Question: I need help on how to get people out of my personal business!? Posted: 29 May 2015 06:39 PM PDT I am 18 years old and my boyfriend is 19. We have been together for almost 5 years and before that we were best friends. I love him more than anything and we are getting married this year in august. Everyone in my family and all of my friends know EXCEPT for my immediate family members. I have kept it from them bcuz I only appreciate opinions from people that support my decisions right now in my life. I am very mature and responsible and I have accomplished a lot so I know that I want to marry my boyfriend. And my friends and family support us completely they are happy for me and they think that we have true love. I have planned out how we will afford everything and how I can save money but my immediate household is finding out more and more about my wedding and my plans for the future and they keep putting in their two cents telling me I'm wrong and trying to keep me from moving out. What can I say to them or (preferably) what can I do without saying anything to just make them be quiet and stay out of my personal business? |

Posted: 29 May 2015 06:17 AM PDT I am planning for a marriage proposal just with those fountain sparklers, so I think I do not need any permit to purchase them or light them up. But I need to find a place that allows me to do that. |

Question: To wear or not to wear a fake wedding band at work? Posted: 28 May 2015 11:17 PM PDT I've been engaged for a few months and i absolutely love my ring. (getting married in October this year) It's nice being able to wear it every day. I start my new job on monday at a factory and I'm not wearing my ring though because It's too valuable for me to have it get messed up or lost. However I still want to have something on my finger that kind of shows I'm still engaged, and then married once October comes. My fiance kind of suggested I could get a silver plain band to wear just for work. I'll be working 8 hrs a day 5 days a week guaranteed but we are probably going to be getting a lot of overtime as well. Anyone have any suggestions? Since I'll be at work for so long, I would really like to still have something on my finger but not ruin my actual engagement ring. Once the wedding is closer I'm having my wedding band sautered together with the engagement ring, so wearing the band won't be an option (and is also very valuable) What have others done? |
