Question: Can a wedding photographer take photos of requested by random families during wedding? Posted: 11 May 2015 09:56 PM PDT For Photographers: How do you deal with situations where a random family (perhaps relatives of the bride or groom) request that you take a portrait of their own family (mom, dad, and kids). Do you include it in the CD you turn in to the couple? Do you sell it separately? What if it is the bride's mom with a couple other relatives? That's why I have trouble drawing a line. |
Question: Searching for a church wedding for non-members.? Posted: 11 May 2015 06:13 PM PDT Hello I am planning a New Year's Eve wedding in Houston Texas for this year, and I am searching for a church that would host my wedding even though I am not a member of their congregation. My wedding will be small with about 75 guest. |

Question: Bachelorette and bachelor party? Posted: 11 May 2015 04:33 PM PDT Has anyone had their bachelorette and bachelor party together? If so what did you do or does anyone have some good ideas. I would love to do vegas but not sure. |
Question: Should I go to this wedding? Posted: 11 May 2015 02:15 PM PDT One of my brothers best friends (like friends since they were kids) is getting married this weekend, and my brother is going to be one of the groomsmen. The invitation to the wedding was addressed only to my parents. Therefore, I feel like I (as well as my other brother) are not invited and if I do go it wouldn't be right, even though this guy that's getting married has been a good friend of our family for a long time. I just feel like if he wanted us all there, they would have addressed it as, to "The ____ Family". So, should I go or not? |
Question: Which song should I have for my first dance? Posted: 11 May 2015 01:17 PM PDT I'm getting married in October and cannot seem to decide on a first dance song for my husband and I. It's between these three options: 1- When You Say Nothing At All by Alison Krauss 2- Can You Feel the Love Tonight? by Elton John 3- You're the Inspiration by Chicago Any opinions are much appreciated, thank you so much! |
Question: Help with wedding songs? Posted: 11 May 2015 12:55 PM PDT I'm getting married in October and I am having a hard time choosing between songs for the first dance and father-daughter dance. My fiancé and his mother are dancing to Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight." I want my dad and I to dance to either Tim McGraw's "My Little Girl" or "You Are So Beautiful" by Joe Cocker. The first dance song for my fiancé and me is down to "You're the Inspiration" by Chicago, "When You Say Nothing At All" by Alison Krauss, and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" by Elton John. Any opinions would be great. Thanks so much!! |

Question: My best friend banned me from going to her wedding? Did I deserve this? Posted: 11 May 2015 07:38 AM PDT Me and my best friend have known each other since we were 4. We're both 25 now. Over 2 months ago, she and her fiancé invited me to her wedding and she made me one of her bridesmaids. However, this weekend me and my best friend had a MASSIVE fight over her wedding dress. I said the wedding dress was "really ugly". As a result, she grabbed my invitation, shredded it and said "you are banned from my wedding." I said that she can't ban me because I'm her best friend, but she said "What kind of friend says her friend's dress is ugly?" Her wedding is this Friday. I'm trying all I can to get re-invited. Did I really deserve to be banned from it? |
Question: 1 year anniversary, ideas? Posted: 11 May 2015 05:10 AM PDT Me and my husbands 1 year anniversary is next week and I was wanting to do something special for him. Something romantic. Any ideas? We are going out of town and have a nice hotel (: |
Question: Is it necessary to share one's health reports with their future spouse? Posted: 11 May 2015 03:08 AM PDT I'm not talking about STD/STI just a trivial that happened few years back. Let us say that the groom was involved in a severe car crash (before meeting his fiance) and had resulted in head injury. He's fine now, but doesn't think that such useless details should be disclosed with his fiance. Is he legally required to share it with her? |
Question: Teen Marriage License in Illinois? Posted: 10 May 2015 10:11 PM PDT Does anyone know how I can get sworn consent from a judge to be able to marry my boyfriend? We're both 17 years old and we doubt our parents will alow us to marry due to the fact that they married young and have had an eventful life, but we've already been dating for 3 and a half years which is longer than our parents seeing as his only married because his mom was pregnant with the eldest, and mine got married after a year or two of dating. If anyone could help me with finding ways on how to elope that would be amazing. Thanks! |
