Okay, I am a black 16 year old bi sexual girl. I am constantly bashed because I mostly date white girls. However, I was NOT always into white girls. Before a couple years ago, I did not find white girls attractive AT ALL. I only had an eye for black girls. Guess what, though? Black girls didn't have an eye for me. I am not here to bash my own people. I am just stating facts. Black people as a whole, thought that I acted like a "white girl," "wanted to be white" etc. I was really lost because I wanted a girlfriend so bad, but I thought that black girls were my only option. I've only had an eye for black girls. However, one day that changed. I met this gorgeous white girl, got to know her, started dating her and she changed my whole perspective on white girls. Eventually, white girls is just what have grown on me over the years. I don't even really have an eye for other black girls, anymore. Am I wrong for this, though?

Here's the scenario: lesbian woman has a best friend that has a male roommate. In time, she can tell that the roommate has a crush on her by the way he acts when she goes to her friends place. I met Johnny sophomore year after I won homecoming, he was a freshman.I lost and gained my vision back before sophomore year due to injury, I have vision but still need help getting around.. Johnny had offered to walk me every day to my next class, we got really close, he told me he liked me a lot & my visual impairment didn't faze him, he thought I was beautiful.. We talked more, Hung out, even had a movie night together! We held hands, laughed so much, we both admited to never having a BF/GF nor have we ever held hands or had a movie night with anyone. We liked each other so much, then 1 week he suddenly just became distant. I figured maybe it was because it was the week of his sisters anniversary, when she passed 4 years ago. he never told me why he stopped, his Bestfriend didn't know either, Johnny stopped walking me but his Bestfriend Ed continued to help. I'm a junior now, he's a sophomore. We see each other in he halls, we smile big & give big hugs. He's still very sweet, but I never knew why he stopped talking with me. I gave him a letter/candy cane for Christmas saying "thanks" for all the fun we had & hoped to have another movie night someday. That's my grandma had died recently and I wanted to let my loved ones know that I care for them (including him) He said he loved it & gave me the biggest hug ever. But now he gets all nervous when he sees me, even his Bestfriend notices. What do you think of all this? Is their hope in ever getting close again? I'm 17 he's 16

I've moved around a lot. I'm originally from Virginia. I started college in PA . I lived for 2 years with my boyfriend. After we broke up I moved to SC to complete my degree. I stayed a total of 5 years in SC. I worked in the town I went to college in. I then relocated to another area of SC for a new job. That lasted 7 months until my company had major layoffs & I was one of them. I then moved back to the town I went to college in SC. I got a new job there. After 6 months my company told me I was being transferred to TN. I relocated to TN for a grand total of.....2 weeks before being told they could not afford to pay me. My company (thankfully) then decided to transfer me to much larger office in NJ. I moved to NJ & have been living here for the past 2 years. I've now decided to start my masters degree in the fall with the hopes of moving up in my field & gaining more opportunity. None of the schools in NJ offer my program except private schools which are very expensive. I've been accepted to a school in TN that has a very reputable program for my major. I've decided to relocate there. When I told people about this decision I've received a lot of "your moving again?" and a lot of very very judgemental comments have been made suggesting I'm unstable & should just move home with my parents for awhile etc. I'm very tired of people judging me about this. I just feel as though it's constant judgement. Any advice?

I've been with my boyfriend for over 2 years. We have a happy and healthy relationship. We bought our first home together last summer, and are now expecting our first child. His step-father is emotionally and verbally abusive towards his mother. In the past, he was physically abusive to my boyfriend (as a teen). During a recent visit, a topic arose on which we had different opinions. He became upset and started raising his voice. He stormed out of the room and went to the garage for a few minutes. He came back into the living room and started screaming and waving his finger in my face. "This is MY house! And this isn't the first time you disrespected me in my own house. You're not f**king welcome here!" He turns to my bf and says "I'm sorry but I'm sick and tired of your wife coming here and running her mouth and disrespecting me! This is the last time!". He called several hours later and apologized to my bf. I am a survivor of domestic abuse and I find this totally unacceptable. Our 1.5 year old niece was present and witnessed the whole ordeal. I have a HUGE problem with that considering I left my 5yo daughter's father for the same reason. Is it wrong for me to not want my children to be around him? I have a responsibility to make sure my children don't think abuse is normal. I feel like even though he apologized, I will never feel comfortable in their house again. The whole thing was really embarrassing and it has been causing me to have flashbacks for days.

My younger sister (15) and I (16) have been pretty close ever since we were young, but recently I came back home after 2 months of holiday, and she was acting weird and not normally. Like she didnt joke, make fun of me (like usual) , etc. She won't talk to me in complete conversations, and would hesitate to start speaking, and this has been happening for 4 days already, any clues on whats going on with her???

There was this one time years ago, I was probably either 10/11 years old and my older sister Jasmine and I were arguing about something with the computer in our computer room. We were at each other's throats and arguing. Then Jasmine went into the guest room and I followed her there. While she was sitting listening to get iPod, I kept talking sh*t to get face. Then when I got everything off my chest, I got up and walked away and then out if nowhere, Jasmine punched me on the back of my head. Then we started scrapping like crazy in the kitchen. My girlfriend is 17 years of age and we think that she has gastropherisis. What should I expect in the years to come, and how many years should I expect to come? I work at a local grocery store and see this guy often. I am engaged to be married in September of this year. Me and my boyfriend are each 50 plus in age. Recently my future mom in law wants either one of us to call her everyday to check in with her. So far, t have been the one to call her or she calls me. She is not sick or anything but she does live alone with her dog. The issue is it seems like its a hassle to csll her everyday. Why does she want me to call her everyday?

He has OCD and everything has to be placed or arranged in a certain way. One of his OCD quirks is that he always likes the toilet seat to be down. I thought it was annoying enough when he kept leaving the seat down all the time. Now he's trying to demand that I do it too. I know that if I don't comply with him, he's going to get angry. He got angry before when I told him to stop loudly slamming his door in the middle of the night (which was another OCD ritual). I don't want to put the seat down. I'm not the one with OCD. Do I give into his endless demands or keep fighting?

Im 23 and I just started living on my own. I ate the same favorite meals i usually ate since i was 16. Shirmp Lobster chicken and etc. When i was 16 i was skinny eating these foods but how come now im gaining alot of weight. I have started drinking but not much what am I doing wrong? Am i sick?
