had begun looking at rings and planning the whole thing; was going to go to her dad for permission, bring a couple friends of hers along ring shopping, and set up an elaborate proposal on a holiday. I love her more than anything, we have talked about marriage before, and I had no doubts about going into this. Then last week, she found out she is pregnant. It s in a tailspin right now. We both wanted kids, but this was not planned. We had a fight over our relationship status, with her asking if I ever planned to actually marry. I got mad and spilled the beans on my whole plan. She was surprised and actually overjoyed that I had planned this. So, the surprise is gone, but I still intend to propose to her. The issue now is timing. She wants me to propose before she has to go to her family to deliver the pregnancy news. I still wanna do this kinda properly. Now my problem is finding a ring. She actually had a pretty specific idea of an ideal ring, but looking at it the only way I could pull it off would be a custom ring that will take months. I can t wait for that. I have found some that meet most of her criteria, and an wondering should I just pull the trigger on that? I want to make her as happy as possible. Should I buy a ring and propose or wait it out?

My mom is making me go to a wedding reception thing with her on Friday, and she's making me wear a dress because I'm a 'girl'. I feel extremely uncomfortable wearing skirts or dresses to the point of distress and even nausea and I just want to know if there are alternatives to dresses? Like what could I wear with pants at an occasion like this? Answers really would be appreciated.

I'm 16 and my sister is 14. Our dad has been a single parent since our mom bailed when we were little kids. We love our dad and he is a mostly good dad, though he's never been that great with my sister. She suffers from severe anxiety and selective mutism. Over the years she's had a lot of ups and downs and rarely speaks. My granddad and I are the only ones she can have a conversation with. She sometimes speaks to our dad, but he gets angry easily when she doesn't speak. Things have been worse for her since his fiancée and her three kids moved in with us. My dad told my sister at a family party last weekend that she would be making a toast at his wedding. He said since his fiancée's 11 year old son will be making a speech, one of us has to do one. And since I don't particularly get along with him or his fiancée because of the way they speak to my sister, he doesn't want me doing one. My sister has been even more anxious since. She was puking that night and slept in my bed--we share a bedroom. It's hard to see my sister like this. Our granddad isn't happy either. But dad and his fiancée won't budge on the issue. He said it'll embarrass him if she doesn't do it. He's even threatened to ground her and take away her privileges if she doesn't. There is no way my sister can do this. What can I do to help her? I'm so worried about her. :( He's adamant they don't want me doing the toast. I could promise to put my friendliest smile on and the answer would still be no. I see this being a disaster and ending with my sister breaking down in tears and possibly having a panic attack in front of the whole room. I would like to avoid that at all costs because even her therapist agrees that forcing her to do it is unfair. He's always been very hard on her when it comes to her selective mutism and anxiety. But this is easily the worst he has ever been. Apparently he's annoyed by her not "getting on with it" and doesn't care how he's making her feel. My sisters therapist spoke to him about it and he ignored her.
