One that sticks in my mind is a little boy hiding in his bathroom and calling 911 because daddy hit mommy. She said there was lots of yelling in the background and suddenly everything went quiet. The husband cut her neck. The first responders say the woman is expected to survive because he missed the major vein. I understand abusers are all about control, they want to control their spouse. But how does hurting or killing the person they "love" give them control? They lose control if the person dies. |

The other dreams were not as creepy, but still scary but i couldn't forget the eyes i saw in this dream. Today i was about to go out and i saw him i felt really scared even though hes a nice guy trying to help but his eyes the exact same i saw in my dream i never payed attention to his eyes. Anyway how can i get over this dream it really scares me when i think about it when i'm alone |

I understand its hard on him. Now the bio dad has asked for overnight visitation... he has filed with the courts and I might face jail time denying visitation bio dad lives at home with mom and 3 other siblings in a 3 bedroom rancher. im not against where they live or anything of that nature but Aubrey has no where to sleep there. bio insists he will make a place.. me and my husband live on our own and my daughter has her own room. every time I argue with bio dad over visitation me and my husband argue. I wish I could talk to him openly about how stressed out I feel just like he does. husband becomes very overwhelmed and very angry with me over anything to do with the bio dad.. I just need some help. how can I get my partner to listen and understand where im coming from. why cant he just understand how upset I get over this to. I dont have any way to make bio go away. unfortunately he has a legal right to see her. has anyone ever gone through anything like this |

When she became pregnant, she could not work much. She gets vomiting and feels very tired when she does some work. So I started taking care of the house hold work. I am new to many things so i learn and do things, but she never appreciates for anything i do. She always keeps complaining about the negatives in the things i do. When I cook something she complains it is not the ways she likes, I would have washed loads of vessels but she would complain on dirt still on one vessel, I would prepare vegetable and fruit juices for her as she does feel like eating then solid, she complains me of not washing the juicer, not trashing the wastes, and scold me for forcing her to drink. I am getting fed up of her complaining all the time. Even when there is a fight, it is i who always go back to her saying sorry regardless of whether the mistake is mine or hers, she has never come back to me asking one. She always feels what ever she does is correct and what ever she says is correct. I always think things will get better with time and console myself but i am getting very much hurt and irritated. I cant show my anger much since she is pregnant, but i am unable to bear her words too. At times i get so furious that I throw up all the anger i had and accumulated start feeling for it later. I am not sure what to do or how to set things right. Need some guidance friends. |

She divorced my dad 7 years ago because he was an alcoholic and he hasn't drank since the split, but the divorce was never finalized. She currently has custody of me but i still hold a good relationship with my dad, we see and/or talk to each other every day. Now, It's not a big deal to me that she found guy (let's call him matt) that made her happy, but they started to do some really stupid things. I never liked this guy from the day I met him, because the day I met him was the day his dog ad my dog were in a fight, and once they were separated he came across the room to kick and proceed to attempt to strangle my dog. I thought that would be the last straw for my mom and she would drop that psycho but she didn't. A couple days later I walk into her room (the ONE time i forget to knock, oops) and matt is laying on her bed in his underwear and shirt. She told me later that he had spilled water on his pants and that he has ED and they aren't "doing anything". I knew she was lying but I let it slide as I didn't want to get into another big argument with her. I forgot to mention this guy is dirt poor, has an ex wife and daughter who no longer speak to him because he never paid child support, and his "job" is being a human lab rat who does trials for new pills and sells his blood. [continued] I know the password to her bank acc (i know, strange, but she wanted me to have it if anything ever happened) and decided to see if she was giving him any money. She was. There were three charges of about $400 combined to matt's new apartment. She co-signed his damn lease. Then the next charge was a withdraw for $2500, she never withdraws more than $10 or $20. I really don't like whats gong on here. There were more things but I just highlighted the biggest ones. What should I do? |

So to play a joke on him I replaced his Trix with plastic beads. I thought he would take a bite and obviously realize the difference but he ate the whole bowl of them. The last time he did something like this he blended a cell phone in the vitamix and drank it in a smoothie and they just told him to go home. Posted: 22 May 2015 04:51 PM PDT My husband is paying an extra 360 $ a month extra in child support because PA doesn't offer pre-k for all its residents like they do where I live in MD. His lawyer advised him to look for cheaper Pre-k schools or daycares that they can go to. I feel conflicted because they are 3 and will be 4 in august the pre-k school they are going can't be all that because they have been there a year and still don't know their abc's or how to count to 10 correctly. My nephew who is a few months younger than them can and he doesn't go to any school yet but will start this next fall. The school is 10, 000 a year for the both of them and its catholic school. I did some research and PA isn't projected to offer public pre-k until 2018 and they need the education because they can't do these basic things I think four year olds should. My husband is now having 80% of his income garnished so his lawyer said we definately have a case for his support to be lowered he can't even help me buy formula for our son that we share. When his boys come I buy them clothes and things they need for here. I hate that their mom has attacked him so much in court in stead of being reasonable and the fact that she's a teacher and wants to send them to this platinum school instead of sending them somewhere cheaper and probably better anyway. We've just gotten on friendly terms with her but she's made it clear she will take him for all his money. She did say sorry for trying to keep the boys from us though. Whay to do? |

Posted: 22 May 2015 04:16 PM PDT I currently reside in Alabama, ive been divorced since 2011 and divorce has brought me into very bad situations with my child support and even down to my living situation and and even effects me keeping jobs, because I don't have immediate family or friends to help me and ive been homeless and sleeping in my car for the last year, my finances and my child support has gotten outta hand but ive been fortunate enough to keep working for the most part of it and pay child support when I can, but im so overwealmed with things I can barely keep money so I can keep working and I have to pay childsupport while I stay in my car , im tryin to get better paying jobs and im also looking for a second job, but now I just recently been notified that my drivers license are being suspended because ive gotten to far behind on child support, and this is going to make my situation worse and the only thing I think I can do is chapter 13 bankrupcy so I can try to make some type of payments twords it, ill still be homeless but atleast I still have a way to keep moving forward, can anybody tell me if filing for chapter 13 will help save my dl and help me so I can continue to try to get outta this mess? and btw going to dhr and trying to go back to court will niot help because ive tried it twice they keep giving me outrageous timeframes to get court dates like 3 months or so while my financial and living situation gets worse and I need some type of immediate help? either people cant read or they don't understand, I HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO GET A REDUCTION AND THEY WILL NOT DO IT....im making the same amount of money that I was making when child support was set, they don't care that I don't have a home, all they care about is that I pay the money does anybody have any advice on some help that I can actually get? |

Found out he had feelings for me too, and we texted all nite, every day, and it got intimate. Once we skyped, and we continued to text for almost 9 mo now. At times he would stop texting for a week, several weeks, and the worst was 2.5 mo. Now we don't text as often anymore, but we still do every so often, and I still have strong feelings for him. When I'm with hubby, he's the one I think about. The only reason why we never got physical is that we live in different countries. He asked to meet again after the first meeting, but I was scared and turned it down. I don't know if this is love, infatuation, lust, or whatever, but I cannot fight this, and I even think about going back so I can be with him even if it's for only one night. I know this is sooo wrong in so many level, but I absolutely cannot stop thinking about this man and get so devastated when he stops talking to me. He normally would text me back and always has reasons for not responding, but I think he might have lost interest? I love my hubby very much and don't want a divorce or anything, and I don't want to ruin this other man's marriage either. What is wrong with me? I feel so weak and filled with guilt/shame. I am finding myself loosing interest in trying to keep our marriage going/alive. I grew up in a horrible family that hated me because I was half black and I've known since I was 7 (which was emotionally scaring and cause debilitating depression). My mother did her best to shield me from my aunts and grandparents that looked down on me but it did little help. My husband grew up with a drunken father and a mother with anger issues. Unfortunately the anger passed on to my husband and he gets mad a lot for little things. He would yell at me and I used to yell back because I was feeling attacked. That was the wrong thing to do and I had to realize that he had issues. About two years ago I stopped fighting back and when he got angry I would do my best to calm him down by nicely asking what else was bothering him, or I would apologize even if I thought it wasn't my fault. Unfortunately he only seems to get madder no matter what I say or even when I try to leave him alone to work it out himself. Lately even on his good days I feel angry and that I cannot trust him to not hurt me( my mental issues are taking over) I have been fighting hard to be supportive and love him because I once seen a young man who was in a similar situation and I just wanted to love him because my family didn't love me. I have never given up on someone before and I don't want to now, but I don't think counceling will help.... Pleasehelp |

| Posted: 22 May 2015 02:27 PM PDT My ex didn't respond or sign divorce papers so I did a motion of default which I was granted our final hearing was set up last week he didn't show never has showed or responded to anything even though the day of the hearing I even saw him at my son's field day at school and we talked and watched the event he just said no reason for me to anything OK that's all fine. My question. I have the report and recommendation from the magistrate that says the marriage is between us is dissolved and broken and the parties are restored to the status of single. My question is that has to be sent to the actually judge and it will be signed off by default? Also in Florida do they automatically send you a divorce decree or do you have to send for 1. I never knew it was possible to feel the way he made me feel. Then without notice he married someone else. A few weeks later I went to a oral surgeon to have two wisdom teeth removed. The dentist was senile or insane and he pulled out all my lower teeth and only left 7 upper teeth. The medical board revoked his license and the next day he killed himself. I got an attorney but in the mean time I don't have enough money for implants so I have to wear dentures which do not stay in because the lower dentures never do and I don't leave the house very much anymore. The one person I had was my dad. He broke his leg and went to the hospital to have surgery the next day but in the mean time he was knocked out. That day a nurse asst.tried feeding my dad solid food while he was out cold she was just shoveling it in. He chocked and went into cardaic arrest. They brought him back but it was too late he never woke up and he passed away. Now I'm alone and toothless and I feel very depressed. I don't want to see anyone and I do not want to go to a therapist they can't do anything. I can't see there's a way to ever be happy again. |

We stopped at a red light with a motorcyclist in front of us whom got off his motorcycle to adjust his underwear and my wife made the comment "oh yeah, adjust your balls" I told her the comment was disgusting and I don't want her checking out guys in front of me (since if I did something like that, its another story) and she said it was just a comment and Im out of line… Thoughts? |

I do all the laundry, in fact I do all the chores in the household. Today my husband told me I'm not ALLOWED to do his laundry because I don't empty pockets. I don't empty his pockets because I've asked him to do this. He always responds with I ask you to empty them. He just throws all his stuff in the hamper, belts, wallets, random crap inside his pockets. Its so annoying and then he blames me. I havent paid since Nov and i am in contempt and im tired of going back and foward to court. Ive lost jobs and i havent been able to pay. She said she was never abused sexually, and wonders herself why she's so afraid. The only thing that may contribute to her fear is her grandmother's cautionary tale about young girls being raped if they walk alone at night (to make sure she wouldn't do that, the granny would tell rather graphic stories of rape). We've been married a year and still not consummated our marriage. Sometimes I wonder what I should do (apart from seeing a counselor; she's uncomfortable with the idea).
