I'm just really bad at noticing what's going on around me... For ex. when people in my school say hi to me, I don't see them and I just walk past. In their perspective, I'm giving them "the cold shoulder," when I'm really not. Btw, I didn't even notice that they were mad until they told me the reason later (*sigh). This also holds true for some of the teachers. I've created a special relationship with some of them, but I don't notice them. This REALLY bugs me and the teachers, I know, don't like me anymore. One of them actually said, if u dont like me, its ok, ill leave u alone. I was really sad after that, and this I realized was a huge problem. Any advice/tips? Thanks, its highly appreciated :) Of course, when the teacher asked me that I said, "no, its alright!" I was totally confused. He seemed relieved but not completely satisfied. :'( |

We had a lot of fun together. The next day my friend's boyfriend told me that he asked if I could text him. We texted for a few hours and then he just randomly stopped texting me or responding to me , so I just texted him "sorry I won't bother you anymore bye". Then I told My friend's boyfriend friend if he could see What happen without saying I asked. He told me he said that he just doesn't want a relationship right now, which is fine but somehow I don't even remember telling him I liked him or that I even wanted a relationship. We are in the same batch and our relationship gradually changed and started becoming complicated. Hence we discussed about it and started a relationship few months ago. But we have never gone on a date. I am extremely romantic and into all stupid thing like flowers and candle light dinners etc. He knows that and whenever I say i need a flower or we should go on a date( I always tell him I don't need an expensive flower or date, just wild flower which he can just pick from the garden or cheap movie date is enough) , he always agree with me and make plans. But next day he forgets.He never talks about our future or what's going to happen to us in few months after the graduation, whenever I bring that topic he will say don't worry etc. He just agree with lot of stuff I say about our relationship but never contributes to the topic. And finally after 3 months we go on a date. My driver dropped me near our university and I met him and asked so what's the plan, he said he doesn't know and what do I want to do. I haven't met him for one month so I was just happy to see him and told him I just want to hug and kiss him. After that we went and ate at KFC, then he was supposed to drop me near my house. But during the whole ride he was complaining about traffic and the fact that he should go home etc, so I asked him to just drop me somewhere I'll take a taxi and go. So he just dropped me near a taxi I may sound spoilt but I have never gone on taxi alone. My father doesn't trust taxi drivers so he, my brother or driver always come and pick me up. Everyone knows it so all my friends never let me go alone. May be I don't have any right to complain about it considering the fact he is nice guy and always good to me. So I held his hand, then he was kissing my shoulder and I turned around and he made a move and kissed me, I stopped him and told him I was bad at it (Never 'snogged' or 'made out' before. Then we stopped & I kissed his cheek, & he went straight back in & we just continued kissing, after the kiss(es), it wasn't awkward at all. I really like him, I've never told him in case it compromised our friendship, so I kept quiet. But in the past few months we've sort of flirted, subtly I suppose? Be it cuddling at parties, or when he held my hand at the end of a concert or when I misheard him once and told him to repeat himself,& he shrugged it off. We haven't spoken since, (we prefer meeting up 2/3 times a week and go a walk rather than texting) I don't know what to say, and I'm scared in case it's meaningless, I'm an overthinker! I know he's an asshole and I should just cut him off but months later I am still crying about this whole situation. I thought he was the nicest person but how he treated me was so terrible. I just don't even know who he is anymore. I wish I could cut him off completely but we live in the same area so I know i'll see him over the summer and we go to the same school. However, there is a problem: I don't trust him. He was always very private with his cellphone. I didn't mind in the beginning, and I have never been nosy, but, if you have nothing to hide, there's no reason to always keep your belongings on guard. Within few months of dating, I realized he had pictures of another woman wearing lingerie, pictures that he obviously took. He said they were old pictures and was very worried. I chose to believe him. Right before thanksgiving, I found out that he was still active on his online account and flirting with girls. He shut down the account, but he said he started to look for "back up plans" whenever I gave him signals that I was about to break up with him. During our argument, he confessed that he dated someone else in our early stages of dating as a "back up plan" as well. I have tried to trust him again, and I can see how much he worries whenever I'm upset and he tries to fix things, so that's why I didn't break up with him. This weekend, I asked him if I could use his cellphone and he didn't let me. He was afraid I would "misunderstand something", and I'm now very insecure and have no idea if this is a deal breaker. This girl is hands down the most loving, caring, and sweetest girlfriend I have ever had. I am her first relationship ever and she thinks the world of me. I don't think I've ever been as comfortable with any other girlfriend I've had and its great. Now here's my dilemma, I frankly am no longer attracted to her and my desire for sex has plummeted. While she is a girl of many great qualities, I convinced myself to look past a lot of things I didn't like because I felt they were shallow/superficial. For instance, she dresses way down and as a result, often appears more like a Jr. High school student rather than a girl in her mid 20's. Furthermore, I am her first sexual experience, and she views it as the greatest thing in the world. However, I cannot lie, because frankly we just don't have that spark in bed. It tears me up inside to think about leaving her knowing the damage it would cause. She's been my entire world these past two years. I find myself fantasizing more and more about past relationships and other girls, which only adds to my guilt. Living together also complicates a potential breakup as i know it would be a huge hassle for the both of us. Is it time for me to end things for good? Or should I try and work things out? |

(about 15 on each thigh) it's so embarassing to me now and I've been dating my boyfriend for 7 months and he's been getting really close to me lately, not in a bad way. he's my first boyfriend I've ever had and I'm 18, and I'm perfectly fine taking things a notch further but he doesn't know that I used to cut and sometimes still do. it's not something I like to talk about, especially with people in closer to. I feel like he will be so ashamed of me if he sees them and this very thought gives me so much anxiety whenever we hang out because all I am thinking about is the scars on my legs and what he will think. I've been avoiding being more intimate for him for this very reason and im just so scared and I don't know what to do. any advice will be helpful, thank you. |

White Jewish girl. I play softball and bass in orchestra. Used to run track and am considering taking on hockey. I am fairly religious. I listen to rock and alternative music. The only reason I'm probably against drugs is because so many of my rock idols died from over doses. I just don't want to be like that. I don't know why but over a few years several of the black guys I've attracted try to get me on drugs. I'm not saying all blacks like this are though. I also have little to no curves. |

I notice that whenever I push in, she always twists her body and pushes against me. I asked her what that was, but she said she didn't notice, and it didn't hurt. We went to the same high school and all the girls from 9-11th grade were crushing on him but he didn't even know I existed (i was 14, he was 17) because he was always dating the hottest, most popular, high maintenance girls. I was never popular or hot. I'm very average looking--maybe even below average and am shy and "nerdy". I'd say i'm a 4/10. Anyway, since my bf didnt even know I existed in high school, we met officially in college when I was a freshman and unintentionally ended up going to the same college he was at. I met him through some mutual college friends at a party. I told him I remembered him from high school and we instantly clicked and started talking a lot but he had a gf at the time. We remained casual acquaintances (only talking when running into each other at college events or parties) for one year. Finally when him and his gf broke up, we bumped into eachother again and talked a lot as usual- the connection was strong. He asked me out and I couldn't believe he would be interested in me. We've been together for two years now and the relationship is great. We communicate well, we have a lot of fun together, the sex is good, we have a deep emotional connection, etc. But I feel so insecure and scared that he's going to realize he's too good looking for me and leave me for someone better looking one day. I get comments from friends and other women ALL THE TIME saying that they can't believe someone like me would get someone like him. Even my own mother told me he is outside my league and that I should "watch out" for other women. I am in love with him and don't want to lose him but my insecurity is killing me and I want to break up with him before I get even more attached in case he does decide to leave me for someone hotter. What should I do? |
