Question: Who will walk me down the isle on my wedding? Posted: 15 May 2015 09:40 PM PDT My dad past away, and I have a stepdad who doesn't treat me like his own most times but says I'll always be his daughter.. But my uncle is like my second father, he calls me princess and everything... And I doubt my grandfather won't be there.. If he isn't which one of them should walk me down when I marry? |
Question: Who's address do I put as the return address in the bridal shower invite? Posted: 15 May 2015 07:06 PM PDT Hi. I'm an armature brides maid who is planning the bridal shower alongside another lovely bridesmaid. The problem, niether of us know the etiquette for the return address on bridal shower invites. Should it be one of ours, or the brides? |

Question: Offended told "she shouldn't wear white dress" for wedding? Posted: 15 May 2015 06:11 AM PDT My oldest sister is 34. She's getting married next weekend! When she was 17, she had a child. She was not married & the guy left her. We all met for a last fitting last weekend & saw her dress. I heard my 2 cousins say "why is she wearing white? She shouldn't be wearing white she already has a child & she should of just had a courthouse wedding." I was really offended Would you say something?! |
Question: Religion and marriage? Posted: 15 May 2015 04:39 AM PDT Hi everyone, I recently got married to my Egyptian boyfriend. In Egypt it was a very none romantic day. We spent the day running round Cairo to and from offices to sign paperwork In casual clothes. My husband will arrive in England soon In Shaa Allah an I would like to have a proper ceremony. I am a revert and my husband is Muslim also. Now what I would like to know is what if anything we can have ceremony wise when he arrives. I would like us to have a traditional Islamic wedding wedding in the mosque. If anyone can give me some advice on what we can do. Thank you |

Question: Who should be allowed to invite a plus-one to a wedding? Posted: 14 May 2015 06:54 PM PDT My sister is narrowing her wedding guest list due to budget constraints and is considering eliminating the plus-one option for some of her guests. Since she is having a deejay and dancing at her reception, I'm of the opinion that to eliminate plus-ones is rude, since that's something that's generally a couples activity. Thoughts on this? |
