Question: I think my mom is cheating? Posted: 28 May 2015 08:24 PM PDT First of all, I don't think I'm overreacting. This has been happening the past couple of months. I think she's getting real close to a co-worker of hers. They met this year and they are very very close. Within these past few months she's changed.. It's really weird. 1) They always call each other. He called her like 5x today and when he calls she leaves the house to talk outside or shut and lock her room. From what I've overheard, they're always talking really quietly.. It's weird. Once he called her in the car and when he heard I was there he was like, "I'll call later." 2) She's "taken interest" in makeup and is buying a lot of beauty products and stuff lately. 3) She gets really defensive when I ask her. Like she says it's none of my business and that I'm annoying. What do you think? Oh yeah, she doesn't like being married w/ my dad, I think, since he's never home.. WORKING to provide for us. And the guy that I think she's having an affair with (she told me and my dad(???) like 5 times, he doesn't like his marriage either... So it's really weird. What do you guys think? I've seen their texts and it's literally like "let's go matchung to work today" "look at this video" Idk what to do. I am not very close with my mom but this upsets me. I think that cheating is really horrible. My dad loves her and he does everything she demands for. :( I'm gonna cry. |

Question: Why do some men marry for money? And women are easily deceived by this? Posted: 28 May 2015 07:58 PM PDT A guy I know is marrying for money because he doesn't want to file bankruptcy. the woman he is marrying is set financially. Question: Should I send his wife a letter? Posted: 28 May 2015 07:37 PM PDT He and I have been having a relationship for almost 4 years. We live a ways apart so it's mostly just conversations and spending weekends together. I knew he had a son when we started everything (only 9 months old, now 4) but I didn't know that he was married. I just recently found out and feel terrible. I don't know what to do. I feel like she should know, but I don't know how to go about it. Should I send her a letter confessing? |

Question: Dont u think that I made a good decision on our marriage?bcoz i do.? Posted: 28 May 2015 05:11 PM PDT It's been almost a couple of yrs now, that i finally made up my mind. Bcoz i did what i thought was right but there she goes again fooling around with her bf in a different state. Yesterday, she told me that she will take care of their situation and she flew over. She will stay there with d jerk until monday. It doesnt take that long to talk about breaking up in fact she didn't have to travel to figure things out. They spent almost everyday talking on d phone and yet she couldnt talk about our situation. Right now, she's with him and not answering my txts or calls. What does that tells me?its very obvious that she wants to stay with the guy...before it was very difficult for me to understand bcoz i was still in denial. But one thing is for sure now it is very clear to me that i need to accept the fact that she's with him. I still love her but i need to draw the line between desperation and determination. |

Question: Does my ex boyfriend lost his mind? Posted: 28 May 2015 04:07 PM PDT He cheated on me after three years relationship and married someone else after. Now when we talk, he says he love me too much even more than his wife and calls me his wife, and he even asks me to call him my husband. Does he lost his mind over what he did to me? Why does he asks me to call him my husband when we are not even together and he is still married man? |
Posted: 28 May 2015 03:51 PM PDT I feel like I'm more invested than he is. I don't really have much friends to begin with . But I would drop any friend to be around my man anytime. I feel like he won't do the same for me though. That's the problem . I fear that it's always going to be this way. Or maybe I should just give it time and see if our connection grows stronger. I don't know how to explain it, I can't make him drop his life for me . We just started going out a month ago . But what if it always stays this way? Is this a gamble I'm going to have to just take? We spend every weekend together and 1 weekday night together. But he's with his friend literally 24/7 from 7am they go to work together get out at 6pm then drink beer, play video games till like 12am then do it all again for the whole week. I just wish he would be the type too sell his friend out and preferred time with me but am I asking for something too soon or do I have the right to feel this way?-I'm just scared I'll be waiting my time. How will I know? We do see each other a lot I just feel like I'm more enthusiastic about it and it's making me feel insecure. I've talked to him about it and said he needed to have time for his friends too I just didn't expect he'd be as outgoing as I normally thought he was. |
Question: My husband doesn't believe in a night out? Posted: 28 May 2015 03:32 PM PDT I'm a good wife and mother. I wake up at 3:30 every morning to make my husband lunch. The house is clean and dinner done or almost done by the time he walks through the door. We have 3 beautiful children. We have a great sex life. He drinks beers with friends after work every week for a few hours, so he can have his space. But, we don't have "date night" and I don't get a "ladies night out". I need a night out but he won't listen or doesn't understand. What do I do? |

Question: How to fight a bigamist that the law enforcement won't go after.? Posted: 28 May 2015 03:13 PM PDT My mother found out that her ex-husband isn't really her ex-husband. He wasn't even her husband. It turns out he has been married 5 times before her, and his very first wife and he were never divorced. The local DA said file a police report, the police said go to the FBI since it went over state lines, and the FBI said to go to the local DA. No one is willing to go after him because the FBI says that it is the local polices problem, and the local police says that it's not worth their time because no one was "hurt". During this "marriage" with my mother he has swindled the government out of money, filed false files for income, and refinanced a loan with my mother that could only have been done if they were married. He knew, he was well aware that he was married, he often called and rubbed it in the face of his first wife. She now wants a divorce because she wants to marry a man she has been with for over 20 years. My mother wants the loan out of her name, which would sever the last connection with him. Any advice?? |

Question: Am I expecting too much or should I leave? Posted: 28 May 2015 03:08 PM PDT I have been with my fiancé for 5 years and we got engaged a year and a year ago. Since then things have been rocky off and on. He comes from a family that all suffer from addiction problems and come to find out he does too. He doesn't drink often but when he drinks he will drink a half a bottle of vodka just sitting there by himself. He also can't control his urges. When he gets an urge to drink or smoke weed, it doesn't matter the pain he puts me through. He will do it anyways. He recently lost his job and instead of going and filling out applications, he's been getting high. I put my foot down and said that he can't put marijuana over the health of our relationship and our financial stability (I am back in school and can't work the overtime I have been the past several years to keep us afloat). I was so upset that he did this again that yesterday I told him that if he smokes I don't want to see him again. He did it anyways. I'm still here but have taken my engagement ring off. I feel that the ring is a symbol of our future marriage but the person that he is turning into, I can't have a future with. I told him I won't put it back on until he gets help and proves to me that he values our future. He had said yesterday he understands but today he is guilt tripping and expecting me to wear it. I know he's in pain right now with his recent job loss but we can't lose our apartment because he wants to get high instead of facing reality. I honestly don't know what to do... |

Question: Stepdaughter and Graduation? Posted: 28 May 2015 02:48 PM PDT My husband has been gone for two months and came back on Tuesday. Today is his daughter's graduation and in the morning my husband had told we were going - gave me a breakdown of the plan as far as time goes. He just text me, saying oh someone has changed their mind and is going so there is only one ticket. I honestly wasn't surprised - his daughter doesn't like me. Her mother keeps telling her things, like her father doesn't spend time with her because of me etc. Things I've read in texts that my husband has shown me. I didn't know how to react so I text my husband back "I knew this was going to happen. Do what you have to do - Go. What can we do?" The truth is inside I'm mad, hurt, angry. Is it bad? Should I tell my husband not to go? I don't know. I hate these silly games. Yup you guys are probably right. I had a feeling this might happen. His daughter was the one that told him the tickets were available and now they're not. It just seems like it was a game. And I had put the idea in my mind because of some things that have happened-conflicts between her mother and father-that this would happen. So before I blew up. I told myself - You may not be invited. What did / does bother me is the lack of respect. I would never tell any of his children they're not invited. |
Question: How to kick roommates from hell out? Posted: 28 May 2015 02:47 PM PDT Okay, so about a month ago my husbands co worker asked him if him and his wife can room with us because their old roommate is moving and has no place to stay. We agreed they can stay with us if they were willing to go half on rent and utilities etc and was okay with our 55lb pit bull who happens to be super sweet but has a burning hate for cats (which they have one but agreed to keep it in their room at ALL times). 2 weeks after they moved in is where problems started. We have a 2bdr/2ba apt and our rooms are on opposite ends of a hallway so in order to get into any of the rooms you have to go through a hallway. I noticed a urine smell coming from the room, and told them to clean the litter box because it was beginning to make the hallway smell. They agreed and apologized BUT no change at all. I began to suspect the cat was marking in the room. I brought it up to them & they tried to convince me the cat wasn't and that they don't smell anything. The other day I also noticed pieces of carpet in front of their door, and I assumed it was the cat. I told them to make sure the cat was not scratching up the carpet because I rneed our security deposit back, and I could tell they got offended. The other day they left and I just couldn't take it anymore and went into the room to see the damages. The moment I opened the door I gagged because the smell of cat urine hit me. The cat scratched up my carpet in the room, and the litter box was not clean. I was PISSED when I saw this especially when I didn't see a cat scratching post. I called a good friend of mine who happens to be a lawyer and he wrote up an agreement for our roommates stating they will pay for any damages caused in the bedroom, bathroom and any common areas by them or the cat. I brought it up to my roommates and they signed it. A week goes by and I noticed my dog had a skin rash and took him to the vet. Turns out he was allergic to the cat, and caught parasites from it. At this point I'm wondering how in the hell did he catch parasites from the cat if they never see each other My only guess is they let their cat roam free in the common areas when we are not home or sleeping. (We put our dog in our bedroom whenever we leave because our roommate likes to "accidentally" leave the door open and our dog has gotten out several times because of their negligence). They are literally roommates from hell and are inconsiderate, the things I have said only puts a dent on the problems they have given us the past month and I want them OUT! My husband has told me the wife has pulled a knife on her husband and has cheated on him repeatedly, (The husband confided this to my husband when they were deployed but my husband has heard she pulled a knife on him by other people) which makes me think that she's a nut case and the last thing I want to do is piss her off by kicking them out and her go crazy and harm us or my dog. I only wish I would have known how sh*tty and crazy they were before agreeing to let them move in with us. Any suggestions on how to positively kick them out??? |
Question: Getting married, how to split expenses? Posted: 28 May 2015 02:46 PM PDT My boyfriend and I are considering marriage. 90% of the time we are together, I have to pay for both of us. He spends 3 times more than I do on groceries because he tends to choose more expensive products. He once stayed at my place for an extended period, and I found myself spending more than I was earning :-( Now that we are considering marriage, I have bought a house, so I am paying water, gas, electricity, insurance, mortgage (around USD 1300 per month). He has assured me he often gives his mother money for groceries, but whenever he is with me, he is broke (he has a job but is contemplating going back to school, so he would get USD1100 as an apprentice). Still, my typical monthly grocery bill is around USD200. I want to find a compromise, making sure I am not the one paying for everything... Extra info: He is in his mid-30s! It is the third time he goes back to school. The first time he eventually finished his education, but got tired of the job. The second time he never bothered to finish his education. Now he is complaining because all that is left is a factory job. |
Posted: 28 May 2015 02:32 PM PDT My husband's ex wife has used many slanderous terms about me to anyone that will listen. She has zero proof of what she is saying. She is angry and bitter (still 20 months later) that he left her for me. She calls me a whore and a prostitute. The two of them consulted a child psychologist and was given advice on how to tell their girls about me. The ex wife insisted that she tell the girls I am a prostitute (not true -she's mad he was cheating). The psychologist said under no reason should she use language like that to her children (age 12 & 16). She refused to follow the plan outlined by the psychologist. She slandered me to the girls. Neither of his children want to meet me and their mother says that their father cannot 'force' them to meet me. Recently, my stepdaughter had her bat mitzvah. I was not allowed to attend as my husbands guest (even though he paid half of everything for a rather pricy party). I hand made a gift for my step daughter and a card; all in all it was over 40 hours of work put into the project. (The photo included is only 1/2 of the gift I made). When his daughter opened the gift she was confused by it. Or more likely confused why a 'whore' or 'bad person' would give her something. The gift was immediately turned into a source of turmoil because it was seen as 'forcing' myself on the youngest daughter. I am simply wondering if this is normal? What should I or could I do? I'm tired of the nasty comments about me that are untrue. |
Question: My fiance is so irresponsible and naive; I'm feeling hesitant about our future now? Posted: 28 May 2015 02:28 PM PDT My fiance and I are young - 23 - so I don't expect him to know everything, as we're just starting out in the "real" world. But he is so childish and irresponsible, it baffles me. For starters, he just recently moved into a new apartment with a friend (in an effort to save money before our wedding since I don't want to live with him until after we get married). He's been there for a few weeks already and he told me today that he doesn't know his address. When he started his new job, he didn't even ask about benefits, vacation, paid time off, etc. Often times, his checks bounce. He hardly has a penny saved to his name. He eats mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese for dinner. While he was unemployed for six months, he started considering graduate school but couldn't even figure out when the admissions deadline was (one quick google search got me there). He doesn't even know how to change the tire on his car. I know I am nit-picking here, but these things really blow my mind and I can't help but feel hesitant. I have to admit I am so much more mature than him. I already have over $50,000 saved, I've had a steady job since graduating college, I live on my own and take care of myself.... I feel guilty for wanting someone who is on my maturity level but is this reasonable or am I being too hard on him? |

Posted: 28 May 2015 01:36 PM PDT Six months ago I got pregnant and my husband died shortly after. He never knew we were expecting. I found out a week after he passed. My best friend who I've known for 10+ years has really helped me a lot through these hard times. I am beginning to feel romantically attracted to him and he has told me he loves me too. Do you think it's too quick to move on? I don't want my child to grow up fatherless like i did. Please share your opinions. Also if we got married before the baby is born could he be the legal father? Thanks so much! |
Question: Should I pay for our vacations by myself? Posted: 28 May 2015 12:52 PM PDT We are married with my husband for half of a year, we love each other and have rather goood relations, but, there is one problem that bothers us both. I earn much more money than my husband does, so when a question of buying something for home or for car arises, I usually pay for everything. I understand that we are one family and do not want to divide our budget, but I just want to feel myself a woman, to know that my husband cares about me and our family, I want to be able to rely on him. Right now I understand that I can rely only for myself in lots of questions. We are planning our vacation now, and he offers me very cheap option on the river with not very good accommodation. I like the vacation on the beach so much and always used to stay in a good hotel before we met. In this case I understand that I'll need to pay for everything. For me it's not a question of money, just a question of feeling myself in these relations. Do you think I should agree to his cheap option that I don't like or organize our vacation by myself? |

Question: My husband is not only abusing me but also have committed adultery? Posted: 28 May 2015 11:37 AM PDT I am from a wealthy Indian family and I am 23. I got married a year ago to a wealthy Indian entrepreneur based in London. My parents knew him from childhood and he is a family friend of ours. He said I am so beautiful and shares the same interests as mine like music, traveling etc. So he asked me to marry him and everything seemed perfect. I married him and moved to London. Everything went in well for a couple of months before he started to scold me for no reason. Once he called me a gold digger. I never wanted any of my money but he abused me that I married him to live like a queen. He slapped me thrice repeatedly in front of his sadistical mother who enjoyed it. Finally I came to know that he has been sleeping with a white girl named Emma. She had messaged him "I miss your sexy body babe. Can't wait to lick it again. I felt disgusted and realised that I have married the wrong person. My parents won't listen to me or support. They want me to ask sorry to him and mend things. I am alone in this foreign city and can't figure out what to do |
Question: Is Dating relevant Anymore? Posted: 28 May 2015 10:15 AM PDT I understand lots of people date, but it seems to be with the way the world is today, technology and everything dating just isnt that big of a deal at all anymore unless you have a child Already, especially if you are a single man with no kids and some money. Men these days can go on the internet and find whatever they want to "get off" fast with no hassle/drama, also lots of loose drunk women and escorts these days, and little need for a wife for (maid service/anything) anymore with lots more free time to do as you please and maid services, and if its just about Companionship Dogs are WAY better companions than women are/(Most people regardless of gender) . Not to mention if you are a Man who isnt all touchy feely with the intimate BS than theres almost no reason for dating. Also men get screwed in divorce Most the time. So really why do most men date anymore?? Is it a lack of money, they like the intimacy of dating, they want kids, what?? |
Question: Am I officially divorced or not? Posted: 28 May 2015 09:56 AM PDT Hello, I live in Bakersfield, Ca. I filed for separation from my wife. She got the paperwok and didn't answer in 30 days. So it went to default. Now I have to file the default papers. Am I legally divorced, or not yet? |
Posted: 28 May 2015 09:18 AM PDT My wife tells me she wants another baby, but we don't sleep together very often. She is railroading me into artificial insemination - telling me we are going for routine tests and when we arrive the staff ask me to sign the documents for artificial insemination. I ask to speak to the gynaecologist before giving approval. We met her gyno and I explained I felt I was being railroaded, she was lying about how often we sleep together. The doctor sent us to couple counselling, my wife is calling this therapy for me. Now she says as I haven't agreed she will find someone else to inseminate her. I just wondered if clinics would refuse to do this without my agreement. We already have a 7 year old child |
Question: How does daily sex prevent arguments in a marriage? Posted: 28 May 2015 09:15 AM PDT Here's the thing: when my wife and I were making love daily, we had little to no arguments at all. But since it decreased, our arguments have increased. Sometimes because of the fact she's been treating me like dirt and not a husband, I've thought about divorce. She thinks we have a happy marriage, but I don't. |
Question: Marriage alternatives? Posted: 28 May 2015 09:09 AM PDT The reason I can't legally get married is because I have SSA adult child disability and according to the legal terms you cannot be married unless you want to be disqualified so Me and my dad partner were thinking about getting wedding rings having a celebration and one of us changing our last name to match the other but we wouldn't be legally married so I'd be able to keep my insurance and Social Security PS: i'm not looking for any insurance or Social Security advice I have looked up all the rules and laws I know all of that and A legal marriage is just not an option so I'm looking for alternatives |
Question: Women: Is there something your husband/guy refuses to fix? Posted: 28 May 2015 08:22 AM PDT Is he inept? Lazy? Stubborn? What is it he won't do and why. |
Question: Hello I have a question. I want to ensure I do the right thing? Posted: 28 May 2015 07:58 AM PDT I am getting married next month and was raised LDS. When a husband and wife are about to have sex, must you always ask for consent? Every single time? Or can you just begin touching or flirting, and let things physically progress? I read an article about spousal rape and am just afraid of doing the wrong thing. To recap I am wondering if one person can make an advance and let things escalate naturally, or if you must ask your spouse "do you want to have sex?" every single time. |
Question: A question about my husband and our sex life? Posted: 28 May 2015 07:10 AM PDT Married 6 years, we've long had a great sex life. But I have one gripe. I actually really enjoy giving him oral, but he never lets me do just that (minus when AF is in town). After a minute or two max he will say enough and want to have intercourse. I feel like I must be doing something wrong if he is never letting me just take car of him. Is this a guy thing? |
Posted: 28 May 2015 07:07 AM PDT Kind of a survey question, but I wanted to know your opinions before I asked questions in this section. |
