My husband and I are going to have a sit down with his parents this weekend to clear up boundaries involving our baby. She has been keeping him on Saturday nights since he has been born and takes him to church. She will also take him out and be gone for as long as 9 hours at a time without me or my husband. My husband cheated on me at least twice...that he admitted to. One of those times was with someone he met through one of those Craigslist personal/sex ad things. We've been working through our problems and trying to get back to where we were, but I am still not comfortable having sex with him and honestly don't enjoy it, especially without protection. Ok so here's the short of the situation, My wife isupset if I masterbate, says she feels like she's not taking care me. My husband is a graduate from Caltech University and is a self made entrepeneur, he owns a 4 star restaurant and a newly established bank. I dropped out of college at 18 because of an ex. I am diagnosed PTSD and it largely stems from when my mother divorced my father. I am 26 now and was 10 when they divorced. I wonder if this is normal or if most kids are not affected by divorce. In my case the trauma increased with the bitterness my mother exposed to me about my father. Yet, I hear that is normal after a divorce that mothers do it and sometimes even fathers. So is PTSD after divorce normal for the kid to develop and does it only happen when one parent is bitter?

I am a teacher, and I get 2.5 months off of school for the summer. During the rest of the year, I work 7:30-3:00 (usually leave school at 3:30 to 4:00, arriving home by 4:15-4:30). My spouse works 9:00-5:00 year round (no summers off). I leave at 7:00 am each morning while my spouse takes the dog out and leaves at 8:30 and arrives home by 5:30. When I get home each day, I take the dog out, unload the dishes, load the dishes, make the dinner, and often stop at the grocery store on the way home. On weekends, I do most of the laundry. I vacuum and clean bathrooms thoroughly every few weeks or once a month. I also pay the bills. My spouse will sweep the floor and sometimes do things like clean the counters or pick up things around the house, and will do bigger grocery runs on the weekends. During summers I do the same things plus more projects and organizational tasks. Does this seem split up evenly?

First off, I am honestly just curious to hear what men have to say. The women is me, it is someone I know and I just wanna know what men in particular have to say. A woman is married to a man she obviously uses, yet it's like he is COMPLETED blind to it. He is not mentally challanged in anyway, but he acts like he doesn't know he is not loved. Let's face it "strong, independent women", you need a spouse. That's why you're married or why you're looking for a spouse, you know that you need someone. For centuries people have tried to "have it all" only to find out they couldn't alone. Deny it all you want, it is futile.

So my parents kind of screwed me over in the long run and gave me both last names and their hyphenated I have gotten permission from the mother to remove her last name for the sake of my fiance since shes taking my last name. The problem is I dont know if there is a way to change my last name before the marriage or when we are doing the name change if it's possible to change it on the spot? I would just prefer to not have to do all the crazy paperwork and usual crazy stuff when changing a name. I'm probably going to get a lot of hate. We were married for 12 years and had five children (12, 10, 7 and twins of 4). While married, I was constantly emotionally abused. There was also a mild form of physical abuse (slapping). He was controlling, manipulative and aggressive. I felt like a slave. He, and his parents, constantly bug me and tell me they'll take my children. We have the custody trial next week. In my country, you only get one trial. I'm living of social security and single-mother support. He says that he'll get the custody, because I'm unemployed. He also has a very good lawyer, which I can't afford. My mother lives on a very low wage, so she can't help me out. Is the jury going to trust me if I say that he had emotionally abused me? What if he takes my children; is there anything I could do to take them back? My only "defence" weapon is the truth that I'm going to tell. My wife's parents just had a nasty divorce. They finally split up after years of conflict and now to come and find out my father in law has been seeing another man who is 30 years younger than himself. This man had stayed with them previously as a young adult when he was 18 and in college. He convinced my father in law to start abusing drugs and to leave his family. After a family intervention he then went to rehab to get all his addictions worked out including the addiction to the young man. M He had apologized to his family and everything seemed to be better. Recently however, it has come to our attention that he has secretly been seeing this man. We are not 100% sure if he is gay or not, or if he is just trying to live two lives through this younger man. We are all very concerned for his sobriety and for our relationship with him. What should I do to help my wife in this situation, and to handle the situation involving to her father? He had left his family for and spent over $175,000.00 dollars on this kid at the time who now is older. They took a secret trip to Miami together without telling anyone. We are very troubled for him because of how this kid makes him something he is not. As not being too involved in the situation I have no idea how to handle this.

Many years ago my mom was in a car accident. When she got out of the hospital the doctors told her she had to have some one with her to take care of her for 5 days until she was able to take care of herself. It would have been very hard for me to get off work so my husband Jason took care of mom for the 5 days. Mom fully recovered thanks in part to the great care Jason gave her. Mom is going to have surgery soon and she wants Jason to take care of her again for a few days when she gets out of the hospital. The problem is Jason is now my ex husband and I have remarried. I told mom that even though we had a friendly divorce I didn't think I could ask Jason to do what she wants. She said I will ask him myself and she did and he readily agree to take care of her. I really have mixed feelings about this. I know Jason will give mom great care. It is almost impossible for me to take the time off to care for her and hiring a private nurse would cost way more money than I have. My current husband is upset that mom is asking my ex to help her but at the same time he does not want to do it. Im married and think about separating possibly full in divorce. Main things stoping me is that i do not have a job and would have to go live with my father and i am really hating that idea. The other thing is that my husband says i will not be taking our son that he is taking him and moving to a different state and living with his parents and that i can come visit. So me and my wife after 7 years of marriage, no kids deciding to have a baby. During our marriage from wedding night our birth control method was the pull out. Which was fun, but has some downsides. However, the woman is trying to obtain custody of their kids and raise them with her husband's brother (her lover). The kids know their father's brother as their "uncle". The brother-in-law wants to marry her and be the "Step Daddy" to his niece and nephew. If the woman was successful in gaining custody of her kids, then how would she explain this situation to their kids? Questions: 1.) What do she tell her kids about the reason of the divorce? 2.) Sorry forgot to add details...basically we are having major issues in the bedroom. I have no idea why it has to be so hard for her to get in the mood sometimes. Tonight she wanted to see a video whilst I did my thing... I can't just start making moves and have her respond.There's some kind of block and I always thought a married couple were supposed to have that connection and mature understamding of each other. Dear Sir I have filed mat suit against my wife in district court at my hometown. After marriage we had stayed at my hometown and later girl has moved at her parents house in different city (where marriage was originally solemnized) After serving notice, court heard her objection wrt place of marriage and gave written order to me to file in her city without considering or examining evidence that parties had last resided in my hometown. Later after receiving the order and scruity of application and all case documents, i found out that the original suit was flawed because it was filed in wrong section . Also due to oversight of both the judge and my lawyer it was ignored, else it would have been normally returned for correction . The marriage is registered under special marriage act but divorce was filed under hindu marriage act. Will the above order therefore stand nullified or will it be considered valid ? Can i reapply in same district court and ask for another hearing with all evidence? Can i state in my new application that i am reapplying as the previous plaint was flawed ?

Please help me, I haven't hurt anyone in my life, and I treat my fiancée with love and respect, but the idea of bringing a soul in to this world is putting a lot of stress on my and the relationship.

My husband asked me for a divorce back in June of last year. We've been separated for a total of eight months now. I finally filed the paperwork last month, he delayed signing the papers and I paid the filing fee along with the attorney fee for getting the paperwork drawn up and honestly, I don't even feel like I should have done that, if he was the one wanting the divorce, he should have taken those steps. Now that our divorce has been filed, he has yet to attend his mandatory parenting classes and yet to sign up for paying child support. These are all mandatory in our state before a divorce can be finalized. I'm happy to accomodate him in whatever way I can, but I feel like he isn't taking our divorce seriously. What can I do? Also, I would really appreciate respectful answers. I forgot to add that our divorce will be finalized in a little over a month.

First off let me start by saying I feel absolutely terrible. My husband and I were staying at his parents house last weekend. We flew out to Florida so his parents could see the kids. Saturday morning they made plans to take the kids to the amusement park. I got up got the kids ready and packed and went back to bed. About 30 minutes later my husband starting kissing on me. I was fine with having sex in the bed. He insisted that we go downstairs. We started having sex and his parents came from down stairs(it's a 3 level house) with the kids. (They never left the house). My in laws and our children saw us. I was so embarrassed, they took the kids back downstairs and we went upstairs. My husband pissed me off so much. He should have made sure they left and instead of him going to check on his parents and the kids he wanted to continue. On the way back home we got into huge argument in the airport. He told me I was overreacting about everything like I usually do. Then he said no worries we don't have to have sex anymore ever. For some reason it didnt register in his big as's head that his parents and our children saw us having sex. Does it sound like I am overreacting to you all?

My husband and I have been married for almost 21 years (I was 21 and he was 31 when we got married), and our kids are ages 18, 16, 14, and 11. He was married twice before me - first to his HS sweetheart for 2 years and then to his second wife for 2 years; there were no children, and both women cheated on him, ending the marriage. He's been putting off telling our kids, claiming they don't need to know yet, but my oldest has really been asking a lot of questions about his dad's past. I always tell him he needs to talk to his dad. I think that the longer he waits now, the more shocked they might be. I didn't find out my half-siblings had a different father than me until I was 11, and I really resented being kept in the dark so long. Should I press him to go ahead and tell our kids about his past?

I am going mad... I caught my husband telling another woman he knows that he wanted to see her naked and talking about how he liked her ****. I have been going crazy every since. I have been checking his phone while he is asleep and looking at every text he sends from our phone bill. Every time he goes somewhere I question it inside. I want to forgive him he seems very remorseful. He does not know I have these feelings I hold them in because I do not want to fight nor admit it. I feel overwhelmed with jealousy and I feel no self-confidence any more. I just want to forgive and move on.

Me and my wife recently split up on Jan 6th. we hired lawyers and filed paper work, to be divorced but we love each other and now we are putting things on hold and giving everything another try.Tthrough doing that we talked about everything and she tells me she was with another guy. I played it off like I wasn t about to break when she told me. I can t believe she would sleep with someone so fast and she doesn t care she simply tells me we where separated and that we should never talk about what happened. It s all I think about the other day she asked if I would be confutable choking her in bed ? Did he choke her? Did she like that? Is she going to think about him when I m doing it ? Does she even love me? :(
