Liz grew up very sheltered and the most well-rounded and well-behaved person you could know. In the past three years she has spun out of control. First she would party every night and slept with 25 guys in one year. Now she is settled down and married to a generally good guy, but her husband is a little possessive and spends all his money on weed. Up until a year ago she had told me she never wanted to smoke weed and had no interest in it, but now she has told me she is addicted and can not sleep with out it. She is like a sister to me and I like to spend time with her, but every time she comes over to my house... she insists on everyone getting drunk. I would be fine drinking with her but she looses ALL self control. She becomes a two year old. She damages my property, screams non stop, and is always violent towards me like kicking and hitting me and jumping on me. Last time I told her I didn't want her bringing weed to my house and she said "of course! I promise I wont". But after she got drunk she called her dealer to come to my house! I dont know what to do. I love her, but she has become a completely difference person, especially when under the influence and I cant stand to be around her. I feel like her husband isn't treating her the way she should be... and I don't know how to help her! |

I found out a few months later (although suspicion was already there) but decided to stay in her life rather than walk away. She just recently got out of a 31 day rehab program and so far has been doing great. She got a job the 2nd day she was out and has been staying clean other than having a few drinks here and there but always at home with me. There is absolutely emotional voids and more often than not affection and any type of emotional connection seems to either be meaningless or she doesn't want it. I have no personal experience with addiction so I'm reaching out so I don't unintentionally trigger a relapse. |

On a daily based I am called a ***** or called selfish or self centered. I get yelled at and threatened to get kicked out, threatened to get beaten, called stupid, insulted a lot, and sometimes when I cannot stop thinking about what she says I cut my self. Recently I got in a car accident and now I do not have a car and she does not want me taking the RTD anywhere because she says I can not be trusted and thinks I will decide to go somewhere else or go to drugs or something. She argues that she is in the right to yell at me because I have lied before and not been where I said I would be. I explained that the reason I lied was because if I hadn't I would not get to see my friends because she does not like me changing plans at the last minute and thinks my friends are a bad influence. She says she has never denied me time to spend with friends but she does... with any reason can give to make me stay home instead. In the long run, I do not feel safe with her at home and I want to avoid being home as much as possible but she will not let me leave. Earlier today I got a call from King Soopers to scheduled and interview. She will not let me go to the interview because she does not want me taking the bus and does not think I will actually go to the interview of something. There is an apartment in Denver with a rent of $600 a month and I think if I get a job I could run away and live on my own. |

He has realized he requires help to move forward and onward from pain killers. His ex and mother of his children however, sees this amazing step as nothing to smile about. He has sought counseling as well as NA meetings and a sponsor. She feels that should be more than enough and refuses to give in to what is best for him. She is quite bitter that the 5yrs they were together he never choose to stop using. Now resenting their past feels that he owes it to her not to attend rehab. He is so overly torn up about this ordeal. He feels as though he's failing his children since she is using them as a vice to try to keep him away from treatment. I so badly want to speak up and get involved but have no idea how to go about doing so. I've expressed to him that I am proud of him and will stand by any decision he chooses but I worry that her selfishness will cause an imposition to his better judgment. I have never spoken with her aside from a brief introduction several months ago. She is a meddlesome person, in both our relationship and my partners life. Constantly disrespecting us as a unity and refusing to let go after 2yrs of separation(never married) I've turned my head to those said actions but now I'm at the point where I feel something needs to be said. I want what's best for my partner and feel it's time to finally let my voice be heard. I just don't know what steps to take in order to do so? |

| Question: Can this really make me the reason I been so tired and sick? Posted: 25 May 2015 11:38 PM PDT So, i work 2 jobs and get about 5-6 hours a day of sleep until om off my jobs. I have been doing this for 2 months and its good. Last night at work i was good, until my mom calls me and tells me my sister of 5 months pregnant just lost the baby. It just came out. I took her to the hospital that morning and the doctors said its fine, just have bed rest and take some new meds they gave her. They keep telling her this for the past 3 days. Later that night the baby came out when she went to the Restroom..... she is going through such a hard time and after that I didnt want to do anything, I was so so tired and sleepy at work and i didnt think i would make it from 11-7 they told me around 11:30 and thats when i just started to be heart broken. When 7 came i was so tired and made it home, went to sleep and woke up with a fever and a cold with a sore body(the sore body) comes and goes when i wake up. I just take warm baths. even when i woke up i felt sleepy and sick... I made it to my first job at 5 instead of 3. they said they think its sympathy sick. But idk. I dont think this was from my jobs since i been doing this for 3 months almost and never had a problem. Could this incident made me this way? |

Had two relationships going with two different women while legally separated. Used one woman for sex and was physically violent towards her while engaged to current fiance whom he proposed to before his divorce was finalized. He was with a stripper onto of that and tried to get women to engage in threesomes. Since he was caught because the woman he beat pressed charges now he wants to clean up his act. This person had multiple Facebook accounts constantly changed his number and phone carriers and on dating sites. Current fiance is sticking by his side while he hopes to beat the charges filed. What is there to say for this person and the one woman who knows of his ways and making a lifelong commitment. I assure you this is not a crock of fiction. This is reality and I am one of the victims/survivors of this particular situation. |

When I met him, I was about to turn 18, we had no idea each other existed. We started texting, then decided to hang out. We were going on dates for about 2 months when I decided I wanted to get serious and tell my parents. As soon as I told them, they became upset and said no, he's my cousin. I knew we weren't first cousins, so I asked how and was explained to that we're third cousins. I am VERY picky, so he isn't just anyone to me. I told him and he said we couldn't be cousins because he's never even heard of me or knows my family, and it was the same for me about his family. I asked him to ask his family and he asked his dad since that is where the relation is from. His dad said we aren't related. My parents explained it though and it all makes sense that we are. With Native Americans too, it's difficult because everyone is about family and every cousin is considered your first cousin no matter how distant. My family and I are not traditional but that doesn't matter, it's how we are raised. He ended up getting me pregnant 2 summers ago, I had an abortion because in my head, we're cousins and it would be a huge, shameful mess. We're connected now because of that. We love each other. I have met his immediate family and they all like me. I'm introduced as his girlfriend. My family doesn't know anything though. I am 20 now and want to get married, have a family, and happy life with him someday. I can't do all that though behind my family's back. |

Yo siempre estube enamorada de el desde qe tenia 8 años hasta los 17.. Por qe desgraciadamente el fallecio hace casi 4 años .. Yo cuando supe de la noticia me senti devastada .. Senti qe el mundo se me venia encima ,. Aunqe yo estaba chica el era todo para mi .. Yo haria por el lo que fuera.. Fue mi primera ilusion.. Fue mi primer amoor.. Y desgraciadamente me lo arrebataron de las manos.. Hubiera dado todo por estar en su funeral y entierro pero desgraciadamente me lo perdi por qe ese mismo dia estaba fuera fue un sabado 10 de junio de 2011. lo unico qe me hubiera gustado es verlo x ultima vez para decirle cuanto lo ame . y qe siempre estara en mis pensamientos porqe nunca lo olvidare a pesar del tiempo y los añoos.. aunque pienso qe el sabia qe yo lo qeria . mas no qe lo amaba. siempre cuando pienso en el me da una profunda tristeza lloro mientras veo sus fotoos.. no se qe me pasa?? |

Okay so three years ago my mother had affairs and than my dad found out so they separated I went to live with my dad because on how my mum behaviour was and I was going through a tough time (my best friend/girlfriend committed sucide) and I just wanted my sister and my mum so I stayed they for a month until I realised my mum was on drugs and she has been a alcoholic since I can remember and she is very abusive and now she isn't even letting me and my own personal stuff from her place and last time I went there I got bashed by her what can I do?
