They have treated me like family and even they even let us sleep together. So they usually have there family over for dinner every night so they make a lot. So I pay them about 100$ for food and rent a week they aways try giving it back but I feel bad because I feel bad because they have to feed me. Honestly I make enough money that I don't need all of it. And I have my mom a social security. But I aways feel like I'm in debt to them should I pay them more |

At home, I use this software called Paint.net, the alternative version of Photoshop and I like to photoshop pics of my face on celebrities. People think I have no life, but I know some people are joking. My brother is a phony person too and he told me to get a job and he told me that people are just making fun of me for photoshopping only myself on pictures of celebrities and models. Many other people told me this too. But there are few people in my school who actually appreciate my art work and think I have a sense of humor. How does this make me weird? Because I see photoshopped pictures of US presidents all over the internet and many people do stuff like that!! But I have never met ONE person in my life that photoshops their own face on other pictures. Why should I have to change myself because a bunch of jerks told me I have no life since I have graphic design interest in photoshopping myself? I just want to be myself and continue having the photo fun I am having now. It's a shame the way people are. I am the sweetest person you will ever meet. |

I used to make fun of her for being poor, ugly, and barely literate; I used to hit her with a belt, cane and a frying pan; and made death threats to her. One time, she needed my computer for an urgent assignment, and I charged her fifty dollars; and when she refused to pay, my parents docked it from her salary. Even though I wasnt a racist, I would make racial slurs to her in order to inflict emotional abuse, which I stopped doing after my parents took video games away. I also had some clever remarks, like holding a penny up to her face and claiming it was worth more than her value as a person; and after asking me to say "excuse me" after she coughed, I sent her into shock by saying, "I know I'm supposed to say 'excuse me'; I'm just not saying it to you because I don't respect you as a human-being," in which I would often refer to her as "it." I was only a kid when I did all of this, and since it was years ago, I would expect her to get over it. However, she has recently been calling me up, asking me if I would go to the park with her, go meet her pastors, have her cook for me, and do other random activities. My parents told me she is just lonely, but it seems that loneliness wouldn't be enough to make her want to hang out with me. I just want to know if anyone else thinks that I have the right to be creeped out, and if they have any suggestions as to what I should do. |

Posted: 14 May 2015 10:59 AM PDT Ok put simply, I had a really awkward conversation with her about something a couple weeks ago (won't go into detail). It wasn't BAD, just plain awkward. Since then, it's like she's avoiding me and thank god for that because I'm honestly avoiding her too. Like if someone on my table has a question, she will avoid coming over until she has no choice. I can't actually recall a time we haven't spoken to each other about anything other than the work. In fact, I think I've only spoken to her like two times in the whole year. She speaks very openly to everyone else, but she never does to me (though I don't want that anyways). I've also noticed that she never really speaks to me with a smile or even friendliness, though that could well be down to the fact that we rarely speak anyways. Before the awkward conversation, I never spoke to her as in volunteered or anything but it was never awkward to this extent. Whenever she comes around, I automatically turn away and she just leaves. I have really really bad social anxiety if that helps? Also, it's not really affecting my studies or anything. In all honesty, yes, I am a bit jealous because she seems so much more familiar with everyone else in my class. When someone is upset she would ask what was wrong but trust me, if I were upset i don't think she'd even care, which I suppose is better. I don't want her to suddenly like me, I just don't want to feel so different from all my classmates??? |

My school ended on the 6th. My grandmother went on a trip on the 7th. I heard my cousin on the phone saying that I've been skipping school. I don't know who he was talking to. He was saying that I skipped school on the seventh and the days after that. On the 7th, I left out early like I usually do at 7:30. I got back about nine forty. I leave the house at 7:30. At 9:00 I arrive at the bus station. I quickly went to get a bus pass and got on the bus back home. I arrive at home around 9:40. I went to go get a bus pass. I told my grandmother the previous day that I was going to get a bus pass. I asked her for $20 to get one. That day would be the last day I could get one for half price. So I left early. I knew if I didn't leave early I would not have gone at all that day. My grandmother had already left for her trip when I had arrived home. I've been at home since. The thing is my cousin never asked when my school ended but is saying that I skipped school when my school had already ended. Nobody has asked when my school has ended. So I didn't know if anybody wanted to know. He goes to a different college and I don't know whether it ended or not. But he never asked if me if mine ended or not. I don't announce everything to people. What would you do in a situation like this? |

As far I knew he was doing great as he was working part time and was a senior in college getting his bachelor's. The last time I heard from him was around Christmas time saying that he wanted to talk to me and that he would meet up with me as we live about an hour away from each other. Since then I haven't heard from him and everybody I know including other family hasn't seen him or have been able to get in contact. He is no longer in school and was fired from his job and his coworkers have no idea where he went. I don't know any of his friends or if he has any. I just hope he is okay I just want to know that's he's okay or if he needs anything. |

His father and mother recently changed up his weekly routine, he was with us Friday- Tuesday and with her Tuesday- Friday. But with him being in school, they changed it so we would have him during the week and she would have him on the weekends and it would be the opposite during the summer time. At first, he was doing great in school, great at home, his whole attitude really changed for the better. Now, he has been acting out at school (back to how he was before we made this change), but at home his behavior was just fine, and a lot of the problems we were having with him before, stopped. I take him to school every morning and get him ready for the day, I haven't had any problems with him, occasionally he would talk back, and I'd correct it, and since then it hasn't been a problem. This morning, he told me he hates school and got into this funky mood while we were on our way there, I told him to cheer up and have an awesome day and he like shut down, curled up in a ball and pulled his backpack over his face (he was about to get out of the car for school). I know his mom isn't around really because he says so, but that he misses her and all of that and I tell him that she loves him and they will get the whole weekend together and he won't have school. He told me she works on the weekends (and apparently all week too), he loves his mom and misses her I don't want him to think that I am trying to replace her and I feel like he is starting to get that feeling. There is a lot more to it, but I have to set boundaries with him with in reason and tell him no and not go back on my word. We get a long just fine, do things together, he respects me, he comes and gives me hugs every morning and at night, it's just such a fine line to walk. But I just don't know what to do, do I talk to him and tell him I love him but I am not trying nor will I ever try to replace his mother?! I know he's going through a lot, it's hard to see and I just want to help him understand everything and be okay. |

We are attracted to them physically regardless of how they really look. Their voice sounds higher pitched (women) or lower pitched (men) to us than to anyone else to therefore make them more attractive to us. When we are in love we can seem to care for another person even if they are full of flaws. It's like we don't actually love THEM, the real person, but only the false image our brain and body has created of them. LOVE DOESN'T EXIST. Because it is not reality - it is the chemical reactions tricking you into seeing this person a different way than what they might really be. Even if two people love each other and are in a happy relationship/marriage, again it's not YOU who loves THEM and who THEY are, it's YOUR BRAIN and YOUR BODY and its chemicals that MAKE you THINK you love them. It's like programming a robot to feel love. The robot doesn't feel love because the robot feels love, it feels love because its programming makes it THINK it does... |

During the first couple years I would swear he was my soul mate and he felt the same. We were only 16 when we first started dating and he moved into my parents house with me my senior year of highschool. We are now 23 and very different people or at least I am, I feel. He still loves me to death and would do anything for me. For the past couple years I have doubts that won't seem to go away but only get worse as times goes on. I do love him but I'm definitely not I love anymore. He is my best friebd and we can tell each other anything but our interests aren't the same anymore and our short term goals as in moving out and starting a life now aren't the same. He rather stay at my parents house and waste money on trivial things like dirt bikes and I desperately want to move out. This is definitely not the main reason for my doubt. Something deep inside me tells me that there's someone else meant for me.. And that I can be happy again. On the other hand I could never picture him without anyone else and I fear so bad that he will move on and I'll realize I made a mistake. This has been killing me for what seems forever and I cannot make a choice! Everyday it gets worse and I'm miserable. I would love to fix this and feel I love again and feel happy but I feel like no matter how much I tell my boyfriend what I need from him it's never enough and I just don't know what to do anymore. She's been in two different hospitals these last two weeks. At first she was able to speak but now she can hardly open her eye :( Doctors conformed she's paralyzed on her left side and the blood on her pain is still the same. Now they're just keeping her comfortable. My heart is aching I've lost so many loved ones. Is it wrong that I've accepted it. I support whatever choice she makes.. Keep fighting or giving up. She hasn't been the same since my grandpa passed away. They were married for 50+ years. I feel as if I should make my last trip to the hospital Friday and just talk to her. We live in a pretty well-to-do city, but I live in the "poor" part while his family is the top of the richest area. I am very embarrassed to be around his parents. He knows I do not have as much money as them, he seems to be okay with it. He has not told his parents about my financial situation, and they assumed that because we lived in the same city, that my family is well off too. and his parents would like to meet mine, but I live with my divorced mother in a two bedroom apartment. They live in a six bedroom house that's bigger than anyone ever needs. He always takes me to the fanciest places and has taken me to lavish parties that his parents host. I cry about it every night, and can't believe I could be so stupid. First, her father was very abusive, and sexist. He'd beat both of us. When she was about 6, at 1 in the morning, we packed our things, and I drove her all the way across the country, from Idaho to West Virginia. She hasn't seen him since. I was working as a waitress. There was a man, he was handsome, nice, and smart, we began dating. Eventually, when my daughter was 8, we got married. My daughter started to change. She wouldn't eat anything. She was sad all the time. She stopped talking to me. In middle school, she had vicious cut marks on her arm, and when she was 11, she tried to kill herself. I took her to a therapist, but she didn't even say a word to her. She never talked. She was bullied, always alone. when she got home, my husband and her would go outside, to a barn. I was not sure why. The councilor was concerned about my daughter. She had straight As, but never talked, never did anything. Eventually, she said that my husband, (she was 12,), had been raping her for the past years. I threw up at least 3 times. He was sentenced to 25 years. My daughter's better. She's still quiet, and has a small friend group, but she works hard, and has a bright future ahead of her, but she still suffers from severe PTSD. I just don't know how I could be so stupid. I'm constantly beating myself up over it, and I can't live with the guilt. |

Last year my boyfriend broke up with me (the same day my great aunt died )because he wanted to be with my "bestfriend" who was there when I found out she died. That same day my ex asked my "best friend" out and she said yes! Do you see the correlation between the two events? That "friend" can't go two months without a boy friend. I finally got to see my brother after 5 years of being separated and I tried to talk to him but he was busy skyping my so called friend. Again I hadn't seen him in 5 years and he chose to talk to her rather then me! Just today I found out that this same friend had been secretly dating my brother behind my back! I was furious. And I think I have a right to be mad I don't want to talk to either of them. However everyone sides with them saying I should leave them alone and apologize. No, I have been crying ever since I found out because I know how they act they will both want to spend time with each other and won't have time for me anymore! I am in a happy relationship., have a steady welding job, A car, apartment, pets (2 cats), friends, yada yada. all my life, I have always wanted to *find my inner self* and *be one with the universe. I have always hated the idea of living a, what society deems, normal life.I never wanted to dedicate myself to a job, wasn't too keen of the idea of kids, and I hate staying in a place for a long time. My life dream is to just travel America, and maybe even the world.I always found thrill in the thought of living a life essentially as a bohemian. I lay awake at night, knowing I don't want to follow the *work, eat, sleep, pay bills, repeat* motto so many people follow today. That is not me, and I would rather die than let myself be a drone to society. But why? Why do I feel like this? All of my friends are looking forward to college, to kids, to their new jobs, new cars, new phones, new clothes, etc. But I am merely turned off by it. Is this normal? |
