Question: What am I to do after this break up? My boyfriends actions are leaving me confused.? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 02:28 PM PST My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me this past Sat. saying he was nervous & he was pulling away from me (I felt this too) & didn't know why. He said this is really hard to do and that he doesn't know if this is a mistake. He knows that I don't want to do the friend thing. He said I deserved better & he wasn't sure he could give me the commitment I wanted. (I've never pushed him). He kept apologizing, saying that he will always be there for me. I took EVERYTHING I owned out of his apartment, gave him his keys back.Hours after he texted me he is really sorry. Didn't reply. Then an hour after that he texted "I do not deserve to be hurt, that he is really sorry, and he's an idiot." I responded saying I'm really confused by everything and we need to take some time and space to think. He immediately called me, I picked up and our convo. Was very light. The next day I got off work he called. The first time I didn't answer, he called again & I picked up. He was acting casual: " hey how are you, how was work, are you driving home?" I replied " XX what are you really calling me for, I thought we agreed to give each other space & time" (in a calm voice). He asked if that's what I wanted and I told him it's what I think is best. We have to see each other Thur. for a hit and run case (restitution for our loss) & He asked if he could call me weds. night to talk. I'm so confused, what does he want? His FB relationship status is unchanged (I hid mine) Please give me insight? |
Posted: 23 Feb 2016 02:23 PM PST She is hurting me emotionally thinking she is getting revenge on him. Celebrations like graduations, birthdays become about her hatred of him. Holidays I have to listen to her mad at me for seeing both parents instead of just her. My father has remarried in the last year so that has increased her hatred when she was the one to file for divorce over money issues and personality conflicts. My father even cried when he was moving out. How do i get her to stop? She's otherwise a very good mother. |
Question: Married ex called me just to see how I was doing? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 02:00 PM PST He got married last year (Mere months after our break up) He knew I wanted him back, and he was even begging for me back after our break up but he moved on so quickly that we didn't have time to reconcile. He contacted me shortly after his wedding asking me to meet him at a hotel. I said no. That was the last I heard from him, until a few weeks ago. He called from an unrecognizable number and asked me how I was doing. I was taken aback by this. I said you shouldn't be calling me if you're happily married. He got angry and said I don't want anything from you. I told him how hurt I was that he married someone else so soon after our break up when we were begging for each other back. He said he loved his wife and just wanted to say hi to me. I basically told him to F-off. Why would he call just to say hi after knowing how I felt?? Was it just to rub it in my face? Or did he want to start an affair?? |
Question: Girls, your opinion please.? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 01:46 PM PST My ex broke up with me about two months ago. I stopped talking to her for a month. She then randomly drunk texts me Happy Valentine's Day with a kissy face. She called to see if I got it. My birthday was yesterday (8 days after this text) and she didn't message me happy birthday. But why message me a week earlier? |

Question: Help! I have feelings for my married best friend!? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 01:19 PM PST I'm a girl and only like guys, but last spring I met my bestie who's also a girl and we really hit it off. She's a lesbian and she's married but the last few months their marriage had been on the rocks. One of the main reasons for their marriage problems is because my besties wife doesn't work, and never has, but another reason is because the wife and I don't get along. They've been married for over 5 years, and I don't want my bestie to hurt, but I know she'll be happier with me. We go out on a dinner date every week and once a week the two of us go party. Her wife doesn't come because our dates are just us two, and the wife and I don't want to be around each other. Last week my bestie told me the biggest reason why her wife doesn't like me is because she thinks I'm trying to sabotage their marriage. I didn't know what to say. I really like my bestie, and I find myself fantasizing about her all the time. We talk almost everyday, and since I've known her I haven't had a serious boyfriend... I've had a few hookups but no real relationships. Last night I had a super erotic dream about my bestie, and couldn't focus all morning. How can I tell my bestie the truth? Should I even share my true feelings? What should I do? |

Question: Can I hold up with this at school? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 12:59 PM PST So it happened yesterday, a fat guy at school took my bottle and threw it to where I can't find. Then I ran into him and threw him down (I didn't mean to but I was trying to get his bag and make him return my bottle. I really wanted to make him know that I am not a weak person so I stomped him for one time. Then he came up to me and grabbed me. I punched his face for couple times. Will I hold up with this at school because he did that to me for a few times. I can't ignore him or else he is going to keep on doing it and bullying me. If I am going to tell the teacher or principal, he and everyone will think that I am a pussy. I got nothing else to do but physically showing him that I am not weak for him to bully, will my action be held up (I eventually found my bottle) |

Question: I had a strange dream about my very recently deceased grandma ? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 10:59 AM PST Basically last week my grandma passed from a heart attack in the early morning time (it was still about 4:00am). I did not know about this at time as I was still asleep. But I had a dream that I was in a clinic and my heart was beating a really fast. Posted: 23 Feb 2016 10:44 AM PST When I was younger, (maybe...11 or 12, I don't remember) my uncle Michael and his brother's wife, Anna, were...talking about porn. Then...Anna showed Michael a porn site when I was standing right next to them (I was playing games on the computer and they had asked to use it for a second.) Anna had told me to go sit down when I had asked what it was, and Michael said "She'll be fine. She's old enough to know." And..they proceeded to talk about it and watch videos. Should..I tell my parents about this? If so, when? |
Question: Generally, what are women attracted to and what am I missing? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 10:42 AM PST I'm a nice looking, reasonably intelligent guy with a good career. 6'0", slim and fit, well groomed, well spoken, and pretty talented in many areas: http://s6.postimg.org/45z3it2ld/IMG_0740... I'm definitely not too nice to women. Whether I'm standoffish or open and polite, NOTHING seems to work in my case. What's the problem? http://s6.postimg.org/45z3it2ld/IMG_0740 |
Question: I lied to my teacher and she found out? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 09:01 AM PST Basically, I have a private tutor for Chemistry, and she has helped me get an A* in my last exams. Apart from a few, almost all the other students got a B or below. My teacher asked me if I had a private tutor and I kind of automatically replied ''no'' and that I my cousin helps me out. It wasn't completely out of the blue; it seems like teachers don't really like it when you have a private tutor, and my private tutor herself told me that I probably shouldn't tell the school that I was having her. So naturally, when my teacher asked I denied it. I'm never proud of it when I lie, but hey. So today, my teacher congratulated me on my A* and told me that I was lucky to have a cousin like I do and just as I left my friend said ''well she got an A* because she has a private tutor'' in a friendly, conversational way. Considering I had pretty much left the room by then, I dont think my teacher is aware that I know that she knows I'm lying. I'm really worried that she thinks I lied to make myself seem smart which is untrue. I honestly want her to ask me again, so I can explain but she has no reason to. I'm mortified that she'll probably think I'm a liar for the entire year. Please help?????? |

Question: Why is the Mrs angry? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 08:18 AM PST Our birthdays are about a week apart, and her birthday is before mine. So, for her birthday, got her a nice cake with candles, and me and the kids all put together and got her a laptop computer. Then it was my birthday - I was told that she had forgot to get me a cake and she didnt have any money on her. Slightly pissed, I went and bought a cake for myself, so that we had something to cut up. Not only that, she hadn't got me a birthday present. "Tell you what" she says, "choose something you like, pay for it, and I'll pay you when I get paid next week." Bought myself something nice and reasonably inexpensive. (a few lessons at the local ski slope) Weirdly, she never remembered to pay for it. This has happened a couple of times in the nearly 20 years together. This year I left her a subtle reminder on facebook about a novelty cake, with the message, dont forget my birthday is 28 March. Response from her was 'yeah I know, dont forget mine is before yours' so I politely reminded her that last year she got a cake and a nice present, ....and that I bought my own cake and present. Now she's in a f*cking foul mood. The question is this: Is she pissed that I remembered? or that I confronted her about it? or both? |
Question: Does microsexism=male sex drive is evil? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 07:20 AM PST I was really disturbed by this video about how this woman was being treated "sexist" because her colleague was attracted to her and not listening to her content. She was portrayed as a victim. Give me a freaking break, this is a war on men. Men are not evil, we have God given, biological drives. Rebecca, You are exactly what I'm talking about. Sex drive is not "base" instinct, its what creates life, nor is it "pig" like. The guy wasn't being pig like he was just kinda spacey and staring. |

Question: In relationship with kid and friends sleeping over? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 06:49 AM PST My and my boyfriend of seven years currently have a two year old now is it ok to let his guy friends sleep over even tho they are constantly over our house shouldn't there be boundaries? |

Question: What should I do? Why are these people like this? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 05:31 AM PST Where I live, it is a big melting pot. There blacks and foreigners, and white people here and there. I usually stick around the white folks, but I have issues talking to them. If I tell one of them that I am not attracted to a black person or foreigner (in a random conversation), then they get nasty with me. I tell them that I am a conservative christian confederate flag supporter, they blow their top. If I say something to one of them like, 'it ghetto around here' they will flip off at me, which when you see the violence and crime around there its pretty much self explanatory. These people thinks that jumping onto a person and beating them up in a public place over a petty dispute is considered normal. When i see this and am arrayed by it, they look at me like I'm the oddball. why are these people like this? |

Question: Why do I still love this girl? Posted: 23 Feb 2016 04:22 AM PST I've been dating this girl for a year and a half, she breaks up with me a lot, and says that I'm the blame for most of our relationship, even though I do everything I can for the relationship. When she does break up with me she goes and hooks up with other guys and then when that falls through she comes crawling back to me. I think I should move on. She also broke up with me and had sex with her ex the same ******* day. I'm getting tired of this, but she wants to get back together, she said it'll be different this time, should I take her back or no? |

Posted: 23 Feb 2016 03:13 AM PST It is true that I am 16, and I sleep with guys since I was 13, but I still do not understand, why must it be called us girls today by the aged, the most damaged generation, stupid sluts, they were not always been so, women, like men in fact, addicted to sex? If us girls, which we slept with many boys are whores, then boys who slept with many girls and they are not hookers? |
Question: My alcoholic boyfriend pushed me over for the first time in four years? Posted: 22 Feb 2016 10:48 PM PST When he is not drinking he is very loving and gentle. He has never been violent when drinking except for clenching his fists when I confront him and once a few years ago he blacked out and put his hands around my neck and couldn t remember it the next day. Sometimes I am cold and snappy even when he is not drinking because I feel angry and resentful towards him. The other day he was one the third day of a bad weekend. He came in the house seeming agitated, but it was hard to tell if he had been drinking or was on something. I hear him lighting the stove and walked in and saw him making weed butter. I told him he didn t need that. He told me to leave him alone. I was really angry after all the grief he had caused that weekend and I took the saucepan with weed and butter in and threw it against the wall and then threw a ceramic bowl as well. He exploded and told me to get out of his house...it s an apartment and we are both on the lease...since he pays the rent (he always insists on doing this). And then he shove me a few times. I started crying and he shoved me again and knocked me onto a chair. Then he punched our stained glass door and broke it. I had nowhere to go except my mom s who lives two hours away and I m missing work because of it. It has been two days and he hasn t called to apologize or anything. Was I slightly in the wrong for throwing things? |
Question: Why does my ex keep doing this? Posted: 22 Feb 2016 10:33 PM PST So, my ex and I broke up about 2 1/2 months ago and he s been acting really strange. He s texted me pretty much every 2 weeks to "check up" on me. He ll tell me that he misses me and that he hopes someday that we ll get back together, etc etc. But then he ll just stop talking to me for a little while & then randomly pop up all over again. The last time we talked, he started flirting with me & I told him I didn t like that because every time that I start to move on, he does something or says something to win my heart all over again.. only for it to get crushed repeatedly. & I ended up telling him that I loved him & how hard it was to let him go, and that I wanted to be with him. When he replied, he told me that he was just hitting me up to check on me & seeing if things could go back to the way it was, but nothing s for certain. & that he was gonna leave me alone because he didn t wanna cause me anymore hurt. So, he unfollowed me on Twitter, and things of that sort and I miss him soooo much. Any advice? |
Posted: 22 Feb 2016 10:26 PM PST I feel like what i was told by a few people in my life is true, that i seek attention and validation through sympathy of others. this is a big problem because it means in a sense i've failed to grow up, and i dump most of my insecurities on others because i'm too week to deal with them on my own. This saddens me because i've lost a few friends to it, and i've personally cut ties with a few probably not so bad people myself because of it as well. i know i have anxiety and depression but this is no excuse at all to be behaving in this way. it sickens me, Can someone relate? give advice? I want to stop this. |
Posted: 22 Feb 2016 10:24 PM PST When I was younger, my friend and I, (both girls), would try and mimick sex, like one on top and humping and stuff because she saw her parents do it, and we found a book with pictures. We were only 5-6, too young to consent. Is this considered sexual abuse, or just exploring our sexuality? It really bothers and upsets me when I think about it, it s almost traumatic to me, but I don t really know if it s considered traumatic and stuff. This is all really stupid, I know. If it isn t supposed to be traumatic and isn t considered sexual abuse, why did it bother me so much that I blocked it out for over 10 years? |

Posted: 22 Feb 2016 05:33 PM PST So we had like an on and off thing... as in we would speak not speak sometimes hook up for the first year of my sons life. Then he got married and I got into a seriouse relationship. A year ago me and my boyfriend broke up after a three year relationship, I moved back with my now two kids. In the beginning we would talk for almost 8 hours a couple times a week. He would sometimes come over after work or I would go out to meet him.(our son was asleep when he was done work anyway) We would just talk about the kids, one time we kissed but I just thought of it as an accident(like an old habit). We continued talking but he started talking about things like tv show, work and even his marriega which made me uncomfertable..... then he started hitting on me and asking me for photos off me and I broke and hit on him to(because I atmid I am still in love with him) In the end he came over knowing I was home alone but he did not hit on me he didnt even speak at all, he just looked at me, hugged me, grabbed my *** and left. An hour later he called said " I´m sorry I act wierd around you, I dont know why I do this, I will leave you alone now" Then he hung up..... That was like 9 months ago and I have tried everything to get in touch with him. He blockes everyone whos phone I use, he sends texts like I don't even want this kid to me and Hes just breaking mine and my sons heart. Please help what can I do? |
Question: How do I stop regretting not celebrating my 21st birthday? :( I ll be 22 this June? Posted: 22 Feb 2016 04:53 PM PST Hello. Ever since I turned 17, I stopped celebrating my birthday, but months before I turned 21 last year, I was feeling bittersweet about it, even wishy washy. I wanted to celebrate because I heard a lot of people say it is supposed to be the "big one" or the "milestone birthday." But when my 21st birthday came, all I did was just mope, like I didn t want anything to do with it, & I felt like I didn t deserve to be celebrated or be showered with gifts or cake. Not even cherishing being a legal adult. to this day, I feel bad for making everyone, including my family feel like crap since I was such a jerk to them. I didn t even drink or receive a cake on this birthday either. I just went to dinner with my boyfriend, came home & went to bed. I just feel like I wasted my whole year being the age of 21. I don t really have any friends as of right now, nor am I worried about having any at this point in my life hence I am working & going to school to become a medical assistant. I don t go out & party, nor do I really drink. I mean, how normal is that for the average 21 year old? How do I cherish my 22nd birthday this year without regretting that I didn t do anything special for my 21st? I just need closure... I know I have more milestone birthdays to come, but still.. I wish I could just rewind back to my 21st birthday & fix everything, including celebrating it, rather than just practically doing nothing about it. Help..? :( |
Question: Does this woman like me? Or she just thinks I'm a good colleague? Posted: 22 Feb 2016 04:20 PM PST We've been working together for the past few months. The feedback is always excellent. She's a client of the agency I work with. Well, I'm leaving this place next month and when I told this client, she blurted out immediately 'I'm going with you!' (meaning, she chose my over the agency). That's normal I suppose when you build up a good rapport, plus, I've never had to sign a contract with this agency I'm with..it's very informal. I said to her, that for the moment I can't agree anything (as I don't want to be unethical). Well, she called the agency and told them she's moving the account to go with me. Later on I started thinking mmm, I wonder if she likes me? See... She mentioned her husband just one time, very briefly in passing. but talks about her daughter, best friend etc. quite a bit. She mentions things like 'I went for dinner last night with my best friend' or 'I'm just back from a trip with friends'. It's always 'I' not 'we'. Well, I sure am not into and don't encourage married women. I'm actually now considering cutting all ties with her, just in case. Am I imagining things? |

Question: What am I jealous about her? Posted: 22 Feb 2016 03:41 PM PST So, before i get to the question, i think a little background information may help. I and my girlfriend has been together for a year now. I am 29, and she is 27. She is my first woman, and i am not her first man. I know I am pretty old tradition and not open with the men and women relationship. Of course, there is also some other reason for me to wait until such an age. Now, the problem is that i am having a hard time to get over the fact that her ex, the one she had been with for almost 3 years, is someone old enough to be our father. Every time when I think of such an old man had been having sex with her, it disgusts me. This is the reason for why my sex drive toward her is low on average. What i really want to distinguish is that is it because she has been with other men? Or is it just because she had been with someone that old? If it is the first reason, i am just making a fool out of myself, and i will just think it is my problem. If it is the second reason, i think it will be a problem between me and her. what do you guys think? |
