two specific instances: I have this friend named Kayla. We where really close back in eighth grade, but kinda drifted in freshman year. Her mom passed away that year, and She became friends with this downright rude girl names Nicole the next year. Nicole used to bully me and loved to create drama. We made up but she's still awful. Suddenly Kayla began acting extremely rude to me. Like, if she'll roll her eyes at everything I say, and treat me as if I'm a little kid. I have a guy friend of over 3.5 years now that I met through work--he was my boss for years. After I left, we were still always good friends. He's married & no, I don't have intention to "steal" him. (I know some of you might accuse me of that right off the bat). We're just friends. I can remember that we've always talked to each other about every other day, even if it was just a simple text or a funny picture sent. We were always a part of each others lives in some way for about a year & ever since July, he's been more distant & we haven't talked every other day like we used to. No, his wife hasn't told him to stop talking to me, & even if she did, he wouldn't listen--He's that type. He doesn't see anything wrong with being friends with a female while being married, so I know he isn't distancing himself b/c of guilt or anything. When I asked about it, he said he's been busy & that just cause we haven't talked as much doesnt mean I should question the friendship. He said "Things aren't always the same forever, things change. Would it make sense if our friendship was the same and NEVER changed?" I don't get it! We didn't end on a bad note, nothing! I left my jacket, which was a gift to me, at a girls apartment and she said she d return it. After she unfollowed/ unfriended/ blocked me on everything, meaning we were no longer friends and I couldn t as her about getting my jacket back. Ok so I am on my schools poms team and I have two friends, Alyssa, and Lindsey(fake names). Ok so I applied ED to George Washington and I am really scared. There is a group chat of people that have been accepted including me and there is about 60 people in it. It's been a year & some months since we broken up or talked. Tomorrow I plan to get all dressed up (which is normal for me), get a fresh haircut, go to school with a teddy bear or some candy or something & have an administrator get her out of class so, I can talk to her & apologize because I feel like I owe her an apology. My whole life has been me losing and gaining friends. I can get friends so easily yet it is so hard to find people I can click with. I am the same as I always have been, yet different in so many ways. Now I have quite a misanthropic, cynical view of people. But I've always been quite naive, I think I always will be, but I know more now. Virtually every. single. freaking. friendship I've ever had has crumbled and left me or both of us in pain. Since I've always been naive, I always thought that my 'best friends' felt as attached to me as I did them, this clearly wasn't the case. I have learnt how to make rather clean break aways from people over time, how to detach, disconnect from others. I change in quite a lot of ways a lot of the time so I often become a different person in a sense, while the friend stays relatively the same, and our personalities are no longer compatible. My first closest friend (or second if you count a friend which left when I was very young, she and I are now in contact but not very close), would lie, talk about me behind my back, and I'm pretty sure she pitied me as I was always a little 'behind' socially, I didn't identify with others the same way everyone else does. Anyways, after quite a toxic friendship with her I met some other people and decided to want to stay on good terms, but hang out with these new friends (as this friend was possessive of me, yet had multiple other friends), she said sure but we completely stopped talking eventually. Then the friends which I made,we were all good until a year later,when I left the primary school(they were a year younger than me so I was going to highschool alone),later on I thought that the one I was closest to would somewhat miss me or still be attached,yet she forgot about me,she held a special place in my heart,but clearly she didn't care much for me.I've realised how replaceable friends are over time(and multiple failed friendships),and I guess it's made me lose faith and trust in others I can still be good friends with others, but it's just not the same, as I always have the thought in the back of my head (especially with friends which have loads of other friends) that they could easily replace me, and probably would get over it relatively easily. The same thing can be said with me to be honest, I've lost and gained so many friends that when I lose a friend I am now almost completely unfazed, while a few years back I would have cried and be distraught for a while. I've learnt that I feel deeper than a lot of people, and I guess I'm a bit of a tsundere, but,I did used to get very hurt by things like losing friends, as they often take a chunk of me with them.Friendships are mostly superficial, right? I live in the bottom flat with one flat above me and there lives this really fat woman who i think has some sort of mental disability, she has two kids that the social took off her i heard her tell my neighbour and shes had quite a fee different cats over the years. We had some trouble back in the summer as she had dumped so much stuff in our shared washing green, and she kept saying "its not mine im not moving it" and generally reacting how a child would, we got the housing assossiation involved and the result was she moved about 2 third of it. shes lived there for a good few years and all the time when she is home she runs her flat stomping and its coming straight through my ceiling, she is a very heavy woman. she is always up all night as she almost certainly doesnt have a job or do anything. Sometimes im woken up randomly at 5am by something slamming. I had her on facebook and i was actually unfriended by her about 10 miniutes before i started writing this after i made one more attempt to reason with that ignorant pig to get her to stop stomping. Is there anything i can do about this? I live in scotland so is there any law that can help me? Im either gonna cry or kick her out her flat

Her mother is abusive, a pill popper, and has opened letters addressed to my friend, stolen hundreds of dollars from her, and no one in this house EVER cleans. There are a ton of animals and not all are potty trained. There filth everywhere, toxic mold, and cat urine. 11 people in a 5 bed 3 bath house including a 2, 7, & 9 year old. She has be sexually assaulted by 2 people as a child & raped by a 3rd over the summer. She has been beaten, almost drowned, & stalked. She wants to move out & needs to for her health but there are problems. If she moves out she can't pay for college, can't live alone due to health issues, won't move in with a stranger because of the rape and theft, we are 19 so no child protection law will help, only one sibling is not an adult the others are her nephews, the only option we can think of is if I moved back to my hometown and we got an apartment together. I am willing to do that but I really don't want to go back. I also dealt with abuse and neglect. Every time I have to make a trip home all my anxiety returns to me. I get physically sick. I am also currently attending a very good college that has everything I want and I love it here. I don't know what to do. Please help us. I cannot leave her in that house, but I also can't get her out without giving up everything. There is no question that I a willing to give it up, I am. One thing i been just craving for from other people is a fight. I feel no one is rebelious enough anymore to go around street fighting. and i actually want to be challenged by someone. I never been in a real fist fight of my life. and i wouldnt even consider myself loving violence. i get in stages to where i feel very hostile and want to fight someone. I hardly ever wear any makeup as I like the natural look and have always worn my hair long. A couple of years ago, I got some honey coloured highlights in my hair (my natural is v dark brown). Tons of people told me it looked great and really natural. This female friend said it made me look tough because of my colouring. Then she added 'you're not a tough girl but it makes you look that way'. This friend has very very light brown hair, and she has always highlighted it to very blond. She can't grow it long as her hair is very weak. She keept commenting on my hair saying I should go back to my original colour. She also adds 'women who have long hair when they're older just make themselves look older'. All my other friends tell me I look so young! We're both past our 30s. Today she tells me she's trying to grow her hair and if she can't she's thinking of getting hair extentions. Does she sound jealous? Or am I imagining it?

I planned to go shopping with 6 friends (2 guys, 4 girls). Two of them don't know eachother because one of them goes to a different school and has only met 5 of these friends. I invited my friend to go on a weekend trip with me and my younger cousin to see a concert and my mom and aunt are going just not to the concert. Now shes mad cause she just wants us only to go (were 22) and she keeps trying to make her own rules and say cant the rest of the people go separately without us blah blah blah and complaining about what we should do. I feel like its going to be a big disaster if she ends up going. But if I go without her then I feel like she will get more mad. What should I do?

I am in middle school and was being bullied since 6 months.I have tried many things to avoid that but they thought me as a dice to play.First they verbally bully me than when i didn't gave them any response they finally physically attack me.I am good at defending me though but i am outnumbered cause they are 3 people and more powerful ao my question is that if they will attack me now i will gonna tell it to a teacher my i feel a little bit embarrassed about telling this to them so can anyone please tell me how can i tell them about this?

My fiancée had an IVF with a donor 3 months ago and she said he was just a friend, but today I found the following documents in her computer and am starting to question if they are just friends or married too? They have been living together for at least 5 years now. Document-1: I, Dan give permission to use my sperm to create an embryo for the purpose of having a baby with Lucy. In the event of the baby, I will be the father of the child and she will be a mother of the child and we will share rights for caring about the baby. Document-2: In the event of a baby, I, Lucy, claim no alimony from Dan We have agreed to both care for the baby without alimony. Based on these two documents, is it clear that they are married or divorced or what? Please help. I cannot ask her this directly as that would end it all for us. May be that's how it is meant to be, but I need to know the facts please.

lately i have been really sick and had to go into the hospital a few times and ended up getting an emergency surgery. because of this, ive had to call off of work multiple times (i never ever call off) and i thought my boss would be mad but hes been nothing but nice about it and has even texted me to make sure im okay and doing well. Im not really good with words or expressing how i feel but i want to thank him for caring and tell him that i appreciate him.. anyy suggestions as to what to say or do??? anything helps!!

I had to go to a business trip for a week so I asked my friend if she could watch over my dog while I am away. I gave her my key cause I trust her and she saw me off from my house. After leaving I realized I left an important document so I went back. I knocked at first but no one answered so I used my key to go in and I heard some music and strange noise MY room. I went in and saw her naked and trying to seduce my dog... When I confronted her she said that she was curios and that it looked like it felt good in all the pornsite. After I got mad and told her to leave she started to cry and say that I was being mean and unreasonable and that I was picking my dog over our long time friendship. She made a scene like I don t like her and support her. I am currently confused as to what I should do. I am trying to reason with myself but I don t know if I overreacted or anything. I took my dog to my mother s house and left for my trip. I am soooo confused. What do you guys suggest I do with my friend.

I have a college friend who's having his 19th Birthday Party in his house next weekend and he invited me but he comes from another town and I don't know anyone else but him who is going he says there will be 50+ people there and I like meeting new people but I get a bit nervous around lots of new people , I'm not much of a party person but I agreed with it being his birthday. But I'm worried that he might leave me with a load of strangers. Should I go?

So my one friend Megan wanted me to attend a party with her. Just me though. I mean she has plenty of more outgoing, extroverted friends. Instead she chooses a boring guy like me. Personally I am quiet, average, and never have any good comebacks during conversations, so I keep to myself. Plus I'm a geek and have zero friends, except Megan who for some reason can tolerate hanging out with me all the time. Of course that never stopped Megan from dragging me along. Ever since I can remember I've always been really awkward. It's always really small things but they leave me mortified afterwards. Like today, I just received my English GCSE results and I was walking down the hallway and my teacher called my name so I stopped. She wanted to see my results. It was pretty obvious but at the time I didn't know so we just stared at each other for literally like 10 seconds before we just walked away and oh my god I'm so embarrassed. Little things like these happen so frequently to me. I always worry that these things change the way people view me. I suppose it's just my self consciousness kicking in but I can't help it.

So I've been friend with this girl for a good 6-7 years. Our friendship goes back to high school. She was always "one of the guys" but I always did have a crush on her. One of our mutual friend recently told me about a conversation e had with her, in which she stated she used to have a big crush on me. Of course, this sparked my interest because I felt the same way.
