Posted: 12 Feb 2016 05:13 PM PST ok here it is.. first my mom never hits me. me and my bother got into a fight at mcdonalds we threw ketchup on each other.im older im 14 he is 12. i got some ketchup on some woman clothes and my mom had to reinburst her for the damage. my mom freak out on me told me i was a immature baby and my brother to in front of people in mcdonlads. Leaving mcdonalds she told us that she should get us some pacifers and some pampers and a playpen. people were looking at me. like she was right. she took away my x box my i pod and cell i cant go out on weekends now. on the car ride home she is yelling at us telling us when she goes to wallmart she should buy us a crib and stuff.telling me we made her look like a bad mother shes being a total ***** to me. Can i turn her into CPS for abuse saying those things to me? isnt it slander or something saying lies about someone. . its not fair shes doing this. she took away my games and i cant go out now cause of that *****. i want her to chill out |

Posted: 12 Feb 2016 05:11 PM PST We were briefly friends through a neighborhood and when I moved I didn't ask her to anything. She was horribly offended and now calls me several times a day and I see her driving down my street and she always has something to give me when I walk over to say hi (like flowers). I liked her okay but was never very close to her, she was just a neighbor. I found her very different and someone I liked to greet but not socialize with. Now I am creeped out by her. She also has friended multiple relatives of mine on Facebook some of whom she doesn't know at all. What do I do? I don't want to hurt her feelings but another old neighbor tells me if I let her come visit once she will never leave (I did notice that in the old neighborhood). The old neighbor also said any gesture will be taken as "be my best friend forever". It scared me the most when she was at the park my sons were playing at and went up telling them how much she missed me (they are 7 and 5). She is not mean though and I don't think she is dangerous. |

When it was our turn, NO ONE memorized their lines and then the teacher just stopped us and started yelling at me and my friend because we were the leaders. We told them to memorize, we made it so easy. But our members were lazy and keeps on relying to us. They keep saying that our play was starting out terrible and keeps blaming us. The ones in charge of the props didn't do anything. Me and my friend did the script, the props and directed everything. We told the teacher but didn't do anything but scold them, but it didn't work. And other things stressed me out. Then the teacher asked me WHY, and keeps saying 'why didn't you assign them?! why didn't you do-' this and that. Then our members that didn't do anything keeps asking me what to do and what to answer. No one did everything and keeps pressuring me that I cried. Should I get help? |

Well we are are 4 friends, we met in high school and even went all to the same college. Everything was fine. I must say this : Her family is very abusive. Her father mostly. He would beat her until she was unconscious.Her mother once threatened her with a knife...because they wanted to meet her with a guy and get her married. She was only 16. Weird stuff. She is a really good person. Very smart, very talented..but was raised in a cage. And in a good way...we took her out of that cage. And her family hate me. Especially me. Well she just wanted to get out of that mind eating place. Until...3 months ago. She had an accident. A car hit her while she was passing the street near her house. she broke her leg. We supported her in every moment. But her mother and father would always say to me ''GO HOME NOW'' and stuffs like this...And the weirdest part is that even she began to change. She said really mean words to us. Ignoring us, saying that we don't care, that now she knows what kind of people we are. We tried everything, everything! She just is so cold and blame us. She doesn't speak with us anymore but when I try to, she just complains that we have forgotten her. Seriously we don't know what to do. But than when i did something good, it also turned out negative. But now this happened: i have 2best friends, and there was this girl that suddenly was trying to take my place. So one day i had this fight with my best friends, and we just stopped talking. I tried to make up and be sweet even though i was angry(so i hoped good karma was coming my way) but they ignored me. Than i found ouy at the night of the fight we had, they were with the girl that tried to take my place. So i thought i was just going to ignore it. Than they started spreading rumours about me but i chose to ignore it. I thought by acting mature and sweet, good karma was coming my way and bad karma their way, but no. They have the best grades in class and the best times together with the 3 of them. Theyre always laughing and having fun, theyre never alone, while im struggling to not be alone. | Question: What do you guys think about our country? Posted: 12 Feb 2016 02:12 PM PST So I am in the 7th grade in a class called current issues. That doesn't really matter I just thought I should put that because that's where I here about most of the news. So one thing that I think about our country, is that we are not the safest. I constantly find myself looking for exits, and making game plans when I'm in the movie theatre of what I would do if a person with a gun came in. I am terrified to think that Isis is among us, I am constantly finding myself hesitating to become friends with new people. I hate to think that when the time comes, that my children will be scared to go to school or make new friends because they are too scared to trust them. What do YOU think about these topics, and what do you think we could do to change it. Btw- 2 of my brothers and 1 of my sisters are in the US army and airforce, so I am not saying they are doing a bad job, and thank you to everyone that served our country. Posted: 12 Feb 2016 02:07 PM PST There is this girl who I used to sit with at lunch this past semester who I guess considers herself a "friend" of mine and that I consider her a friend (which I don t) and she acts ok and sometimes nice at points but most of the time she is flat out rude and mean to me for no reason. I haven t done anything to her and I am considered a nice and sweet person based on what other people have said to people I know about me. What I don t understand is why she is like this towards me. For instance, the other day when we were getting ready to play volleyball we got split up into teams and I ended up on the same team as her and she just had this serious grumpy look on her face and I asked if she was ok and she said im fine in a short sort of tone. My guess when thinking about it later is that she just wasn t happy that I ended up on her team. Then later when we were playing she kept picking on me and telling me to either stay in one spot or move etc and just being mean. The only time she was nice that entire period was when I hit the ball. It s weird because other people failed to make the ball go over the net and stuff and she wasn t bitchy towards them. She didn t make any comments towards them. I just don t get it....And call me sensitive but I had already have been having a pretty bad week and she just made it worse...I don t know what s wrong with me... |

I've had this girl as my lab partner for months on end and I've already asked my teacher to move me but he won't let me. Whenever we're doing a project she will literally won't do crap until the fun part comes in. She constantly asks me for things such as a pencil/pen, paper, hair ties, water. Pretty much anything she sees that I have out is what she needs. At first it didn't bother me but now she asks me for things every single day. She never comes prepared and whenever we do a project together I always give her the fool proof part of the project but SHE STILL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND or even doesn't do it at all because "she was really busy". She also never pays attention whenever we take notes on stuff and at the end she asks if she can take a picture of my notes. She's never taken notes by herself. I've already tried giving her a hint to quit asking me for things such as staring at her for a few long seconds before giving it to her but she can't seem to take it. She pisses me off everyday and I cannot stand her. How can I get my teacher to move me or get her to quit being a dumbass? |

I told him to just make up a college registry at Target while he was still somewhere familiar so then he could use it as a shopping list once he moved then order the rest online. He took it one step further and made it a bridal registry for us. It was actually really cute/fun because we basically played house for the day since he also wanted me to pick out his furniture at ikea. He said things that day like 'I have a gorgeous fiancé' and he seemed to be really into it. We were exhausted so I stayed over at his place. I woke up when he put his arms around me. He then kissed my forehead, then my hands. Then he brought my hands up to his cheeks and then kissed my forehead again. Here's the deal. I have no clue if he was asleep when he did that. My mom is a teacher at our school, and she cracked down on them for bullying other girls in the class. Well, their parents weren't to happy about that, so they sued the school, and are working to get my mom fired. But every time i am even partially near them, all the talk about is how i'm jealous of them, and how my mom is annoying, yadda yadda yadda. | Question: Embarrassing conundrum? Posted: 12 Feb 2016 10:03 AM PST I may be going to Hawaii in May (fingers crossed) with a friend and her family. This has just come up over the last 2 days. While there, I could encounter a problem I have been helped with on this website before. You see, there is this one beach with no restrooms that we could spend the day at. I would not know what to do if I needed to go (#1 only). I would need to stay hydrated, so how could I be sure I had a way to go to the bathroom? What is such a way I asked my friend and she did not know. Furthermore, she had another question: How do you wipe? It is very open - very little privacy. For those who think the water is a good idea: it is too rough most of the time |

Posted: 12 Feb 2016 09:26 AM PST Let me start off by saying I am a female and have always considered myself straight, however by drunken influence I ended up dating one of my other best friends, Silvia (also a girl). I also have a best friend named Laura that I've been friends with for about 6 years now. I've known Silvia for 3 years now and they have met each other a couple of times. Since this was new to both of us at first we didn't really tell anyone. Now that we have been dating for 7 months we both feel it is time that everyone close to us knows about our relationship. We have both told our friends that we knew would be accepting of our relationship. However, my best friend Laura is very conservative and kinda country, so I don't think she's going to handle it well when I tell her. I have had to tell her other crazy things I've done (if you consider this crazy) and while she has stayed my friend through it all she doesn't hesitate to tell me what she doesn't like. Oddly enough we've never really talked about gay people, so I don't really have a clear cut idea of her feelings. I do know that for my past birthday I went to a drag show with my friends for fun and Laura felt so uncomfortable about it she wouldn't even come to my birthday, which was a big deal for us. So now my question is how do I tell her? I want her to know our friendship is the same it's always been and that just because I like one girl doesn't mean I like all girls. Help! |

I can come up with 3 people who I'd consider to be my friends, but if you asked any of them, they wouldn't say that I'm one of their friends, and they never hang out with me, so obviously they aren't my friends. I'm always alone after school and on weekends, and I'm really depressed because of it. I'm in a sport at school, but none of my teammates like me. All I really want is at least one friend so I'm not always at home alone, eating lunch alone, working alone on group projects, ect. It's been like a year since I've hung out with anyone. My mom is always telling me that I should hang out with my friends, which I'd love to do, but I don't have any. I have 3 siblings. None of them have any friends either. What's wrong with me? Why does nobody want to be my friend? |

Posted: 12 Feb 2016 09:14 AM PST Okay first off, I moved to the county right next to mine, It is concentrated with white folks and I am white so this isn't a problem, The problem is that these people are snubbing me, making fun of me or bullying me just because of me being a different class of person than they are, I told them I wasn't from this area, but that isn't working, if they say anything it's 'have you considered relocating?' The only people I actually am acquaintance with out here are really old people and that is it What should I do and why are they like this? |

I've been the strongest I can up to now. I'm the type of person who would do anything for the people I care about. Recently my friends have been really mean to me. I don't know why because I would never do anything to them. I've helped this one friend because one of her friends is doing drugs and is drinking underage. I gave her advice and I've been there for her. We got into a fight over a misunderstanding. She says she's not mad at me, but I'm the only one who will start a conversation. When she replies it's only a one word response. By accident she snapchated me a sentence meant for someone else. This really got me upset because I know she's mad at me and I never did anything!? On top of that the person I love doesn't love me back. I'm just at my braking point and I don't know what to do.Any advice? |

Posted: 12 Feb 2016 08:33 AM PST Ok so I have a best friend let say his name is C and after 6th period school was over and when I was at the bus lopaop C was sitting on a ledge where a tree was etc. I push him I didn t mean to make him fall. :( so he got up and threw dirt at me. Then I told him he can punch me and I ll give him a dollar since I felt bad :( so afterwards his mom pick us up at the bus stop then he said he doesnt deserve a ride. He mom said I did after his mom drop me off. C. Told his mom I push him . so when they got to there house she was mad. And his mom gives me rides all the time..... I don t want anymore rides it will be akward. So I say sorry to C and did extra things for him to. I also am going to make a apology note since I am sincerely sorry and I want his parents to know. I m a very shy person so you know I want to do this i n letter not confront the parents please help me out in this situation what should I do I m in a tough position with a friend I knew since 2nd grade :( |

This one though was especially hurtful and I can t stop thinking about it. He said that I m not obviously pretty, but I have a beautiful personality. All of my friends were shocked and started telling him that he was wrong, and I just told him that I understood what he was trying to say but it was really hurtful. Idk how I feel about that. I feel like people are so concerned about what I do and who I hang out with. Usually I just sit on the sideline not saying much. I want to talk about stuff like love, death, the universe, human psychology, mythology, God and stuff like that! Not if you think someone is a bi*ch or not. I just feel really alone, and in this town there are no other options. Believe me. I just want to add that I do love my friends, but they always talk about the excact same things. And I feel as if I'm not heard when I'm with them. Are there people out there who truly enjoys real conversations? |
