Would it make a difference would the judge still give him visitation? My eldest, Brett who is now 16 has received two speeding tickets, been arrested for drunk driving and his most recent act was that he harmed a neighbor girl in inappropriate ways. My other son, Jon who just turned 15 has been following in his brothers footsteps! He has been caught with a fake Id in a downtown club, has been suspended from campus for the use of marijuana on school grounds and has been riding around with Brett doing all sorts of bad acts. At first I took their phones away and grounded them and such but it didn't work. Now don't get me wrong, I didn't want to resort to spanking. The last time I spanked either of them was when they were young ages. But I stopped spanking when they turned 10. So about a month ago after I found out about the harming of the next door girl and the school suspension I brought both of them into my room and talked to them about what would happen if they continued down this road. They both snickered, which really upset me. I then told them that they were both going to get spanked for their actions instead of phony punishments. The argument was over me making contact with my grandma. I haven t gotten to making a police report because my the time I got the chance they moved me out of state and I didn t want to end up in a different state s system. My grandma now has the means to take care of me, I m 16. Should I make a police report or speak with CPS? My mother and I didn t have any contact when I was 8 to when I was 14 because my step dad was verbally and occasionally physically abusive. I was pretty much dumped into her custody when my dad when to jail for sexually abusing me 2 years ago. My mom is no picnic either, she's done the same thing and left bruises. |

A college degree. I pay my bills. I'm genrally not some low-life degenerate. However, I hate where I live and I want to move. My parents put me in a bind in 2013, saying they would have work and a place for me to stay. I was looking for a new scene, and they said that they had everything taken care of. I moved to their place to find out that I had no work available and no place to stay. They had plenty of excuses why. I ended up flat broke sleeping on their couch. Two months later I got a job and moved in with a family friend whose health was failing. Not the best arrangement but far better than the one I was in. He is now in a home, and they have Power of Attorney over his assets. This morning they show up unannounced with other people to do all this work on the house. I had specifically told my father this past week that today was not a good day. I had a lot to do (not to mention that I had already been asking them for months to come over to help me do some of the things they were doing). I was really upset about it because my house wasn't clean. I just had one of th busiest weeks of the year, and allI wanted to doy was clean my house, run my erands and get caught up on my stuff. My father was rather dismisive about it, and he told me to go to my room. My father and I had a confrontation that got physical. He left the house to work on some other things on the property. My mother came in, she and I got in an argument. My father came back in and they told me I have 30 days to leave. I don't know if they can do that. On top of that this summer has a lot going on for me as far as work and other stuff personal stuff is going on. What do I do? |

| Posted: 23 May 2015 08:04 PM PDT Hello, 20 years old, have been clean for a year now, I went to a rehab detox and followed up with an outpatient treatment plan. Everything on that end has worked out fine for me. I know there is a policy where if you abused substances in the last two years, you are disqualified. If I waited another year and disclosed my substance abuse history with them, would I be setting myself up for failure? They will find out anyway when they look at my doctor visits in the last three years, which I ve been told they do. |

When we start dating these problems weren t showing at all but as our relationship grew I feel that I receive less affection even though he still loves me and treats me well he sometimes seems to be aloof and detached but every time I want to break up he feels as If I don t understand him and gets really sad. I think I'm traumatized of sex because I got punished roughly by my dad when I was younger. I can't remember exactly but when our family moved to our new house, I was like 5 or 6 years old, and still sleep together with both of my parents and my sister who is one year younger than me. I always see my dad watching movie on TV late at night in living room (I even watch with him, ofcourse, without him noticing about that, I sit far behind his back and wonder what is that 'movie' about) and I think I even see my parents doing 'that' in our present in the same room. One day, I was so curious about 'that' and oh, even my sister know about 'that' too, and my sister and I agree to perform what we see in that movie together. So when my parents are not in the bedroom, we went to the bedroom and under the blanket we did 'that'. She kiss(really, she just lightly smack my vagina with her lips) and I kiss her neck. We did that repeatly and out of sudden my parents was right before our eyes. My dad grabs his belt and start to beat me up. I was crying like crazy. After that I don't remember anything. I know I did wrong. I know that's my fault. I know I'm pervert. I think I even get karma for my wrong doing. I can't even date men now. I still interested in men, but whenever they want to date me(even someone I like so much from the start), I start to run away. I definitely think I am traumatized. Do you think so? |

I am looking right on my side with my legs crunched up a little bit. She is doing the same exact thing behind me but she has her arm around me and her leg around me or tangled in mine. But this past week hasn't been so great for my relationship between her parents because I am stupid. The other day (Wednesday) I was at her house after school we were just hanging out in my car waiting for one of her parents to come home so we could hang out inside. But I got a random nosebleed and had to go inside to get napkins and clean my face up. Then her mom comes home and we all have a laugh at this. Then my girlfriend and I go upstairs and watch a movie.. We start making out and what not and then her step dad comes up stairs and I'm on top of her.. He called her down and said how he didn't want to see that ever again. I was freaked out because I didn't want to mess things up with her step dad. Shortly after, I left and he was gone when I was going to talk to him about it. Then Friday is when I really messed up. I wanted to get out early and I wanted to take her to go chill somewhere.. I wrote a note for myself and for her to get out.. But the attendance office called both of our parents. I got her in trouble. My parents just let me out because they didn't want me to be in trouble at school. And now I don't know what to do.. She hasn't texted me because she probably got her phone taken. She wasn't really worried about any of it.. But I don't know what I should do. Should I talk to her parents and apologize? It's my fault.. I just want everything to be ok |
