Question: Grown man taking his kids on a trip. Is that weird? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 03:18 PM PST One weekend the husband of a friend was invited by some of his friends to go to Vegas to party one weekend. He turned them down because instead he wanted to take his kids to Disneyland. My friend and all their friends called him out for being a wuss. Like why would a grown man go to Disneyland instead partying the night away in sin city? Is that weird? |
Question: I snooped and found out he cheated? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 02:42 PM PST He is 21 and I'm 19. We have been together 4 years. Anyway, 5 months into the relationship he had sex with another girl twice and a few weeks later he had a one night stand with another girl. He hasn't done it since and has been faithful for 3 and a half years. Should I tell him I know or let it slide? |

Question: Why did my sister do this? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 12:26 PM PST I tagged her in this picture and she untagged herself and it's a wedding family photo and she has the same picture on her page in an album she made ? Lately if I say something she deletes my comment or just ignores me and she always talks to my brother and his Gf and she told me she is having a lot going on and needs space from me lol I hardly talk to her and she's online all the time . Why would she do this |
Question: How to ask to carpool? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 11:55 AM PST My school is about 40 minutes away and lacrosse practices are every morning before school. My mom wants me to find a carpool. The problem is, I'm really shy and the only other girl on my team I know of who lives in my area is a popular sophomore (I'm a freshman). I've never talked to her and I'm pretty sure she doesn't know my name. I don't know how to approach her. I only know she lives in my area bc my sister's friend told me so I don't want to seem creepy by telling her I know that. Should I post in the team FB group asking if anyone can carpool, or would I end up with someone I don't like? What if she doesn't want to carpool/doesn't reply to the post in the group? Or what if she already has a carpool and they don't want me to join? I really need a carpool and she seems like my only option but it's really intimidating to ride with a sophomore :( also I'm a naturally shy/quiet person so I'm scared of saying something that will make her think I'm weird. Please please help! |

Question: I want to know if he still feels the same way? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 10:06 AM PST I've been talking to this guy for a couple months now. He was literally head over heels for me. We used to talk all day every day and facetime a lot at night because I'm at college and he's home. Recently things have been weird. He told me that he's had really bad anxiety/been depressed and just hasn't been himself. So, I haven't heard from him as often. This past week we went a couple days without talking and I was an anxious mess because I thought he was gone out of my life forever. But then I finally heard from him and he apologized for not being himself and we had a decent convo. He asked if I hated him (I don't) and if I still like him.. which I do. My feelings haven't changed. Things still aren't back to the way they were though. I want to know if he still feels the same way he always did or if we're just friends right now because it's killing me and I miss him a lot. I just don't know how to word it and don't want to make his anxiety worse. |

Question: In strong relationships.... Does it really hurt it? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 09:50 AM PST So two of my very best friends are a couple. They were best friends for a little over a year and have been together for almost 10 months. She's going through some health issues right now and well he came to me the other day with this question: "I have an extremely high sex drive and she doesn't have much of one. I know it's some due to her health but it also will never be the same as mine. When I've needed to take care of business I've always just put something on and boom done. And especially now that I've got her, I never picture it as me with other girls I think of her. It's nothing against her. She's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen I don't understand why she is with me." (For awhile he thought it was a disinterested in him(sorry for that detail 😔)) "We are just two people with different sex drives but with everything else in line as she's getting better it's increased but we both have said it may not get to my drive but is headlining it in that way and without those intention and connections that most people have to it could it be a acceptable tool for two people that are completely in love with one another?" She has been coming to me about the same situation. She wants to be okay with it. She completely believes in him and trusts in the love but somethings just not hitting her right... Compromise has alway been an open for them they love each other beyond belief. So what do you think? In situations like these, what's your opinion? |
Posted: 27 Feb 2016 09:15 AM PST I never heard of or saw this woman before in my life.. but then i found out my boyfriend wished her Happy Valentines Day even though he tells me all the time that its a silly holiday. He asked her what were her plans and that he's alone (we're in a long distance relationship). I dont know if they met up together or not. I got really angry with him when I found out, but he swears she's just a friend. Am i wrong to be angry? |

Question: What did this married guy want? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 07:25 AM PST Hello, about 2 months ago I met this guy on reddit. Here's how the story goes. I was a bit insecure about my looks and always thought negatively about myself so I decided to post on reddit's subforum- amiugly. So this guy took the opportunity and decided to message me. He sent me a very kind message about how "I shouldn't post online and depend on the judgements of strangers". That's how we started chatting. We had been discussing about books, music, literature, and of course art and cinema. (He's a former-retired actor on his 40s whereas I'm 20). One day I decided to google one of his pics he had sent me, just out of mere curiosity and discovered on fb he might be married. However, when I asked him if he's married, he denied it and added he's also not interested in hookups or romance with anyone via Reddit; which is a bit weird cause I wasn't inquisitive or ever expressed any interest in him and b) he was the one who had been complimenting me for the past 2 months ("can i compliment on your lovely legs?", "i'm trying to behave myself here") I mean why would he over-react and get too defensive on such a trivial question? I was only kidding Seriously Douglas D? Why would you compliment someone about 3 decades younger than you for 2 weeks? |
Question: Can somebody please help me find a specific picture that I had seen, description below..? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 01:10 AM PST Its like an oil painting, but not a painting , it just looks like this, and its off three people standing in a line , in the rain. The first guy is holding his umbrella over the girl in the middle, who is wearing a red dress. As he is holding the umbrella for the girl in the middle he is getting wet in the rain. And the girl in the middle is in-turn holding an umbrella for the guy in front of her. This picture has a lot of meaning in the sense that sometimes no matter what you do for some people in relationships, your efforts will always go unnoticed while their efforts are invested somewhere else. Can somebody please help me find this picture and provide a link as an answer. Thanks |
Question: Why would a guy want your email after first date? Posted: 27 Feb 2016 12:15 AM PST My friend went on a date tonight with a guy she met online. He said he wanted to keep in touch and possibly get together again but he asked my friend to text him her email address. She wanted to ask why but she thought maybe it was a more intimate way of keeping in touch. Why do you think he wants her email? |
Question: Is my kindness being taken advantage of by my family? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 11:47 PM PST Every time I do something nice for em I barely get a mild thank you. I went up stae to visit them and they acted like 'oh boy he's here'. When I attempt to call or text them they shrug it off and get upset when I just wanna catch up on things with them cause I've only seen them twice in the past 6 years that I've gotten a chance to see them. They say there busy but my gut tells me otherwise. |
Question: Best friend thinks I'm using him for sex? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 10:35 PM PST After my first love of 4 years broke up with me, I met him in college. He helped me get over my ex by always being there. We got super close over time and are best friends for a year now. We went to this party and ended up making out and then we went to his dorm and you know the rest. My ex was at that party and I got upset so my best friend was hugging me and it lead to kissing. I do like him a lot but I clearly told him today that we can't be anything more cuz it's not going to last. I'm a muslim and we get arrange marriage. My mom will go psycho if I tell her I even hugged a boy. Now he thinks I've been just using him for sex and now that I'm tired of him, I want someone else. We got into a huge argument and haven't talked after. I do care about him. It wasn't just sex. We both are 24 btw. I didn't lead him on for a year. I knew he liked me but he said he knew about my situation with my parents. He always knew so idk why is he acting like he didn't know anything. He believes that we are going to get married and my parents will agree but they aren't and he doesn't wanna understand that. |
Question: I just don't get this at all? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 10:23 PM PST I like this guy and he says 'hi' everyday, but we both have each other's numbers and he never texts first. I texted him yesterday and I said 'hi' and six seconds later he replied 'hey'. Then I asked how he was doing then he said 'great yours?' then I replied back and said 'my day was good too thanks' and then I said something else and he never replied. He's a quiet guy. Was he just being nice or does he like me only as a friend? |
Question: Is this love or just a hoax? A Friend who loves me or is this just a joke? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 09:56 PM PST I met this guy about a year and a half ago through a mutual friend. We are perfect for each other, close to mirror images except I am the female version and he is the male. During the time we have known each other we hooked up once and then I decided I didn't want to hook up with him again. I knew that I needed to distance myself from him if I wanted something real.He continues to talk to me/hang out with me but flash forward to a year later, he has a gf now, but he still tries to talk to me even though I've called him out on it. I don t understand why he wants to communicate with me so much. I am very driven, positive, goal oriented, physically fit, spiritual and attractive We are both into writing music and making beats, and its hard to come by someone with ALL the same interests as me. I do know that I offer a lot of unique characteristics that exceed the level that most women try to reach. We are both older, 25/24 yrs old. He has said that we have a connection but why is he doing this?! I need to understand this! I can't tell if he copies everything I am about or if he genuinely cares about me more than he wants to admit to himself and the timing could be off? It drives me crazy that I'm contemplating this situation and I need to know what is going on in his head?! I even had a period of time where I stopped talking to him but he traveled over 3 hrs away to "accidentally" bump into me. Please help me understand this I failed to mention he does almost all of the contacting and I just lay low. He comes to me. I stay back, although I did tell him that I had feeling for him but i didn't think he was for me because he is somewhat of a player. |
Question: Is my daughter being abused by her husband? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 09:48 PM PST I'm worried about her so much now. She's 25,and married her husband two years ago.Her husband is 28. hey met when my daughter was 18 years old,my daughter attended college in South Korea and now lives there with her husband. They recently visited, and it's been 2 years since I've seen her in person. She video chats with us though. When she came to visit, her and her husband were sitting at the table alone, and when I walked in,I smiled and reached my hand out to my daughter to tussle her hair, and she flinched.I was so shocked that should would ever think I'd slap her.I wasn't going to hit her at all and she acted like I was going to.Her husband's face when she flinched went from a smile to immediate frown. He told her something in korean, and i don't understand,we're not korean, but she speaks it fluent nowHe didn't sound necessarily angry, but he didn't sound happyThe whole week she was with us, she was like that.JumpyHer husband is a very loving man,he doesn't seem like the type to hurt her.I kept trying to speak to my daughter about this, but each time I'd mention anything that would suggest that her husband hits her,she would go pale and change the subject, cut me off,or make an excuse to leave. And her husband rarely leaves her side,so I barely got chances to ask her.I haven't talked to my wife about thisThey have returned to korea I did some research on domestic violence in korea, and I read that korean men are very dominant and possessive.Controlling even.Am I being racist? |

Question: Walked in on my brother? Do I tell my parents? Grossed out? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 07:38 PM PST I came home from school today and thought I was home alone but I was wrong. As soon as I walked through the door I heard moaning of course so I got really scared and went to check it out slowly because it was coming from the living room. I walked in and saw my brother on top of his girlfriend on the couch having sex.. he started apologizing really quickly and I just went to my room. Later he tried to say he was really sorry about it but I just didn't say anything. I don't know what to do. I feel like it's really disgusting and gross and should I tell my parents? She is 16 and he is 18. I'm 16 and I don't know if they used condoms. |
Question: How do I respond to this prank to much sound appropriate? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 07:20 PM PST My mom has a lesbian her partner fairly new about a year of knowing me put ice down my shirt. She always wants to do physical pranks like that and never followed through until today. I'm thinking of sliming her from a window or pieing her in the face. Is that to extreme I'm not really the pranky type but that sounds like it will put her in her place and be funny |
Question: Is being considerate a bad thing? Should I be more selfish? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 07:15 PM PST I m 17 I ve always put people close to me first. I just believe if I were in their shoes I should understand so I try my best to not bother my family and friends. However everyone always finds faults in me and calls me selfish when I do one tiny little thing for myself. I get the blame when things don t go my way and it ends up involving people around me since I tried to be considerate. For example I have contacts and my family is busy. I need to go get my contacts checked and I ask if anyone had the time to bring me. Everyone debates about who should bring me and when someone has the task to bring me they get agitated or annoyed. They always talk about how I waste their time to bring me to places but they do so indirectly. Like "oh I don t have time for this I have a lot of work to do. " or "I was suppose to go somewhere but I had to pick you up" or something along those lines even though I put a lot of thought whether it was crucial to waste their time to bring me to that certain place. Because of this i hold back a lot like missing school events i really wanted to go to or extending the appointment until i believe they have the time to bring me when i actually need to go asap. Should I just f being considerate and just do whatever the heck I want since they re treating me like I m some kind of chore? What s the point of being considerate when others don t recognize this consideration and blame you? |
Question: Why doesnt anyone understand/listen? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 07:11 PM PST I feel like no one understands or listens. I have no one to talk to. I have to be who people want me to be. I have to have a constant workload from school. I have anger outbursts when im home alone/alone with my brother. No one understands, they blame it on moodswings, hormones, me wanting attention, or trying to hard. I just want someone to relate to. Why can't anyone? Im happy on the outside, but on the inside all my emotions are like a soon to erupt volcano. I have my best friends but their just not the kind of people that worry about emotional stress. And my best friend got a girl friend and she has been hanging out with her other friends duing lunch. I know I'm the jealous type but what do I do? I feel like I try to hard to fit in with them sometimes. I know their care for me but just... Im so different from them. I can't talk to my parents, they wouldnt understand and we all have stuff we cant tell or parents. I mean their christains and im not sure If i am one. We i do get angry in front of people they nake fun of me because its "not" like me and stuff.. Why doesnt anyone understand? I want some who cares and listens? How do i find someone like that? |

Question: Ex husband stole my daughter? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 05:05 PM PST I have a daughter. Who came out to me and her father as transgender FTM. My daughter wants to start taking Testerone and get some male clothes and things like that. She wants to be call Ian and not Sarah anymore. I told her I wanted to talk to her father first. After we thought she went to bed me and her father were talking downstairs in the kitchen about what to do. I told my husband I didn't support transgender. That I thought trannies were sick perverts. My daughter was listening and ran into the room to her father, then her father took her home and hasn't let me see my child in three months. Her father is supporting her. He has joined an LGBT group and got our daughter men's clothes and hormone blockers. I want to see my daughter. He has full custody and he said he plans to keep her away from me till she 18. Which is four years away. I am religious so I can't support her. I also think it's a phase, my daughters never had a boyfriend or girlfriend so I don't see how she knows she likes girls over boys. |

Question: Father figure or crush? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 03:23 PM PST My parents and I raised the child until the age of 2. My ex wanted back in the childs life. The court gave her custody. 4 years later she is being randomly hostile about visitation and my weekends. We didn't have many problems before she moved about 60 miles away making it more difficult for us to spend time with my Son. Now things that she didn't mind before seem to be a big deal. No concerns about the childs safety or anything like that. |
Question: How to show my emotions? Posted: 26 Feb 2016 03:14 PM PST I'm basically an emotionless robot. Boring and without a personality. I'm shy and never tell people how I'm feeling. I can't SHOW my emotions even if they're there, like if I see a cute kitten my natural respond is, "Oh." Seriously. I can't ever imagine being in love. It involves way too much emotion and the soppy stuff is a big no from me. I value money and success more, anyways. I hardly find myself showing whether I'm happy, sad, etc. I am not easily angered and hardly ever cry. I feel like a bore. I've been told many times by my friends I need to show more of a personality but I can't. Advice on how to stop doing this? Why is this so natural for me and can anyone relate........ My lack of emotion causes people to not know how I feel and avoid me. I find it hard to show kindness, which makes me feel bad. I come off as cold and dry. I ignore people for long periods of time without realizing it. And people don't even know whether or not I'm being sarcastic when I speak, no matter how serious I try to sound. Help, please? Thanks |

Posted: 26 Feb 2016 10:41 AM PST If they stare at her mom's butt and give her mom sexual looks does that mean her mom is her enemy? What if that happens when ever she walks outside with her mother? Do you think the woman is not her biological parent? Does that mean Queenstar is more innocent and Christianized? |
